Robert wanted to confront the man and see what he knew, but he knew how the DVX worked. He wasn't going to talk. JJ came out of the room and went to go over to Robert, but Robert signaled for him to go out. He didn't want him to see them together.

When they met outside, JJ knew something was up. "That was the man..."

"Yeah, I know who he is, I was tempted to confront him." Robert started.

"But DVX isn't going to talk." JJ finished.

"That bastard taking joy in Grant's demise. I could kill him." Robert wanted to be as careful as possible. They couldn't talk about it in public. The world needed to think he thought Grant was dead.

"Let's get out of here, protect the women Grant loved most in the world." JJ got in the car with Robert as the two left.

Safehouse

"You know, Ethan, if you keep beating me at cards like this, Celia and I are going to be out of a house." Grant laughed.

"Good thing we aren't playing for money then. Are you doing okay?" Ethan asked Grant as he sat his cards down.

"Yes, I mean the best I can be. I miss Celia and I miss Sasha, I know I haven't known her as my daughter long but the connection is so strong." Grant was already loving being a father.

"I feel the same about Seana. Fatherhood is really something different." Ethan loved every minute of getting to be one of that little girl's favorite people.

"I'm glad you get all the little moments with her. You don't have as much to make up for." Grant replied.

"Speaking as someone who didn't know my parents until I was an adult, the thing is that you are there for her now. I mean, when I thought I was Luke's, I loved him, I still do and always will, but mum and dad were there for me whenever I needed them. Always trying to get me out of trouble. I don't focus on so much of what I miss, I try to focus on what I have. Two parents who love me." Ethan hoped that helped Grant.

"I hope Sasha feels the same, especially after I got her into all of this." Grant replied. He knew Ethan had a point, but he felt so guilty about all of this.

Kelly's

The tea party was underway once Tiff got there. Seana was having fun pretending to pour tea in their cups.

"You know Seana, you can barely see you under that hat." Tiffany's face showed so much love for her granddaughter.

"It's true. All I see is hat." Holly laughed, and Seana giggled.

Robert and JJ walked into Kelly's and saw all the ladies.

"Seems we are interrupting a party." Robert didn't want to intrude.

"Oh no, come on, you two. Join us." Rose waved them over, and they did.

Seana poured them both pretend cups of tea.

"Thanks, babe." Robert told Seana then looked at Holly. "We can't stay long. We need to do some digging."

Holly nodded. She knew that they had to get this DVX mess cleared up and soon. "Can I help?"

"At least by being there." Robert told her as he kissed her hand. He knew there was danger involved, and he wanted to protect her, but she was an asset, and he wanted to pick her brain.
