Within the deep dark depths of the world, the tank that held Jamjars, Banjo and Kasooie hurled through the dirt and the mud.
"Where are you taking us anyways dirt breath?" asked Kazooie.
"Somewhere all three of us will be safe." answered Jamjars, fiddling with the controls.
Not long after the tank reached a large metal door. The door swung open, revealing an underground army base.
"Woah. Is this where you've been staying Jamjars?" asked Banjo.
"Ever since the zombie outbreak, yes." said Jamjars, stopping the tank in the base.
"But the zombie outbreak hasn't been happening for that long has it?" asked Banjo again.
"I'm afraid to say it has." said Jamjars, opening up the hatch above "You know there's a lot more to this Zombie King than you think."
"How did you know about the Zombie King." asked Kazooie.
"He's the reason this base exists." answered Jamjars, climbing out of the tank with Banjo climbing out from behind.
"Lieutenant Jamjars!" saluted a strong looking squirrel standing in front of the tank.
"General!" saluted Jamjars, climbing down from the tank.
"I see you've found some survivors. One of them looks like a zombie." said the General "Do you think it's safe to bring a zombie down here?"
"Don't worry General, she just looks like a zombie, but she thinks and acts like her unzombiefied self." explained Jamjars "I think she'll be very useful to our cause."
"Very well then Lieutenant. Carry on." said the General, walking to the left side of the tank.
"Who was that?" asked Banjo.
"General of SHC." answered Jamjars "Both of our armies have teamed up together to take the zombie threat at hand."
"This zombie threat must be serious." said Kazooie.
"You bet it is featherhead. Follow me and I'll fill you in on the info." said Jamjars, leading Banjo and Kazooie to a large computer "This is the MAGMUT. Multifunctional Accessible Gama-radiated Metal Undead Tracer. It tells us where the nearest zombie that's closest to base is."
"And what do you do if you find one?" asked Banjo.
"We blast 'em of course." said Jamjars.
"Of course." said Banjo.
"You think this'll work on that Zombie King?" asked Kazooie.
"Afraid not birdbrain. We've dealt with the Zombie King before. Not only was he hard to track down, he's hard to kill." explained Jamjars.
"Well I think I can help you with the tracking part." said Banjo.
"You know where the Zombie King is?" asked Jamjars.
"Sure do." said Banjo "He's where my house is... or where used to be I guess."
"Holy smokes, this is magnificent!" cheered Jamjars.
"But what about the killing him part?" asked Kazooie.
"We've been working on that one." said Jamjars, typing on the computer to show a picture of a lab "We've had eyes on this laboratory. It's located in a tower just above us. We believe it holds what we need to take the Zombie King out for good."
"Great, but how do we get there?" asked Banjo.
"I'll Conga drive you up." answered Jamjars.
"Conga?" asked Banjo, recognizing the name.
"Yep. Conga. Believe it or not the big ape turned over a new leaf." said Jamjars.
"I don't know about this." said Kazooie.
"Don't worry nuthead. Here he comes now." said Jamjars.
"Sir." Conga saluted.
"Conga, I want you to take these two to the surface. Drop 'em off near the tower. Got it?"
"Yes sir!"
"Good. I hope you two remembered everything I taught you in Banjo-Tooie. You're gonna need it."
