Thuggory ask "you don't remember at least reconcile with Astrid?"

Hiccup shakes his head "no."

Thuggory sighs "trust me friend, Astrid is wondering where you are and worried about you."

Hiccup turns away "I been away for a year."

(On Berk)

Spitelout argues "Astrid isn't fit to lead this village alone!"

Astrid scowls "and there is no way I'll accept marrying your damn son to make him chief! My betrothed will return soon!"

Spitelout scowls at her.

Stoick sighs "Spitelout. Backoff. After your son assaulted Astrid, your son will never be called chief of Berk as long as I'm chief!"

Snotlout smirks "it's been a year and he disappeared from a mission."

An hour later, two dragon riders landed in the square center of the village.

Astrid made her way to the front to see Hiccup and Thuggory get off their dragons.

Stoick smiles "it's good that your back, son."

Hiccup shakes his head "no. You forced me to get married to a girl who didn't even like me! I just want to be left alone."

Astrid teary eyes sniffles "Hiccup?"

Thuggory sighs "Astrid. He doesn't remember that you apologize to him after some night that you confessed to use him for fame."

Astrid ask "he doesn't remember me asking him to hold me after Snotlout attacked me?"

Hiccup leaves with Toothless.

Thuggory sighs "when he went with dragon trappers, Drago order his memories erased. He can train dragons, but friends were erased."

Astrid left to chase Hiccup.

Hiccup walked to the Meade Hall to eat lunch.

Astrid took a step to meet Toothless.

Toothless warble in concern.

Astrid sighs "don't worry, Toothless. I'll get his memories back."

Hiccup sat down and began eating lunch when Astrid sat down next to him and says "I don't hate you anymore after you saved me."

Hiccup sighs "I don't remember."

Astrid sighs "Snotlout snuck into my room and put his hands on me. You had Toothless blast into my bedroom to save me. All I wanted afterwards was have you hold me."

Hiccup sighs "Astrid last I checked, you said you had no feelings for me."

Astrid smiles "I do now."

Hiccup sighs "I guess I have to take your word for now."

Astrid grins "Spitelout been trying to get me to agree to marry his son. I kept refusing to do it."

Hiccup eat lunch and leaves to go to the arena.

Astrid sighs and goes home "this might be differcult to get his memories back."

Hiccup walked to the arena to see the dragons.

As he pets the dragons, Snotlout scowls "so you returned to back your place of chief?"

Hiccup shakes his head "not at the moment."

Snotlout scowls "I'm the future chief! Your just a boy who couldn't get a girl to love him."

Hiccup turns around and punches him in the face to knock him on his butt.

Snotlout held his jaw in pain.

Hiccup grabs his throat and scowls "if you ever say I'm useless again, you'll be in a body cast."
