Jayne and Barry were about out of the house when a hand grabbed Jayne's arm. Jayne froze in fear she was caught, trying quickly to think of what she could do. "Barry, run!" She yelled.

Barry saw who it was and didn't run. "No need to Jayne." He told her, wanting her to calm down.

Jayne turned and saw Robert, tears falling down her face as she hugged her father. "Oh, dad. I'm so happy to see you." Jayne sobbed as she held onto her father.

"Hey, hey. It's okay. You're okay. You're safe." Robert held his daughter close to him, knowing how scared she was and wanting her to know that she was safe.

Annie walked over to Barry. "Are you alright?" She asked him.

"Yes, you should have seen Jayne. Robert you would be very proud of her. I'm very proud of her." Barry was concerned about Jayne, knowing this ordeal had taken a turn.

"I'm always proud of her, always." Robert calmly spoke as Jayne calmed down.

Jayne tucked some of her hair behind her hair. "Where's mum and JJ?" She asked.

"Causing a distraction so that Annie and I could find you." Robert told Jayne, still keeping a calm tone. "We weren't going to let anything happen to you."

"Let's go help them!" Jayne grabbed her father's hand and pulled him with her as she headed towards the front door.

Inside

"Jayne came back here willingly, Robert wasn't the father she wanted and you've never been much of a mother. I don't even have to say anything about what she thinks of you." Alistair looked at JJ, he had despised him since the moment JJ came into Jayne's life.

"I've always had a lot to say to you. The way you have treated her over the years, made her feel like less of a person. Who the hell do you think you are treating anyone like that?" JJ was mad, every feeling he had for Alistair coming out in his words.

"I will tell you who I am. I'm her father." Alistair declared as he looked straight in JJ's eyes.

As the words came out of his mouth an Australian voice spoke up. "The hell you are. You are nothing but a piece of garbage! Jayne is my daughter."

"I am." Jayne spoke up. "I was never your daughter. I've always had my parents heart despite you trying to ruin me."

Holly went over to Jayne, needing to know she was okay.

"Well if you weren't in trouble for what you did to Ethan, you sure as hell would be now. I can't think of a nicer person for it to happen to." Annie told him as JJ restrained him.

The two of them waited for the authorities while Robert and Holly took Jayne into the other room.

Jayne was trying to be strong, she always went into the mode.

Robert gave her another hug. "Hey, hey. You don't have to be strong. Your mum and I are here. You went through a terrible ordeal to protect your family and continued to while trying to protect Barry. I'm so proud of you."

Holly rubbed Jayne's back. "I am too, so very proud of everything you did. You amaze me."

Jayne loved hearing the words but still was trying to process everything. "I love you both so much." Jayne moved so she could hug both of her parents, just needing to feel safe and she always did with them.
