"Uh," Amy began. "You… want my help? Really?"

"Really, Miss Dallon," the man replied, in a slightly clipped accent.

He was definitely either a cape or a serious cape cosplayer, and for… various reasons… there weren't many of the latter around. Not as a matter of course, at least.

But when you combined that and the other information available… there were two men and a woman in front of the door, and they were all masked and wearing costumes.

One man wearing a quilted flight jacket and big flying goggles, the other man in a shirt and black tailcoat, and the woman dressed in Roman-style armour but with the addition of a trident and a shield. It all added up to a cape team.

Of course, the accents and the Union flag on the woman's shield helped to give her a clue of where they were from.

"I am Jeeves," the man added, in case it hadn't been possible to guess that just from his outfit. "To my left is Typhoon, and on my right is Prytania. And, naturally, we are from Britain."

"And we'd really appreciate your help," Typhoon added, cheerfully. "We're in a bit of a bind, you know. Very sticky."

Amy blinked.

"Do… people in Britain actually speak like that?" she asked.

"Surprisingly, no," Prytania told him, speaking much more naturally – though still with a recognizable British accent. "But there's expectations, you know."

"We're part of the King's Men," Typhoon said. "And, well, one of the things about that job is that you have to make sure the King's all right. Terrible mess if your boss dies while you're on the job, you know? Dreadful for future employment prospects."

"I… see?" Amy said, because she didn't but it seemed polite. "So… you want me to heal the King of England?"

"Ah," Jeeves temporized. "That would be His Majesty Charles the Third of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and of the Commonwealth. Technically His Majesty is the King of England, but that title is fundamentally deprecated as a result of the Act of Union, 1707."

Amy was already completely lost.

"Yes," Typhoon summarized. "Now, what's your answer? Fancy a quick trip across the pond? Is that how they say it here?"

"Explain," Alexandria requested. "Why is Panacea in England?"

"She is?" the Number Man asked. "Why?"

"That's what I asked," Alexandria replied. "Or, rather, I know why they wanted her – it's because the King was injured in that attack by Tatterdemalion. The question I have is why they asked her. They shouldn't have even heard of her."

"That's a good point," Doctor Mother admitted. "Contessa? You had a Path running to do this, didn't you?"

"There have been no unexpected problems with the Path to prevent Panacea becoming nationally famous," Contessa replied.

The Number Man cursed, inventively.

"We're going to have to be very, very careful about wording, aren't we?" Alexandria asked. "So Panacea's not nationally famous, but she's internationally famous. Is there any way we can stop that?"

"Hmm," Contessa replied. "The Path to make Panacea internationally obscure has four steps. Path to make Panacea internationally obscure without mass casualty events has eighteen thousand, four hundred and seventy three steps."

"...that's a no, then," the Number Man decided. "Is she going to stay nationally unknown, at least?"

Contessa considered.

"Yes," she said, after thinking about it. "Otherwise the existing Path would have caught this incident."

"Well, at least that's something," Alexandria decided. "It'd wreck our plans for the Brockton Bay experiment if the Youth Guard got involved with that place…"

AN:

It's established Worm canon that Amy is internationally famous.

It's established that the reason why the Youth Guard don't get involved with Panacea is that she's not nationally famous.

Thus.

Also:

Jeeves - Thinker. Knows who to ask or where to go to fulfil a request made by anyone who is his legal superior.

Typhoon - aircraft Tinker. Anything he makes has to fly by means of an airscrew (propellor), no jets allowed.

Prytania - Brute/Blaster. Kinetic redirection, Manton limited so it only applies to things in her hands and not her hands themselves or the rest of her body. Shield to absorb, trident to project.
