Christof after his interview and the interruption by Sylvia he thought about his conversation with her. He also thought about telling audiences of Truman's new love interest and how he still believed that the first on air conception was still part of their plan. Christof wanted to make sure that nothing like Truman's outburst at Meryl never happened again and then hit him like a ton of bricks. How to keep Truman save in Seahaven. An idea that was floated to him long ago during Truman's college days but refuted it because he thought Meryl was the perfect woman for Truman. He remembered how some of the producers suggested a love triangle storyline and boost up Sylvia's role. The idea of bandwagons supporting team Sylvia or team Meryl had limitless potential, but he still rejected it. Now with Meryl gone and Truman needing a new love interest. It was the perfect time to recast Sylvia into her old role and bring her back like they did Truman's father. They did have another woman in mind for the role of Truman's love interest, but this idea was too great to let go. Christof told his team "I'll be right back".

A producer asked, "Where are you going".

Christof answered, "Paying Sylvia a visit".

The producers were shocked by this and asked, "What for".

Christof didn't answer and left the building. Christof was driven straight to Sylvia's house and got out with his personal guards with him. Christof knocked on the door and as Sylvia answered Christof said, "Hello Sylvia, long time no see".

Sylvia responded, "Fuck off" and tried to slam the door in Christof's face but Christof guard stopped it.

Christof said "Please. Sylvia. I just want to talk".

Sylvia responded "Get out of my house. I want nothing to do with you".

Christof said "Give me five minutes and if you still want me to leave, I'll go and never come back. I will not bother you again".

Sylvia said, "The answers still no".

Sylvia desperately tried to close the door and Christof said "Sylvia. I understand, I truly do. We didn't treat you as we should have on the show and for that I'm sorry".

Sylvia said "I don't care how you treated me. All I care about is how you're treating Truman. You're keeping him captive, and I will not stop until he is free".

Christof said "That is what I want to talk to you about. I want Truman to be free".

Sylvia was shocked by this answer and asked "What do you mean free. You want to keep him in his cage".

Christof said "Let me in and I'll explain everything. I explain my offer and if you refuse then we can go back to the ways things are, but I know you want change. So, let's discuss how we get that".

Sylvia knew she shouldn't but knowing that no matter what she would refuse him because it couldn't be any good. Decided to let him in. Sylvia said, "Five minutes".

Sylvia let them in, and Christof said "Thank you" to Sylvia. Christof went inside and looking at all the free Truman merchandise said, "Nice decorations".

Sylvia responded "Thanks. I did it myself".

Sylvia and Christof sat on the couch and Christof said "So, here's the deal. I want to bring you back on the show".

Sylvia laughed at hearing this and said "You want me back on the show. You have to be out of your damn mind if you think I'd ever go back".

Christof interrupted and said "I want Truman to be in a relationship. The one with Meryl was a mistake and since you two developed it one your own".

Sylvia said "You want me to become Truman's love interest. For him to fall in love with. For him to marry. For him to have kids with. Well let me tell you something. I would never put any child in that environment, especially my own".

Christof said "You love Truman. You wouldn't still be doing all this if you didn't. And he still wouldn't be longing for you. Desperate to go to Fiji if he didn't. Now, I'm offering you and him a chance to be together".

Sylvia asked, "And you have no intention of having an on-air conception or to have another baby to exploit".

Christof said "How yours and Truman's relationship develops is up to you. You agree to come back onto the show, and you'll have the complete freedom to explore your relationship. There will be no scripts, no force dialogue, just a perfectly normal relationship between two people who love each other".

Sylvia asked "And what about kids. You want Truman to have them".

Christof answered "Yes, but so do you. I can see it in your eyes Sylvia. You want to be a mom. And you want to be with Truman. Now, if you two do have kids. They'll be your kids. Yours and Truman. Not mine or the studios, or the world. They'll be allowed to leave Seahaven when ever they wish. They'll be just like you or any other cast member. They will be given food, education, health care, nothing will not be provided for these kids. Any school they want to go to, they'll get an automatic entry. Even if it's Harvard, Princeton, Stanford, or Oxford in the UK. This is something every parent dreams for their child and you can provide that if you say yes. If you follow the rules and if they follow the rules".

Sylvia asked "Why are you offering me this. You can get any blonde bimbo to sleep with Truman and get her to be a baby mill. Why me".

Christof answered "Because Truman loves you and I am responsible for him, for his happiness. Think about all those nights you longed to be together. Think about the many nights you stared at that television and wished to be with him again. Think about the many nights that he missed you. That he had to live without you. Your love is true and no matter if the sky is fake, it doesn't matter. Truman's miserable and it's not because he lives on a set. It's because he didn't have you. He would still be miserable if he was out here without you. He needs you and all you have to do is say yes".

Sylvia asked, "Do I have to do product placement".

Christof answered, "It'll be so discrete and so natural that not even the audience will know they're being fed what to buy".

Sylvia knew that Christof was manipulating her but all she has ever wanted for years was to be with Truman. And to few people care about her rallies or attempts to free Truman. She needs to do something now and make him happy now, and the way that he's been suffering lately, she doesn't know if she'll ever be able to. They'll just force Truman to live a miserable life and force another child into Truman's torture. She had to do this but not for herself but for Truman, her kids, and all the other children that people like Christof will manipulate if she doesn't. Sylvia turns to Christof and tells him "I'll do it. I'll go back".

Christof said "Wonderful. Tomorrow morning you'll be driven to set, and your contract will be written up. Goodnight Sylvia, I know we'll create something wonderful together".

Christof and his bodyguards left. Sylvia remarked "I bet". She then went back over to the TV and as she watched Truman sleeping, she then touched the screen where his face was and said "Sorry my love but I have to. I have to for you. I love you".

Sylvia couldn't sleep that night and had sat on her bed. She had her bags all packed and heard the doorbell ring. Sylvia got up and as she opened the door, she saw bodyguards and a limo. The bodyguard said, "Your bags mam". Sylvia gave the bodyguard her bags and walked straight to the limo. She got in the back and as the bodyguard put her bags in the boot she stared ahead. The bodyguard got in and said, "The Truman show".

The driver responded, "Got it" and drove straight to the Truman show set.

Sylvia looked out at the city of Los Angelas as they drove and knew that this was likely to be the last time she would ever see it. She would live in Seahaven with fake sand, fake sky, and a fake sun. She would never leave the set but at least she had Truman and more importantly Truman had her. They drove to set which she still couldn't believe her eyes when she saw how big it was. Sylvia was led inside and immediately led to Christof who said "Oh look everyone. It's our new leading lady. Everyone say hi to Sylvia. Her and Truman are about to be reunited". Everyone applauded and Christof said, "Take her to hair and make up before she is miked up and given her contract and script".

Sylvia said, "I thought I didn't have a script".

Christof said "You don't but this is just your background story in case Truman asks you any questions. If you ever get stuffed up just blink and you'll be told through your earpiece". Sylvia accepted this and Christof said "Here's your contract. Read it. It has everything we discussed and if there's anything you want changed or clarified, come to me and I'll explain it. Got it".

Sylvia said, "Got it".

Christof said "Wonderful. Now go to hair and makeup and prepare for your big moment".

Sylvia accepted and followed her stylist to hair and makeup. Sylvia's stylist said "I'm so happy to meet you. I loved your character so much. I'm so glad they decided to bring you back".

Sylvia responded "Thanks".

As Sylvia began to read the contact Sylvia's stylist said "Now, let's keep as close to the original as possible. Your hair can stay roughly the same. Now, let's check out the clothes. Most of these will be fine. It must be nice being a former extra. These clothes were just your basic and now you can just wear the ones your brought. We'll give you a few more to suit your style but beyond that I just think we need to just keep originality and everyday person as much as possible. It's what was the best thing about you and shows every woman and little girl that she can be as happy as you".

Sylvia responded "Yeah, happy".

Sylvia's stylist said "Just a few minor tweaks to straighten out the hair and lighten it up a bit before we go to makeup. Also, all the makeup you'll need everyday will be put in your bag for you to go on set".

Sylvia responded "Thanks".

Sylvia's stylist worked on her makeup and hair until she said, "Just this one little strand right there" and as she cut it said "Perfect". Sylvia's stylist then drew Sylvia's attention to the mirror and said "There. Aren't you beautiful. Every woman and little girl in the world wants to be you right now".

Sylvia smiled and said, "I do look nice". Sylvia finished reading her contact and after seeing no hidden loopholes or suspicious requirements signed the contract.

Sylvia's stylist saw this and said "Wonderful. Now, it's time for you to get miked up before we the director tells you your first position". Sylvia accepted and was miked and camera'd up. She couldn't see the camera because it was so small and perfectly put on her. Sylivia's stylist said "There. You're all ready for the show. Don't be nervous. You'll be great and I'll be right here rooting for you".

Sylvia could tell that she was serious and responded "Thanks".

Sylvia exited and immediately was faced with the director who said, "Now Sylvia, did you sign your contact". Sylvia handed it to him, and he said "Yeah, it's all in order. Wonderful. I'll give this to Christof straight away but here's your backstory. You're going to be entering on Truman's lunchbreak. He eats in the square park, and you've just come back to Seahaven. You had a place in town but there was a mistake, and you have nowhere to stay".

Sylvia said, "And Truman will over me to stay over".

The director answered "Yes. Meryl's just left this morning and it'll be the perfect time for you to move in".

Sylvia waited until it was her call time, and the director said "Sylvia. Lunch extras. Go now".

Sylvia accepted and followed the rest of the lunch extras onto the set and as she entered, she looked up to the perfect sky that she had not seen in many years. Sylvia entered the square park and saw Truman eating a sandwich. She couldn't believe that she was finally seeing him again and was nervous. She felt like a hypocrite for spending so long calling the show out and wanting it cancelled but then agreeing to come on. But she knew that she wasn't doing this just for herself but for Truman as well. He needed her and she knew that as long as she was there, he'd always be happy. Christof told her "Sylvia. Go now". Sylvia accepted and walked up to Truman.

Sylvia became nervous but knew she couldn't stand there, or they'd get angry at her. Sylvia said "Truman".

Truman turned in surprise at hearing her voice and upon seeing her exclaimed "Sylvia".

Sylvia said, "Hi Truman".

Truman said "Sylvia, you're here. You're back".

Sylvia responded "Yeah, I'm back".

Truman excitedly said, "I thought that when your father said you were moving to Fiji that I'd never see you again".

Sylvia said, "I'm back and I'm so happy to see you again".

Truman asked, "Are you staying or just visiting".

Sylvia answered "Well, I did have a place that I was going to move in to, but I just found out last minute that they already sold it. So, I don't have anywhere to stay. I was just about to head to the ferry and try my luck on Harbour Island to find a place but then I saw you and had to say hi".

Truman said "If it's a place that you need to stay. My house has a spare room".

Sylvia asked "Really. I wouldn't be intruding".

Truman responded "No. Of course not. You're a friend in need and it's just empty space anyway".

Sylvia hugged Truman and said "Thank you so much. It means everything to me that there are people as kind as you Truman. Hey, why don't I take you out for dinner tonight. You know to thank you for your generosity".

Truman said "Of course, I'd love to go out for dinner".

Sylvia gave Truman a kiss on the cheek and said, "I'll see you after work".

Sylvia left and Truman said, "See you then". Truman made a fist and brought his arm close to him in delight at seeing Sylvia again. He did plan to dig a tunnel to find out what was going on with the town but with the return of Sylvia he realised that it was all just silly. How could the world be conspiring against him. Truman went back to work happier than he ever did and couldn't wait until the day ended so he could see Sylvia again.

Sylvia left the set and headed backstage. She was given food and Christof come over and said "That was wonderful. Truly wonderful. See, what did I tell you. She's a natural".

Sylvia said, "That's because I'm actually happy to see him and I do love him".

Christof said "I know, and you should have seen the ratings. My God, man, we haven't seen viewership like this since your little escapade on the beach".

A producer said, "Truly remarkable".

Sylvia said "You got want you wanted. Higher ratings".

Christof said, "And Truman's happiness which is what both you and I care about". Sylvia accepted this and Christof said, "You're about to have your interview so get ready for that".

Sylvia asked "Interview".

Christof said "Just a few questions about the show and why you returned. The answers will be on the monitor for you". Sylvia hated being managed like this but accepted. Christof said "Good. I knew this would be a great idea".

Sylvia's stylist said "Now, before your interview. Just a little maintenance to keep you looking perfect and beautiful. There. You're ready".

A camera was brought in front of Sylvia's face and in her earpiece heard Mike Michealson say "Well, when we thought it couldn't get any crazier. They did this. They brought back Lauren Garland, or she is now known as Sylvia. Hello and good evening, I'm your host Mike Michealson and welcome to Tru talk. I like the rest of you was shocked to just witness the return of Sylvia. She was recently just on the phone with us only yesterday but now she is back on the Truman show. So, how did this all happen. Let's go right now to the set and talk live to Sylvia herself". The red light turned on and Mike said "Sylvia".

Sylvia responded, "Hello Mike".

Mike said "It was but only yesterday that you were on our show as a caller making negative comments about the show. Can you explain how you were doing that only yesterday but today you're on the air with Truman".

Sylvia answered "Yes, Christof came to me himself and offered me a chance to return. And after so long how could I refuse".

Mike said "So, yesterday wasn't real. You already agreed to join on beforehand".

Sylvia answered "Yes. It was a publicity stunt to gain attention for the show and to really surprise the viewer by my return to Truman's life".

Mike said "Well, you sure did surprise us. How does it feel to be back on the show".

Sylvia answered "The best thing in the world. Working on the show was the best time of my life and I'm so happy to be back here. It's truly a magical place and I'm happy to share it with you".

Mike said "You made quite a splash with Truman last time. And your last moment together on the beach is still sheared into our hearts. What can we expect this time".

Sylvia said "With the departure of Meryl from Truman's life. He is all alone and lost a woman that he thought he loved. But an old flame is about to shake up his life and see if what they truly had together was love and can they have a happy ending together".

Mike said "We all know that Christof wants the first on air conception. Are you okay with having Truman's baby and are you ready to be a mother".

Sylvia answered "Nothing about me or Truman will be scripted. We are just seeing if we click and if it develops into something more than it'll happen. None of us here would like to force a marriage or a baby into a relationship but if one happens then, who knows".

Mike asked "So, are you confirming with us that you are open to the idea of marrying and having children with Truman".

Sylvia answered "I am open to the possibility. I do want marriage and children with the man I love, and I hope that's Truman".

Mike responded "So do we. Thanks, Sylvia, for coming on to the show and talking to us about yours and Truman's future. We can't wait to see what happens next".

Sylvia said, "You're welcome".

Mike said, "Sylvia everyone".

Sylvia said, "Thank you Mike".

The red light turned off and Chritoff said "That was beautiful. Wonderful. Great work Sylvia".

Sylvia said, "Thank you, Christof".

Christof said "Now, enjoy your down time because you're not going to get to leave Seahaven for a long time".

Sylvia said, "I know".

Christof left and Sylvia waited and watched the screens until Truman left to go home for work. Sylvia heard "End of workday crew, Syliva. You're on. Go to your positions and wait for your signal".

Sylvia entered Seahaven and took herself and her luggage to Truman's house. Sylvia was told by Christof "Go when ready".

Sylvia took a deep breath before she walked up the stairs and rang the doorbell. Truman answered and said "Sylvia. You're here".

Sylvia asked, "May I come in".

Truman said "Of course".

Truman let Sylvia in, and Sylvia remarked "This is a nice place you got here Truman".

Truman responded, "Well it's home sweet home".

Sylvia then saw a picture of Truman and Meryl and said "Truman. I didn't know you were married".

Truman said "I'm not actually. She left me".

Sylvia responded "Aww. Well, it's her loss. You're a wonderful guy".

Truman asked, "You think so".

Sylvia answered "I know so. I wouldn't have gone all the way over to you just to say hi to if I didn't".

Truman said, "Let me take you to your room".

Truman led Sylvia threw the house and upon noticing the nursery Sylvia said "Aww Truman. Were you trying for a baby".

Truman said "She was. I just didn't think it was the right time".

Sylvia responded "Well, you gotta be ready".

Truman then led her to the spare room and Truman said "Here's your room. Casa de Sylvia. Stay as long as want".

Sylivia said, "Thank you Truman. I better get dressed and ready for tonight".

Truman responded "Yes, just get ready and I'll have a shower and then we can go".

Sylvia said "Okay".

Truman responded "Okay". Truman was nervous about having Sylvia here but was not giving up his chance to be with her. Sylvia unpacked her clothes and then took out the dress she was going to wear. It was beautiful and she knew that she could never afford it, but it was given to her. Sylvia put it on and checked herself out in the mirror. It was beautiful and she never felt better in herself. She was about to go on a date with Truman and was wearing one of the most beautiful dresses that she has ever seen. Sylvia felt a little bad not being fully honest with Truman and being back here after vocally denouncing it very much, but she was in love with Truman, and he was in love with her. If she did voice up, then he'd know that his whole life has been a lie and feel horrible and if she wasn't here than nobody would tell him, and he'd be without her. She knew it wasn't a perfect situation, but it was the best out of the available options. They were together and happy, and that's all that matters.

Sylvia left her room and saw Truman in a suit checking himself out in the mirror. Sylvia said, "Hey there handsome".

Truman turned and upon seeing Sylvia said "Sylvia, you, you, you look amazing".

Sylvia asked "Really. Do I".

Truman answered "Yeah, you do".

Sylvia said, "I know it was a lot, but I just saw it and knew the occasion when I needed it would come up".

Truman said "It most certainly has. You look gorgeous Sylvia".

Sylvia blushed and said "Thanks. I did try".

Truman responded "You don't need to try and look beautiful. You are beautiful". Sylvia blushed and Truman asked, "Ready to go". Truman then held out his arm.

Sylvia accepted "Of course" and accepted it.

Truman began to lead Sylvia when he stopped and said "Here. This is yours. You left it".

Sylvia accepted and said "Thanks. I thought I lost it. Thanks for keeping it safe".

Truman answered "Anytime".

Sylvia put the sweater on the couch and Truman led Sylvia to his car and opened the door for her. Sylvia said "Why thank you. You really know how to charm a woman don't you".

Truman said, "I have a woman worth charming". Sylvia blushed and Truman got in the car and drove them to the restaurant. They entered the restaurant and Truman said, "Table for two please".

The waiter said, "Right this way sir".

They were led to their table and Truman pulled out her chair for Sylvia. Sylvia remarked "You sure are a gentleman aren't you. I have no idea why your wife left you. She must have been one stupid woman". Truman looked unsure and Sylvia said "I'm sorry, I didn't mean to sound insensitive. It's just that you're such a sweet guy that I couldn't imagine any woman leaving you".

Truman said "No. No, you weren't being insensitive. I just wanted to know what happened that day".

Sylvia said "Well, my name is really Sylvia. Lauren was just my sisters name, and I was just using her spare book. But the rest is well, my dad was moving us, and I wanted one last chance to try and be with the guy I was falling in love with".

Truman asked, "You were falling for me".

Syliva answered "Yeah, I just wished we had more time together".

Truman responded "So did I. But what was that on the beach about it all being fake".

Sylvia answered "Oh that. That was all just some silly attempt to stop my dad from moving us. I was young and head over hills for this boy at school".

Truman accepted this and said "You're back now. So, do you have any boyfriend or husband".

Sylvia answered "No. I tried. I really did try but I couldn't get over that boy from Seahaven. He, he was special, and I knew that I could never truly get over him". Sylvia then grabbed Truman's hand and said "Truman, I came back because I couldn't stop thinking about you. Being apart was driving me crazy and I needed to come back no matter what. I needed to see if what we had was real. Truman Burbank, I think I love you".

Truman responded "And the reason I kept the sweater was because I couldn't get over that girl who kissed me on the beach. I did everything to try and go to Fiji and be with her, but it felt like life kept stopping me. But now she's back and I don't know what to do".

Sylvia answered, "I do". Sylvia then leaned forward and kissed him passionately on the lips. After they finished, they both smiled at each other and Sylvia said, "What looks good on the menu".

After they finished eating and began to leave the restaurant. Sylvia said "Well, taking me home is going to be easy because we're going to the same place".

Truman said "Yeah, yeah it is". He then asked "What did you want to do when we get there. Watch TV".

Sylvia responded "Absolutely".

Truman drove Sylvia back to his house and as they exited and walked over to each other they began to passionately kiss. They continued kissing as they moved up the flight of stairs into the house. They continued to kiss until they reached Truman's bedroom where she Sylvia began to take Truman's clothes off and he helped her with her dress. They didn't stop until they were both completely naked. They then both looked at each other and then kissed moving to the bed and began to make love to each other.

Christof was happy with the results of Truman's first date with Sylvia which ended in both sex and extremely high ratings. Ratings which hasn't been this high since his wedding to Meryl.

Truman and Sylvia slept in the same bed that night and when they woke up Sylvia said, "Good morning".

Truman smiled and said, "Good morning".

Sylvia sat up and said "Well, that was quite a night".

Truman said, "I hope I was able to please".

Sylvia said "Oh, I was pleased".

Truman said "Good. I'd hate to displease a woman as beautiful as you".

Sylvia blushed and said "Well, you didn't".

Truman said, "How about some breakfast".

Sylvia responded "Sure".

They both got dresses and as Truman was making them breakfast Sylvia said, "I better find a job here. I've found a reason to stay".

Truman said "Well, there's a job recruiter in the town square. I'll take you there on my way to work".

Sylvia responded "Thanks. I'm so glad I found you again Truman Burbank. I don't know what I'd do without you".

Truman responded, "Me neither". They both giggled at this.

After Truman and Sylvia finished breakfast Truman took Sylvia to the job recruiter on the way to work and Sylvia said, "I'll never get over how beautiful this place is". She then saw a sign for Lucky Cluck's, and she said "ooh look. Lucky Clucks. I went to one once. I wonder if they're opening one in Seahaven".

Truman responded, "I don't know, maybe".

Truman parked his car and said "I gotta get to work. Here's a spare key to get into the house. And right there's the recruitment centre. Good luck". Truman then gave her a kiss.

Sylvia responded "You to. Have a good day at work".

Truman responded "Oh I'll try. But it won't be good until I see you again". Sylvia blushed and left the car.

Truman watched her go into the recruitment office and then left to go to work. Sylvia exited the set and was immediately given water. The director said, "That was beautiful Sylvia, truly touching".

Sylvia responded, "Thank you".

Sylvia's stylist said "Let's fix that bed head. You just look like you had a long night".

Sylvia joked "I did".

Syliva and her stylist both laughed, and Christof came over to her and said "Sylvia. You know what you've just done. You've sent rating through the room. My God, nobody expected it. And they were so drawn to your date. It was the realest thing that they've ever seen on the show. That was the number one response to what was seen last night. And the love making on the first date, people were not expecting it".

A producer said, "Or it to be real".

Christof said "Yes, that to. It was beautiful. You two are beautiful".

Sylvia said, "I guess you should have made me the love interest back then shouldn't you".

Christof said "I'm willing to admit when I am wrong, and I was wrong. You are perfect for him. Keep this up and we're gonna have the first on-air conception soon. I can feel it".

Christof left and even though she didn't want to be a baby mill for him, she knew that if her and Truman were going to be together then it was going to happen eventually and with her already securing her children's freedom then it really wasn't a concern for her. All that was, was the fact that they've only been on one date but they both madly love each other and have known each other for years, desperate to get back together so, it's not actually to quick.

On the show Sylvia got a job as a receptionist for the Seahaven lawyer. She spent the next two months living with Truman not once sleeping in her own bed and only after a week did, she move her stuff into his room which they both said was their room now. Meryl thankfully allowed Truman to keep the house in the financial settlement they made up because she met a wealthy man who she had already married. One month after that Sylvia awoke with morning sickness. She immediately knew what it was and told Truman "Honey, I can't go to work today. I'm sick and need to go to the doctor".

Truman responded "Okay, I hope you're feeling better".

Sylvia said, "Me to". After Truman was gone Sylvia rode to the exit where she was greeted by the Christof, the producer, and the director who said, "We already have a doctor on standby, he's ready to examine you".

Sylvia responded "Thanks" and marched straight to the doctor.

Doctor said "Ah, Ms Garland. I'm Doctor Sullivan. I hear that you are not feeling well and need an examination".

Sylvia answered "Yeah, I think I'm pregnant".

Doctor Sullivan said "Well, let us see".

Doctor Sullivan examined her and after he was finished said "Congratulations Ms Garland, you are with child".

Sylvia asked, "So I am pregnant".

Doctor Sullivan answered, "Yes".

Sylvia accepted this and had been preparing for this a long time. They left and Sylvia said, "I'm pregnant".

Everyone applauded and cheered. Christof gave Sylvia a hug and said "I knew you could do it. I knew you'd make us proud. And don't worry Sylvia the best doctors in the world will be checking up on your baby and making sure that you are taking care of yourself and the baby".

Sylvia responded, "Thank you".

Christof said "All right everyone. Back to work, we got a big announcement to make to both Truman and the world".

Everyone accepted this and Sylvia and the other women were gushing over the pregnancy. Sylvia returned to the house to wait for Truman and when he entered, she turned and said "Truman. We need to talk".

Truman sat down next to her and asked, "About what my love, what is it".

Sylvia held Truman's hand and placed it on her stomach. She said a little excited "Truman, we're gonna have a baby".

Truman was stunned and said "Wha".

Sylvia said "A baby. I'm pregnant. We're pregnant. Sweetie, we're gonna be parents".

Truman hugged Sylvia and said "That's wonderful my love. Truly wonderful. I'm amazed and never had been so amazed in my life".

Sylvia said "I love you, Truman. I love you and I want to raise this child with you. But I don't think we should do it before we get married, so Truman will you".

Truman interrupted her and said "Hey, hey, hey. Stop right there. I got this at lunch".

Truman showed her the diamond ring and Sylvia said, "It's beautiful Truman".

Truman said "Yeah, I knew I had to get it today because when you told me that you were sick, I couldn't get you out of my mind. I was so nervous for you, and you were all I could think about. I realised that if I felt this way, a way I never felt about Meryl then I couldn't go a second longer without asking you to marry me. So, Sylvia Garland. Will you marry me".

Sylvia answered "Of course I will Truman. Of course I'll marry you". Sylvia and Truman kissed, and Truman put the ring he bought on her finger. Sylvia stared at it and marvelled at it's beauty before turning to Truman and giggling before he giggled back at her.

4 months later with Sylvia's stomach now beginning to show she walked down the aisle with a couple of her friends from colleague as maids of honour. She reached the end to meet up with her bridesmaids, her fiancé, and his best friend Marlon. The ceremony then began and when it was time to say their vows, Truman said "Syliva. When we first met it was like seeing someone in a way you've never seen anyone else before. And then life kept us apart but then it brought us back together and we can continue from where we left off. Seeing you again for the second time was the best thing that ever happened to me, but I know it's going to become second when I get to kiss you after we say I do. And then that moment will become second when we together bring our little one into the world. I'm so happy to be marrying you and I can't wait to be your husband. And I can't wait to raise a child together".

Syliva said "Nearly seven months ago I came back to Seahaven. I came back not because I was sure but because I couldn't go another second without telling the man I loved how I felt about him. Then I heard he felt the same way and I knew I was right. And I also feel right about what we're doing today. I know I'm right about marrying you Truman, and I know I'm right about our future". Sylvia then place both hands on her stomach.

The priest asked then asked them both if they agreed to the marriage and after Sylvia said, "I do".

Then Truman said, "I do".

The priest said, "Then you may kiss the bride". Truman and Sylvia kissed, and they were now married. Sylvia was concerned about travel while pregnant so instead of going on a honeymoon they just took two weeks off work and stayed at home with each other which they were both happy to do.

Three months later Sylvia awoke early in the morning in pain. She realised that her water broke and said "Truman. Truman. Truman" while shaking him to wake up.

Truman asked 'Yeah, yeah, what, what is it".

Sylvia said "Truman. My water broke".

Truman realised what she meant and leaped out of bed and asked, "Is the baby coming".

Sylvia responded 'Yeah, it's coming".

Truman said "We gotta get you to the hospital". Truman helped Sylvia up and to the car. Truman then drove to the hospital and after Sylvia screamed in pain Truman said "It's all right baby. I'm here. We're nearly at the hospital. Just think of our baby and that this pain just means we get to meet them sooner". Sylvia nodded and turned to her very large stomach and screamed some more. They arrived and as he exited, he screamed "Help. Help. My wife needs help". Truman helped Sylvia out of the car and told her "It's all right. We're here. We're at the hospital".

A nurse came over and asked, "What's the problem".

Sylvia screamed "What do you think is the problem. Look at me". She then crouched over in pain.

The nurse ran back and got a wheelchair. Sylvia sat in it and as the nurse wheeled her inside the nurse told the staff "Mrs Burbank is having her baby. Get Doctor Sullivan in here now".

This was accepted and as Sylvia was wheeled into the maternity ward Truman held Sylvia's hand and said "We're here baby. It's nearly over. It's nearly over".

Doctor Sullivan came by and said "Mrs Burbank. Ready to deliver I see".

Sylvia said "Get this baby out of me. Get it out of me right now".

Doctor Sullivan said "Right. Let's see what we can do". Doctor Sullivan examined her and said "Yes, the baby is quite insistent on coming right away. Shouldn't be long until they're in your arms".

Sylvia said, "It better be soon doc because I can't stand another moment in this type of pain".

Doctor Sullivan said "Shouldn't be to long now. They're very much wanting to leave".

Sylvia said, "Not as much as I do".

Doctor Sullivan began taking care of Sylvia until he told her "Okay, we're in a good spot now. Push". Syliva pushed and Doctor Sullivan said "Good, good, good, good. Just a little more. A little more. Come on we're so close". Sylvia stopped and Doctor Sullivan said, "Just one more big push and it's all over". Sylvia turned to Truman who encouraged her, and Sylvia pushed as hard as she could until she felt relief and then heard the babies cries. It was the best sound in the world to her and as she looked over hoping to get a glimpse of her newborn. Doctor Sullivan said, "Congratulations Burbank's, you have a new baby girl".

Sylvia turned to Truman and muttered "A girl".

Truman nodded at her and Doctor Sullivan passed their newborn baby girl to Sylvia. Sylvia exclaimed "She's beautiful. Truman look".

Truman looked at his daughter and said "Hello there. This is your daddy. I'm happy to finally meet you".

Sylvia said "And I have the perfect name for her. Lily. Lily Jane Burbank".

Truman said "That is a perfect. Hello Lily. You're my Lily. Welcome to the family little Burbank".

Sylvia and Truman were thrilled to see their little girl and Christof was the happiest that Sylvia had ever seen him. The ratings had not been so high since the broadcast of Truman's birth in the very first episode. And even though Sylvia didn't want to, he was good with holding her. Sylvia's parent then were snuck in and met with Sylvia and their new granddaughter while Truman thought they were asleep and not allowed to have any visitors. Sylvia watched the flood of people waiting there to meet her and her newborn daughter. She then took and read some of the messages from around the world that were written to her and her daughter.

Sylvia and Truman loved being parents and although nothing had prepared them for it were there for each other. Three years later they welcomed their second child boy named Phillip Daniel Burbank. Over the years the children went to Seahaven elementary school all the way to Seahaven high. The children were told the truth about Seahaven and the television show just before they each went to high school. They were both very confused, but their mother explained to them that it was the only way for their parents to be together and hearing their mother say this made them believe her. Sylvia told them about the deal she made in case she had children and that they could leave anytime and could go anywhere they wanted. Lily went to Oxford University and chose to live in England while Phillip had fallen for a girl at Seahaven high and they both agreed to stay in Seahaven with his girlfriend. Lily always returned for holidays or holiday specials or anytime she missed her parents. Lily and her husband always had their summer holidays and most Christmases in Seahaven. Both Lily and Phillip had children of their own and just like Sylvia did with them, they kept the truth a secret until they were old enough. At the age of 88 Truman Burbank died surrounded by his wife of 58 years, his children, grandchildren, and newborn great grandchild. After 32,230 the Truman show ended. Truman Burbank never knew about the existence of the Truman show but he lived his life to the fullest. No other show was ever created like the Truman show because they knew it couldn't live up to the standards of the Truman show. Sylvia and the rest of the Burbank family were asked if they ever regretted not telling Truman the truth, but their answer was always the same. Truman may have lived in a town that was fake with people that were fake. But his family was not fake. Their love for him was never fake and that's why Sylvia agreed to join the Truman show. She wanted to be with Truman, the man she loved. And given the choice to live in a fake town with their family or not have their family, they'd choice the fake town every day. Their family was what mattered most, not where they were. Truman knew that and that's why he never wanted to leave Seahaven. Not because he loved the town but because it was where his family were. It was a place for him and his family and that made it real.
