Ch. 142: Report Log, Update

This is Doctor Izuku Midoriya reporting once again from the Neo Icon Phoenix Research Facility on yet another public report for anyone who wants to know. Although I haven't made one of these in, oh, I don't know, months at this point? This is because quite a bit has happened recently. Where do I start? Oh yes, The Dragon Hunters and Operation DINO have been set up, me and my family and Egon went on our first vacation and almost got killed by dinosaurs; we found out that our research into animal resurrection had been sold off and stolen; we reclaimed a bunch of our assets after the incident with Mystique.

Egon finally made up with his brother and got him to work with us. He also got my mom pregnant, and now they're getting ready to get married. We have several new staff members and bodyguards… mostly bodyguards. I met my estranged father, one of our staff members, his estranged family, and his siblings.

Once again, the UA students came over, and unsurprisingly, everything went south. My old friend Bakugou Katsuki and I were accidentally stranded on Pacifica. We almost died several times but somehow managed to make amends with one another. And for whatever that's worth…Im happy about that.

We met the hero killer, Stain. It's a long story, but he managed to get away. I met with All Might and finally got some closure with him. We found out that Quelaag has a new sister called Quelana. Operation Dino's efforts have given us a hybrid dinosaur species and a group of very special children, who I will not explain in detail. In addition, we learned about a world and many other things that I will not go into as this is a public report.

We got attacked several times, once by the Heroes Association of Japan and the other by the now-former pro-hero Ms Marvel. I get the feeling we'll be attacked many more times. But for now, it seems like our enemies are dwindling day by day, though we still have the threat of the League of Villains, the Meta Liberation Army, and All for One himself.

So yeah, really, really busy. Anyway, onto my report, and…nearly half of everything I just babbled about was what I was supposed to talk about. UGH! I'm really off my game today. It's been a long two weeks. Let's see here, what can I report…? Here we go!

When Operation DINO returned from its first successful mission, it brought with it eggs, splinters, lost research, and the Indominus Raptor, a hybrid of many different dinosaurs, with the baseline being the Utahraptor. According to the plans on a seized hard drive, it was trying to perfect gene splicing. After two failed experiments, the I-raptor was a success, and it planned to make many more like it.

They almost did, but luckily, we seized the eggs. Unfortunately, nearly all of them failed to hatch except one specimen, the Pyro Raptor. We'll be sure to study them extensively as they grow and develop.

In addition to the new babies, they brought two twin siblings who were being used as mind-controlled guard dogs. Wanda and Pietro Maximoff. They have some truly unique quirks, and by that, I mean their powers grow stronger as they age. In the case of Wanda, if we had not intervened when we did, then her own powers would've driven her insane. How we figured this out was from a third party, but the crisis is avoided…hopefully. Pietro's power is more easily controlled due to the simplicity of its nature. He'll get fast, but we won't know how fast that'll be.

My next topic is the race between Hankoyo and Hatsume to create hover technology. The race has officially ended, with Hankoyo as the winner. He won mainly because Hatsume discovered something else halfway through and forgot about it entirely.

Now that hover technology is available, we can perfect it and implement it wherever we can. I suggest adding it to drones to make them virtually silent and robots to make it easier to move around without having to recreate human legs. As for why Hatsume dropped out of the race, he apparently worked closely with Honey Lemon to figure out a new fuel source that he discovered by accident.

According to his report, you can siphon the energy of the Singularity Soul into a liquid form. With the right implementation, a Teaspoon of this liquid can fuel a jet plane for a twice-round-the-world trip! This could mediate the oil war and fuel crisis worldwide, and it could also help with my upcoming space program.

Let's see here. Ah ha. Genus and Otto have finally stopped mixing and matching animals to throw on Pacifica and have begun making plans for the repopulation of several endangered species. This has to be done carefully; otherwise, chaos might ensue, and we don't need any more of that.

Speaking of new programs, Egon has made plans to enact the construction of Atlantis. Professor Pisces is working closely with Honey Lemon Hatsume and Anima in order to clean the ears ocean. Honey Lemon and Pisces are working on the creation of a microorganism that can consume organic and inorganic matter but in a heavily controlled environment so it doesn't accidentally get out and eat the planet. At the same time, Anima Hatsume and Pisces are working together to create A bio-organic creature that can collect trash. Once the ocean is cleaned up, construction can begin.

Thanks to the hard work of Chopper Doctrine and one other very special person, you shall remain anonymous. They have created a cure for any and every disease or ailment. But to prevent outrage from the medical community, we've made it available in several strengths, and the price increases with each one. This will still allow the medical field to continue operating and trying to find cures for other diseases.

As for myself, I have decided to not only make the space program but also work on making her work more accessible for new or struggling heroes. I have a weekend class setup for heroes to see where they are lacking or where they can improve in other fields. A full analysis of Heroes to improve the use of their quirks, gear, and costumes to make them as efficient as possible.

And we're currently setting up a part of the facility to train young heroes. We plan to quietly send out invitations to heroes schools around Japan and invite them to use our facilities, especially the hero schools that lack certain facilities to train young heroes. I can't be a hero, but at the very least, I can help them become the best versions of themselves.

….OH CRAP! I completely forgot about the public announcement about all of this to the News outlets! It's today! I gotta get out there right now! OH! UM! I also have plans to make an informational guide on the landscape of Pacifica in case anyone else gets lost there and has a chance to survive! This is Dr. Izuku signing off!
