This is so not the way I really wanted to handle this, but it may be the best course of action to make sure we all get out of this in once piece and to end things once and for all without creating too much mess.
Bella sensing my mood somehow rubs my shoulders and I look at her and I know I have to start to learn to trust her to do missions on her own as much as she had to learn to trust me and had these issues with the Volturi not come up so soon after we started this arrangement that has quickly started to become more I know we would have had more time to have learnt this trust.

I have found some information on Isabella Swan and Swan Industries that you may find interesting. There has been some talk around the staff at Swan Industries that Miss Isabella isn't happy with her father since it's been found out that he is going to step down due to illness and finding out that her hand in marriage was promised to you before her birth and she doesn't feel as though she even wants to run her father's businesses or the industries.
I have since done some digging and have found out that Mr Swan has signed over everything to Mason Corporations, I have enclosed some surveillance photo of him being driven into the Mason compound, In exchange for the medical services of Dr Carlisle Cullen.
I am also happy to report that Miss Isabella came and sought me out to see if I could contact you and to arrange a meeting with you because she would like to agree to marry you, with some modifications to the original arrangement that Aro set up with her parents so as to avoid any more bloodshed of her family.
I have taken the liberty of enclosing the modifications she has stated for your convenience so you can see if they are acceptable or not, I don't think they are too unreasonable seeing as the original arrangement was made quite a long time ago and she no longer has any inheritance other than the family home and a handful of businesses once Mr Swan passes away and they are to be sold as far as the intel I have been able to gather can tell me.

This has to be done and I'll get to show you how I work so you can learn to trust me, but you have to promise that you will not run in there if you hear or see something you don't like because I have to play along and James may be an idiot who is drunk most of the time, but he isn't that dumb and I will be watched closely to begin with." I turn to my sister and tell her to get that emailed and to start this shit so we can get this mission over and done with. Jas then adds "We will do all we can to make sure that Bella stays safe and we can get this done quickly. Bella, once he takes this bait we need those entry codes and the layout of the house. We will get some stuff from Carlisle to help with making sure he doesn't try anything at night, but you're going to have to be careful during the day."
With that Alice and Jasper left my office to get everything sorted out. Bella sits in my lap with a heavy sigh and I wrap my arms around her and kiss her neck.
"We can do this Bella, I've seen you stand up to Rose and how strong you are and how well you handled ol' Barty in my sub-basement and you can do this." She turns her head to give me a kiss and once we part I rest my forehead on the top of her head and we just sit for a moment when we hear a knock on the door.
"Come in" I call and turn to see Rose walk in.
"I just got told what is going on and I do think that this could be a better Idea, but that is not my main reason for coming here." She said in a clear and professional tone.
"What did you come here for Rose?" I ask in the same tone.
"Well Edward I wanted to apologise for everything I have said to both Isabella and you. I just don't like being surprised and I often let my mouth take over before my mind can catch up. Just didn't want you to go into this mission without saying something. Isabella, if you get through this in one piece I promise to tell you why I am so mistrusting of new comers and you will have earned my trust and respect." And with that she turns and walks back out again.
I look at Bella who is sitting shocked and I just don't know what to say. We both shrug at the same time and I ask
"Did you want to go to some sparing to get ready for the mission and do some weapons training?" She nods her head and we get up to go back into my room to change when Alice comes in to my office and states
"He replied" We look at each other in shock and I motion for Alice to sit and tell us more.
"Well I had only just sent it as soon as I got out to my desk and just after Rose left I saw that there was a reply, James must be very desperate for you Bella as he has agreed to everything and added that you can have whatever you want as long as he has you as his wife." She finishes and puts Barty's laptop on my desk to show me the email reply.
"What a desperate cunt! There must be something we are missing here for him to want Bella that much" I say and then Bella exclaims
"WHAT THE FUCK! I got to get home and look through some paperwork as I know my mother kept record of the agreement between my parents and Aro and I thought I had read the whole thing, but your right there has to be more to this for him to be that desperate. Maybe he can't get his inheritance unless he is married by a certain time or something." I grab her hand as she has stood up and bring her back to my lap.
"It's ok we will go to your house after here." Bella nods her head and I turn to Alice and tell her to set up a meeting between Bella and James sometime next week and that she is to message me once she has the dates.
Alice grabs the laptop and leaves. I stand up and put Bella down and we walk out of my office hand in hand. On our way out to the garage I tell Alice to get me and Bella some workout clothes to put in the sparring range for when we get back and to not wait up if we are not back by dark and I remind her to let me know when James emails back a suitable time. She nods and we walk down the stairs.
I walk us to my Volvo and drive us to Bella's house.

We have been in Bella's vault like room in her library for over an hour going through the paperwork for this arrangement between her parents and Aro. I still can't believe her parents for agreeing to something like that, but then I remember that our arrangement wasn't much different.
"I think this is it!" Bella says bringing me out of my thoughts. I look over to her as she walks over to me and passes me a folder and she points to a paragraph at the top of the page in front of me.
'Once Renee Swan gives birth and Aro Volturi learns of the gender of the child the following will be finalised:

1)The child will be raised up with the Volturi boys and got to the same training educational facilities
2)Once he graduates from these facilities he shall work for the Volturi family til he either retires or dies.
3)Half of Swan industries will be given to him when he weds by the age of 30 to someone of Aro's choosing
If the child is a female: -
1)The child will be married to James Volturi upon her 16th birthday, if this isn't done then then by no later than 30yrs of age or face dire repercussions.
2)Once Married she will be shown to where James Volturi lives and there she will stay and be the perfect wife to James Volturi, she will also be given a dowry of half of James' businesses as a sign of faith and good will between the family.
3)In return of this dowry the daughter of Charlie Swan and Renee Swan will give to James the key to the safety deposit box 666 in Swan Manor.'
"What is in box 666?" I ask Bella and she moves over to the opposite wall from where we stood. She opens up the box and gasps, I walk over to her and look in the box and see that it holds an envelope and a small wooden box with the Swan crest on it.
"What is it Bella?" I ask putting a hand on her lower back
"It's the deed to this house and my Grandfather's rare coin collection that is worth more than everything we own combined and Aro has been asking for this for a very long time. I remember a lot of arguments between my family and Aro's associates over this and they wouldn't give it over. I can't believe that they agreed to this, how badly were they in debt to have to stoop this low? My Grandfather used to tell me that this is never to go to anyone other than our family, not even my partner to be is to get this! OMG!" She starts to shake and I give her a hug and ask if I can look at them to see if there is any way we can fake them so that the real ones stay safe and if her weapons building is safe enough to hold this, if not then they will be safe in my house till this is over and then they can come back here.
"If you think you can help as long as they come back here and the Volturi never get their hands on the real stuff I don't mind, but at least we know why he replied so quickly. They must be losing money to be this eager" she replies.
"Yeah maybe." I say as I open the box and look inside at a set of very old gold and silver and bronze coins. I take the box over to the table in middle of the room and carefully pour out the coins and take some pictures. I send them to Jasper who has some contacts in the counterfeit coin groups and note their approximate weights. I tell him we will be bringing it them back and tell him these are a family heirloom of Bella's and mustn't leave her possession.
As I was putting the coins back I get a message from Alice as well as Jasper. I look at Alice's first

As we climb into bed still naked from our shower I vow to make sure to never have to make choices like this for my kids and put them into the position that we now find ourselves in, but thank whatever luck of fate that brought Bella and me together so I could help make sure she doesn't have to do this alone and guarantee she gets through with without losing anything that is important to her.
