Summary:
There are some forms of alien activity even MIK turns a blind eye to. The truly alien activity between Chupataro and Ohdo Yuhi, for instance.
Chapter 155: Courage to Put One Foot Forward
The cameras were out. They had no way of verifying the status of Zuwijo, Manabu, and Damamu after the rocket crashed on the moon. No way of verifying the status of Otei Usu, other than the foreboding feeling of the hair standing up on the back of their necks, and the space-time gate moving ominously to carve a violet crescent along the moon's outer edge.
A crescent not unlike the tear in the universe Transamu Diskarma Rainac was Ritual Summoned through.
"Damamu is alive. Chupa believes that, cabra," Chupataro mumbled to himself.
One foot forward.
One step at a time.
Denuded of the courage her Dark Meister persona and regalia granted her, Ohdo Yuamu stepped out of the night-darkened trees.
They could all perceive time was running out, even though they didn't know what form the end would take.
She'd reminisced with her amnesic Darkmen about the day they first met.
She'd reunited with Kuyamuya (however Kuyamuya had circumvented her apparent death).
Yuamu didn't desire to face the end knowing she had business unresolved.
One day, the events Otes inspired/drew inspiration from would be written about in a book.
A young magician sought out six companions under the guidance of an old man to save a world in turmoil. The Sevens, as they were called, stepped forth from the darkness, carving open the earth, splitting the sea, crossing through the flames, shaking the heavens with wind, and used the light of the constellations to journey to their final destination, the moon, where the Lord of Chaos resided.
The Lord of Chaos.

"Did your time in Dark Matter Space give you the ability to read Chupa's mind as well, chupa?" Chupataro spat sarcastically.
"No. But Yuhi seems to think you're ready to put this behind us. He said you called me –"
"Chupa misspoke, chupa!"
"Denial? I've been there."
"Can you leave Chupa alone? Chupa's mourning, chupa."
"You call that mourning? Damamu is still up there! Or did I mishear you believing Damamu is alive?"
"Yuhi –"
"Yuhi may be on pins and needles imagining disaster scenarios, but that's him being a parent. Damamu's his Earthdama, so I know he just knows Damamu is all right."
Once you're a parent, you're the ghost of your children's future.
"Why are you still here, chupa?"
"I told you. We're family. Isn't that what you were lacking when you started this with Yuhi?"

"We aren't kissin' on the first date!"
"Is that a rule, chupa?" Chupataro delivered a small leeching bite to Yuhi's neck. Just a taste, with minimal red shed, so Yuhi wouldn't pass out at the sight of his own blood dyeing Meeeg-chan's white fleece.
After he detached his teeth, the alien probed his new plushie's eyes for the gratitude he seemed to expect.
"AHHHH! OW! That hurt!" Yuhi whined half-jokingly.
"What do humans do when they can't kiss on these things, chupa?"
"I dunno. Hold hands and look at stars?"
Chupataro flopped Yuhi's arm a couple times before becoming greedy with his hand. "Like this, chupa?"
Yuhi hehehehehehehe'd.
"The stars aren't out yet, chupa."
"We'll wait a bit!"
They waited for the sun to count sheep and fall asleep, not undoing their flesh and robot hands.
The starshine was a bridge to the greater cosmos.

"I watched it happen. You and Yuhi opening each other's hearts. So don't leave me out of the loop, because when you became a part of this family, you agreed to me being a part of your life too. Your nosy, overbearing…"
"Y-Yuhi and Chupa aren't married, chupa!"
"Is there any use bringing that up now? We're on familial terms."
"What are you trying to prove, chupa?"
"Nothing, except I'm sorry."
"Chupa forgave you, cabra."
"You forgave me because Yuhi forced you to. I haven't earned your forgiveness."
"Which you plan on doing how, chupa?"
"By refreshing your memory on some of the times Yuhi forgave you for acting out of line."
"You're guilt-tripping Chupa? You really are the Dark Meister, cabra!"
"We both have done things we're not proud of."
"Chupa didn't torture a child, chupa!"
"Shh. Remember when…"
(Kuaidul: "A clip show on the eve of the series' climax? Yudias' allies know that if Otes walked away from the crash, he's doing villainous things on the moon, don't they?")

"Hey, Yudias! If you want this returned, hurry and tell Chupa what the Earthdama is, chupa!"
"Chupataro? Why do you know about the Earthdama?"
"That's a secret, chupa. Chupa just wanted to trap Yudias at first, but this is more effective, chupa! Now hurry and tell Chupa before Chupa throws this in the furnace, chupa!"
"Wait, wait! If you do that, my 8.88 million countrymen will be troubled by the heat!"
"What a dense guy, chupa! Chupa's doing it 'cause Chupa wants trouble, chupa!"
"Then do it."
"Chupa? What did you just say, chupa?"
"I said just do it."
"Please wait, Yuhi! My 8.88 million countrymen are inside –!"
"Are you too scared to, ya damn hairless coyote bastard?"

Yuamu patted his claws. "I'm sorry I had CPT paralyze Damamu with DM particles. I'm sorry I had Kuyamuya capture Damamu and take Damamu's Mr. Universe cards. I'm sorry for all of it. I only hope that after this is over, you can see me as Yuamu and not the Dark Meister again."
Chupataro leaned back and took in the roundness of the moon. "Because we're family, chupa."
"We're all you got."
"Then…Chupa forgives you. Anesan."
Yuamu teared up.
A bridge mended.
Below a large and hardly recognizable celestial body of Earth, a bridge Yudias unsuccessfully vaulted off to reach the moon, rescue the three who were still alive, and stop Otei Usu's moonsault.
