(A/N): Hey Guys! So, I'm sorry I didn't update yesterday for the two year anniversary like I was supposed to, but I've been really busy with family issues, so I didn't have a lot of time or incentive to write, so yeah, but here it is.
Disclaimer: I own nothing you recognise.

It was only a few minutes before my friends vacated the dormitory, probably not wanting to make it obvious that they knew we- or probably more accurately, I- were in the bathroom, and weren't going to leave while they were out there.
After they took their seats on one of the common room couches, Brooke and I moved out into the dormitory, and I stripped, starting to change into something that wasn't covered in blood.
"Crap." I murmured, inspecting the shirt I had been wearing.
"What?" Brooke questioned, sounding more than vaguely worried as to what my answer would be.
"The blood- This is my favourite shirt, I hope I didn't ruin it." She was silent for a second, and as I finished buckling my belt, I turned to see what was wrong.
"Really?" She asked quietly, and my eyebrows shot up.
"What?" I questioned, and she shook her head at me.
"Nothing. I just can't believe that after what just happened, the thing you're most worried about is the fact you might have ruined your favourite shirt." I blinked for a second, then frowned.
"Well... it's my favourite shirt." I mumbled dumbly, and she scoffed, rolling her eyes at me sharply.
"You don't take anything seriously, do you?!" She snapped at me, and I furrowed my eyebrows at her, completely perplexed.
"Brooke... What-?" She shook her head, moving to leave, but I jumped in front of her, blocking her path.
"Leo, move!" I jumped as she growled at me, but held my ground, wanting to get to the bottom of this.
"Brooke, I'm not letting you leave until you-" She tried to push me out of the way, but it was barely anything, and I gripped her hands in mine carefully, not letting her go even as she started to struggle. "Brooke-" She cut me off, scowling.
"You scared the crap out of me, Leo!" My eyebrows shot up. "I knew something was up with you, then I saw all the blood-" Her expression softened, and I saw tears spring up in her eyes. "Leo, you don't seem to understand how much what you just did affected me- and that sucks." She pulled her hands out of my grip, and I let her.
"Brooke-" She cut me off again, crossing her arms over her chest.
"Oh, and by the way? That favourite shirt of yours makes you look ill. I mean," She quirked an eyebrow at me. "You're too pale to wear the colour green." She went to move past me, and I let her go, too confused to do anything else.

Only a few minutes after we had left the boys dormitory, Brooke rushed past us and was pulled onto one of the other couches by her friends.
Leo wasn't far behind, predictably, but when he saw Brooke steadily avoiding his gaze, he sat down on the couch next to me, utilizing the empty space I always left for him, just in case.
"What's up with Brooke?" I asked him quietly, and he shrugged, keeping his eyes on his girlfriend for a second before turning to me.
"I-" He froze for a second, then shook his head. "I don't want to talk about it." I frowned, reaching up to squeeze his shoulder.
"Look, Leo-" He cut me off, and said something that shocked me.
"Baby, just drop it." The six of us gaped at him, but he was looking at Brooke again, and when I followed his gaze, I found her glaring at him.
"Leo," He turned back to me, perpetually perfectly sculpted eyebrows quirking upwards as he did so. "Are you okay?" He flashed me this small, goofily innocent, honestly confused smile.
"Sure, why?" I made a little scoffing sound in the back of my throat, befuddled as to how he didn't know.
"Well, you did just call me 'baby'." I pointed out, and he froze for a second.
"Oh." He murmured, leaning forward and wringing his hands together, blushing for the first time in a while. "Sorry." My eyebrows shot up, and I let out a giggled by accident, and he glanced over at me again.
"Why are you apologising?" He leaned back a little bit, in order to get closer to me, and honestly seemed confused about my question.
"Because it just kind of slipped out. It was weird, I guess, I don't even call Brooke 'baby'." I smiled slightly, rubbing the back of his hand to reassure him.
"I can't say I'm not flattered. I mean, I know it was an accident, but..." I shrugged, then looked over to where Brooke was currently still glaring at Leo, but completely ignoring me. "No but seriously, Brooke seems pretty pissed at you." I reiterated, and he nodded solemnly, the smile gone.
"Yeah, I know, I did something stupid, and it... kind of... offended her." He shrugged, but I could tell it was fake.
"I'm guessing it was more than offence... And more that stupid?" He nodded rather firmly, grimacing.
"Oh, catastrophically stupid."
