Chapter 12: Flossy Flash, part 2
Daytime
(It starts inside PJ HQ where Owlette is looking through the cameras of different parts of Tarabiscoville until she got to one where Flossy Flash is doing stretches on top of a building and was still angry about that night and swiped away from the camera to look at the other cameras, just then, PJ Robot teleported into the room with some tools to work on the Owl-Glider only to stop from seeing the camera with Flossy Flash on it pushed to the side and beeped to Owlette wondering about it.)
Owlette: It's nothing PJ Robot. (continues going through the cameras as PJ Robot beeped in confusion.) I said it's nothing! I... (takes a deep breath and calms down.) Flossy Flash isn't who I thought she was, she turned out to be a tycoon, (PJ Robot beeped in fright from what she said.) Flossy Flash was never a hero, she's only doing this for the money, but I won't let her get away with this. (swipes the cameras away and walks to a desk with a miniature sculpture of Flossy Flash on it.) This will be a day I'll never forget. (knocks the sculpture off, causing it to break apart from hitting the ground.)
(Just then, a camera zoomed into view revealing the Color Bandits back at it in their truck which made PJ Robot panic from what he saw and alerted Owlette about it.)
Owlette: Get to work on the Owl-Glider, I'll fly solo. (waves her arm to the side for the Cat flap and flies out as it closes.)
(Back in town, the Color Bandits were driving around in their truck causing trouble in town as Owlette was chasing them in the air while shooting feathers at the wheels, trying to slow them down.)
Red Bandit: Ha! Nice try, but you'll never... Huh!? (spots Flossy Flash catching up on her Flossy Cycle.) Oh come on! Floor it, Yellow!
Yellow Bandit: On it! (slams the gas pedal and speeds up to try and get away.)
Flossy Flash: Stop in the name of the law, criminals! (revs her cycle up and speeds after them.) Let's get them, Owlette!
Owlette: Hmm! (starts spinning like a top, rapidly shooting feathers at the Color Bandits' Truck, causing them to swerve wildly from the amount of feathers coming at them as they panicked.)
Green Bandit: Whoa! (rolls off the side of the truck only for the Blue Bandit to catch his hand and pull him back in.) Owlette never did that before.
Blue Bandit: And that's something neither of us were expecting. (points at Flossy Flash behind the truck for Green to see Flossy Flash was swerving around the feathers to avoid getting stuck as she tried to catch up.)
Flossy Flash: Whoa! Hey! Owlette, what are you doing!?
(Owlette continues to rapidly shoot feathers at the Color Bandits' Truck until one of the wheels got hit by a feather causing the truck to spin uncontrollably which caused Flossy Flash to swerve out of the way, only to drive into a fire hydrant, launching herself off and onto a stand of fruit, breaking it.)
Flossy Flash: Ow. (sits up from the broken stand and looks up to see Owlette flying away as the Color Bandits sneak away.) Something must be up with her.
Nighttime
(At the museum, Demo-nator was setting up an explosive on one of the walls of the building and was about to get to a distance until he heard a cutting sound and turned to his planted explosive to see Owlette standing next to it with the fuse cut.)
Demo-Nator: Hey! Do you have any idea how long it takes me to make the length of the fuse for my bombs?
Owlette: Just be lucky Flossy Flash isn't with me.
Demo-Nator: So you figured it out, huh?
Owlette: What do you mean?
Demo-Nator: Flossy's greed, you weren't the first to find out about her true nature.
Owlette: How do you know about this?
Demo-Nator: You're talking to the first one to find out about her greed. (walks over to Owlette and holds a hand near her forehead.) Best brace yourself, I read one of the owl scrolls in the museum that Owlarions are able to see one's past when they let them put a hand on their forehead.
Owlette: I wondered why Slithor did it.
Demo-Nator: Now then. (places his hand on Owlette's forehead for a flash of light to appear then went down for Owlette to see she's in a different city as he comes over.) This is where my last attack as one of Flossy's enemies happened.
Owlette: I'm guessing you failed?
Demo-Nator: yup, but after that, (snaps his fingers transporting Owlette and himself to the rooftop of a warehouse where they see his past self sneaking towards the roof hatch.) I was gonna take Flossy Flash down once and for all, but when I opened the hatch, I heard Flossy talking to her producers about something and carefully got a closer look until I heard what Flossy is really doing the comic business for, after hearing Flossy's true intentions, I lost interest in fighting her, I was going to look for a new town to fight a different hero in until I found a newspaper telling about you in Tarabiscoville, that's how I found out about that town.
Owlette: Whoa. (covers her eyes from another flash only to see she was back in the present time where Demo-Nator was gonna blow up a wall of the museum.) I can't believe Flossy was greedy from the start.
Demo-Nator: Same here, I told the other villains that she fights all about her before I came to Tarabiscoville, but they didn't believe me, if I had to guess, they stopped fighting her after too many failures against her.
Owlette: Well I found out about it last night and I'm gonna reveal the truth to everyone. (starts flying away.)
Demo-Nator: Wait! If you try and tell everyone the truth about Flossy, she's gonna come after you! And she won't stop until you're gone!
Owlette: I'll take my chances.
(Owlette then flew away as Demo-Nator sighed worriedly about it. Later at PJ HQ, Owlette was going through the cameras fast trying to find where Flossy Flash is until Catboy came in from the side door holding a comic of Flossy Flash.)
Catboy: Hey Owlette, I saw you weren't at the comic store today, a new comic of Flossy Flash was made and you're in it. You and Flossy make a great team.
Owlette: Leave it on the table.
Catboy: Uh, okay? (walks over to the table and sets the comic down on it.) Is something wrong?
Owlette: I'm fine.
Catboy: Okay, well just to let you know, Flossy invited you to be part of a conference in town tonight, and everyone will be there to see.
Owlette: Everyone?
Catboy: Yeah, and if I had to guess, the villains will try and ruin it, we'll need to make sure the conference doesn't go the wrong way for you and Flossy.
Owlette: Hmm, I'll be there tonight.
Catboy: Got it, me and the others will be on patrol to make sure none of the villains try and ruin it. (leaves HQ via the Cat flap.)
Owlette: (swipes back to the camera where Flossy Flash is and glares angrily at her.) There's only one villain I'm planning on stopping, and she won't get away with it. (stands up and punches the screen, shattering it to pieces.)
(Owlette then looked at another screen to see some workers are building a stage in the museum for the conference she's to be at with Flossy Flash, but have other plans, she then looked at the comic on the table and begins reminiscing about what Flossy Flash said last night and won't forget. At the museum before the start of the conference, everyone was taking their seats and were waiting for it to begin while backstage was Flossy Flash reading through her notes on what she'll say while Xavier is getting his tie on for the conference.)
Xavier Lunarford: This is quite the turnout, are you sure you can do this?
Flossy Flash: Of course, it's been a while since I've been to one, but I'm ready to do it, strange Owlette isn't here though.
Xavier Lunarford: I'm curious about that as well, (checks his watch, wondering where Owlette is.) Where is she?
Director: (walks up to the two, holding a clipboard.) Mr. Lunarford, the conference is about to start.
Xavier Lunarford: Already? Owlette isn't here yet.
Director: Where is she? She has to come out onto the stage with Flossy Flash after your speech.
Flossy Flash: Then tell them Owlette couldn't make it, they'll understand.
Xavier Lunarford: Are you crazy? Owlette is the Owlarion princess. She's the hero of Tarabiscoville, if I tell them she isn't here, they'll be furious.
Flossy Flash: I'm sure they'll understand, just go out there and tell them.
Xavier Lunarford: Alright, but it's on your head if they get furious. (walks out onto the stage to tell his speech to everyone.)
Director: (looks through the paper on his clipboard, while whispering to Flossy Flash.) He's got a point though, everyone in Tarabiscoville are fans of Owlette.
Flossy Flash: There's no need to whisper, with the music playing, no one can hear us from backstage, not even Xavier, and so what if the whole town likes Owlette, I have a sure fire way to make them think she flew away in an accident.
Owlette: (teleports onto a box, behind Flossy Flash, startling her and the director.) How would it go?
Flossy Flash: Phew, you scared me for a bit there, that was just some acting I was doing by the way, wanted to get myself hyped up on the conference for when we get called out.
Owlette: And what if someone found out about your real intentions of being a hero?
Director: H-hey, here's where I clock out. (pushes his clipboard into Flossy Flash's hands and leaves out of the backstage from the back door.)
Flossy Flash: There a way we can talk about this?
(On stage, the photographers were taking pictures of Xavier as he was nearing the end of his speech.)
Xavier Lunarford: And without further ado, allow me to welcome onto the stage, Flossy... (ducks from Flossy Flash getting launched across the stage and crashing into some chairs.) what the!?
Flossy Flash: Don't worry folks, this is just a drill.
Owlette: (walks out onto the stage, looking towards Flossy Flash with an angry look.) no it's not.
Xavier Lunarford: What is going on here?
(Without warning, Owlette flew straight at Flossy Flash and dragged her against the walls around the room until she flew out of the museum through the roof windows as she dragged Flossy Flash along, shattering the glass, which caused everyone to panic from what's happening.)
Xavier Lunarford: Everyone to the exit! This is not a drill!
(As everyone evacuated the museum, on the roof, Owlette was shooting feathers at Flossy Flash, causing her to dodge them in panic.)
Flossy Flash: What are you doing!?
Owlette: I was at your place last night and heard everything you said, you were never in it for the fans, you were in it for the money. (flies towards Flossy Flash to deliver a punch at her only for her attack to be stopped from Flossy Flash catching it, causing her to become shocked from what happened as she saw a sinister smile on Flossy's face.)
Flossy Flash: No holding back then.
(Without warning, Flossy Flash began slamming Owlette down on the roof repeatedly until Owlette started to breathe hard from the amount of damage Flossy is doing to her until Flossy threw her into the air and jump kicked her towards the street, crashing into it forming a small crater in it as the people inside the museum gates were shocked from what they saw while Flossy jumped down from the museum roof and landed on the street across from Owlette.)
Flossy Flash: Stay back everyone, the Owlarion princess has gone mad, I'll handle her!
(Owlette slowly stood up as she held her arm in pain and turned to Flossy in anger only for Flossy to do her kick and crash move on her, kicking her in the chin and launching her into the air, but while in mid-air, Owlette's eyes glowed red and landed on her feet with her head hanging down as Flossy was shocked by how she got up until the police chief saw what happened and panicked.)
Police Chief: It's happening! (takes out a megaphone.) Quick! Everyone must get 50 feet away from the area! Hurry!
(As everyone was running from the area, Flossy was confused about what was going on until she turned her attention back to Owlette to see her injuries and cloth tears were fully healed in no time flat.)
Flossy Flash: What!? How is that possible!?
(Just as Flossy started charging at Owlette, she saw Owlette started to lift her head until she was looking up into the sky, letting out a yell with blastwaves from her body, knocking Flossy back as everyone away from the battle were shocked from what's happening.)
Xavier Lunarford: W-what's going on!?
Police Chief: One of the scrolls mention the Owlarions letting out their great rage if the one their fighting beats them up too much, if that happens, their ultra-instinct becomes active and no one can beat them.
(Flossy was shocked from Owlette getting back on her feet so quick as Owlette finished her yell of rage and looked towards Flossy, she was frightened for a bit only to shake it off and charge towards Owlette and deliver a kick, but by surprise, Owlette dodged it faster then Flossy could attack until Owlette grabbed Flossy by the leg from chomping her now sharp teeth, causing Flossy to scream in pain from it only for Owlette to start slamming Flossy down onto the ground repeatedly until Owlette tossed her a few feet away.)
Flossy Flash: It can't be!? No one could avoid my kick and crash! Let alone knock it back!
Owlette: Those... (slowly lifts her head towards Flossy.) who betray the laws of heroes... (teleports right in front of Flossy frightening her.) MUST BE PUNISHED! (punches Flossy right in the stomach, launching her straightforward hard into the back of a police car, leaving her dazed from the hit.)
Police Officer: Owlette took Flossy Flash down.
Police Chief: And what Owlette said, Flossy was never a hero from her first adventure.
Flossy Flash: (shakes off the dizziness and climbs out of the police car.) Now, now. Let's be reasonable. (jumps back in fright from Owlette teleporting near her.)
Owlette: (looks up at Flossy as her ultra-instinct disappears.) There's nothing to reason about, (holds up the comic of Flossy that Catboy got for her.) you did the comic business for money! (tears the comic into pieces and tosses them at Flossy.)
Flossy Flash: Why you little...
(Flossy then charged at Owlette in rage only to be knock away by a furball as Catboy jumped in and shot two more at Flossy, pushing her back until she was lifted up by an invisible force only for it to reveal to be Gekko the one that lifted her up and then threw her a few feet away for Bastet to appear from a portal, leaving it open for Flossy to go through it and reappear in the sky only for An Yu to fly by and blow wind at Flossy, making her fly in a different direction as Lilyfay zoomed in fast and shot a cosmic blast at Flossy, knocking her onto a rooftop with Armadylan rolling in to spin her around wildly until Newton came in and used his star power to blast her off the roof and towards the ground only for Ice Cub to make a ramp of ice to give Flossy a soft landing as Owlette let out a screech to knock Flossy against a building, leaving her defenseless as the PJ Masks surrounded her to block off her escape.)
Owlette: It's over, Flossy. You lost!
Flossy Flash: (chuckles darkly.) You think it's over, I'm just getting...
?: Ever heard the phrase 'heads up'?
Flossy Flash: (looks up in confusion.) Heads up?
(Without warning, a brick hit Flossy on the head, knocking her out as the PJ Masks looked up to see who dropped the brick and saw it was Demo-Nator that dropped it as he laughed in triumph.)
Demo-Nator: That's what you get for all your lies, ex-hero!
Owlette: Good timing with the brick!
(a bit later, an officer was trying to push Flossy into a police car as another officer was keeping his hand on Demo-Nator's shoulder to make sure he wouldn't escape but Demo-Nator didn't argue about it.)
Demo-Nator: I know my rights, officer. I'm just glad Flossy got what she deserved.
Owlette: I told them what happened and said you'll only be in prison for a week since you helped stop Flossy from getting away.
Demo-Nator: Don't forget destroying the house she lives in.
Police Chief: We would've heard an explosion if that... (flinches from hearing an explosion in the distance and realizes it was Flossy's new house that was destroyed.) happened.
Flossy Flash: My house!
Owlette: I made sure to place giant feathers around it to make sure only Flossy's house was destroyed in that explosion, it was the first thing we did before coming here to stop her.
Demo-Nator: I know how many bombs to use on a building before I destroy it, and I only used two grenades.
Flossy Flash: Why you... once I get out, I'm gonna... (covers her eyes from a bright glow coming from space.) What's that?
(the others looked to where the glow is coming from and saw something big coming towards earth from space which made the chief scared of what it is.)
Police Chief: It can't be?
Owlette: What is it?
Police Chief: The great disaster. (steps back in fright as the others become frightened from what it is.) it is known to be the greatest evil thing of the whole universe, no one can stop it.
Demo-Nator: I don't think I have enough explosives to destroy it.
Flossy Flash: Please, if anyone can destroy it, it's the 'Owlarion princess', if all the things people say about her are true, she can stop it, right?
Police Chief: No, this is too soon, the one that made the great disaster must've seen how much Owlette has progressed and sped up the time on the great disaster. It's over.
Catboy: We've gotta do something, we can't let it end like this.
(The chief pondered it a bit until a gust of wind started blowing all around causing everyone to brace themselves and saw it was coming from Owlette when she started to float in the air without using her powers and flew straight up towards the great disaster as the others were shocked from what they just saw. In space, Owlette was shooting towards the great disaster with high speed as the great disaster started to flare up in the middle, but when Owlette got close to it, she reeled her arm back and then slammed her fist against the middle of the great disaster, stopping it in place, it was quiet for sometime until the great disaster started to gain cracks around where Owlette's fist is only for the cracks to keep growing until they were all over the great disaster and blew it apart into nothing but dust. Back with the others, they were excited about Owlette destroying the great disaster except the chief in which Flossy noticed.)
Flossy Flash: What is it now? She destroyed the great disaster, we're safe.
Police Chief: When it comes to the great disaster, it's never easy, it'll just leave us alone and reform itself, it's a cycle that's been happening for thousands of years and it always comes every thousand years.
(Back in space, Owlette was viewing the dust of the great disaster as it started to blow away from the earth, but Owlette wouldn't let it happen as she took in a big deep breath causing the dust of the great disaster to get sucked into her mouth until it was all inside. Back with the others, they were surprised by what happened as the chief was shocked from what he saw.)
Police Chief: I can't believe it, she got rid of the great disaster for good!
Red Bandit: (drives the truck into the area and stops near the chief.) Hey, what's going on?
Police Chief: the world is safe from the great disaster! The Owlarion princess got rid of it for good!
(Just then, Owlette flew back to the ground where everyone celebrated the end of the great disaster only to stop when Owlette gagged a bit, making them confused.)
Police Chief: Are you okay, princess?
Green Bandit: She probably got gas. (exits the truck and walks over to Owlette.)
Blue Bandit: Green, get back here!
Yellow Bandit: What is he even gonna do?
Green Bandit: (stops behind Owlette and kneels down to her.) It's like burping a baby, just pat them on the back and...
(But when Green did a few pats on Owlette's back, Owlette hurled hard spewing out small purple orbs onto the ground, causing them to spread for the others to move around and avoid tripping over them until they were all out of Owlette, giving her space to breathe until she coughed up one more for it roll near Flossy as she placed a foot on it only for the orb to turn into dust and flow through Flossy's body making her groan from it until she started to laugh darkly with her purple parts of her suit turning black as she stood up and broke out of the handcuffs, laughing maniacally.)
Flossy Flash: Whoever made this power, surely knows who I hate! Until next time! (flips onto a street light and climbs onto the roof of a building, making her escape.)
Gekko: First Romeo, now Flossy, this is bad.
Catboy: It may look bad, but Owlette is able to handle them even if they have the power of badness in them.
Red Bandit: Yeah! (gets the heroes' attention to see him and his group have collected every orb of the power of badness in the truck.) Our buyer will even be happy to pay for each of them, later! (drives the truck away.)
Police Chief: This is bad.
(Owlette flew into the air to see where the Color Bandits went as she wondered about the possibilities of other villains gaining the full power of the power of badness for their hatred against her hitting climax.)
Daytime
(Connor and Greg were leaving their houses to head to school and waited for Amaya to join them, but after a minute, they realized something was wrong and entered the yard to see if anything was off only to find a note on the front door.)
Greg: What does it say?
Connor: Let's see. (reaches up and grabs the note to read it.) it says 'sorry for not coming out, but with the recent dangers that are happening in Tarabiscoville, my parents decided for us to move away to a place where none of this will happen, hope we get to see each other again, Amaya'. She moved away?
Greg: Moved away? But we're a team.
Owlette: We still are. (startles the two from behind.) But with what happened last night, I won't be able to do both hero work and school work at the same time in the day, therefore I decided to become a hero full time until the one that created the great disaster is stopped.
Connor: Are you sure you can do this?
Greg: Yeah, what if you need a break from all the hero work?
Owlette: It's okay, I've handled the villains many times by myself before, besides, I got a postcard for a city called New Urbem, heard the place has a lot of bad guys causing trouble there.
Connor: That's miles away from Tarabiscoville.
Owlette: Don't worry, guys. If I was able to stop the great disaster for good, I can handle some villains in a different town
Greg: But your powers only work in Tarabiscoville.
Owlette: Oh, right, guess I didn't think that through, (ponders the thought a bit and breathes calmly.) I hope this works.
(Owlette then flew straight into the air and headed towards the limits of Tarabiscoville as everyone in the town saw where she is going, Owlette saw she was getting close to the edge of town and closed her eyes to brace herself for what will happen next, but when she flew past the city limits of Tarabiscoville, she looked to see she still got her powers as she was still flying in the air and heard the cheers of everyone in town celebrating her being able to use her powers anywhere in the world now, she smiled about it and flew out of view and towards another town, New Urbem.)
