The next morning Robert woke up to his beautiful Holly fast asleep in his arms. This was perfect, his dream come true. He kissed her head, not wanting to move but he knew his plans would never continue if he stayed in bed. He carefully got out of bed, covering Holly back up.
Holly rolled over, mumbling. "I love you Robert." She was still asleep but even in her dreams she was with him again. She felt so safe.
Robert kissed her head softly. "I love you more than life itself." He took a moment to just watch her before going into the living room.
He took a seat in the chair as he ordered some breakfast for the two of them. He then got started on his plan again, giving Laura a ring.
Laura was working on her end of the plan. She always did enjoy working with Robert. "I've been expecting your call."
Robert smiled into the phone, he knew Laura was wasting no time and he loved that about her. "How's it going?" He asked, still being very secretive to surprise Holly.
"I'm making it happen. I told you I would. Holly is going to love this!" Laura was excited that she was getting to do this for her friends, especially after what The Cassadines had put them through.
"I knew I could count on you. Keep me in the loop?" Robert asked, he knew the answer.
"Of course. What good is a plan if I leave out the mastermind?" Laura asked with a chuckle. "Go spend time with Holly, I've got this."
Robert ended the call. When the food arrived he took it into Holly. "Good morning beautiful." He sat down on the bed, giving her a kiss.
Holly's eyes lit up as she gave him a kiss, a huge smile on her face. "I had this fabulous dream and woke up to it being my reality." Holly hugged him tightly, kissing him again.
Robert smiled into their kiss his arms wrapping tightly around her. "I love you."
Holly beamed, looking into those blue eyes of his. "I love you. What's on the menu?" She asked, looking over at the food.
"French toast and bacon with some orange juice." Robert took the lids off. "Oh and of course some tea."
"Of course." The look of love evident on her face. She loved these gestures, him wanting to take care of her.
The two of them ate their breakfast, still so happy to be reunited. They definitely wouldn't take it for granted.
"That was lovely." Holly gave Robert a kiss on the cheek. "Thank you."
Robert took one of her hands into his. He placed a kiss on it. "You're lovely." Everything he ever wanted was right in front of him and there was no way in hell he was letting it get away this time.
Holly stroked his cheek with her free hand, looking lovingly at the man of her dreams, the man she loved more than anythuing. "You make me feel like I could do anything. You always have even when you were being stubborn and overprotective."
Robert held his other hand up as he went to defend himself. "It was all out of love, you know I've been trying to work on that for years but after getting you back the last couple of times all I've wanted to do was to protect you. I wasn't always good..."
Holly cut him off, no way was she going to let him put himself down. This wasn't his doing and she was very determined to do things on her own this last time. "Robert don't. You know as well as I do once I make my mind up it's almost impossible to change it. I will tell you that Ethan did get through to me. I was going to come back to you and figure it out with you when everything went dark. I was about to call you when the man asked me for directions."
Robert nodded, he knew she was coming home to him. "Ethan told me that he had spoke to you and you ended the call. I wanted to believe you were coming back to me but I could understand if you weren't."
Holly shook her head. "Are you kidding, do you remember that kiss I gave you in your office? The way you responded to it? The way you kissed me before I left, the way you didn't want me to go? I will never be able to stay away from you Robert Scorpio, ever."
At the moment there was only one thing Robert wanted to do, one thing he had to do. He leaned in and captured her lips, pulling her to him. He loved her more than he could ever say but he had always been good at showing her.
Holly fell into the kiss, her arms finding their way around his neck. She laid back on the bed pulling him with her, she knew what he was trying to do. She looked up in his eyes and stroked his cheek. "I love you."
Robert's lips covered hers once again as they shed their clothes. Robert laid Holly back on the bed again, kissing her neck while he positioned himself in between her legs. He began to thrust into her while he kissed her slowly. He wanted to take his time, truly show her how much he loved her. His lips finding her neck as he felt her legs wrap around him. Her body was moving in perfect unison and her moans were just encouraging him to keep it up.
They spent hours just loving each other and still it didn't seem like enough. "I love you with every part of my body." Robert told Holly, breathlessly as he nuzzled her neck both of them feeling completely whole, completely in love.
