Hear is a not-too long not-too short story of what it's like when the government gets a weapon against one of the toughest races in the universe. We also get a little bit of Invincibles' thoughts.

"How bout Black retriever?"

Mark receives a visitor while healing from the battle against Omni-man.

Here is a short story of the Half-Viltrumite hero, teaming up with another hero, and having regular adventure, with a familiar face or two.

In the aftermath of Omni-Man's horrific betrayal and escape, Mark gets an interdimensional visitor: his counterpart from the next dimension over in the Multiverse -and fellow Invincible- Marcy Grayson, thrown into his own universe because of a portal mishap. Mark decides to entertain her in the meantime - and finds out her universe is a lot kinder than his own.

Mark has PTSD from his fight with Omni-man, it's a little friendship/angst, the story might get a part two might not. Was going to be the start of Invincible: Finishing High School. marked as unfinished for now.
