Episode 52: Come What May!
The Fallarbor town Pokemon Contest is starting.
The host, Vivian announces, "The Fallarbor Pokémon Contest is finally underway, and so far, we've seen some great things from our first-round contestants!"
Soon, it shows that it's Drew's turn to perform.
Drew calls out, "Go, Roselia, Petal Dance!"
Roselia creates a blizzard of flower petals, giving him a 9.9 from Raoul Contesta, a 9.8 from Mr. Sukizo and a 9.9 from Nurse Joy, giving Drew a total of 29.6 points.
Then it's Grace's turn, "High Jump Kick, Medicham!"
Medicham's performance gives it and Grace 29.5 points
And it's May's turn, "Beautifly, use Silver Wind!"
Beautifly uses the attack before spinning around, creating a Silver Wind whirlwind, netting them both 25.9 points.
At the audience, Mew and the others cheer for May.
"Way to go, May!" Max cheers.
"That's the way to do it!" Mew adds.
"Go May!" Tomo, Jen, and Molly cheer.
Sometime later, the next contestant is going for the contest.
Vivian announces, "Come What May!"
Vivian: Next up, we present contestant number 22, please welcome Jessica."
"However, Jessica is nowhere to be seen.
"Jessica? Are you okay? The crowd is waiting," Vivian calls out.
Suddenly, Jessica' voice appears, "Ready or not!"
Vivian and everyone else look up and see Jessica descending from the sky while May, Drew and Grace watch from the dressing room.
"Wow. Is that even allowed?" Mays.
And Mr. Sukizo says "That entrance by itself was remarkable!"
Unbeknownst to anyone, James, Wobbuffet and Meowth were holding a wire, revealing that Jessica is really Jessie.
Meowth quietly says, "Jessie ought to get an academy award for this performance!"
"If anyone's deserving of an award, it's us!" James quietly says.
Jessie soon lands and says, "Ladies and gentlemen both in the live audience and watching at home, it's showtime!"
Jessie then throws up a Pokéball and Dustox materializes, wearing a bowtie and twirling around to make sparkles fall down on and around Jessie.
"Now there's an entry for the Pokémon Contest history books!" Vivan says.
Then Jessie calls out, "Dear Dustox, use Tackle, now!"
Dustox does as instructed, spreading sparkles as it zooms around.
"A rainbow, please," Jessie calls out.
"Dat's my cue!" Meowth says and presses a button on a control box for the dispenser behind Dustox's tie to dispense different colored sparkles as Dustox pulls up.
"How did she get her Dustox to do that?" Brock asks.
"I like to know that myself. This is way different from an Aura Beam or Aurora Veil. Dustox shouldn't be able to use thoe moves," Mew says.
In the dressing room, the other contestants watch on.
"It's, beautiful," May says, surprised.
Jessie soon tosses up a piece of hard canvas, "Dustox, Poison Sting! And make it rainbow colored!"
"Okay," Meowth says and presses another button, launching a barrage of 'poison stingers' at the paper while they create a rainbow effect.
"Yes!" Jessie says and catches the canvas before it's revealed a picture of Dustox was made from the stingers.
"Jessica and Dustox have actually painted a picture using seven different colors of Poison Sting! Ladies and gentlemen, this is a perfect example of true Pokémon art," Vivian says.
"Follow up with a rainbow Whirlwind!" Jessie calls out.
"Here's da big finish," Meowth says and presses another button, causing the Whirlwind to get a rainbow effect while Jessica is lifted up by it.
Vivian says in amazement, "Oh, my! Now Jessica is gently being lifted by a multicolor Whirlwind!"
It's revealed that James and Wobbuffet are doing the lifting.
"That's right, gently lifted by my breaking back!" James says.
"Wob, buffet," (Man, it hurts.) Wobbuffet says in pain
In the dressing room, the three watch on.
"Wow," Mays ays, amazed.
Grace however, says, "I'm not sure how I feel about a Pokémon being upstaged by its trainer."
"You ask me, she's just showing off," Drew says.
Soon, Vivan says, "Alright, judges, let's see what you thought of that performance. Take it away!"
"As close to perfect as I've ever seen!" Nurse Joy says and gives a score of 9.9.
Then Mr. Sukizo says, "Quite a remarkable and colorful display!" and gives a score of 9.9.
Mr. Contesta also says, " It was quite a unique performance," and gives a score of 9.9.
Up on the screen, the total score for Jessie and Dustox is 29.7.
"29.7, why, that's the highest score we've seen in this contest yet!" Vivan says.
"I was so close to getting a perfect score!" Jessie says, isn't very happy about the result.
Meanwhile,the gang are in the dressing room with May when they see the score for Jessie and Dustox.
"Only four contestants can go on to the second round, right, May?" Mew asks.
May nods in confirmation.
Soon, Vivian says, "Folks, we're down to the final contestant, let's see how many points he scores!"
"Last I checked, May, you got 25.9 points," Max says.
"Yeah. It's going to be close.
Soon, the judges show their scores for the contestant; Mr. Contesta gave it an 8.6, Mr. Sukizo gave it an 8.7 and Nurse Joy gave it an 8.5, totaling up to 25.8.
"A total of 25.8! And that means we have our final four contestants!" Vivian announces.
Soon, the faces of Jessie, Grace, Drew and May appear on the screen.
"Alright!" Tomo cheers.
"May is in!" Molly says.
"You're moving on to round two.
"Yay! I made it! Yeah!" May cheers.
Meanwhile, James, Meowth and Wobbuffet were tending to Jessie and Dustox.
"So, one of us is finally going to have our name up in lights," Jessie says.
"Just your personal appearance fees alone will make us millionaires," James says.
"We'll build tons of secret bases," Meowth says.
Team Rocket cheers, "Promotions! Huge expense accounts! A fanclub!
"Woooobbu Wobbu!" ("And then some!")"Wbbuffet says.
A bit later, round two is underway.
Vivian announces, "For round 2, it'll be three separate one on one battles! Each battle will last only five minutes and each attack must be executed gracefully while also take away as many points as possible from either coordinator. Now ladies and gentlemen, it's time for match one to begin!"
As Vivian finishes her sentence, the clock starts ticking.
"Showtime!" Jessie calls out and throws her Pokéball.
Dustox comes out.
Then May calls out, "Beautifly, you're on!"
Beautifly comes out beautifully.
"I have a feeling this is going to be a great matchup," Mew says.
"Yeah. Bug Type Vs Bug Type. And both final evolved forms of Wurmple," Max says.
Jessie calls out, "Dustox, Tackle, now!"
Dustox darts forward
Then Jessie calls out, "Bring on the rainbow effect!"
On cute, Meowth presses the button to release the rainbow sparkles.
"Off the bat, Dustox shows off a seven colored sparkling trail with a beautiful Tackle," Vivian says.
May then calls out, "Beautifly, dodge it!"
Beautifly darts up at the last second to avoid the oncoming attack.
"What a narrow dodge on Beautifly's part," Vivian says.
May calls out, "Beautifly, use String Shot!"
The silk is shot out by Beautifly.
"Whirlwind!" Jessie calls out.
"Yep," Meowth says, and presses a button to give the attack a rainbow effect.
The attack sends the silk right back where it came from, hitting Beautifly hard due to the force used to blow the silk back.
"Beautifly!" May cries.
"That colorful Whirlwind really made that String Shot hit the wrong target!" Vivian says.
May's points decrease
"Not good," Mew says
"And May already lost some points," Max says
"Quickly, too,"Brock says.
"This is bad," Jen says.
Then Jessie calls out, "Now, Dustox, Poison Sting with a rainbow effect!
"One rainbow, coming up!" Meowth says and presses a button to give the attack its rainbow color.
"Looks like Dustox is trying to wrap this up early with that seven colored Poison Sting!" Vivian says.
But then May calls out, "Quick, Gust, Beautifly!"
Beautifly launches the attack and sends the stingers back to where they came from while also striking and removing the bowtie around Dustox while also damaging the device under the bowtie.
"Yeah! How'd you like that one?" May says.
Jessie soon loses some points.
"Yeah! Way to go!" Max says.
"Nice counter!" Mew says.
Then Jessie calls out, "Dustox, rainbow Tackle, let's go!"
Dustox darts in with the rainbow sparkles while also spinning in a corkscrew.
"Can Dustox actually pull off a seven colored Tackle this time?" Vivian says.
"Beautifly. Silver Wind!" May calls out.
Beautifly's wings glow before it launches the attack hitting Dustox hard, damaging the device a bit more.
"And it looks like the wind got knocked out of Dustox!" Vivian says.
Jessie's points soon reach the halfway mark.
"Good job, Beautifly!" May says.
"Beautifly." (Thank you, May.) Beautifly says.
Jessie growls in anger, "How dare you! Dustox, use your strongest Psybeam!"
"Yep! Your wish is my command!" Meowth says and pulls a lever on the control box.
"Put a rainbow effect into it!" Jessie calls out.
But as Dustox darts in, the device malfunctions.
Jessie becomes worried and meekly says, "Meowth, is something wrong?"
Meowth tries to pull the lever, "It's got a glitch! Dose attacks must've short-circuited it!"
May shouts, "Beautifly, finish with Tackle! Go!"
Beautifly darts in with a corkscrew spin, nailing Dustox and damaging the device beyond repair before Dustox smacks into Jessie, knocking her down and out of the contest, resulting in their points being completely depleted while the clock stops at 1 minute and 58 seconds.
"Jessica and Dustox have lost all of their points! May gets to proceed to the final contest battle!" Vivian says.
"Alright! Beautifly, we did it!" May happily cheers.
Jessie growls and sits up, "Listen, twerp, that battle has only just begun!"
Soon, the device on Dustox falls off and lets out its last bit of rainbow sparkles, which everyone sees.
"Look there!" Tomo says.
"So THAT'S where the rainbow colors came from!" Brock says.
"I knew there was something fishy about this!" Mew adds.
"She cheated!" Jen adds.
Everyone starts jeering, even Max, Tomo, Jen, and Molly, and the Pokemon start booing.
Jessie then shouts at the audience, "Can it! In the end, you got a good show, didn't you?!"
However, the judges don't agree.
And Mr. Contesta says, "You are disqualified, and I insist you leave immediately!"
Jessie tosses down a smoke bomb, obscuring everyone's view of her.
"What happened?" Mr. Contesta calls out.
And the Team Rocket motto appears.
Jessie:
Prepare for trouble, what's happened is us!
James:
Make it double and with all the fuss!
Meowth:
Dat's right, of course.
"Team Rocket!" Mew angrily says.
Pikachu and Eevee angrily say, "Pi Pikachu!/ Eevee Vee" (Not them again!)
"And my prize, please!" Jessie says, holding her Pokeball.
"All of your Pokemon!" James adds.
"We're takin' em, now!" Meowth adds.
"No, you're not!" Mew says, "Pikachu, Eevee, Thunderbolt, now!"
Both attacks is fired at Team Rocket after all five electrical attacks land, sending Team Rocket blasting off
"So much for starting for being huge celebrities!" James cries out.
"And so much for those personal appearances too!" Meowth adds.
"At least I got my closeup," Jessie says, powdering herself.
James and Meowth cry out, "We're blasting off again!"
Vivian sheepishly says, "We're sorry about that little incident. Now, as I was saying, May and Beautifly are advancing to the final battle of the round."
Everyone applauds
"Way to go, May," Mew says.
Later, the match between Drew and Grace was about to begin.
Vivian announces, "The second match of round 2, between Grace and Drew, will now begin!"
As Vivian finishes her sentence, the clock starts to tick down.
"Roselia, let's go!" Drew says.
Roselia comes out.
Then Grace calls out, "Medicham, I choose you!"
Medicham comes out.
"Drew against Grace, this should be good," Mew says.
"Yeah, they're both pretty tough in battle," Max says.
"That's for sure. Good matchup," Brock says.
Both coordinators and their Pokémon size up the situation while May watches from the dressing room.
"Okay. So, I'll battle the winner," May says.
Soon, Drew starts off, "Let's go! Magical Leaf!"
Roselia performs the attack.
"Roselia's Magical Leaf is true elegance in motion," Vivian says.
Grace then calls out, "Medicham, Meditate!"
Medicham levitates upward, avoiding the Magical Leaf.
"I guess anytime is a good time for Medicham to meditate," Vivians ays.
Grace then calls out, "Ice Punch, Medicham!"
Medicham lets the attack loose
"Medicham's coming back hard as ice, folks!" Vivian says.
Drew then calls out, "Dodge it, Roselia!"
Roselia gracefully leaps up to avoid the oncoming attack.
"Beautiful. Roselia dodged that Ice Punch like if it was a ballet dancer," Vivians ays.
Drew then calls out, "And now, Petal Dance, Roselia!"
Roselia unleashes a blizzard of petals
Vivian announces, "What a beautiful attack. Roselia's Petal Dance isn't only painful, but also gorgeous on the eyes."
Grace then calls out, "Now use Confusion!
Medicham does so, stopping the oncoming blizzard of flower petals.
"Uh oh!" Drew responds, shocked.
Even Roselia is shocked.
"As if it was stopping time itself, Medicham has brought an abrupt end to Roselia's Petal Dance!" Vivian announces.
Then Grace commands, "Now send those petals right back!"
Medicham does so, which strikes Roselia hard
"Wow! Medicham used Petal Dance against Roselia," Vivian announces.
Drew's points soon decrease a bit.
Drew then calls out, "Roselia, Solar Beam!"
Roselia begins to charge the attack.
"A Solar Beam? Now?" Tomo asks.
"It's going to take too long for that attack to be fired," Max says.
"My guess, he wants to end this with one final strike," Brock says.
"It's a bit risky," Mew says.
Then Grace calls out, "Medicham, freeze the ground with Ice Punch!"
Medicham unleashes Ice Punch after Ice Punch, freezing the battleground.
"Why would Grace call for an attack targeting the ground?" May wonders.
"Would you look at that?! Medicham is pummeling the ground with rapid-fire Ice Punches!" Vivian says.
The Solar Beam soon fires but with one final strike of Ice Punch, Medicham creates several giant shards of ice like a shield that reflect the Solar Beam right back at Roselia, surprising everyone.
"Wonderful!" Mr. Contesta says.
"I've never seen a comeback strategy like that!" Nurse Joy says.
"Wow! That was beyond remarkable!" Mr. Sukizo says.
Drew's points hit the halfway mark as the clock ticks down to two minutes and fifty seconds.
Then Grace calls out, "Medicham, use Meditate then High Jump Kick!"
Medicham does so before darting towards Roselia
"Whoa! That combination attack is flowing smooth as silk!" Vivian says.
"That's a combination attack?" May says, shocked.
Then Drew calls out, "Roselia, quick! Try and dodge it!"
As Drew talks, Roselia struggles to get to its feet.
"I think Roselia's too worn out after getting its own Solar Beam sent right back at it!" Mew says.
Medicham closes in.
"And here comes Medicham," Jen says.
Medicham lands right in front of Roselia, worrying Drew, before striking Roselia with High Jump Kick, shocking Drew as it lands.
"That High Jump Kick found its mark!" Vivian says.
Roselia goes flying into the wall, knocked out.
Drew cries out, "Roselia!"
"Is it able to continue?" Vivian questions.
Everyone looks and sees Roselia out cold, therefore the judges declare the match a battle-off.
"It appears Roselia cannot continue," Vivian says.
"Guess Roselia didn't have enough strength left," Mew says.
May was left in shock as, with 2 minutes on the clock, the match ends and Grace is shown as the winner on the screen.
Vivian then announces, "That settles it! Grace and her Medicham will face May and her Beautifly in the final battle."
The crowd cheers.
Medicham levitates down to Grace's level.
"Medicham, you were great," Grace says to her Pokemon.
"Medicham." (Thank you, Grace.) Medicham says.
"Roselia, return," Drew says and recalls his Pokemon.
Then turns to Grace, "You were awesome. What a great show."
In the dressing room, May asks herself, "If she can beat Drew like that, then how will I beat her?"
Sometime later, the victory battle of the Fallarbor Town Pokemon Contest is about to begin.
Vivian announces, "The Fallarbor Pokémon Contest has been quite a ride so far, but now we've come to the final battle, which we called the Victory Battle!"
In her thoughts, Grace says, "Don't think for a second that I'll be holding back, May. A battle is a battle no matter where it is."
Then May says in her thoughts, "I've worked so hard to get to this point. I will not lose."
Soon, Vivian announces, "It all comes down to this. Begin!"
As Vivian shouts 'begin', the timer starts to tick down.
May calls out to her Pokemon, "Beautifly, let's go!"
Beautifly soon comes out.
Then Grace calls out, "Medicham, come on out!"
And Medicham comes out.
May calls out the first attack, "Beautifly, Tackle, now!"
Beautifly darts in with a corkscrew
Vivian announces, "Beautifly starts out with a wonderful corkscrew Tackle!"
Then Grace calls out, "Medicham, Meditate!"
Medicham manages to get out of the way in time before proceeding to levitate as it meditated.
"Was that a dodge?" May questions.
"Amazing! Medicham managed to avoid that corkscrew Tackle without breaking its concentration!" Vivian says.
Then Grace calls out, "Medicham, use Ice Punch!"
Medicham throws the attack.
But May calls out, "Beautifly, Gust attack!"
Beautifully flaps her wings for the attack, and damages Medicham before the Ice Punch could land.
"Looks like Beautifly's Gust was faster and right on target!" Vivian says.
"Awesome, May!" Max cheers.
"That was quick thinking," Mew says.
"Keep that up, they'll be losing more points!" Brock says.
"Finish it off, May!" Tomo cheers.
But Grace says, "It's not over yet! No way! Medicham, Confusion!"
Medicham manages to save itself from hitting the ground hard.
"Impressive, Medicham just saved itself and its trainer from losing more points than usual by using Confusion on itself!" Vivian announces.
As Vivian finishes her sentence, Grace's points are slightly lower.
"Not bad. What do you think, May?" Grace calls out.
"Man, we were so close," May says. Then calls out, "Beautifly, use String Shot, now!"
Beautifly then quickly launches the silk.
"And Beautifly counters with String Shot!" Vivian says.
But then Grace calls out, "Medicham, Confusion!"
Just like with Petal Dance, Medicham halts the String Shot before it finds its target.
"Medicham has stopped the String Shot just before it hits!" Vivian says.
Then Grace calls out, "And now, send it right back to Beautifly!"
Medicham does so, tangling Beautifly.
"Medicham's Confusion worked! Beautifly's all tangled up in those silk threads," Vivian says.
Grace calls out, "So, May, what do you think of that defensive move?"
As Grace asks her question May loses some of her points
May calls out to her Pokemon, "Beautifly, hang in there!"
Beautifly tries to get itself loose
"Looks like Beautifly can't break free from those strings," Vivian announces.
Grace then calls out, "Alright, Ice Punch, go!"
The attack lands, freezing Beautifly solid.
"Beautifly!" May calls out.
"Looks like Beautifly's been literally put on ice!" Vivian announces.
Nurse Joy comments, "That Ice Punch Attack was as sparkly as the ice!"
"Wonderful!" Mr. Contesta says.
"Truly remarkable," Mr. Sukizo says.
May's points soon reach the halfway mark.
May then calls out, "Break free! Come on!"
Beautifly does so.
"That's the way! Good job!" May happily says.
"Then it's time to finish this up!" Grace says, and calls out, "Medicham, use Meditate!"
Medicham starts levitating.
Then Grace calls out, "And now, use High Jump Kick!"
Medicham closes in for the attack.
"If that move hits, it's all over!" Mew says.
But then May calls out, "Okay, now, dodge it!"
Beautifly barely manages to do so
Then May calls out, "Let's go, Beautifly! Silver Wind!"
Then Beautifly launches and hits, sending Medicham down faster before the High Jump Kick hits the ground, injuring Medicham in the process, as evidenced when Medicham's right knee gave out.
"Oh no!" Grace cries out.
"A Silver Wind bullseye! Since Medicham's High Jump Kick was dodged, Medicham has just lost some serious points!" Vivian announces.
As Vivian finishes her sentence, Grace's points drop to half, matching May's.
"It's interesting how Medicham took even more damage when it's High Jump Kick was dodged," Brock says.
Then May calls out, "Here's our chance, Beautifly, use Tackle!"
Beautifly darts in, once again with a corkscrew.
Then May calls out, "Then use String Shot!"
Beautifly launches the String Shot in a corkscrew as it descends in just that manner.
"Beautifly launches into a Tackle and String Shot combination attack!" Vivian announces.
"May must've learned that strategy by watching Grace's own attack combinations," Mew says.
Then Grace calls out, "Medicham, Confusion!"
Medicham manages to stop the oncoming combo attack.
"Once again, Medicham's Confusion has stopped the string!" Vivian says.
But then May calls out, "Beautifly, throw in a Silver Wind!"
Beautifly launches the attack while still in a corkscrew, creating a tornado that engulfs Medicham.
"That little spin Beauitfly took has turned into a silver tornado," Vivian says.
Then May calls out, "Tackle attack, Beautifly!"
As Medicham loses its concentration on Confusion, Beautifly closes in and lands the Tackle.
"Beauitfly is pulling off yet another perfect attack combination," Vivian announces.
The cyclone dissipates to reveal Medicham was tied up, which lowered Grace's points more.
"Darn it. Medicham hasn't recovered from when they dodged the High Jump Kick," Grace says.
Then May calls out, "NOW we can finish this up! Beautifly, Tackle!"
Beautifly dives down in a corkscrew
"Don't think you can get away with that twice! Medicham, dodge!" Grace says.
Medicham breaks loose from its silky confines
Then May calls out, "Silver Wind!"
Beautifly launches the attack but this time creates two tornadoes that pin Medicham's arms back
"Ladies and gentlemen, it looks like Beautifly's attack combination has completely immobilized Medicham!" Vivian says.
Right then and there, Beautifly rams into Medicham.
"That combo attack of Tackle and Silver Wind creates one intense attack," Vivian says.
Nurse Joy comments, "Gorgeous technique!"
"That combination is impeccable!" Mr. Contesta says.
"Yes, and remarkable too," Mr. Sukizo says.
Grace's points lower to the absolute bare minimum.
"There's less than a minute left on the clock!" Vivian announces.
"If May can keep this up before time runs out or make Grace's points go to zero, she'll win," Mew says.
"Come on clock, run out!" Max says.
"You can do it, May!" Molly calls out.
"Go Beautifly!" Jen calls out.
Soon, Grace says, "Oh, this battle has just begun. Medicham, let's turn this around with a High Jump Kick!
Medicham closes in with the attack.
"Best defense is a good offense!" May says, and calls out, "Beautifly, Tackle, go!
Beautifly darts in headfirst.
Vivian announces, "Beautifly is coming head on with a Tackle Attack!"
The two Pokémon close in on each other as the clock reaches the final thirty seconds. Soon, both Pokémon collide in a massive blast of light, sending each other reeling.
"Unbelievable! A head-to-head collision!" Vivian announces.
Beautifly hits the wall while Medicham hits the ground just as the timer hits 0.
"It looks like time has run out. So, who is our winner!" Vivian says.
The scoreboard shows May had more points left over than Grace before the winner is finally declared, and the screen shows May and Beautifly.
Max cheers, "MAY WON!"
"Way to go!" Brock cheers.
"What a comeback!" Jen cheers.
"Awesome!" Tomo cheers.
"Go May!" Mew cheers.
"Yay!" Molly cheers.
Vivian announces, "Ladies and gentlemen, that is that! The winner of the Fallarbor Pokémon Contest is May of Petalburg City!"
The crowd cheers, especially Mew and the others.
Surprised, May cheers, "Wow. We won. We beat Grace," She then notices Beautifly next to her, "Beautifly…" and hugs her Pokémon) It's all thanks to you. I love you. You're just the best."
A bit later, as confetti falls, May is given her prize for victory.
Vivian then announces, "May, we're proud to present you and Beautifly, our winners, with the Fallarbor ribbon.
Mr. Contesta gives her the ribbon, "Congratulations."
May takes the ribbon, "Thank you all so much. Alright! The Fallarbor ribbon, my very first ribbon, is mine!"
Soon Grace walks up to May, "That was a great battle, you two."
"Thank you, Grace," May says.
"I'll admit, I was impressed," Grace says.
"That's nice of you to say, thanks," May says, "But I owe my victory to you," May says.
Grace snickers and laughs, "Me? What are you talking about? You fought, you won. Simple as that," And winks, "Try to have a bit more confidence in yourself, okay?"
"Okay," May says.
Later that evening May puts her first ribbon in her ribbon case.
"You got your first ribbon, May," Mew says.
"We're all proud of you," Jen says.
"Yeah, congratulations," Molly says.
"Thank you, guys," May says.
Suddenly Drew's voice appears, "Well, you did it, May."
Everyone looks and sees Drew.
"Of course, if you were competing against me in the final battle, things might have ended up a whole lot different," Drew says and tosses a rose to May, which lands on her ribbon case.

"That's great. That means we can go to Lumina City after Laveridge town," Brock says.

Now that May and Beautifly have emerged victorious from their second Pokémon Contest, it has left Mew more excited than ever for their next gym battle, and plans to compete in the Lumina City's Pokemon Contest.
