Yi looked at the small infant; his brain was still processing what had happened.

"How did..where did he come from?"Yi asked himself

He looked at the cloning machine and realised

"The cloning machine?"He said in shock,"How?This machine is only built to replicate inanimate objects."

While in shock,he was also a bit proud of his genius yet again thinking about he managed to make a machine that also clones living organisms too, and the consequences were not that dangerous.

How it managed to?Yi could not answer that question himself.

But then he snapped out of his thoughts and returned his focus on the infant.

As said before, The infant looked just like Yi with the cream-coloured fur, the tuffs and the head shape.It also had a closed mouth like Yi, yet was still able to make cooing noises. The only difference was, that the fur was a bit shorter and less fluffy as it was an infant.

Yi thought about what to do with this young infant. He considered trying to put the infant for adoption for he is not an expert on handling children. But then scratched that thought away.

Although Yi was cold-hearted, he had morals. And given that he caused this mess, he had to take responsibility.

Besides, people might ask about why Yi would Yi have a child that looks just like him, things could get complicated.

Yi used the cloth to wrap the infant gently into a swaddle. Although, it was not a proper swaddle as Yi had no experience on how to make one. It seemed good enough to carry the child so Yi carried the swaddle and began heading out of the testing chamber, out of the lab and out of the headquarters.

As far as he knew, there were no important meetings scheduled for today so any sol would be allowed to leave at anytime they wanted.

Yi tried to keep the infant hidden frim sight but concealing him with his oversized cloak. The last thing he wanted was people to ask him when he got married and who did he marry with?He did not want to face these type of questions

Yi couldn't care less about marriage, to him, there was no benefits to being married. It doesn't help with benefiting the lives of solarians, but instead gives you an annoying partner, who you had to refer to as your 'wife', who will pester you for the rest of your life demanding attention until the day you die. And Yi had no time to waste in such matters.

Yi travelled until he reached a train station.Here, he boarded a train and waited until it reached a place in the Xia kingdom. He got off and walked towards a specific location he knew.

After a few minutes he was found looking at a large house next to a lake. It was a special area here that Yi found it perfect to build his own home here.

(As said in the description, Since the tianhuo virus never happened. The four-season pavilion did not exist. So i had to make up a place something like it.Although i might be wrong)

Yi walked in smelling the jasmine scent inside.It helped him calm him given the situation.

"Ruyi?" Yi called out,"Are you there?"

A blue hologram of sand suddenly appeared.It possessed the same body shape as Yi.

Abascus ,or Ruyi in other names, was Yi's own personal assistant. Yi had created Abascus himself, another of his genius inventions.

"I'm here master,"Ruyi answered,"what can i do for you?"

Yi took a deep sigh,"Ok, I need you to promise me that what i am about to show you that you will keep it a secret."

Ruyi was a bit confused," Normally his master would request for status reports or do some prorgramming. He had never been asked to keep a secret before.Nevertheless, he had to obey.

"Of course sir," He nodded,"I promise you that whatever you show me, I will keep secret."

"Good." Yi said, "Remember about the project i told you about?"

"Yes," Ruyi answered,"Did something happen?"

"Well, yes,"Yi said,"It was completed and a success. However a small accident happened and i broke the machine."

"Is that the secret you want me to keep?" Ruyi asked.

"Not exactly,"Yi answered," You see, the accident caused me to slip inside the machine.And because its pressure activated, it began the cloning process with me inside."

"You said the machine was only able to clone inanimate objects or food." Ruyi asked worriedly,"Did you suffer from any side affects?"

"No,"Yi said,"Luckily i came out unscracthed.Its just that, there was a result from the cloning machine."

"Wait," Ruyi said,"A result from the cloning machine?,do you mean...?"

"Yes," Yi said,"this is the secret i want you to keep."

Yi revealed the swaddle under his cloak, showing the small infant inside.

Even though Ruyi was a hologram unable ti show expression or emotion, Yi knew he was just as shocked as when Yi first saw the infant by seeing him step back.

"Master."Ruyi asked,"Is that child... you?"
