To even dealing with people on this website who's advocating violence and is getting away with this behavior and not being banned.

But anyway i did not intended for this chapter to be 36 pages long so eheh sorry about that but considering I also wanted to throw in Madam Puing and handing the Serenity teapot to the teaveler and such. So that I can make future events a lot easier and have something or at least, somewhere to start placing the mor elemon focus chapters int that will or won't have any real purpose in the main story slash conflict of the story. Also, watching Beat bobby flae with my family and such kind of made the competition be a little interesting- so little influence fomr that. But yeah that's all I gotta say, I do have big plans in the future for this story as the next chapter will focus on Lumine and the abyss.

Chapter 15: The secret recipe for success!

It wouldn't take that long for the group to go and reach Washu inn and reach one of the statues of the sevens that depicted the Archon of the region, Rex Lapis. There soon after Aether had touched and resonated with the statue and acquired the Geo elemental. He had made a brief connection with the Archon of the region and heard his voice ringing out to him within his thoughts. Acknowledging him and have even gotten word from the Bard, about his deeds within mondstat. Thus, he had made a contract with the traveler and allowed him to use his elemental power of Geo. Before Aether, who is being accompanied by Sucrose, Mona and Diona- to start checking into the hotel and rest for a day from their travels. They suddenly get acquainted with one of the local residents of Liyue known as "Xiangling."

The blue haired two bun girl didn't hesitate to welcome them and then have them join her in a cooking contest that was happening right there in Washu inn. Deeming and sensing that the traveler will have amazing cooking skills and even his companions possibly even helped her out with preparing an amazing dish for the judges. Thus their first adventure in Liyue begins and boy, will it be a very interesting start of their journey in a new land.

The group will be outside of Washu inn where the restaurant part of the hotel tables were at. Everyone was bustling about and enjoying their meals and food. Chatting away and discussing things or tales of their travels and adventures. With traveling merchants wanting to sell their wares outside of the hotel, while others were just laughing and bouncing about with energy and watching over their children. We see our traveling heroes sitting at one of the tables, watching and listening to Xiangling explaining and detailing everything they needed to know about the contest that is going to take place in Washu inn and that the winning team will be able to promote their restaurant and business outside of Liyue and welcoming travelers from afar to come their place of business.

The girl grinned happily while placing her hands onto her hips and lean slightly forward. "So thus I figured the Wanming restaurant in Liyue could benefit greatly with the publicity and acquiring new patrons to come to our business and order delicious food from us!" She exclaimed and then clapped her hands. "And so here I am and considering I would also need some assistance with preparing the food and keeping an eye on it. That is when I noticed you four at the statue of the sevens and figured, you're all well seasoned adventurers and travelers and probably cooks. That you could help me out." She then opened her golden eyes and grinned widely. "wSo what do you say?" then placed her hands onto the table edge and lightly shook her ass left to right. "Want to join me and compete in the competition?"

This had the four humming lightly as Diona who wasn't really paying attention to the conversation at the moment. Wagging her cat tail, she happily ate the meal Xiangling had made briefly in order to get an idea what kind of food she serves and such. Having the bartender meowing in delight of how delicious the burger tasted, especially with the combination of Pyro slime essence with a hint of Mint flower and sweet flower dewdrops in it? Making it an explosion of delicious flavors dancing in her mouth. While Sucrose and Mona were happily eating some of the jade parcels Xiangling had made for the two girls, with Aether eating a plate of Junyum flavored Hash Browns every single one of them were amazed and enjoying the meals greatly. All the while learning how Xiangling is also the head chef at Wanming Restaurant. Aether swallowed his food and took a sip of the drinks Diona made for them and gasped lightly. Turning his attention to the eager and excited girl.

He adjusted the capes of his outfit and leaned his elbow onto the table edge. "Well Xiangling, it does sound exciting and probably fun. I…don't think we would really benefit a lot from helping you out." He said and saw her humming and just lightly pushing her hands and weight against the table. Lightly kicking one leg after the other upwards. "Considering we just…arrived here in Liyue and Washu Inn?" He then smiled sheepishly and rubbed the back of his neck. " I don't think our expertise will be really good here, let alone possibly our knowledge of Mondstat cuisine will really mix well with Liyue cuisine." He said and looked towards the others. "Well, Maybe Diona might know but Sucrose and Mona?"

Sucrose closed her eyes and shook her head with her ears twitching lightly. "Sorry, I don't know much about cooking. I can", she laughed lightly. "Barely cook for myself and whenever I do- it's mostly easy ingredients like…um…bacon, eggs and probably french toast with Sweet flower nectar on them." She then sweatdrop and chuckled sheepishly. Rubbing her hands lightly together, "but when it comes to Alchemy however. I shine there the most."

Mona cleared her throat embarrassingly as she doesn't want to really admit she doesn't know how to cook. Let alone, she mostly spends the mora she gains from her astrology and divination readings on expensive wine andmeals. "Well, I have traveled far and a lot over my years of being an astrologist. And I DO know some Liyue customs and specialty foods." She then sighed and shook her shrugging her arms and elbows, "But I honestly do not know how to…cook per say, but gathering ingredients I could do." She said with a small smile as her dark violet eyes smiled at Xiangling.

Xiangling smiled broadly and giggled, "aww you guys don't need to worry about cooking or anything. Or even chopping ingredients for me, I just need help with setting things up and gathering said ingredients." She then stood upright and wags a finger. "If anything, when it comes to cooking for me, you always have to prepare the most unexpected dishes for your customers and wow them." She giggled out and then looked at Diona, whose green eyes were brimming with excitement. "But you said you know how to make drinks and such Diona?"

Diona nodded, "Yeah, I work at the Cat's tail bar in Mondstat." then huffed and pouted. "Even though I don't enjoy making drinks for the customers." She muttered out and crossed her arms under her chest whipping her tail. "I plan on making horrible and disgusting cocktails and wine to ruin the winning industry and crumble thor existence for, ever be created and made!" She exclaimed, having Mona, Sucrose and aether to chuckle softly and shaking her head. Then snorted as Diona raised her head and sighs, "but…if it's to help someone out with a contest. Then I guess I can help somewhat."

This had Xiangling giggling and excited to hear how Diona will help her out with the contest. She then turned her attention to the traveler and saw his golden eyes lock onto her. "What about you traveler? I am sure you're an amazing cook." Giggled the girl excitedly as Aether thought it over and humped lightly. "Even if you can cook Mondstat dishes, I can easily and happily teach you how to prepare dishes from Liyue." She then turns to Sucrose and Mona. "And if you two will want it too. I can teach you two girls some easy recipes too. So this way, you can make small quick snacks and such to have on your journey without needing a big cooking pot." She offered with a bright smile and closed her eyes.

Mona hummed as she leaned back and felt her outfit hugging her curves tightly and squeezing them slightly, pushing her boobs upwards when doing so and showing her cleavage from the top. "Well…" she then looked at Aether. "We came here to learn as much about Liyue as we could before entering the city. All the while helping Aether out with finding his twin."

"Twin?" Xiangling repeated and turned to Aether, "oh you have a sibling?" She then smiled but felt her smile disappear when she saw Aether smile but also having a bit of a longing expression on his face. "What happened to them?" She asked softly, pushing away from the table and resting a fist up to her chest, noticing how longing the boy's eyes were and seemingly going through a lot in his mind as he shook his head.

"We got separated when arriving in this world, we ran into a woman high above the clouds and did something to us." He then crossed his arms and sighs softly. "It's been three months since that incident and I've been going around traveling and trying to find where she is…" He explained and looked at Xiangling and smiled. "But I am sure that we will come across one another hopefully." Sucrose nods and says while moving a finger upwards feeling her green hair ruffling a bit from the soft breeze.

"What we do know is that she is around somewhere, thanks to Mona's divination." Sucrose said and pointed to Mona who nodded. "But we're not exactly sure WHERE she could be right now. Thus why we're in Liyue." She informed Xiangling, and then crossed her arms. "If what Mona said from her last reading, Aether's sister might be around here or somewhere around Liyue…but we're not entirely sure just yet.

Diona nods and hops onto the chair and rests her hands onto the table wagging her cat tail, "Yeah so- we're going to try and unlock most of the statue of the sevens to open our map further. And pinpoint exactly where his sister might be at." then stood upright on the chair placing her hands onto her hips. "Since Mona's reading highlighted possible areas on the map, we will begin to look in said areas." She grinned happily and then turned to Aether. "But, no doubt we will get caught up in some shenanigans here."

This earned some laughter from everyone including Xiangling as she had her heart going for Aether and nodded her head. "Well then how about this for a deal?" She grinned. "You guys help me out with this contest, and we can go and gather ingredients around the region and local area." She said and had everyone blinking their eyes and staring towards her. She winkl. "I know great places that have Statues of the Seven in the area." She then snicker and giggled. "In fact, one particular area I have in mind DEFINITELY has one that comes to mind. But…" she then bashfully looks away and taps two index fingers together. "The monster in question might have the special ingredient I have in mind that will wow the judges. But…" she then sighed and looked down exasperatedly. "It resists pyro vision users." She then clapped her hand together and bowed her head.

"So that's why I figured you four could really, really help me out with this endeavor." She then lifted her head "Or at least, The traveler and you two girls could help out." She added swiftly considering the 'special' she is referring to may be too much for Diona to handle, especially her age. Maybe one more year she could experience it. This had Diona leering lightly wondering why she couldn't help out? Her cryo shield could be useful against a Pyro infused monster.

She huffed and crossed her arms heering slightly towards Xiangling, "hey don't underestimate me because I am a child. I'll have you know I'm one of the best hunters in Mondstat." She exclaimed and leaned forward and slamming her hands onto the table. "Plus my Cryo shield application can be very useful against the Pyro monster, yeah its opposite element. But you will be surprised how long it lasts even against its own elemental weakness."

Xiangling laughed while sweating slightly and shook her hands defensively and even shook her head, "Oh no, no it has nothing to do with that." She then giggled softly. "I need someone to watch over the counter and table of our dish. When we need to head out and grab the ingredients." She then laughed and turned to her side. "In fact, Gobba here will need help in the kitchen." She said and introduced the bear who suddenly appeared and has been there for a long while. Causing Diona to jump off the chair and landing on her rear. While Aether and the others kind of took surprise as well, literally getting onto their feet when Gobba appeared before them.

The panda brown looking bear smiled and waved towards them with a happy greeting. Surprising everyone but smiling as well, whale Diona huffed and pouted. "Could've told us he was there." She said but smiled when Gobba happily bows in apologies. "It's alright." She then looks to Xiangling. "Who is Gobba, is he like a friend or assistant?"

Xiangling happily smirks and nods to the others, "Gobba is my partner! He's an adepti and helps me out with everything, especially when it comes to cooking and even combat." She said and looked down to him, who happily approached the aether and handed him and gave him a chili pepper. "He also has one of the best and freshest Chili peppers you will ever taste and experience in your life." she then winks. "It's also what helps make my food tasty and spicy for those who are daring enough to try one of Liyues most spiciest chili peppers in the world!"

She then laughed, "Of course not tooting my horn here, but considering its imbued also with somewhat Adepti energy. You'd think it would be the spiciest in all of teyvat!" She joked at the end and saw everyone nodding as Aether happily took the chili pepper and thanked Gobba. But then lift his head and smiles at Xianling.

"So this is an Adepti?" He said softly and looked back to Gobba, having xiangling nod her head as Mona cooed out interestingly and intrigued. Aether continues, "This is our first time seeing and meeting an adepti." He chuckled and eyes smiled, "we've been told that Liyue is full of them?" He asked lightly and saw Xiangling humming and thinking it over. While then lightly counting against each digit of her fingers, trying to figure out how many she met or know so far?

The girl then looks down at her fingers and wiggles each one lightly to remember the number exactly but sheepishly sticks her tongue out and says. "I don't know, I only know a few of them in person. There might be more out there who are hiding in plain sight." She then inks. "In fact there is one here at Washu inn, who likes to keep it to himself and not be bothered with a lot of humans and such." Laughing slightly. "But he also loves the fried tofu that is cooked here at Washu inn. Making people believe that this Adepti prefers to live around here mostly to enoy the sight and food."

This had Sucrose intrigued and hummed curious but also curious how would one know if they're an adepti or not? Do they look like animals similar to Gobba? "So…does that mean Adepti look like animals?" She asked curiously towards Xiangling, adjusting her glasses. "OR…do they have human forms as well?" She smiled when Xiangling nodded her head and said.

"Oh yes, nowadays with the newer generation of Adepti, they take on a more human-like form. Or even wed and be married to other humans to have children and kin." She said with a big smile. "I know two Adepti personally, one of whom works for Lady Ningguang at the Jade chamber high above the sky, that hovers over Liyue." She explained while turning sideways, having her shirt hug against her curves tightly, while the bottom part of her outfit snug deeper between her asscheeks, to even highlighting a bit of her pussy lips from below as she pointed to the sky and towards the large looking building floating in the sky.

"Her name is Ganyu." She said and turned back to the others with a wide beaming expression. "She's a secretary that works in the Jade chamber. To know if she's an adepti or not, are the goat horns you will see on her head." She then turns fully to the group after they get done inspecting and looking at the chamber and faces her. "She has blue somewhat messy hair, and wears quite elegant yet respectful looking garments and clothing." She then snicker and jokes making Gobba laugh as well. "Also, and I know I shouldn't be describing someone like that. But she has quite the fantastic looking curves, with her thighs being quite prominent and easy to notice." She snickered out and had the four chuckling lightly, while shaking their heads but hummed when Xiangling continued, "the reason I say this despite the horns being a dead giveaway? Adepti DO have the power to alter and change their looks…granted." She shrugged and laughed. "Ganyu doesn't do that- but if she ever does? I figured to give you all a heads up."

To which the four look towards one another and smile, grateful for Xiangling for letting them know what adepti might look like, slash have characteristics to them when in human form. They went and looked back at Xiangling as she happily smiled again and asked, "So, what do you say everyone? Want to come and help me win this competition? It will be worth your while, plus!" She then clapped her hands. "When the competition is over everyone will then share their recipes to each other and be able to make their own version of the good or even promote their work at their own restaurant as well!

This had Sucrose laughing softly and thinking it over, "well," she turned her attention towards the traveler as well the other two girls. "What do you think Aether? Should we go and help Xiangling out and compete in the competition?" She asked with a tilt of her head, having her green ears twitching when asking the question. As Diona wagged and twitched her tail and looked at him as well as speaking up too.

"Yeah, I think it will be fun. I could also make some disgusting and horrible tasting drinks to make competitors rethink about drinking wine heheheh." Though stopped and folded her ears and rethought her plan. "Although…considering wine CAN be used for food…ugh," she growled and hung her head down. "Damn it can't do that and ruin chances of Xiangling losing the competition."

This had Xiangling humming curiously as she stares over at Mona, who shrugged and whispers out how it is family related with Diona and had Xiangling letting out a soft ah and nodding her head. Then turns her attention back to Aether, who seemed to be thinking it through. The blue hair double bun girl then smirks, "also like I said. You all will be learning the customs of Liyue as well the tasty food we provide as well. This is a once in a lifetime chance to ever happen." She then happily raised her right hand and placed it onto her chest. "And believe me, I am willing to bet you will learn a lot of our customs. As well, I will need help with ingredients too. Learning the layout of the map too." She closed her eyes as Gobba happily waddled about and looked around the outside restaurant dining tables and observed things to see where would be a good place to set up for the competition. "Plus, you guys do want to unlock more for your map right?" She then winks. "Well then as I stated before, there happens to be one right near some whopper flower areas where I need ingredients from them to make a special recipe. JUST in case, we need to throw the socks off from the judges."

This had everyone nodding and waiting for Aether's response to all of them smiling as he chuckled, "Why not." He said and stood up and smiled at Xiangling. "Like you said, this is a once in a lifetime opportunity and will also allow us to get information about what to expect in Liyue." He then extended his hand out and immediately Xiangling slapped her right hand onto his left and shook on it. "Just tell us what we need to do and we will help anyway as possible." He offered and then rested his hand down to his sides, hearing Sucrose, Mona and Diona getting out of their seats and walking around the table and shook hands ith Xiangling. As well Gobba goofily shakes hands with Dona, considering her height and all.

"Alright let's get to work then. You three, why don't you set up the table and kitchenware for me, while Traveler and I go and sign up for the competition." Xiangling said as she grabbed Aether's hand and pulled him along with her, as the other three nodded and laughed. To then turn and look down at Gobba, who looks up at them and happily smiles at them and salutes them, to then Diona nodding as she places her hands onto her hips.

"Alright then, since I have a feeling that you two have no experience of setting up tables and kitchenware like I do. Considering I work at the cat's tail bar," She said and crossed her arms. "We're going to need to make sure that everything is prepared and ready for c booking, cleaning and slicing the ingredients up." She said having Sucrose tilt her head in confusion and asks.

"Why clean?" Besides the pots and pans of course?" She said and asked, as Diona nodded and closed her eyes glad Sucrose asked ahead of time.

"Like hunting, when you go and catch your prey and such, you will need to clean them up and basically skin out the germs, dirt and anything bacteria off the meat and such. Which includes vegetables, and produce like fruits, potatoes and whatnot."" Diona explained and then tilt her body sideways. "Not only that, but you also have to be sure to constantly wash up and clean your tools as well, or else you will be mixing leftover ingredients from other produce into the batter and whatnot."

This had Mona and Sucrose staring wide-eyed at the young girl, surprised about her kitchenette skills and abilities. Mona rested a hand onto her thigh and laughed, "Well someone so young, has a lot of knowledge over the ways of the kitchen. Then, a good thing we have two experts here helping us understand things better." She chuckled and had Diona smugly nod her head as Sucrose giggled. Even Gobba was jumping up and down at Diuona's knowledge of the kitchen. "So, how should we get things started?" Mona asked as she and Sucrose walked over to one of the cooking pots nearby and saw Gobba carrying and lifting Xiangling's bag that no doubt has all that they need.

Diona nods and walks over to them, "well let's set up a table first and then take out any cooking utensils we need. I am sure Xiangling would've brought a lot of things to make a made-shift kitchen. Then we proceed from cleaning and washing everything up." She turned to Mona, "You have Hydro right? We can use your hydro vision to wash up and clean out any utensils." She then turns to Sucrose, "and you have vision of anemo right? We", she then crossed her arms. "Can use the Swirl reaction to make miniature dish washing in a small sink like a kitchenette and clean everything faster that way."

The two nodded and got to work setting things up and watching Diona helping out, as she walked over to the bag and started taking things out, alongside Gobba doing the same. She looks at him and smiles, "And like Xiangling said she has Pyro…which means you have it too right?" Which Gobba happily nods and waddles in happiness. "Then we have nothing to worry about making fire and such. Or needing to crisp away any rough surfaces or grime that maybe hard to chip off."

After a couple of hours of setting everything up and placing everything they needed to cook and get prepared to make food. They will see Xiangling and Aether returning from Wahsu inn with Xiangling having a happy bounce in her step and looking quite excited and happy at how fast everyone seemed to have gotten everything set up. Thanking them for getting things prepared and walking over towards their small kitchenette, as well even playfully rubbing Diona's head through her hat when Mona and Sucrose told her how Diona was the one who helped out a lot for them.

Diona even blushed and wiggled sheepishly when Aether thanked her and praised her for helping out, making the girl look away and puffing her cheeks out. As she tried and denied it wasn't all her effort and said Mona, Sucrose and Gobba did all the work. But still laughed softly as everyone still thanked her and having the tsundere girl feeling like she's on high praise. They then faced forward and looked past their kitchenette when they saw other chefs arriving and carrying their own tables and kitchen wares of their own and began setting up shop around the outside of the Washu inn, having Xiangling giggling. "Seems like they too have the same exact idea as we did. Outside meals and cooking is a great way to enjoy a well deserved meal!"

Having the others nodding their heads asAether crosses his arms and watch everyone get all settled and prepare for the competition. Surprised to see just how many people were here and ready to compete. "Are you sure we don't need to get the ingredients from the Whopperflower right now?" He asked and looked at her, seeing her nodding with a smile. "Cause…I am not sure if we will be able to grab them while the competition is on going." He added and saw her grinning widely.

"Hmm mm, not to worry besides." Xiangling then happily faced forward and saw the judges coming out. "The one we're after is not usually potent early hours in the day. Their ingredients become super potent around noon. And since the competition starts at around eight, and ends around two in the afternoon. We have plenty of time to go and grab said ingredients. But also battle for it."

This had Sucrose widening her eyes and adjusting her glasses, ""Wait battle? We will have to battle the whopperflower for their nectar?" Though paused and looked down in thought. "Well, that does make sense. But…potent?" She wondered what that meant? Aren't all whopper flower Nectar potent no matter what time of day it was? Unless, these are unique Whopperflowers that only live in Liyue?

This had Mona pondering and was ready to do some scribing to figure out what Xiangling meant but couldn't do it, considering the owner of the Washu inn began walking out into the open. Having some assistants and workers next to them with big smiles on their faces, along with some looking chefs from Liyue to come and judge everyone's food. "Greetings one and all, to the annual Washu inn Cooking competition!" The man with ruffled and curly brown hair announced while moving his arms apart and being dramatic with his movements. "As you all know, we welcome anyone and everyone from all Teyvat. To come and compete in this lovely competition of ours," he then swung and threw his arm towards the right. "We have lovely guests and judges here from Liyue who specialize in deep cuisines and amazing food at Liyue harbor. Who is going to be this year's judge for the competition!" He then turned and faced the Elder looking woman who was smiling and laughing softly. "We even have a natural residence of Liyue harbor herself, Madam Ping!, a respectable and reputable Adeptiwho has years of experience living in our fair lands, has grace us with her presence and endearing charisma to bring happiness and joy to our contestants.

Making the old lady chuckle and laugh, curling her lips upwards and having her pale skin wrinkles move upward on her forehead as she chortles out, "Oh youngsters don't need to be so formal. Madam Ping is fine enough, and I don't want to worry any youngsters among the competition of being nervous. Just have fun and enjoy yourselves while cooking." She said and nodded her head while looking at all the chefs, then laying her eyes onto the newcomers and that was the Traveler and his companion. "But I do see we have new faces this year as well. I wish you all good luck, especially who you're all competing against." She joked and laughed, making Xiangling snicker and giggle as she knows Aether and the others will ask if she really was a respectful and hadoring adepti?

Ciangling went ahead and whispered to the four, "Yup, that is Madam ping. She is one if not the oldest of all Adepti here in Liyue, she could say is like a mother figure to everyone including the younger adepti that lives in Liyue. But, she too has her fun and corky side of things." She snicker. "Right now, she looks after two people in particular, Yanfei who is like a lawyer and accountancy firm of the Gover association of Liyue, and Yaoyao- a young Adepti who is in training under the guise of Madam ping."

The four nodded as Aether said, "Wow, you know a lot of people here in Liyue Xiangling. As well as Adepti. I guess," he then laughed and rubbed his hair gently. "You weren't kidding when you say you met a lot of them while living here."

This had the blue-haired bun girl nodding and laughing, "Yup, they all come to Wanminn restaurant at times, so I get to see them a lot as well as chat and discuss things with them." She then wags a finger. "However not all Adepti live in Liyue, just the younger generations do. Or those who are super curious and whatnot about our society as humans."

The group nodded and heard the owner continuing to introduce the other judges who will be tasting their food and judge them accordingly, as Mona then leaned against her right leg, having her outfit stretch and hugging her curves tightly. "By the way, what exactly will we be making? I know usually in cooking competitions you make ingredients from the representative who is hosting it. Their ingredients and such. Do you guys do it differently here in Liyue?"

Xiangling looked at her and grinned, "NOPE! Here in Washu inn, it's anything goes. You come and make the best gosh damn meal you can think of, or use your own speciality to impress the judges and get your restaurant recommended to the people who come here." She happily bounced on her heels. "Anything goes around here, like an open west to cooking." Then stuck her tongue out. "Of course, with moderation and rules you have to follow. Don't want to cheat or try sabotaging other contestants from their hard earned meal and job."

Though that is when Diona lower her right eye and crosses her arm, sitting on the stool of hers and kicking her legs. "Err…then wouldn't leaving the competition be cheating, to grab an ingredient that is apparently only available from Whopper flowers at noon? Wouldn't we get disqualified?" She asked and then blinked her green eyes when Xiangling laughed.

"Not if EVERYONE leaves their station." The girl said and had the four look at one another, then back at Xiangling who happily leans forward and places two hands on top of Gobba's head, who chuckled as Xiangling forearms pushed her boobs together. "See things work a little differently here at Washu inn, than most official competitions. Where they will allow the chefs to go and grab an extra ingredient that's not with them or a part of their recipe. They can even go and use some from the kitchen of the hotel." Then happily kicks one leg upwards. "But the more daring and exotic chefs will take things to the next level and go out and grab a raw ingredient out in the wilderness and bring them back here and if time is still on them and their partners. Hasn't left their station? They can still add that outside ingredient into their meal."

Sucrose nodded and let out a low ah of understanding and said, "I get it now- yeah that makes sense." She turns to the others who look at her. "Official league competitions and such for cooking events wouldn't normally allow you to do any of that and you have to follow the recipe and ingredients of the representative's own recipes and food they decide for the cook to work on. But with competitions like these that aren't exactly top tier and whatnot. You can have more leeway and practically," she laughed at the end. "Hav3w more fun experimenting and allowing your contestants to think outside the box."

Mona laughs, "Hence it's like the wild west of cooking, but with rules still being followed." She then turns to Xiangling who happily lifts her hands off from Gobba, who goes and waddles over towards Diona and hopping onto a spare stool. As Diona smirks and waved hello to him, with the bear waving back. "Thus why you want us to go and help you with these Whopper flowers, on the account having more than just you dealing with them. Will make the process go faster and allow you to grab the potent ingredients from them."

"Exactly, and even though Gobba is great at the kitchen and staying for me. My pyro vision sadly wouldn't be able to harm or injure the Whopper flowers for their nectar here. As they're pyro elemental beings here in Liyue. With some Cryo here and there." She said and raised a hand and then opened her eyes halfway, "That and…well, the one in particular isn't your normal Whopper flower either."

This had Diona, Sucrose and Mona widening their eyes and all and slowly in understanding, but Aether looked at the four and seemed confused about them being in agreement, as he tilted his head and felt a sweatdrop forming. "Err, aren't all Whopper flowers the same besides their element? Are there different variants of them or something?" He asked, scratching the top of his head lightly, as Diona snickered and said.

"Could say that but there are ones that are HUMONGOUS!" She said and exaggerated her arms above her head and spread them apart twitching her cat ears. "They have a name too, but it's always hard for me to pronounce them properly…" she then rested a finger on her lower lip and focused on the ground. "I…think they're called Regivishaps or something?"

This had Mona nodding her head, "Something along those lines." She said in order to help Diona as she went ahead and activated her hydromancies astrologist panels. "Well just in case, I will look it up and see if we can find anything like that around the area. But making it a little simpler to find." She informed everyone, having Xiangling nodding her head figuring that will be for the best. Considering aether definitely doesn't look like he is around here or native in Liyue.

Aether then turns to Xiangling and asks, "So are they like bigger versions of the whopper flowers like Diona said? But…anything unique about them?" He asked, as they heard the judges calling out and telling everyone to get prepared and ready for the competition. As he went ahe and grabbed some pots, pans and silverware from the bag. While Diona went ahead and hops down from her stool and rummage through the bag to grab some drinks and ingredients they might need, to laughing and handing them over to Gobba who nodded and used his paws to grab the ingredients and then spinning around on the stool and placing them on the kitchenette. Sucrose went ahead and helped Xiangling to carry and place plates onto the kitchenette to serve or place servings of food on them.

Ciangling nodded as she went and began turning the stove on by using her Pyro vision against the cooking wood she placed inside the furnace and then regulated the temperature by adjusting the dial and anemo devices to enhance the flames strength or lowering it. "Hmm mm," she said, focusing on the task at hand as the competition was now beginning and everyone and the chefs were beginning to cook and start making their meals. "They are't versatile like Whopper flowers luckily and their highly condensed elemental energy forces them to stay in one place." She informed Aether, as she turned her body sideways and happily accepted the beggies he handed her and then placed them onto the counter of the kitchenette and began chopping away at the multiple veggies at once.

"I see, but something tells me because of their elemental energy they're going to be quite a tough customer to handle huh?" Aether said as he moved over to the large pot that Sucrose managed to pick it up and put it on the stove grunting lightly for how heavy it was and how much water was inside of it. She then stretched her back and felt a few pops. "What should be in this pot?" Aether asked, as Xianging hummed and looked at him.

"Oh throw in some Mint flowers, some sweet flowers, and then place some of the slime extracys I had gathered earlier." She explained and smiled. "That is going to be our finishing blow for the competition and what will be needed for the Nectar I want to get…the special nectar from the giant Whopper flowers."

Aether and Sucrose nodded as they went ahead and placed the ingredients inside of it, with Aether grabbing the ladle and began spinning it about and stirring the food. "Aether, do you have any elemental powers?" Xiangling suddenly asked, having him look at her and hummed and nod softly. She then heard him explaining that he doesn't have a vision though. "Really? Huh and you can use elemental powers?" She asked in excitement and saw him nod again. "Well then! If you have Anemo, why not use a low power of the element and stir the stew that way. This way you can do it without worrying about uneven stir!" Xiangling explained and saw him nodding his head and then looking at the pot.

He then looked to his palm and bit his lower lip, figuring to do some testing first before attempting to stir the pot with his Wind blade. Aether then went and flick his wrist like he normally does when making his wind blade, and summoned the anemo skill on his palm but saw it was a little too strong of wind. He quickly throws his hand aside and cancels out the skill, then tries again and closes his eyes in order to focus and concentrate on it- seeing if he could lower the power level of the skill and making it not ready to murder or out right obliterate the pot and stew. When he figured he had a good idea and focus of how much power he wanted to imbue the Wind blade, he went ahead and flick his wrist whale curling his fingers inwards to his palm. In a sense, to form it into a small little ball of wind and not a huge one.

Aether then opened his eyes and smiled at the sight of his wind blade being small and condense, all the while not harvesting a strong amount of wind. The blonde traveler then approached the pot, holding onto the edge with his free hand and then gently raised his other hand over the top and gently pushed his wind blade downward, carefully as he could possibly manage and started having it stir the stew. Xiangling's eyes were sparkling and had twinkles in them as she was amazed how Aether was able to conjure up what look like anemo powers. "OH wow! That is amazing, you can use elemental powers without a vision. That…That's incredible!"

Sucrose giggled and nodded, "Right. Everyone at the Knights of Favonious were exactly the same too. When we learned about this and saw him performing the move." She then focused down on her side of the kitchenette and tilted her head at Xiangling, "so, what should I do?" She asked and saw Xiangling happily placing her hands onto her hips.

"How good are you at peeling things?" Xiangling askes and turns her attention to Gobba, who was helping out Diona mixing drinks and such for her bottles to have the judges get something to quench their thirst when eating everyone's food. Hobba hummed and saw Xiangling and then saluted, as he hops off his stool and waddles over to her bag. "Think you could peel some of the potatoes I have gathered?" She asked and watched Gobba carry and pick up a small bag of potatoes from within, then carrying it over to Sucrose. Who happily smiles and bends down to grab the bag and place them on the kitchenette.

"Sure thing," Sucrose said and grabbed the peeler from the side of her kitchenette area and twirling it about and hooking her forefinger and thumb through the opening and began grabbing the potato and starting peeling away. "I am curious about what kind of meal you're making though. Cause, I never heard of such a meal needing so many ingredients before?" Sucrose muses out as she concentrates on peeling the potatoes."

"Heh like I said," Xiangling laughed as she twirls some of her kitchen knives in her hand and smirks broadly. "Most of the ingredients are going to be used for the special ingredient/ Everything else will just be basic with some lathered honey and the likes." She said and with that everyone proceeded to do their part within the cooking competition. Mona continues moving and adjusting her aptaradius for her divination reading in order to figure out the quickest and safest route that will lead them to the Regivishap or whatever they were called whopper flowers.

While Diona and Gobba continued focusing and putting different ingredients and utensils to make the drinks for the judges, Diona went ahead and grabbed both handfuls of the fruits she needed and then placed them into the shaking bottle. She then tilts the opening towards Gobba and smirks, "fire away!" She giggled and Gobba laughed and leaned back and blew some fire into the mixer in order to cook the fruits, but also having them be easier to churn and melt into juices. As then Diona closed the lid and used her cool off the fruits immediately and heard the juices sloshing away inside, having her nod and twitch her ears as she then began moving and shaking the bottle in all directions.

C\Xiangling who is chopping away at the veggies and placing them aside in nice chopped up pieces, will lift the cutting board and walk over towards Aether who is taking a small break form using Wind blade to stir the soup and such, watchingXiangling tilt the cutting board sideways and swiping her kitchen knife along it to go and dump the chopped up ingredients. Smiling and thanking Aether for the hard work, as he went and grabbed the ladle to go and start stirring the soup in order to let himself recover and recharge his Anemo powers again. The open area of Washu inn was filled with sounds of chopping, slicing, mixing and burning of flames everywhere. As all the competitors are at hard work in making the best dish they could make in order to sponsor and promote their restaurants within Liyue. Some of the competitors were having a little trouble here and there, with putting their flames way too high and almost burning themselves and their food.

While others were a little nervous and somewhat clumsy, they began knocking and accidentally dropping their ingredients or plates onto the ground and wooden floor of the outside hotel. Even some of the dishes that fell bounced on their sides and began rolling away and into the grassy fields and grounds around the hotel, or plopping into the nearby water and lakes. It was definitely chaotic and crazy right now, with some of the chefs' partners yelling at one another and or scolding them. Causing Aether and them to feel sympathy for their partners, who are doing and trying their best to help out and work with them. But they don't seem to do or handle pressure all that well.

The group resumed and focused on their cooking but couldn't help but once in a while glance over at the others and soften their gazes and see how tensed and shaking most of the partners were. That Aether couldn't really stand by and asks Sucrose if she could stir the pot for a moment. She nodded and swapped places with him and saw the traveler heading on over to the distraught partners and chefs who were scrambling about and trying to pick up the plates and food that were on the wooden floorboards and grounds. One of them blinked their eyes when they heard someone approaching them and lifted their heads and blinked their eyes, seeing Aether approach them with a caring smile and knelt down and happily grab the ingredients for them and ask them if they were okay and alright?

Having the stun partners of the chef to stare owlishly and then numbly nodded their heads, to then shaking their heads and focus on gathering up the plates and ingredients. While then standing up and sighing lightly but then opening their eyes and saw Aether smiling to them and just standing there with their plates and ingredients, wondering what was up or if he would be taking them for himself and his group? "Which station are you in?" Aether asked with a bright smile having his gold eyes show sincerity in his words, having the woman continue staring owlishly and then nudging her head pointing towards the kitchenette in the center and saw him nodding his head.

Aether nods and begins following her to her station and making sure to not drop anything or accidentally bump into her and cause more trouble for her. This had the judges smiling and looking towards one another, seeing the kindness this newcomer was showing to his fellow chefs, with Madam Ping chuckling lightly and softly saying, "My- what amazing sportsmanship. I am glad we have people and youngsters like these, to show and care for others with an open heart and mind. This is how a competition should be towards friends and neighbors, to even competitors or friendly rivals." The old adepti woman said while nodding her head and feeling the soft winds blowing through Washu inns outside- admiring the kindness this traveler had and watching him head back to his station. Seeing the girls in his station all brimming with wide bright smiles and glad to see him help out strangers, even in a competition as Xiangling giggles out.

"And that's how cooking should be! Should be all about fun and enjoying the energy and excitement, all the while helping others in their time of need or who needs help in the kitchen!" Giggle the blue hair bun girl, while she returns back to chopping up the fruits and veggies, finishing up with her ingredients and swiping them into the cooking pot. As Sucrose and Aether swapped places again and the blonde hair traveler, going ahead and using his Wind blade to stir the soup some more.

This had Madam Ping chortling at the energy and excitement brimming from the young lady, but her partners as well. She turned her attention back to aether who was stirring the cooking pot with his anemo power, humming to herself and then shaking her shoulders. "I do have to say, he is an intriguing one. He also gives the vibe of a traveler too, and considering how close those three girls are to him? As well sensing Barbatos powers within him, and even Rex Lapis…what kind of adventure awaits him in the future." Ping then snicker to herself and mused out. "No doubt they wouldn't like to camp out all the time, especially in dangerous weather. Maybe a welcoming gift is in order for visiting Liyue and helping out the contestants here in Washu inn."

Time was ticking away as everyone was doing their part in making the best dishes that they could possibly make. One by one, plates were starting to be filled and made with everyone's cooking and food. Some stumble about and some shout and yell out, not in anger, but in commanding voices to keep their chefs in check and learning what is being made or what has been done already. The energy was intense and the smell of food could be smelt around the general area, with some dark smoke once in a while from people over cooking or burning their food.

For Aether's team they finished and did preparations of the ingredients and soup, along with making plates and dishes for everyone to enjoy and have their fill. Diona and Gobba were pouring drinks into some cups and glasses, as Gobba happily tilted the glasses he was holding for Diona as she went and poured the drinks into them. To then, tossing the bottle over to Xiangling who waved her hand for it and grabs it in midair, follow by pouring some of the wine onto the potatoes and veggies she chopped up and then grabbed some rice from the side and began molding them within the vegetables and making veggie wine style rice balls.

Aether finishes up stirring and mixing the soup within the pot, as Sucrose finishes up peeling the potatoes, then using her anemo vision vials to go and slice them up into small pieces. Then she went and placed the sliced pieces onto the chopping board, lifting it up and gently tilting it over the soup pot. Aether went ahead and gently activated his wind blade, to start stirring the soup once more. Things were definitely increasing in intensity as they all then heard the owner shouting.

"You have 1 more hour everyone, start finishing your meals and put them onto your plates. Remember, if you need the last additional ingredients or surprise anyone. You can leave the premises and gather the food swiftly as you can within Washu inn or around the general area. But remember," The owner then raised his arms up and announced. "You cannot be out of your station for more than ten minutes. To thirty minutes."

This had Xiangling lifting her head up and smiling seeing they got the go ahead to grab their needed ingredient. Especially the 'Special' she wants to make for their meal. "Alright, that's our cue!" Xiangling explains and steps away from the kitchenette and quickly washes her hands from the nearby water bucket, "Diona you stay with Gobba and watch over the kitchenette. Make sure the soup is on low boil, so it won't go cold or burn." She told Diona who nodded and swished her tail, tilting her head slightly.

"So I know you wanted to get nectar from the big version of the Whopper flowers. But, why not just go after the smaller ones? They're potent enough." She explained andhops off her chair and bounces lightly, "Imean, in Mondstat whenever I go hunting and such. They always seem to drop good quality nectar?"

This had Xiangling giggling while placing one palm against her hips and wagging her other hand and one finger. "Because the bigger ones have more properties to their nectar and can be super delicious if done right." She then smiles. "Plus, and I know they're used for Alchemy and all, but when you cook them just right and add little spice to them. They become irresistible to snack on or eat!"

This had Diona letting a low hum and pursing her lips to the side, while her right cat ear twitched. Sucrose's own ears twitched too, as she went and gently dust off her dress and sleeves while then saying as she bent down slightly. "I see, with the bigger version of the Whopper flower nectar and its high quality and density. With the right flavor and cooking, you can make even more dense nectar be delicious." She then stood upright and adjusted her glasses, while Aether pulled away from the soup pot. Then helps Diona onto the stool by scooping her up by the underarms. Making her hiss out in slight protest and blushing, remarking of saying how she's not a helpless child. Though her tail betrayed her actual giddiness of being picked up and placed on the stool. With Gobba, happily bouncing over and then bringing his own stool over and then cutely raising his arms up towards Aether, wanting him to do the same thing. Who happily laughed and lifted Gobba up and helped him on the stool as well.

MMona smiles as she finishes her divination and summons her apparatus away and crosses her arms under her breasts and then says, "well you're in luck. Sorry it took so long with the divination, but I found our quickest route to the Regivishap or Pyro version of the Whopper flower. It will only take about ten minutes to reach there by a waypoint nearby. Since we don't have it activated however-" She then raised one hand to her chin and hummed. "We could possibly get there in twenty minutes, but leaving us with only about forty minutes to get back here in time and add the ingredient."

Xiangling nods and then giggles while happily swinging her arms forward and back. "Not to worry! I have that waypoint you're talking about. All we gotta do is have you three register as adventurer partners and we're good to go." She then quickly raised her left arm and pointed to the hotel. "And thankfully, Kathryn who is one of the judges for this event. Just so happens to be here, we can approach her and quickly add four of us into a group and you have access to my map and waypoint."

Aether nodded and then said, "then we should probably hurry then and do this. We still have about fifty minutes left before the competition ends." He advises while then turning to Diona and Gobba, "will you two be alright alone?" He asked as Gobba nodded while Diona humphed and crossed her arms.

"Hmph, Give me some credit Traveler I am no damsel in distress. I am a hunter, a great one of my age group in Springvale!" She then opened one eye with a smile. "Just be sure to finish off the monster swiftly as possible and return. I don't know how much Gobba and I could keep the food from getting cold or stale."

The gour nodded with smiles and then looked to each other and nodded as they began running around the kitchenette and heading towards Kathryn to go and get each other register as a party. Which confused Kathryn for a moment of hy they suddenly want to register as a team, only to then smile and hear Xiangling explaining to her how the three guests fromMondstat don't have their map filled out yet for Liyue, then saying how she wants them to head to an area with hr that she only has access to by waypoint. Understanding this Kathryn went ahead and added them as an adventurer party and let them know that registration is done. So with that and seeing everything was in order? Xiangling went ahead and opened her map and pressed a finger onto the waypoint that would lead them closest to the Giant whopper flower monster and disappeared from everyone's view.

Along with Aeter, Sucrose and Mona as well, seeing the waypoint has appeared on their own map and teleported to where Xiangling went too- in hopes of beating the monster swiftly and quickly before the timer runs out on them.

The path they took thanks to Mona's scribing allowed them to reach a tunnel system that went quite deep within a mountain side. Filled with all sorts of minerals and ores, with some spider webbing here and there. They had to avoid some of the nearby Whopper flowers so they wouldn't attract their attention, but also not waste precious time they have little of currently.

The humidity was rising as they delved deeper into the cavern. Feeling heat radiating off from everywhere, to even leyline looking roots seemingly forming and constructing within the cavern walls, with some roots extending outwards or making cracks within the mountain. As they descended and continued downward, they could feel the heat rising even more to then being greeted by the sight of a large open looking arena formation of the cavern. Taking in the sights of the different large red crystals here and there, hanging off from the ceilings and jutting outwards from the side walls and such. While there in the middle and present to them, was the monster Xiangling spoke about giving off a high level of elemental energy within it. Along with what looked to be a giant crystal on the root bud of the body.

They were behind a large root that is shielding them from the intense heat and possibly being spotted or picked up by the monster. Peeking their heads over the large root and analyzing the situation and how they should go about this? Xiangling peek her head over and have her eyes looking above the root and towards the monster, making her orange eyes stare at it for a few moments and taking a deep breath. "Alright," she then lifted one finger and pointed to it. "You all see that crystal in the middle?" She said, having the other three look over the root and spotting the gem. "That is one of the weaknesses the monster has, if we can damage it enough and possibly break it with a strong Hydro element power. We should be able to daze it and render it useless for a couple of seconds, before it can recover from the crystal and reform it."

This had Mona humming lightly while drumming her fingers against the thick root, "I see…so if we destroy that temporarily, it will go limp and give u the chance to finish it off?" The astrologist asked as Sucrose hummed and adjusted her glasses slightly, having her green white tip ears twitching nervously and anxiously as she can sense a lot of power from the monster.

Ciangling nodded her head and turned it towards Mona, "That's right, but we still can't let our guard down even when it is stun. Cause it can still get back up." She explained, while then leaning away from the root and sighs. "But, we also cannot kill it right away either."

This had Aether nodding and also backing away from the root, he then turned and looked at Xiangling. "Right, because you will need the nectar right?" He asked and saw her nod slowly, but did he sense hesitation there? "So, stun the whopper flower long enough for you to go and reach the face of it and the flower bud on its head. To then allow you to gain access to said Nectar that might be inside." He then nods, "sounds easy enough. Since we're here for the nectar anyway, we just gotta destroy the gem core and grab it and leave."

"Yup," Xiangling says with a smile and tilting her head although within her thoughts she also says to herself. "Although I will apologise in advance forSucrose and Mona…considering that in order to get the special ingredient I want is the nectar yes…but um…milk as well." Ciangling mentally was prepared to let it happen to herself, but he knew her pyro vision won't do any good against this monster who will be immune to it. She did want to try it with others from the adventurer guild, but when she openly told them why she wanted to fight the monster and asked for female partners? Well, let's just say she got odd looks and disgusted expressions from the people, who were quite offended and mad that Xiangling wanted to have them fight the monster, only to allow it to do stuff to them just to get her ingredients.

This part is what she left out to the girls or purposely left it out so Diona wouldn't hear her. She definitely knows she's going to get a lot of flack and hate from the two of them, even more so from Aether. She quickly shook her head and realized she's been in her thoughts for a bit too long, seeing everyone ready their weapons and preparing to head out and fight the monster as Aether says, "Xiangling you there?" Making her snap out of it and turn her attention to Aether.

She chuckled and laughed sheepishly, "Oh sorry I was lost in thought." She said and then lifted her arm into the air, summoned her polearm into her hand and then twirled it about and rested it against her back. ""Now I am, now everyone remember, it fights similar to regular whopper flowers= so it will be using a lot of Pyro attacks and creating fire waves to harm us, to even fireballs and pyro-imbed stalagmites." She warns them, figuring to give them a heads up of how it fights and mentally prepare them to move and dodge out of the way.

Everyone nodded and they then leaped over the thick root and started charging forward and towards the battle arena. They sensed the monster waking up as the jewel on the center body of its bud flashed with a fiery light, as the creature began stirring and unraveling itself from its slumber throwing and moving its vine like arms apart and spinning them around summoning small flicker of embers and smoke everywhere when doing so. It's head moving and whipping about to then standing upright high in the air as red large petals began separating from its face as they slowly open up and blew ember like smoke into the air, to then fully blossoming and having the creature wiggle about like a serpent and then quickly thrusted itself downward and then forward towards the on coming threat and letting out a loud roar, before engulfing its bud like hands into flames, and began moving and wiggling about ready to defend itself.

The battle begins as the Pyro whopper flower monster lets out a roar and begins going upright, then starting pumping its body up and down rapidly as fireballs begin spitting out from the head and heading right towards everyone that were surrounding it. Mona and Sucrose were the first to charge in as Mona whipped out her Widsth catalyst and began firing off hydro explosive magic ahead and dispelling and clashing against the fireballs that curved downward from their highest peak and descending downwards towards the four. Explosion erupted as Vaporize was mixed and had smoke filling the air, as a couple more fireballs flew through the smokescreen and rippled the holes of said smoke.

Mona who saw this quickly gather large amount of hydro energy and spun around in place, throwing her right arm outward and spinning it around while twirling her fingers about summoning water all around band below her as Sucrose and Aether rushed on in and began gathering their Anemo elemental powers as Sucrose quickly threw her vials out from her satchel and towards the front of Mona, dispersing and causing a massive Hydro swirl to erupt and shield Mona with tornado like Wabves, that erupted and boomed all around Mona who eyes glistened and reflected from the elemental reaction, to then the water began swirling and swirling above the girl as she looks up with a smile and saw Aether leaping into the air! Spinning rapidly and gathering elemental energy to his sword and then slashes forward! Sending out his vortex forward, as the rippling of sharp water blades mixed in with the cyclone and roared ahead with incredible speed towards the Whopper flower monster, who began swinging and slashing its arms about in hopes of defending or dispelling the tornado.

But all it did was add more elemental energy into the tornado as now, Hydro, Pyro and Anemo mixed together and began erupting and crashing into the monster, causing it to screech and howl out in pain as the tornado shredded and ripped it like knives and needles pricking and jabbing into its multiple body. Including the gem on the bud getting damaged and injured during the combination of the elemental powers! As it was screeching out and crying out in pain, Xiangling quickly ran forward and around Mona and Sucrose, swinging her polearm towards the sides as she charged for the Red crystal on the monster's bud body. She lifted her head when she saw the creature now just mindlessly attacking fearing and sensing someone was getting real close to it and had its right vine like arm come crashing down towards Xiangling, who expertly side flips to the right and avoided the attack, sliding across the ground to then slamming her polearm edge downwards and pole jumps into the air evading the continued attacking arm that went for a sweep attack to her. Having Xiangling twirling and spinning in the air, all the while she was twirling and spinning her polearm in many directions in order to go and deflect and whack away any leftover fireballs that were coming out from the left vine arm!

Right before she lands, Xiangling tilted her body sideways and unleashes her burst of spinning pyro blades, using them as springs to bounce into the air again and dodging another swipe attack from the monster, going back into the air and then landing both legs and feet onto the monster's arms. She then used the momentum force to spring off from the arm and headed for the red crystal that was in front of her, having the spinning pyro blades still spinning around her and protecting her from the fireballs that were spewing out of the whopper flower's top. Pmce she got close, she immediately arched her arm back and thrusted the polearm forward and jabs the edge right on top of the gem. Allowing Xiangling who ran towards them to slam her polearm downwards and once again pole jumps into the air thanks to the anemo boosting her jump prowess and avoided the Whopper flower's sudden spinning attack with its petals and pyro flames.

In hopes of making it confusing for the monster to attack which group and make it harder for it to aim for them.

As they did so, the left petal arm faced towards Mona and Aether who saw the laser-like attack heading right for them, making Aether grab onto Mona's hand and quickly pull her close and leaps into the air! Right before the attack blasted and erupted right where they were, he quickly opened his glider to use the explosion's winds to carry them upward into the air- having the two yelp and hiss out from the intense heat the attack had, but now they had a birds eye view of the other two. Causing massive gusts of winds to blow them or giving them the ability to do a loong jump away from the laser attack that exploded and erupted on the arena floor they were just at. "Aether drop the glider!" He quickly sheathed his glider and had both him and Mona dropping quickly towards the arena floor. Barely avoiding the laser attack as it soared above them and erupted and exploded against the cavern walls and sending rocks and debris everywhere. He and Mona, who fell to the arena floor, had Aether adjusting himself and stretching hisright arm downward and used Wind blade to soften the landing, while Mona gathered her hydro powers and blasted the floor before she could hit the floor and flipped away and slid across the arena floor. The two quickly got onto their feet and saw Sucrose and Xiangling coming to a stop and Sucrose once more threw another vial down between her and Xiangling and blasted them separately to avoid the third in coming pyro laser as it zip past between the two as they gritted their teeth and had one eye closed, feeling the intense heat and stumbled about on their feet. But managing to recover in time and face the monster.

Mona then hummed and saw the crystal was exposed and smirking, she quickly turned her head towards Aether and shouted, "Aether, we should get the crystal now." she announced while quickly pointing towards the gem. "If Sucrose and xiangling distract it long enough. I think we can break it with the combination of my hydro and or possibly the Geo element you resonated with." She exclaimed and said, as Aether nodded his head. She's right, he did acquire Geo- it should be strong enough to rip or destroy the gem from the monster's body in one fell swoop. Not only that, but it could be useful to try out the new element and see what kind of skills he gained from it.

The blonde hair traveler then shouts, "Xiangling, Sucrose can you distract the monster as much as you can? Mona and I are gonna try and reach the crystal!" He exclaimed as Xiangling and Sucrose shouted back with 'they will do their best' and began approaching the monster as Xiangling swung out her polearm and began charging forward. While Sucrose grabs her eye of perception weapon and begins running forward as well. This gives Mona and aether the time they needed to also charge ahead and approach the monster from behind, although as they did so their eyes widened in shock as the monster quickly bent itself backwards, having its head upside down and charged up a large fireball! Firing straight towards him and Mona, making them to feel everything slowing down and moving at snail's pace- Mona's eyes widening as she knows she wouldn't be able to dodge it in time, let alone taking the full brunt of the attack. As Aether eyes harden and begin summoning large amounts of Geo elemental energy causing his crystals that were once light blue, turning golden colors to represent the element he is using.

Reaching just behind Mona as she was sliding to a stop in hopes of dodging the attack or possibly rolling out of the way, saw the fireball get closer and closer to her. The travel felt his eyes widening and the imagery of how the skill or powers of his works ad quickly raised both hands upwards as Geo began forming above and in front of Mona and slamming both arms downwards, causing the Geo energy orb to come crashing down and hitting the arena floor with a loud bang and Geo round spherical looking constructs burst out from the ground and appear in front of Mona. She laughed and then the two sideways glanced at the monster as they saw four vials of bottles being tossed to it and being hammered by the swirling vortex of Hydro and anemo, courtesy of Sucrose. Then hearing Xiangling rushing close and beginning to slash and swing her polearm right towards the Gem and crystal in hopes of damaging it even further. Mona then snaps her fingers and says, "Can you make more of these Aether? I have a plan." The blonde traveler nods and begins stretching out his gloves and proceeds to start making more as Mona directs him to try and make a tower of Geo construct, in a way to be like a wall and give them some breathing room. The astrologist then leans sideways from one of the geo-constructed walls and shouts to the other two girls, "Sucrose, Xiangling come here. I think I have a plan that can easily break the red gem without getting badly hurt."

Even seeing it summoning stalagmites when it impacted the ground had Aether lightly blowing some air glad he avoided that attack.

Followed by large powerful and thick looking Geo constructs made of pure energy and spikes began shooting outwards and ripping apart the earth and crushing their wya over towards the Flower monster who began roaring and screeching out in terrible pain as the geo spikes began bursting out from the ground. "Indeed, though there is still another we need but…" Xianling laughed softly as she bottled up the third bottle and pacing it into her satchel. "You…all aren't exactly going to like it." She said while standing up and had everyone raising their eyebrows in confusion. Sucrose twitched her green ears and then hummed as she spotted four other bottles that weren't filled with the nectar. Making her feel puzzled and confused why that is?

Not even a day in Liyue and things were already getting bonkers. He went ahead and approached the Whopper flower monster and used his Wake of Earth skill to finish it off and causing it to be evaporated and killed from the moves impact and disappearing into the leylines- freeing the girls as they all yelp and let out shriek of surprise and then grunting out painfully as they landed onto the arena floor hard and fast. "You aren't part of the Favonious knights are you." Said the astrologist venomously, which had Xiangling eyes shrink dramatically and then give a sidelong glance away before responding.

"Err…no?" And before she could react or even defend herself, Sucrose and Mona went right ahead and jumped the girl and began attacking and punishing her for using them as live bait or means of getting what she wanted and making them like lactating cows. Creating a massive dust cloud as Aether, could hear all three girls shouting, screaming and yelling to one another. With Xiangling on the receiving end trying to apologize and trying to say things to make the punishment less painful, to even reminding them that they still have five minutes left to reach the competition.

This had Aether sighing and shaking his head, to then proceed to rub the back of his neck and huff lightly. "Seriously…even after all that, she still wants to go back to the competition?" He chuckled slightly and decided to walk over to the bottles from her satchel and pick them up. "Sigh, might as well get the milk from them and hurry our way back. I just hope Diona and Gobba aren't having a hard time."

Back at Washu inn as the competitors were wrapping up and finishing up their dishes for the judges. Diona and Gobba could be seen slightly pacing back and forth in front of the kitchenette of theirs. With Diona constantly lifting her head up and facing towards the directions her allies had gone and left for grabbing the Whopper flower nectar and such. She then turned her attention towards the Judges as they approached the third row of chefs and began taste testing their meal. "Come on, where the hell are they? How long does it usually take to get Whopper flower Nectar?" she said frustratingly and turned to Gobba, watching the bear shrugging hiis shoulders and then started bouncing and lightly dancing to calm Diona down. Watching the cat girl stare at him with her lips slightly pushed to the side and crossed her arms.

"Normally that would work before, but considering how little time we have before the judges reach us. It ain't gonna work Gobba." She told the bear, who whined lightly and hung his head down in defeat. As she is right, no amount of cute dancing will help calm the worried girl down about her teammates. Then the two lifted their heads and twitched their ears, when they heard what sounded like someone warping to the waypoint and immediately ran around the kitchenette and saw Aether and the girls returning!

The girl blinked her green eyes as she saw the state most of them were in, with Aether looking annoyed and frustrated as they approached she began asking, "What the hell happened to you guys? Look like a Bihichul with a large shield had run you over and curb stomp you." She asked and saw Mona and Sucrose shaking their heads, silently telling her that she doesn't want to know. Making her twitch her tail curiously and wondering what happened during the fight, to then seeing a beat up and bruised Xiangling approaching her with a weak smile, causing Diona's eyes to widen at the sight. "Okay, what the hell happened to you?!" She asked and exclaimed, as the girl handed her the bottle of nectar and what appears to be milk as well. Having Diona hold onto the two bottles and stare confusingly towards the milk? "Err…where did you get milk from?"

This had sucrose and Mona involuntary shiver and silently crossing their arms to their now deflated and back to normal sized breasts through their outfit. Xiangling, chuckled and said "err…we just picked some off the cows. Go ahead and mix them and pour them onto the Jade rice balls."

Diona nodded warily, not entirely sure where a cow will be near whopper flowers, but she won't question it. She went ahead and climb back onto her stool and began pouring the nectar and milk together into a shaker bottle and started mixing them up and tousled them about and then proceeds to pour them onto the jade d rice balls that she and Gobba pulled out from the ocean and pans, to even started lathering some of it onto the soup and veggies.

After that and finishing up, she separated herself form the kitchenette just in time for the judges to coe walking over and begin their taste testing of the meal everyone has made in Aether's group. Once they began taking a bite of the Jaded rice balls, everyone's eyes would be shooting wide and nearly bulging out of their heads as they were stuck frozen and in disbelief of how incredible the taste was! The spoon in the first judges hand slipped out of his hand and clattered onto the ground below him, as he gulped loudly and couldn't hold back his excitement as he raised both arms into the air and then closing his fingers against his palms, and thrusted his head upwards and pump his arms houting. "THIS IS INCREDIBLE!"

Causing the other judges to suddenly jump from his excitement and blinking their eyes, even Madam Ping looked surprised and shocked from the outburst. "THE DENSITY AND ACIDITY OF THE NECTAR MIXING IN WITH THE MILK, COMPLIMENTARY MAKING THE SILKINESS AND TART TASTE OF THE WHOPPER FLOWER NECTAR TO A WHOLE NEW LEVEL OF DIVINE. MIXING IN WITH SWEETNESS AND SOURNESS, NOT TO MENTION THE FILLING AND CONDENSED OF THE VEGGIES MIXING IN WITH THE JADE RICE BALL COMPLIMENTING WITH A SMOOTH AND FEATHERY TEXTURE." He exclaimed and then took another bite out of the rice and felt his taste buds going on an incredible ride.

"Oh hmm and the soup seeping into the hardness of the cooked rice, making it buttery smooth and easy to chew without sticking or getting stuck to the roof of your mouth or even your gums. Slides easily right off and smoothly goes down your throat with the delicious mixture of the nectar and milk." He continued praising, having xiangling blink her eyes widely and look down at the bottle of the mix Nectar and Milk. She knows the potent and rich creaminess of the nectar would make the breast milk compliment with the food. But…she didn't know IT would be that delicious?

She turned to Sucrose who looked baffled as well, considering as they were getting dressed and changed along with squeezing out the milk from their bosoms. The alchemist went and explained how the potent Nectar will definitely make their dish delicious and possibly winning the competition if they were to make an equal mixer between the two liquids. But she also warned them that considering how little time they have left, the Nectar might overpower the milk. But no, Diona somehow was able to find a good quality and mix them just enough to blend together that it made it delicious? It felt humanly impossible…

The judge went on and handed the dish to the others, who too began taking bites out of it and were also in the same dreamy state as the first judge as they moaned out and hummed in delight of how delicious the meal was. That even the other competitors came over and wanted to try some and they too, were amazed and shocked at how delicious and amazing the food tasted. Leaving Aether and the girls to just blink their eyes and shrug to one another , before they too went and grabbed pieces of their own and took bites out of the rice balls and shot their eyes wide open and then having dreamy gazes as well.

It was automatically cleared who the winner was and that Xiangling's team was the winner. Everyone began clapping and cheering them and congratulating them on an amazing victory, as well as delicious food. Xiangling went ahead and started making more of the dish and began handing them out to everyone and the customers that were visiting the Washu inn. The excitement and energy has finally died down and the chefs and competitors were shaking hands with one another, to also Aether and the girls for their amazing victory. Despite how insane things got near the end of it, Aether and the two girls will definitely not forget this moment. But also, having a learning experience of what Whopper flowers could ACTUALLY do to the female body if they let them have their way with them. But they're definitely going to keep it to themselves and not share it to anyone else…especially if Diona gets wind of it, they don't want to accidentally make the girl's mind break.

After a couple of hours the four of them could be seen leaving the Washu inn, ready to head on out to Liyue harbor. Though before they could get started walking and heading out, they suddenly stopped and heard Xiangling shouting, "Wait guys, hold up!" The blue-haired twin bun girl called out from the center of Washu inn. Having Aether and the others turn and face her, they then smile as they see Madam Ping walking beside the girl and approach them. "Madam Ping actually wanted to give you guys something, as well as I want to make amends too."

Diona hummed and tilted her head "amends?" She repeated though unbeknownst behind her, Sucrose and Mona quickly did cutting motions to their necks and then quickly looked away when Diona cock her head over her shoulders to see them. But Xiangling winked, catching on what they were trying to say or…not wanting Xiangling to say what happened to them with the Whopper flower.

"No worries Diona, it's mostly to apologize for having you and yoru group be forced into the competition with me." she giggled out. Having the pink hair girl nodding slightly but now curious peak her interest of exactly WHY she wanted to make amends, beside sthe competition. They all then turn to Madam Ping who chuckled.

"When I was told by Ciangling of what you are all doing and traveling the world to help this young man here." she began, having Aether smile and then blink his eyes when the old lady went and reached behind her and grabbing her bag. "I thought why not give you all this." She said and presented them with a teapot. Having all three of them to raise a confused brow. "I figured this will help with your adventures especially, if you're all constantly camping out and such. You could use this as a means to make a temporary home and be out of nature's tendencies that could cause trouble for your journey."

Mona was the first to speak as she lifted a hand and pointed at the teapot. "Uhh…no offense Granny but…that's a teapot? How could it help with living problems exactly?" She asks and crosses her arms and lightly leans on her right leg. This had Ping and Xiangling laughing and snickering towards one another, as Xiangling leans forward and says.

"Ah that's the magic of it! It's an Adepti Serenity teapot!" She explained and had everyone blinking their eyes. "When you career this around and you need any type of shelter from the horrible weather or a break from your journey, without needing to camp? This amazing teapot will have all that you need!" Xoiangling explains and then turns to Madam Ping who continues for her.

"Indeed, its special home we Adepti use from time to time whenever we are exploring the world and lands. That we tend to not always want to live out in the wilderness. So, we created a magical teapot that will cater to our needs and welfare- inside will be a tailored house created and magically be formed for whoever enters it and wanting to take a break from their weary travels and adventures. Plus," she then laughed. "Beast also spending money on living houses and hotel rooms."

This earned some snickers and light laughter from Mona, "Oh well…in that case sign me in." She chuckled and joked as she crossed her arms. "Considering how expensive things can and will get in Liyue, considering its land of contracts and business. Having something like this will definitely help us in the long run. Especially," she softened her gaze and looked to Aether who smiled in thanks. "Searching for his sister who is currently with the abyss somewhere…"

This had Sucrose nodding and resting a hand on her chest, "Indeed, plus., we can also use it as storage as well for anything we cannot carry on our own. Or needing someplace to store our gear and whatnot." She then turned and faced Ping, who smiled. "So, how do one enter the serenity teapot?"

Madam Ping nods, "Simple as teleporting into it. Don't you worry, once I hand this over to you and whoever is the leader or owner of the teapot. They will have access to the waypoint inside. Tippy, an adepti governs the teapot and watches it. Tippy, who's an adepti as well, has the ability to craft and make anything you need to furnish your home." She then laughed and moved the teapot over to Aether gently. "Just be reminded though, even if it's adept energy and a domain. The teapot can still be slightly shaken, shatter, but will repair itself. Like any other teapot and if that happens while you're inside. All of you will be forced and ejected out of the domain."

Xiangling then says, "Think of it if you don't have a safe place for it to be set. It can easilly be destroyed like a regular teapot. So, make sure you have it snug or very secure during adventuring." Ciangling explained as Aether nodded and carefully accepted the teapot and looked at it. To then hand it over to Diona and the others,so they can examine it and get a good look at it. "Now, before we DO enter the teapot. I think," she then claps her hands and smiles. "Time for us to head over to Liyue and have everyone be amazed by its wonder and bustling city life!" She giggled and then gently wrapped her hand behind her back and slightly leaned forward. "And as I said before, to make amends…I want to give you all a tour of Liyue harbor and show what it has to offer!"

She then happily bounced against her heels and gently rocked forward and back as she then said, "But also…I want to join you all on your adventure." She suddenly said and had everyone looking to her and then each other. While then Mona and Sucrose leering slightly at the girl suspiciously. Who sweat dropped and raised her hands in defense "No, no- nothing like that honest." She quickly said, hoping to ease Mona and Sucrose suspicions, as Mona just crossed her arms. As Xiangling looked away sheepishly and blushing, "just…ya know the idea of exploring and adventuring intrigues me. And considering after hearing your tale and such, I figured why not?" She grinned and clapped her hands. "And not only that, but you will all also be able to taste and eat delicious meals with me tagging along and having your own personal chef to make things amazing and fulfilling. Without having to need to look and hunt down for food and such, along with scavenging for ingredients as well."

Ping nods, "and with the serenity teapot. You all can easily warp back and forth between your homes and cities and return to the traveler anytime you want. Without having to worry about your friends or families during your travels." She then laughed and joked. "That and make business travels a lot smoother too. As long as you have access to the teapot waypoint. You can practically go anywhere you want. Long as the teapot is in a safe place.""

"So what do you say everyone? Can I join, we can even have fun and play games with Gobba too!" Xiangling added having Diona flicking her tail and giggling at the idea of spending more time with Gobba. Without feeling lonely or slightly depressed, the bear sire knows how to cheer someone up.

"Well I don't mind, I actually enjoyed talking and spending time with Gobba while you guys were away grabbing the Nectar. Plus," she then clasps her hands together and begins devilishly rubbing them up and down. "Her cooking and ingredients ideas can help me come up with many ideas and ways to destroy the wine industry, seeing how disgusting some of the stuff she grabbed…though making them delicious." she quickly added while looking to the side. "It can help me get more ideas for rotten wine!"

Mona and Sucrose chuckled and shook their heads as they knew Diona would definitely like that idea. Mona then huffed but honestly, she will admit. It was actually fun hanging out with Xianging when they were heading to the flower monsters den…her energy and excitement is quite contagious. And when she scribed, she kind of got a peak of the future of Xiangling actually being quite beneficial for them. They do need a Pyro user after all- "well…long we don't be 'used' again for any crazy ingredients. I am perfectly fine with her joining." Mona said while smiling.

Sucrose nods and happily folded her hands behind her back. "Same here, it was quite endearing and interesting while combating the flower monster. I was able to get an understanding of how the nectar process works for them and learn how different they taste during certain times of day." She then claps her hands together. "Could make alchemy a lot easier too!"

"Well then," Aether spoke up next and laughed as he stretched his hand out for a handshake. "It's unanimous then, welcome to the team Xiangling." He said and saw the girl letting out a happy cheer and outright tackled him and hugged him close oher body. Nuzzling her cheek against him, surprising the boy greatly while laughing softly. But also feeling her gently rubbing her pelvis against his crotch..

To which Madam Ping told them that once they got accustomed to traveling around Liyue harbor? They should go and enter the teapot and let tippy know about their visit and being the new owners of the place. With their journey now finally beginning in Liyue they move forward to the city of contracts, unaware of the shadows that lie behind the lanterns. As Aether can feel power surging through him with Xiangling joining their team and feeling the power of both Anemo and Geo increasing in power as another girl has joined the harem.
