Princess Angelica lives in her home planet until it was attacked by the mutant ratpack,who are sent by the Dark Queen. She was about to be captured,but was saved by the Battletoads,Zitz,Rash,& Pimple.
They took her to see Professor T Bird,who had been training the Battletoads. Angelica explains to him that the Dark Queen is a vile cruel sorceress who was banished by her Father and now she has returned for revenge. Later,The Dark Queen sends out General Slaughter & General Vermin to hunt her down.
Angelica hangs around with the Battletoads until they were ambushed. The Battletoads fought off the mutants,but Angelica is captured and Pimple is beaten unconscious. Zitz & Rash goes after them while Pimple rests.
The two Battletoads manage to take down Vermin,but gets overpowered by Slaughter before he is knocked out by Pimple,who was recovered. They fought against the Dark Queen and throw her into the trash chute. Angelica & her father congratulates the Battletoads as they celebrate their victory.
