Far away in a land covered with snow, Gruntilda sat, digging the snow and sludge from her ears.
"Blast that bear and that bird too! When I find them I'll make them go kabloo!" growled Grunty, before spotting a balloon in the sky, which Banjo, Kazooie and Beaker were in "There they are! Way up there! I conjure a spell and send it straight in the air!"
"Banjo I'm getting sick." moaned Kazooie "Can we land?"
"Don't worry Kazooie, I'm sure Beaker knows what he's doing." said Banjo.
"Judging by my calculations we should be near Snowpick Town." said Beaker.
"Snowpick Town?" asked Banjo "What's that?"
"Snowpick Town is the town of the Snowpicks." said Beaker.
"Oh." said Banjo, before getting knocked down by the impact of a magic spell hitting the balloon.
"Oh no! My balloon!" panicked Beaker.
"It must have been Grunty! She must have landed here when she went flying through the sky!" said Banjo.
"What do we do?!?" asked Kazooie.
"Prepare for impact!" said Beaker as the balloon tumbled down into the snow.
"ATTACK!!!"
Within a small town full of ice picks, an army of snowballs peeked down from above high on top of a hill. They snowballs came rolling down as the ice picks hid in their huts in fear.
"This must be Snowpick Town." said Banjo, looking down at the town from the hill.
"What are all those snowballs doing here?" asked Kazooie.
"It looks like they're attacking the town." said Banjo "We should go down there and help them."
"Do we have to?" asked Kazooie.
"Of course." answered Banjo.
Banjo ran quickly down the hill, rolling into a couple of snowballs, killing them. More snowballs came after Banjo, but Kazooie beaked them, breaking each one into.
"You've done it!" said one of the ice picks.
"Who are you guys?" asked another ice pick.
"Banjo and Kazooie." answered Banjo.
"Everyone, let us show our appreciation for Banjoandkazooie by erecting a statue to them in their honor." said a much bigger ice pick.
"Aw shucks." blushed Banjo, as the ice picks cheered.
"GRRRROOOWWWLLL!!!"
Suddenly the ice picks stopped their cheering and began to shiver.
"What... was that?" gulped Banjo.
"Th-Th-That was the Ab-Ab-Abominable Snow Mo-Mo-Monster." said one of the shivering ice picks.
"He cr-cr-created those sn-sn-snowballs to at-at-attack us!" said another shivering ice pick.
"That's terrible." said Banjo "Is there any way to stop him?"
"We would try but we're too sc-sc-scared." said a small shivering ice pick.
"We could do it." said Banjo.
"Yay!" cheered the ice picks.
"No we can't." said Kazooie.
"Aw!" frowned the ice picks.
"Yes we can." said Banjo.
"Yay!" cheered the ice picks.
"No we can't." said Kazooie.
"Aw!" frowned the ice picks.
"Why not?" asked Banjo.
"We don't know where this Abominable Snowman is." explained Kazooie.
"We can help you with that." said the large ice pick "Just head straight up the hill to the north. You'll find a witch there. She can help you get to him."
"A witch?" gulped Banjo.
"Don't worry, she's a nice witch." said the larger ice pick.
And so our heroes ventured up the hill heading north to find the witch that could help them, as another stayed behind, watching them.
"Oh shut up!" yelled Grunty.
You can't tell me to shut up! I'm telling the story!
"SHUT UP!!!"
Yes ma'am, whatever you say.
