'What...happened?' Frieza felt nothing but pain all over his body as soon as he woke from his slumber, which was a surprising change from his usual & nauseating peace & quiet when those damned dolls were not trying to kill him with happiness & joy.

Blinking a few times, he felt his vision clearing up only to be surprised as he saw the dragon from Earth floating in the cloudy skies above him, his gaze flickering around before blinking as he caught sight of some green insectoid-like alien standing above him with an amused smirk.

'Was I resurrected?...Ha! Finally, the great Lord Frieza has returned! Whoever this insect is, I will give him a planet for his efforts. Then, I will train & when I am strong enough, that damned monkey will feel my wrath!' Frieza growled in his mind before blinking as he heard the insect speak.

"You may not know who I am, but know this. Your power will be put to good use."

'What is he talking about?' Frieza thought with a confused frown before his eyes widened in horror as the insect's tail swayed towards him while the stinger began to open up.

'What? N-No! No! I am Lord Frieza! I will not be killed again by an insect!' Frieza exclaimed in his mind as he tried to move his body away, but it was too late as he felt his body being sucked up into the stinger once more, the darkness & pressure around him making him feel as if he was actually dying before he blinked as the darkness was swiftly replaced by light once again.

"Wait, what?! Where the hell did you come from?!" King Yemma exclaimed in surprise as Frieza appeared on his desk, the Emperor looking just as shocked before both he & Yemma were shocked as his body broke down into violet motes of light.

"That...that's Destruction." Yemma muttered with wide eyes as he watched Frieza's body disintegrating, the Emperor letting out one final shriek of anger before he finally disappeared.

With his last shout, the former Emperor of the Universe...was no more.

As I opened my eyes, I smiled as I found myself back in the mindscape of my subconsciousness, an amused Cell already waiting for me while a happy grin was on his face.

"Did it work?" I asked as I walked forward, Cell simply chuckling before gesturing to the side.

"See for yourself." He spoke and I turned as the three stars that made up my DNA became visible, excitement flooding my body as I saw the changes made to each one.

The Saiyan star was no longer a bright gold but a shining emerald, sparks of scarlet lightning racing across his surface while its core was still a vivid scarlet that glowed ethereal.

The Namekian star was now nearly twice as big as before, burning a shimmering dark green while its core was a burning orange, streaks of beige flames racing all over its surface.

The Colarctian, however, had undergone a massive change. Now the same size as the monstrous Saiyan star, it glowed a beautiful gold with violet streaks of lightning running across its surface while its core was an abyssal black.

"Frieza, Broly & The Nameless Namekian. Viewed as mutants & the strongest of their respective races, all of that power & potential has now been condensed into the body of one singular being." Cell spoke with a tone of awe in his voice & I couldn't blame him as I stared at the stars, pride burning in his chest before shaking my head as I turned to him.

"Step 1 is done. Now, it's time for Step 2. Are you ready?" I asked as I held a hand out, to which Cell simply looked down at it before shaking his head.

"I have to admit that this is the part of our plan that has me nervous."

"Why? We're simply becoming one in mind, body & soul."

"Precisely, that. Did you forget that not only do you have the memories of four beings that could be seen as evil with Cold, Frieza, Piccolo & Vegeta, but we also have their arrogance & pride along with the memories of yourself, Guru, Gero & Goku? Do you truly want to give birth to the monster that can come from that?"

"…You really have a way to make me second-guess myself." I grumbled as I lowered my hand, Cell snorting as he turned back to look at the stars.

"As we speak, our body is currently modifying itself to the best & perfect physical form that we need. However, while our body is perfect, our minds & souls are not. Fusing together would ensure that all of those become the perfect starting point, yes, but with how fucked up each one of us is, who knows what could come out at the end?"

"Hmm, well. It's either that or we're stuck in a body that has the template to be the strongest, but has no way of reaching that point." I spoke and Cell hummed as we continued looking at the stars before both of us let out a sigh in unison as we turned to the other.

"Fuck it. I don't know if I died when I got sent here, but I'm not going to spend the rest of my life wondering what could have been."

"That is true. Besides, even if we die in the process, we'll live on through the monster that is born." He spoke as he held his hand out, to which I grinned as I grasped his hand in a firm grip while the three DNA stars floated closer & surrounded us in a triangle formation.

"In the process, I will try my best to keep everything at bay while you make sure that you retain your identity at the end!" Cell shouted as the three stars exploded with power, to which I nodded with a frown as I took a deep breath before two dense lightning bolts shot out from each respective star.

Gritting my teeth as three of the lightning bolts slammed into my skull while the other three pierced into my chest, I ignored my body feeling as if it was being lit on fire from the inside while forcing myself to stay awake.

"Who are you?!" I heard Cell shout and was barely able to open my eyes to see him staring at me despite his skin peeling away.

"I! I! Am! Cell!"

"Again! Who Are You?!"

"I! Am! Cell!"

"Again! Who are you?! Shout it for the world to hear!" He shouted as his muscle fibers tore away from his bone.

"I! Am Cell! I Am CELL! I AM CELL! I AM CELL! I AM CELL!"

I don't know whether it took a few seconds or a few hours, but when I finally woke up from that painful experience, I blinked as the world around me felt so much better.

With a simple thought, I created a ki clone in front of me and was surprised to see what I looked like.

Now barely a head taller than Frieza was, my body had grown down to a more leaner yet still muscular physique. I had lost the crown-thingy on my head as it was replaced by some type of helmet that had dark purple jewels embedded on both sides that ran from the front to the back of my head.

I also had my ears back even with my ear lobes hanging down to my shoulders and the jewels covering parts of my body had been replaced by dark purple pigmentation on my arms, legs and chest.

My tail had grown back out and the needle at the end had shrunk down to the width of a thick needle, the rest of my body either covered in dark green stripes as my skin was a lighter green in some places & a darker green in others.

I was, however, happy to finally have my toes back as I wiggled them on the rocky ground, not even phased by the fact that I only had four fingers on each hand & four toes on each foot.

'Now that I think about it, did I subconsciously think of Meruem when I was making this form? I feel like I can change back into my previous form, but for now, this is quite fun. It's not as if I lose power when I'm in this form, so I think I'll keep it. Oh, wait. I should probably greet my guest before he gets impatient.'

"Sorry for my being distracted right now, my old foe. Did I keep you waiting?" I asked as the ki clone disappeared while I turned to look to my left, not at all phased at the sight of Goku giving me a narrowed stare while his Super Saiyan aura raged around him.

Yet, as I looked closer, I hummed as I saw sparks of blue electricity racing around his form.

'His power has grown, but it's not to the level that I can classify it as Super Saiyan 2. Perhaps he's growing closer to that level.'

"What did you do?" Goku asked and I hummed before chuckling as I levitated the fourteen Dragon Balls towards him.

"Oh, yeah. I made a few wishes, which reminds me. You won't have to worry about Frieza any longer. I absorbed him." That shocked him by the way his eyes flickered for a moment before they went back to their narrowed form as Goku briefly glanced at the dull Dragon Balls before back at my smiling form.

"Then, are you really Cell? Or are you something else?" He asked and I have to admit that I was a bit surprised at his words as I raised an eyebrow.

"Isn't that quite the observation from you? Truthfully, I do not know if I'm Cell or if I'm something else."

"Then, why don't you join us? Work together with us and help us protect Earth from any threat that comes. As strong as you are now, no one would even come close to your level of power."

'I can name at least five.' Beerus & Moro were the first that came to mind, if they did indeed exist in this universe. Whis & Merus came to mind a moment later, but I also didn't count them since Merus was a good guy & Whis was mostly a non-combatant.

Broly came a moment after them, but that was mostly because I didn't know which variant I was dealing with. If it was Z-Broly, I was fairly confident I could kick his ass.

If it was Super Broly, though…yeah, that guy grew way too fast for me to comfortably say that I could win.

"Goku, do you truly believe that I would join you all when you all tried to kill me the moment we met?"

"Hehe, I guess it was too big of a stretch." Goku spoke with a sheepish chuckle and despite the slight anger I had for them before, I couldn't help the chuckle that escaped my lips as I shook my head.

"Your memories showed that you're a naive idiot, but man, I didn't expect it to be this bad."

"I just like to see the good in others."

"And where was that with me?" I asked with a raised eyebrow, to which he sighed as he scratched the back of his head.

"Honestly, we may have jumped the gun with you. In our defence, we were told that Androids were going to kill everyone, so we might have been a bit cautious of you guys."

"Speaking of Androids, how are #17 & #18 doing?" I asked and he smiled as he looked to his left.

"Krillin has been letting them stay with him and we were all shocked when Vegeta offered them a house in West City."

"Vegeta? 'I am the Prince of All Saiyans' Vegeta?" I asked with a doubtful look, which Goku noticed as he chuckled and nodded.

"Yep, that Vegeta. Well, it was more an offer that Bulma made him do as a way to soothe his pride since the Androids would be in debt to him and that actually worked."

"That would make sense for the prince." I spoke with a nod before smirking as I saw Goku rolling his neck.

"So, why are you actually here? If it was just to talk, you could have teleported to Yardrat to speak with me."

"Hehe, was it that obvious?" He asked with a sheepish grin and I rolled my eyes as I watched him hopping from foot to foot.

"Do you truly wish to do this? As arrogant as it sounds, it wouldn't take me more than one full power punch to kill you." The funny thing was that I wasn't even exaggerating.

As powerful as Goku had become, with Cell & I having fused into one along with fully assimilating Frieza & fully synchronising with our cores, my power had grown so much that the difference in power right now was the same as that of Super Saiyan Grade II Vegeta & me in my Semi-Perfect State.

"I know, but it would be stupid of me to not test you out. Besides, it's not like you're gonna kill me, right?" He asked with a grin and I simply stared at him before his eyes widened as my tail's stinger rested against his neck, a trail of blood slowly dripping down his neck while my ki clone vanished like a mirage.

"Like I said, it would be laughably easy for me to kill you."

"N-No kidding." He spoke in a nervous tone and despite how his hands were shaking with slight fear, I also noticed the excitement before shaking my head as I pulled my tail away & leapt a few steps back.

"Hah, if I disappeared with Instant Transmission, you're coming after me again, aren't you?"

"What do you think?" He asked and I sighed before nodding as I rolled my shoulders.

"One rule. You have thirty seconds to try & kill me. After that is up, I'll start attacking or else, it wouldn't take me long to beat you."

"Thanks. I feel like I'll need it. So, ready?" He asked as he went into his signature Turtle stance and I answered by levitating a stone from the ground besides me before bringing it to be level to my waist.

"When this stone hits the ground, you can start."

"Right! Ready when you are." He answered and I nodded as I cancelled my telekinesis, the world around me instantly slowing down to a near snail's crawl as I focused entirely on the frowning Goku in front of me.

As soon as the rock touched the ground, I blinked as my vision was dyed white & blue before the rock was even fully touching the dirt, the Kamehameha wave scattering everywhere as I parried the attack with a simple flex of my ki.

Before the attack could fully vanish, I smirked as I felt Goku's ki appearing behind me, my tail rising up & blocking his leg just as he tried to land a kick to my side.

However, the Saiyan did not stop as he grabbed my tail with one hand while using it as a surface, spinning through the air and lashing out with another kick that I leaned back under before raising my hands in a cross-guard as his second leg came around with an axe kick.

The force of his attack shattered the ground under us and he frowned as I smirked while floating peacefully in place, quickly leaping away while sending out a barrage of ki blasts that I quickly slapped away.

"Jan-Ken! Gu" With a shout & a lunge, the Saiyan was in front of me once more with a fist pulled back, to which I quickly raised a hand and caught his fist with a grunt.

"Choki!" He exclaimed as his free hand came around with the index & middle fingers extended like a scissor, making me frown as I leaned out of the way before I hummed as the scissor wrapped around & grabbed me by the back of my head.

Ripping his free hand loose, I chuckled as I was greeted by a one-handed Kamehameha before I wanted to pull myself free, but I did not take the attack as he wished and I smirked at Goku's frown as my free hand reached out & snuffed out the attack with my own ki.

"Twenty seconds left." I reminded him and was not surprised to see him grinning in excitement.

"More than I need!" He exclaimed and my world twisted as I got spun before I could even respond, grunting in slight surprise as a knee slammed into my back & made me bend over it involuntarily before my vision went dark as a hammer fist send me crashing dozens of meters deep into the ground.

'Huh, I guess he's got some force to his attacks.' I thought with a blink of my eyes as I laid in the ground, ripping myself from the ground before grinning as I felt his ki rising to its full power.

"Ka…Me…Ha…Me…"With a thought, I flexed my own power & held my hands in front of me as I heard Goku chanting above, not having to wait a moment longer as a monstrous Kamehameha-Wave roared down towards me.

"Ha!" Goku's roar came a moment later as the blast crashed into me, the force behind the attack shattering the planet's crust for kilometers while I rose an eyebrow as I felt the skin of my palms being melted off to the bare bones.

Before my bones could be burned away, I roared as I flexed half of my power, the energy wave being nullified instantly before I wheezed as Goku appeared with Instant Transmission in front of me & landed a kick that sent me blasting through the air.

'Regeneration is taking too long.' I thought with a frown as I watched my body frantically trying to restore the burnt cells in my hands, a quick yet precise ki laser from my mouth cutting off my arms before I swiftly restored them with a thought.

Stopping my impromptu flight away from the battle, I frowned as Goku appeared behind me at that exact moment, spinning around & kicking away his punch before my frown deepened at his happy grin as I kicked him back.

"Yeah! A fight isn't fun when you're not fighting back, is it Cell?" He spoke with a knowing grin and I rolled my eyes while cracking my back.

"I just felt that I had enough of you kicking me around."

"Hehe, sure!" He responded with a wink and I simply shook my head before his eyes widened as I unleashed half of my power, the sky rumbling under the strain of our combined energies while I smirked at his nervous yet excited smile.

"You ready for me to finally attack back?" I asked as his eyes widened when I went into his exact opening stance, answering my question with a simple nod as he went into his stance as well.

"Ready? G-!" Before I could finish the word, he was already tumbling head over heels as I appeared in front of him & landed a roundhouse to his face.

Unfortunately for me, he was barely quick enough to block the attack even if his arms were probably stinging right now, not wasting a single moment as he spun around to face me only for his eyes to widen as I appeared besides him with a fist pulled back.

With a grunt, heaven & earth shook as my fist smashed into his arms, his eyes widening in pain as the blow reverberated through his body before a wheeze escaped his lips as my leg snapped out & crashed into his side.

However, the Saiyan did not let them stop him as he wrapped an arm around my leg, bringing an elbow down upon my knee with a growl and making me frown as I ripped my leg off before kicking him away with the other one.

Restoring my leg back with a hum, I watched as Goku flipped around before facing me, his breathing ragged as he grabbed his top before tearing it off, leaving himself in just his ragged orange pants & boots.

'Ah, the shirtless look. Iconic as always. However, it seems that this battle has a predictable outcome.'

"Goku, we should just stop this fight. If we continue, I might kill you by accident."

"N-Nah, I'm…good." He spoke while taking deep breaths, to which I simply raised an eyebrow before shaking my head.

"Then a compromise. I will be attacking with my full power from now on. If you can last more than ten seconds, it will be your win. Understood?"

"Unde-!" His voice became sluggish as the world around me slowed to a snail's crawl, my tail flashing out and slamming into his gut just as I nearly caved his face in with a barrage of fists.

Watching as the impacts slowly rippled throughout the rest of his body while his eyes widened in pain, I smirked as I lifted a hand before flicking him across the forehead, time finally resuming just as he was barrelling into the ground with a deafening boom.

"Goku?! You good?!" I shouted as I floated down, smirking while rolling my eyes at the sight of the Saiyan lying out cold in a massive crater while dark purple bruises were layered all over his body.

'Guess I went a bit overboard. Now, how did Guru do it again?' Landing next to the Saiyan, I frowned in concentration as I reached out for my magic, to which a rather comforting chill ran up my spine instead of the normal radiant heat that came from using my ki.

Placing my hand on his chest, Goku let out a wheezing cough as my magic flooded his body, reaching out to each wound & slowly restoring them over the course of what felt like hours while I watched in amusement at the Saiyan pulling faces with each wound being restored.

I could have done the Yardrat healing, but with how unstable my ki is after my fusion, I don't have much faith that I would heal him and not simply blow him up from the inside out.

"Urgh. Wha-Wha…what happened?"

"Ah, you're finally awake. I might have shattered most of your skeletal structure and destroyed a few organs, but don't worry. I did heal them for you." I quickly added after seeing his panicked expression, to which he let out a relieved sigh before plopping his head back down.

"Thanks. Man, you are strong! Think we could fight again?" He asked with an excited grin despite the tiredness I could see on his face and I rolled my eyes as my tail wrapped his body in a cocoon so only his head poked up.

"Sure, Goku. Now, let's get you back home and don't even try to tell me that you can. You barely have any energy to stay awake."

"Hwah! Okay!" He nodded with a tired yet happy smile, making me roll my eyes as my ki sensing stretched out before I caught onto a familiar energy & left the planet behind.

A/N: And Cell's new form has finally be revealed! For those wondering, he is now a hybrid of the strongest mutants of the Saiyan, Namekian & Colarctian species along with having fully absorbed Frieza along with his latent power.

To put it simple, the guy now has the most latent power of any mortal in the universe.

As for what's going to happen next with Cell also now being the strongest mortal in the universe, you'll have to find out next week on Dragon Ball: Perfection.
