I've been really busy over the last month or so, but I got this out for you all. Hopefully you're enjoying it. Thank you for majority of the creative reviews and I really enjoy these.
"Mon trésor… Karl… Cherr, you need to wake up.
The bright morning light peaked through the curtains, waking the Commander. With a yawn, he wiped the sand from his eyes. With much joy, he was glad to see Taihou still snuggled up to him, although she traced her fingers around his nipples and belly button.
"Good morning, my Commander," Taihou says seductively, kissing his chest.
"Good morning, beautiful," Karl replies, turning towards her to wrap Taihou in his arms.
The two begin to kiss gently until his manhood becomes hard. Taihou, without pulling herself from the kisses, moves on top of the Commander. Her warm nether region radiated through her bikini bottom to his hard cock. Karl grabs her butt playfully with one hand as Taihou wraps her arms around him further. Their tongues meet one another in firey passion as saliva dribbles from the sides of their mouth. The wet kisses drove Taihou wild, even more so when the Commander's free hand found its way into her hair, playing with it lovingly as they indulged in each other.
"Where did you get this bikini from?" Karl asks Taihou as she breaks the kiss to sit up.
"It's a part of my race queen outfit," Taihou replies, slowly grinding her hot lower on his cock. "I wanted you to see every part of me. You need Taihou!"
"How did you get it in here?" Karl asked as she rubbed his manhood rhythmically.
"Taihou has her ways." She says seductively as she removes the top, revealing her large breasts to him. Throwing it to the side, she undid her bikini bottom, and the Commander's manhood began to throw as Taihou crawled up to smoother him with her breasts.
The Commander took the lead and began sucking her nipples. Putting his hips up, Karl angled himself and entered Taihou, making her coo seductively. Taihou pushes his head against her as the built-up sexual frustration turns to atoms, and the phoenix feels her Commander, her love, deep inside her. The hand on her ass, another on her tit, his mouth in another, and his cock thrusting into Taihou drove her into a blissful state of raw emotion. Karl thrusted lovingly into Taihou as her lustful words turned into incoherent drivel. Taihou propped her arms on the bed's headboard and locked her legs under the Commander's thighs. She knew he wasn't leaving, but Taihou wanted to be sure. This room was their love nest, and Taihou wanted to own it.
Karl turned the tables on Taihou instantly and turned to the side of the bed without breaking his rhythm. Grabbing her ass with both hands, The Commander controlled their movement flawlessly. The carrier was impressed with his strength as he manhandled her. Wrapping her arms behind his neck, Taihou rode him like a bucking broncho. She was nearing climax, and they both knew it. With a free hand, Karl cupped her head and kissed Taihou like a wild beast. The phoenix came violently, and her loving screaming of passion filled the Commander's mouth. To Taihou's surprise, the couple came together, and a sticky, wet sensation covered Karl's lap. The two fell back onto the bed with their eyes locked on one another. His now flaccid penis fell out of the soaking wet pussy of Taihou; as it dripped a mixture of her juices and his cum.
Between heavy pants and sweat dripping from their face, the two love birds continued to kiss and love each other. Taihou finally broke from his lips, exhausted from the fucking, and laid on the Commander's chest. A sweet and satisfied 'ahhh' escaped the phoenix as she listened to the Commander's heartbeat. Another surprise captivated Taihou, and his lover gently massaged and played with the back of her hair.
The stoic Commander looked into the carrier's crimson eyes and swore he could see hearts in them. Neither of them spoke for what felt like hours. Karl kisses Taihou on the forehead, sinfully enjoying the aroma of her cinnamon shampoo. But as much as the two wanted to bask in the warm embrace of each other's naked bodies, there was work to be done. A knock at the door interrupted Taihou's blissful dreams, but Karl reacted first.
"I'm awake," Karl groans. "I'm about to clean up and get dressed."
"May I come in, Master?" Belfast's voice asks through the door.
"Taihou and I are rather naked at the moment," Karl said frankly, throwing Belfast off guard. Taihou only gives a naughty expression and nuzzles herself against him, drunk off the attention given to her by her beloved.
"Ah," Belfast replies, noticeably taken aback by the blunt reply. "Breakfast will be done in thirty minutes. Ms. Atago and Ms. Akagi will be at your office in two hours. I don't think it would be appropriate to be naked when Ms. Akagi arrives, Ms. Taihou."
"Thank you, Belfast," Karl replies, "You're the best!"
"All in a day work for a maid, Master," Belfast responds casually.
"Are you sure you don't want me to stay like this when that old fox comes in today?" Taihou asks cheekily.
"I'd rather not have you two burning down my office, sweetie," Karl replies, kissing her forehead.
Taihou giggles and steals a kiss from him. "Let's shower; I want to wash your back," Taihou says, jumping up from the bed and pulling him up.
While the two love birds were cleaning each other, Belfast sat out breakfast for three. It would be the first time she ate with her Master, a moment that felt somewhat foreign to her and her fellow maids. But the Master did say she was a part of his staff, or whatever that meant. The two shared an intimate moment together, and with that, Belfast surmised she was worthy enough to enjoy a meal with him.
The sound of footsteps signaled to Belfast she was about to have company. Rounding the corner appeared the Commander and Taihou. Karl gave her a welcoming smile, "Good morning, Belfast. Did you sleep well?"
"Good morning, Belfast-San," Taihou says to her nicely.
"Good morning, Master. Good Morning, Ms. Taihou." Belfast replies, curtsying. "I slept well, did you?"
"Like a rock," Karl said, pulling Belfast's and Taihou's seats out for them.
"Oh, thank you, Master," Belfast said, surprised. Taihou kissed him on the cheek and sat down in a dignified manner like Belfast.
"What on the menu?" Karl asks.
"For you, Master, A traditional English breakfast, and Ms. Taihou, a traditional Japanese breakfast dish. I hope it is to your liking, Ms. Taihou." Belfast explains with a smile.
"You didn't have to make breakfast for me, let alone a Sakura dish," Taihou replies, embarrassed at the thought put into the dish by the Royal Navy maid. "I could have made everything for my Commander and I."
Taihou was of two minds on this matter. One side of her was jealous of Belfast's cooking ability; this could undermine her position in her Commander's mind. But the other side was more understanding and embarrassed that Belfast had made her a meal in general. Taihou didn't want to trouble the sweet maid.
"We are a team, Ms. Taihou," Belfast reassures her. "It is a maid's duty to make her Master's life easier. This extends to his staff as well."
The maid sipped tea from a decorative cup and winked at Taihou. The carrier smiled uncomfortably and placed her hand on Karl's thigh. He looked at Taihou, who appeared concerned, and back at Belfast, who seemed innocent. Karl knew Belfast was doing this to be welcoming, so he smiled at Taihou and held her hand, "You are welcome here, basically. Thank you, Belfast, for the thought put into this."
"Of course, my Master," Belfast replies.
"I'm sorry, Belfast," Taihou says to the maid. "I don't mean to be rude. I'm not used to Western hospitality. I travel a lot for the Sakura Empire, but it's mostly to the rest of Asia and the Dragon Empery."
"You should travel to Hong Kong then," Belfast suggests. "I believe you would enjoy it, Ms. Taihou."
Karl noted the English breakfast. Fried eggs, beans, sausage, blood pudding, mushrooms, toast, and bacon. Coffee and tea are good for him, while Taihou has green tea. Her meal was made of fish, rice, an odd egg dish, a veggie side dish, and some odd beans called natto. Belfast had a smaller English breakfast and tea as well.
"This looks fantastic," Karl replies, impressed.
"Please enjoy everyone." Belfast encouraged them.
As they began to dig into their meal, Belfast recognized the dreamy expression on Taihou's face as she ate. The maid noted the placement of their opposing hands on each other thighs. After the racket made this morning and his admission of their nudity, it was evident that they were committing coitus. The head maid hoped there wasn't a horrible mess on the sheets; she wasn't that convinced that Taihou would be as careful as she was when pleasing the Commander. Or did the Commander think to be that careful?
The thought of him being as though to finish inside the carrier made the usually proper maid give Belfast some dirty ideas.
However, her train of thought was broken as the Commander's leg slowly pushed between her legs. Belfast gently held it between her thighs and sighed happily before taking a bite of blood sausage.
The Commander winked at her as he took a sip of coffee. 'You dirty dog.' Belfast thought to herself naughtily. Taihou kissed him on the cheek and fed him a piece of her fish, "Try my fish. I'll have to make this for you to see who's better, my Commander." Taihou says to him. After finishing their meals, Taihou kisses him and tells him she will get his office ready.
"Play nice if the other two show up early," Karl tells her.
Taihou laughs and walks off, blowing a kiss to him. Karl stands up and finishes his coffee, "Do you need any help cleaning up?"
"Not really, unless your bedroom is a disaster." Belfast jests, taking a handful of plates.
"We didn't soil the sheets with anything, I assure you," Karl reassures her, taking his plate and scraping it off into the trash. "After we showered, we stripped the bed out of respect. I wouldn't make you clean up my mess, you know that."
"Well, you did make me clean you up after I made you finish." Belfast's cheeky reply made Karl give her a funny expression in return.
"I didn't say anything about that!" Karl chuckles.
Belfast giggles, "I'm just giving you the business, as one might say. Your sweet gestor with the sheets and your leg between my thighs is enough for me to forgive you."
"It's seven in the morning, and you're busting my balls," Karl replies, smirking. "I'm glad to see you opening up then."
"I believe Ms. Taihou did that this morning." Belfast counters, only for the Commander to respond with a playful smack on her stern.
"Someone is rather cross," Karl says to her playfully. Belfast turns quickly and grabs him by the belt. Pulling him close to her, she kisses him on the lips.
"Please behave, my Master," Belfast tells him. "And please keep your hands to yourself. I don't believe those girls will appreciate you playing with the headmaid. Do you remember what we spoke about together?"
"I will," Karl replies, becoming noticeably quiet momentarily. Then he hugs Belfast, "Thank you again. Both for the breakfast and coming to help me yesterday."
Belfast returns the hug and relents, finally accepting the praise. "Anything for my Master." She replies. "What happened to you after you left?"
With a heavy sigh, Karl relented and decided to let the sweet maid know, "After I visited the counterintelligence commander, My mind went blank. I knew the Commander, Red Lucy; we served together during a particularly horrifying time during the war. Then… Nothing."
Karl adjusts himself, sweeping his hand through his hair as he begins to think. But, unlike before, his mind didn't freeze, or a headache appeared. Things were still foggy, though he recalled some events.
"But it comes in waves… I remember seeing people in a river… Like my comrades and Akagi… Then, I saved Raiden from an airstrike. Then I remember speaking to Raiden and holding her. A picture of all four of us, too; I remember Raiden showing me a picture of Me, Her, Taihou, and Akagi. But everything else is hazy until I spent the day with Taihou."
He rolls his lips back as he begins to contemplate everything. "I… I'll figure it out… But I need to get to work."
"Of course, Master," Belfast says, hugging him. "Please do not be afraid to call for me if you need something."
Karl hugs her back and heads to the office. Reaching the office, he finds Atago and Taihou diligently working, filing, and reviewing papers. Atago places a few files on his desk and goes to greet him, too much of Taihou's silent jealousy. The heavy cruiser kisses him and pulls him over to the desk.
"Amagi-San and Kaga are going to the home islands to meet Lady Shinano," Atago informs him. "There are their itineraries and travel plans. As well as documents from our allies in the Eagle Union regarding Siren operations and Iron blood documents about artic operations with the Northern Parliament."
"My Commander," Taihou begins as he takes a seat. "I've already double-checked the documents for your signatures. Atago and I have also organized historical files by nation and alphabetic order inside them."
"Thank you, ladies," Karl says, giving a flirty wink to Taihou. "Where is Akagi? She should be here by now."
"Akagi is wishing Kaga and Amagi farewell as they depart," Atago tells him. "She'll be in later today after she supervises a training event. The second carrier division is doing exercises soon after with the rest of the combined fleet. Remember, she is the secondary leader of the Sakura detachment here when Amagi is away."
"I'll check on that exercise when it gets going then," Karl says in passing as he reads a report from Iron Blood. "Any other reports?"
"A message from Commander Helena," Taihou replies reluctantly. "It was a nasty letter about removing you from your position. I filed it in the trash."
"Good girls," Karl replies to much of Taihou and Atago's embarrassment.
The day began with phone calls and paper deliveries from the port facilities. A series of papers from Akashi for authorization of imports of various goods, academic reports from the TTC written by Kolin, and the reading of training reports from the other factions. According to one report from Leonardo DaVinci, the Sardegna Empire submarines were closely training with Iron Blood and Eagle Union sub fleets for better control over the Mediterranean. This was notable for the use of new communications equipment provided by Karl's contacts in the order. A counter-report to this was from the Royal Navy regarding tracking this new form of communication, and they found it to be a game changer if implemented with the rest of the surface fleet.
Karl smiled, "At least I made an impact with them."
Three more reports came through this time detailing events with Eagle Union, Royal Navy, and Northern Parliament operations in the arctic regions of the North Pole. Another counter-report came from Sakura Empire's adventures to assist the factions in the battle for the great north.
"Ice and snow… Fucking hell…" Karl remarks, a chill shaking down his spine. "As long as it isn't a Nifelheim winter, I'll take it… But I'm starting to enjoy this warm weather too much."
"Something bothering you, Commander?" Atago asks him as Taihou organizes papers.
"Just looking at this report from the Northern Parliament," Karl tells her. "It's about the operations in the Arctic. I can almost feel the cold weather when I turn the page! God, sometimes the harsh cold makes me miss my days in Africa. But the same can be the same in reverse."
"Africa?" Taihou asks. "Like the Mediterranean or in the Cape of Good Hope?"
"Mostly central Africa, Ivory Coast, and southern Africa." Karl replies, "A lot of jungle work. Only really traveled for fun in South Africa; even then, it was still work."
"Oh! Did you go on one of those Safari's!?" Taihou asks bubbly, "I would love to go on one after the war!"
Karl smiles, recalling his time in Africa on what could loosely be called a Safari. Though they were watching animals in the back of a bus. More or less riding on top of supply convoy trucks full of humanitarian aid or mining trucks full of natural resources heading to a port. He did recall seeing lions, elephants, and other African beasts. But he mostly placed the malaria and the IEDs.
"Yeah, I did," Karl replies cheekily, the girls unknowingly getting excited at romantic ideas of the African savannah. "I'll never forget it, honestly."
Throughout the day, the trio completed all the paperwork by lunchtime. Taihou later attended a teatime with her close friend Shoukaku, saying something about checking up on Akagi and 'her plans.'
Atago and Karl went to lunch before he would go to the exercise. The couple decided to grab lunch at a food stand run by the Dragon Emperor. They grabbed steamed pork buns and went to sit under a tree for a picnic. Karl placed his uniform top down as a blanket to sit on, and the two enjoyed the beautiful day. The Commander leaned against a tree with Atago held in his embrace while listening to the ocean and the peaceful voices of the residents going about their day.
"My Darling?" Atago asks him innocently. "How are you doing? Everything OK? You were really focused today."
"I guess it's because I slept well after my day with Taihou," Karl told her. "We spent the day together after the attack. I got letters from some of my men as well. Plus, I have you in my lap, too, so I guess it's a good day."
"How are they, Your men?" Atago asks him, noting the happy twinkle in his eyes.
"They are well." Karl begins, "One of them is asking when I'm returning; another had his first child, and I got a picture of my company before I left. It really warmed my heart more to see all of that."
Atago noted the tension in his hands as they lay on her stomach. One of his legs intertwined with hers, giving the heavy cruiser a warm feeling in her heart.
"Was there a special letter too?" Atago asks him.
Karl looks at her, puzzled, "No. There were only three of them."
Atago pulls a letter from her uniform, "This was on your desk. It's for Akagi."
"What?" Karl replies generously, confused. "I don't remember writing anything for her?"
His phone vibrates, interrupting his train of thought. Pulling the phone from his pocket, the caller ID showed runes instead of a name, but Karl knew who exactly it was.
"Claudia, Perfect timing," Karl says. "I was just thinking about you."
"That letter should only be read to the Red Castle," Claudia says bluntly. "I found it when digging around an archive in Juno."
"You didn't even say hello or goodbye?" Karl asks, offended, as he looks at the letter.
"Lucy told me that that wouldn't be a good idea," Claudia tells him. "I met with a friend of yours, too, a great woman. She's protective of you; I wouldn't want to get in her way either."
"Fredrich Der Grosse, The Terror?" Karl asks her.
"Cherr," Claudia begins, her voice full of admiration. "That woman earned that name. Hopefully, she can join me for a day at the Neu Rhineland vineyards. I could even call her a friend, but I digress. You should take that letter to Akagi by yourself. Things might get clearer until the Dreamwalker sees you."
"I'm not one for cryptic puzzles," Karl replies, annoyed. "Say it to me like I'm a moron."
"Bless your heart," Claudia replies sarcastically before hanging up.
"The ex-wife again?" Atago asks him, noting the rather annoyed expression on his face.
"Yeah…" Karl replies quietly. "She's toying with me again… More questions than anything else… How helpful, eh?"
The flat tone hid his sarcasm and frustration. Atago's instincts took over, and she sat up to switch positions. Moving to her knees, she pushed herself onto the Commander, engulfing him in a hug. The Onee-san and Yandere sides fought over who would take the Commander, but the pure-hearted big sister won again and began showering him in love. Karl sighs heavily as Atago kisses his neck and cheeks. He holds her tight and returns the loving pecks on her neck.
It worked as Atago intended, and the frustration melted off his face, but some still lingered in his green eyes. Holding his chin gently in her gloved hands, Atago kisses him deeply. The heavy cruiser's hips slowly gyrated above his crotch, warning Karl that Atago was about to lose control. But he couldn't afford to romp with Atago right now, especially in a park with destroyers and intruding shipgirls.
"We might have an audience," Karl warns her.
"Fufu…" Atago replies, "Onee-san just wants to love on you!"
"Dear sister," A voice says, disappointed from nearby. "It would be wise not to commit such acts in public."
The couple looks around to see Takao with her arms crossed and a disappointed expression on her face. It caused Atago's ears to flatten, and she crawled off the Commander's lap.
"We weren't going to go much further, I assure you, Takao," Karl tells the disappointed sister. "I'm not for public displays like that."
"Shouldn't you be working at your office?" Takao says, ignoring his response.
"Thanks to the combined efforts of your wonderful sister and Taihou," Karl began, helping Atago to her feet and holding her close. "We finished all the day's work before lunch. I figured I would relax with her since getting my staff together was spearheaded by her."
The praise made Atago's ears jump back up, and she hugged the Commander with a smile. Takao could feel slightly jealous, but the stoic warrior buried the feeling quickly.
"There is always more to be done," Takao says dismissively.
"I assure you I wasn't slacking off," Karl replies with a wry smirk. "I wanted to enjoy lunch with her. But, I do have some matters to attend to, though."
"That being?" Takao asks pointedly.
"Exercises," Karl says shortly. "Sakura Empire Carrier exercises."
"Then I will accompany you," Takao says. "It seems you two will need my guidance."
Atago noted the conversation on the phone between Karl and his ex-wife. 'Onee-san is always listening…' Atago giggles to herself. 'Onee-san will always protect her darling Commander…'
"I think I'll take a pass on that," Atago replies, taking Takao aback. "I'm going to check on everything at the office. Plus, I think the Commander should check on Akagi on his own. Taihou and I have had him all to ourselves all day. I'd rather not have her angry."
Karl's face showed a frown, and he felt terrible that she wouldn't be coming with him. But Claudia's advice seemed to resonate with him.
"Atago is right," Karl agrees. "I'd rather not have Akagi rock the boat on this one."
"Akagi knows my thoughts on you," Takao says frankly. "I can assure you she won't have the same response as she would for my sister. Besides, She was the one who requested me to look for you."
Karl raised his eyebrow and nodded, 'Takao is in Akagi's corner? Interesting.' He noted to himself. "Escort duty, eh? Is the Red Castle worried that I'll get attacked again?"
"She simply wants your journey to her uninterrupted," Takao tells him. "That is Akagi's request. I'm following orders from my superior."
The cruiser stares at him with a stoic expression. Atago approaches him and kisses his cheek, "I'll see you soon. Please be safe!"
Atago smiles at Takao and hugs her, throwing the stoic sister off guard and making her jump to much of Karl's enjoyment. Breaking from the hug, Atago gives him a flirty wave before walking away. Takao groans as she notices the Commander eyeing her sinful sister with hungry eyes.
"Do you ever get enough of being a pervert?" Takao asks him bluntly.
"I can't help. I lust after a woman I love." Karl says cooly, firmly pissing off Takao with his nonchalant expression.
"ENOUGH OF YOUR NONSENSE!" Takao shouts at him.
"That wasn't nonsense," Karl says calmly. "I'm expressing my feelings for her. Besides, you both have wonderfully beautiful sterns."
The comment struck Takao speechless, and he turned to begin walking to the training ground. She caught up with the Commander to scold him, but he ignored her as he was deep in thought.
"Commander!" Takao shouts, trying to get his attention as he continues walking.
But the angry dog girl couldn't break his thoughts. The letter in his jacket seemed warm on top of his heart, like it was giving off energy.
'When did I write a letter and seal it?' Karl asks himself as he walks on. 'Why was it in Juno?'
Karl stops his brisk walk to look at the ocean. He put his hand on his chest where the letter sat in his jacket. Its warmth carried an almost magical feeling to him. The aroma of sea salt fills his nose, giving Karl a melancholy feeling filling his body. A heavy sigh escapes him as he stares at the ocean.
"I do not recommend that you walk off without an escort!" Takao says firmly to him. "The ashes have attacked you in port over two times, and you can not afford to be without escort!"
The Commander says nothing and looks onto the sea as the sunshine glimmers off the ocean. Waves crashed on the brown sand beaches only to retreat into the sea, the salt bubbling as the sand sucked the water into it. Seagulls cawed and played above them, giving Karl a peaceful feeling. He turns on his heels in a sharp military fashion and motions for Takao to join him at his side. The shipgirl moved to join him and continued to berate him, "For someone who appears so seasoned, you are making a rookie mistake."
"If Raiden wished to kill me, she would have done it already," Karl replies. "As would have Falcon or Typhoon. But they didn't."
"Arrogance and overconfidence lead to ruin," Takao tells him as they walk along the path by the coast.
"It is neither arrogance nor overconfidence but an observation," Karl says frankly. "They have optical camouflage, after all. I wouldn't be surprised if they stood nearby or sat in the trees."
Takao scoffs but unconsciously begins scanning the ocean and tree line. Karl smirks, "Optical camo is cool but not perfect. Thermals can see through it, but unfortunately, we don't have those here. There is a trick, though: look deliberately and look for the outline of a person or a mirage effect."
"That's ridiculous." Takao remarks, "Where did you hear that nonsense?"
"I did it before." Karl chuckles. "The META girls aren't the only ones with access to such things. Besides, it's how Raiden jumped me at the onsen."
"I'm surprised she didn't take her chance then," Takao replies, impressed at her sister META's action. "She must have been watching you two for some time then. I'm more surprised you saw her in the first place."
"I'm always on alert," Karl says hauntingly. "It's a curse sometimes. But you need to be."
"Then we need to be more vigilant," Takao interjects. "For someone as paranoid as you, I'm appalled you don't take your security seriously. Do you have a death wish, then? I don't see you looking around."
"I don't need to look around franticly like a rookie to see the world around me," Karl says calmly in a cold tone. "Nor do I need you to. Never mind. I don't need to be ugly to you."
"Never hold back anything, Commander." Takao says sharply, anger dripping off the tail end of 'Commander.'
Karl stops abruptly and turns sharply to Takao, throwing her off center and putting her on guard. The cruiser puts her hand on her sword's handle instinctively. A blank expression hung ominously on the Commander's face, his eyes covered by the bill of his black field cap. His arm rose slowly towards what Takao assumed to be her face. But instead, it was to his cap, showing his eyes to her. A death glare melted before Takao's eyes as Karl sighed somberly.
"I never have," Karl says to her firmly, his tone moving from solid to soft. "But I don't want to be ugly to you. I don't wish to."
Takao felt… Confused…
She straightened her posture and placed her arms at rest. Takao looked at the Commander's eyes to see he was deathly serious and… In pain?
"As you wish," Takao replies awkwardly. "Commander."
"Thank you." Karl continues, turning away from her to continue the walk to the training ground. The walk was rarely silent, with Karl not glancing at Takao, making her worry for him. A thought process that made the stoic samurai unnerved slightly. The silence was broken once they arrived at the training grounds where the carriers were training against siren mock-ups.
The sound of aircraft engines instantly draws his attention upward as Judy dive bombers with significant red Sakura Empire markings do a low pass above them. A smirk breaks the icy expression on the Commander's face as his head returns to the path ahead, where Akagi sits under an umbrella, observing Souryuu and Hiryuu executing their attack runs.
"They seem to be performing well," Takao observes.
"There is just something beautiful about aviation that makes a grunt like me smile," Karl tells her. "Though I miss frontal aviation."
"Frontal aviation?" Takao asks, to no reply as he walks forward towards the peaceful Akagi.
"I'm used to more… Tactical air assets," Karl says to her as he closes in on Akagi. "Akagi, How's the training going? I feel like there are more of these going on than I would imagine."
"Co-man-der!" Akagi sings happily as he sits beside her under the umbrella. "A wonderful surprise to join your fleet carrier here. Did you miss Akagi like Akagi misses you?"
"I don't think there is anyone that could ever miss me like you do, Akagi," Karl says slyly to much of Takao's disgust.
The carrier hugs him and wraps her tail around his waist to pull the Commander closer to her. Akagi hands him a collection of notes with Eagle Union markings and Sakura Empire markings. The first couple of sentences were a series of introductions to the two nations' career programs and doctrine. But the rest made the paper clear why Akagi was doing another carrier training event: Hakuryuu.
"White Dragon," Karl says, looking up as the 2nd Carrier Division destroys the two of the target ships. "Blueprint ship."
"The Eagle Union's Essex class girls are formidable, but there are stories about shipgirls more powerful than Enterprise…" Akagi says, the venom dripping off every word. "The Sakura Empire is strong, but I enjoy keeping the advantage. While Lady Shinano is legendary, I'd like someone more alert than her."
"I see," Karl replies, reading through the documents of Hakuryuu's deployment in Operation Siren II. "Though these documents show her performance in Siren II to be exceptional."
"While that is true," Akagi agrees. "I would like her to be greater than exceptional. The unrivaled ones can not be at every battle, as much as I would love to. The girls of 2nd and 5th carrier will always need work, and a clean slate like Hakuryuu allows me to input my own data into her hull."
"Smart move," Karl remarks. "As much as I would love to see you grow stronger, I'd rather you share the wealth."
"I'll still be the unrivaled one," Akagi replies proudly. "But I am only one woman."
The Fox laments and lays her head on Karl's shoulder as Hiryuu prepares another attack. "How is my Commander's day going? Have those two pests given you trouble?"
"None at all," Karl says honestly. "Though I wish I had my fourth girl, you're busy. You've got to carry the slack when the others are gone."
"I can hand this responsibility over to someone capable, like Takao if you wish." Akagi offers eagerly.
"No," Karl replies. "She's more than capable, but you're the face of the carriers. You know carrier operations better than her by default. No insult to you Takao!"
Takao nods, eavesdropping the entire time. While she disapproved of the Commander's relationship with Akagi, he at least knew her strengths did not lay with carriers.
"We finished early today," Karl begins, "I don't think it will always be like this. But, if it does, we should have some time to spend together. I'd rather know my staff more."
Akagi's smile widened, and the animalist's urge to assault him with kisses made her hair stand up. However, the interruption of the rabbit sisters made her plans of an all-out love assault pause. The Judy's of the 2nd Carrier division assaulted another siren drone, raking several of them with 7.7mm machine gun fire and aircraft bombs catching the Commander's gaze.
"Fuck 'em up, girls," Karl responds as the drone falls into the ocean.
"Do you enjoy the show?" Akagi asks him lovingly. "1st Carrier division always crushes their enemies more spectacularly."
The warms over his heart grew stronger the closer Akagi got to him. Its sensation soon overwhelmed him to burning like a close flame.
"I am, but what is the schedule of the exercise?" He asks, reaching into his top to retrieve the letter.
"We should be concluding after they finish this pass," Akagi replies, noticing his hand moving to his jacket. "Why? Do you have somewhere to be?"
"No, not at all," Karl says nonchalantly. "But I want to give you something in private. I'd like to give it to you in private. May we go to your home?"
"Commander." Takao interrupts. "Will you be with Akagi much longer? I have to leave for the docks. Atago wishes me to come with her to welcome back some of the commission fleets. I can tell her to take care of it alone, Commander."
Akagi goes to speak for him, but Karl moves first. "I'll be a bit. I really need to speak to her in private. You'll know if I'm in trouble; Akagi will surely let the world know."
"There will never be trouble with Akagi at your side," Akagi replies in her oddly loving and psychotic way.
"As you wish," Takao replies reluctantly before leaving them to their devices. Akagi pulls her communicator and informs the girls of the second carrier division about the closing of the exercise.
The Commander chimes in pleased, "You make an old man remember his troublesome youth with those airstrikes. Give the sirens hell, girls."
As they got up to leave, Karl could feel the heat of the letter grow more intense. But he pushed on; he wanted to be away from everyone else just in case it caused an episode.
Some time passed till they reached the home of Amagi and her sisters. A feeling of slight relief took Karl as he entered the house. This was his third visit, and the respectable Japanese home also began to feel like his home. The Fox removed his shoes and top, only for the letter to fall on the floor.
Karl quickly grabs the letter and hides it under the liner of his hat. The sly Fox removes her shoes and throws her arms around the Commander. A whiff of Taihou and Atago takes her nose, making the hair on her tails stand up. Her animal instincts kick in, and Akagi rubs herself over him to smother the oder of her staff mates. Karl drops his hat by his boots, "Marking your territory?"
Akagi pauses and smiles at her Commander. Her odd smile made Karl's heart feel strange as a ticklish feeling filled his chest. The Fox's tails began to fill his vision as they enveloped him. The Commander took the initiative and picked up the seductive Fox to carry her away from the door. Akagi giggles playfully, a sound he rarely heard from her.
"Only reinforcing my position, SKK." She whispers.
"Rather aggressive foreign policy," Karl remarks flirtishly. "You've ruffled your beautiful tails in the process. May I brush them?"
Akagi freezes, and a look of absolute shock overtakes her, "Is my Commander wanting to tend to Akagi?"
Karl's expression turns confused, "Yes? Is there an issue with this? I'd like to tend to you in more ways than bedroom antics. You know this, my fleet carrier."
"Akagi could eat you alive, my Commander," Akagi says seductively. Her use of the line 'eat you alive' makes the Commander wonder what he is getting into. But then he remembered the letter… Maybe some foreplay would calm him down?
Between his heart racing and the feeling in his chest, Karl felt like a young man again. But why? While he loves Atago, Taihou, and Akagi, he is usually calm and collected.
"To my room. I have a brush in there," Akagi says warmly as she dismounts from him. "It's been a stressful day, and I would enjoy some heavy petting from my Commander."
The carrier turns on her tip toes like a ballerina and takes him by the hand to take him further into the home. Karl allowed her to take the lead, and the Akagi happily took him to her room to sit him down on the pallet. Going to a nearby chest, she retrieves a grooming brush and hands it to him.
"Take your shirt off." Akagi insists.
"Nothing more after that, please." Karl requests. "I want to enjoy you. I haven't seen you all day, and you've been hard at work."
"But, my Commander, you've been having to watch over those troublesome girls for the better part of the day!" Akagi rebuttals. "Akagi wants to further cleanse you of their negative energy…"
Karl smiles and hugs Akagi before turning her around to brush her tails. The fox girl began to quiver in her seat as the Commander gently brushed her. The brush glided through the brown fur with no resistance. Akagi's hair began to lay down, and the fiery fox girl began to moan happily.
"You are cleansing me of this energy," Karl says to her with a peaceful sigh. The Fox undid her centerpiece and removed most of her additional clothes, only leaving her top and skirt. Akagi leans back into the Commander's lap, engulfing him again in her tail, and throws the brush out of his hands to the floor beside them. Taking his hands, Akagi begins to kiss the tops of his palms before wrapping him around her.
"The more Akagi looks at you," Akagi muses, "The more Akagi wants to know what's going on in your mind and heart."
"Hmmm?" Karl sounds, raising his brow as the Fox playfully kisses his hand.
"When you're with Akagi," Akagi begins, "Your body wishes to be close to me, and your soul yearns for me like mine does for you."
Akagi sighed sadly as her expression grew concerned, "But when I look in your eyes, I see a pain in you. Do I bring you sadness, Commander?"
Karl shakes his head slowly. A flashback of Akagi's corpse in the river flashes in his mind. He then recalls wiping the blood off Akagi's face after the first encounter with the Ashes.
"I just…" Karl begins, rolling his lips as he finds his words. "I just have a lot going on up here."
He gently takes Akagi's hands, tracing a circle in the carrier's hands. "Between the attacks and just… Difficult feelings regarding everything…. I-I-I… I feel so…."
The stuttering in his voice, the uncertainty in his expression, and the heavy bags under his eyes gave Akagi a peek behind her beloved Commander's mask of strength.
Karl bit his lower lip, trying not to speak. Takes his right hand away from Akagi and bites his index finger to keep himself silent, but the Fox pulls it back to her with all her strength. The firey Fox begins to lick the teeth marks and kiss them lightly as she holds his hand selfishly.
"I don't know anymore sometimes," Karl admits, pulling Akagi into him. The fox girl's nine tales further enveloped him like a loving embrace. "I feel like… I'm losing my mind…"
In his mind, Karl began fighting with two conflicting ideas. One was that he needed to return to combat; the only real thing he knew would take his mind off these negative thoughts, and the other was diving into despair. The stoic Karl could almost feel the presence of despair lingering around him. In the corners of the room, between the floorboards, seeping out of the walls and filling the air like nerve gas, suffocating his confidence and sending him into a labyrinth of thinking traps.
The warm embrace of Akagi's tails and body kept him away from the trap. Her soft hands graced Karl's face, her nails cutting through his facial hair to feel the scars hidden beneath it.
"Akagi is here for you," Akagi reassures him gently, "My beloved Commander."
Akagi is here for you, My beloved Commander….
Akagi will always be here with you…
A fire surrounded him as the world thundered and shook as those words echoed in his mind. Only for it to disappear in an instant as he returns to reality.
"I'll always be here for you…" Karl whispers, wrapping Akagi in his arms like it was the end of days.
A breeze blew through the home, and the letter appeared falling between them. Akagi looks at the wax-sealed letter suspiciously, "Who is this for?" She asks him.
"You," Karl whispers. "It's for you."
"Did my Commander write me a love note?" Akagi asks playfully.
"I'm not sure, honestly," Karl tells her, confusing the carrier.
Akagi thinks nothing of it and rushes to open the letter. Melting the wax with her elemental powers, she took the letter out quickly and read it. Leading back into the Commander so he could partake in its contents. Karl holds the fox girl close and places his head on her shoulder.
The letter was written with an ink pin, Akagi could tell by the black ink reflecting in the light and all the errors were crossed out. Karl recognized the paper type as the kind they would use for official orders at any of the order's military units. There were a couple of coffee stains, a burn hole from cigarette ash, and the faint watermark of the Order of St. Abbadon in the top right corner. Karl noted the handwriting: It was, indeed, his.
"Commander…" Akagi whispers, "I love you more than life itself…"
Within an hour, a blue butterfly enters Akagi's room. Soon, more of these glowing blue butterflies fill the space and form a protective ring around the pallet. Akagi and Commander Karl were lying naked on the pallet, their love liquids dripping from each other. Akagi was wrapped around the Commander, and her tails provided extra protection and warmth for them. More butterflies appeared and soon manifested a ghostly figure: The Dreamweaver, Shinano.
"This one… I feel other forces here…" Shinano says quietly.
"You will need the support, Dreamweaver." Fredrich Der Grosse remarks, smiling.
