"Shit!" The shout escaped my lips as I launched myself into the air, watching in awe & slight fear as a colossal pink-coloured energy blast completely obliterated the area where I previously stood, Super Buu lowering his arm & glaring at me before raising a hand to the side as Shin-ō's fist clashed with his palm.
The shockwave from their collision knocked me away, but I quickly reoriented myself to land on the ceiling, pushing off of it with a lung and sending myself racing towards the ground like a meteor as ki flooded my fist.
"Raaaahhh!" With a roar, I swung my fist just as Buu pushed away Shin-ō and sent his own punch flying forward, but he didn't cover it with enough ki and I grinned as I flew past him while taking his right arm with me, my tail quickly absorbing the chunk & assimilating it to my body.
'Oh, he is fucking powerful.' I thought with a grin as I spun around to face him, feeling my power now returning to a quarter of what it was supposed to be with just that one arm while Buu glared at me as he regenerated his arm with one swift thought.
"Grand Supreme Divide!" However, Buu's attention being on me was part of the plan as Shin-ō launched his attack at the bubblegum monster's back, Buu's eyes widening while I grinned as a checkered-like pattern appeared all over his body before he fell into chunks onto the floor.
"Supernova!" I was not one to let the opportunity escape me as I flew into the air while lifting a finger to the ceiling, gathering most of my power into my finger and a miniature sun appeared floating above it.
"Get out of the way!" I shouted at Shin-ō through telepathy while throwing the sun at the ground, to which the Supreme Kai quickly moved out of the way while a screech came from Buu's disassembled form as the miniature sun quickly expanded to nearly fifty times its size the moment it touched his body.
"Emperor's Death BEAM!" I was not done as I launched Death Cannon after Death Cannon, pushing the sun & Buu even further into the ground before I lifted my index finger at the sun just as it began to glow brightly.
"Death Star!" Unlike Frieza's death ball, mine was a dark violet coursing with electricity as I sent it flying downwards, watching as the two super attacks collided & expanded with a brilliant explosion that shook the dimension.
"Hmm, you are a man of overestimation, huh?" Shin-ō spoke with a smirk from where we were waiting inside my barrier, to which I nodded while waiting before I groaned as I could still feel Buu's ki hidden inside it.
"Don't look so dejected. He's much weaker now that he's been forced to use his energy to restore his form over and over inside your combinate-!"
"Buu…has had…enough!" Shin-ō was cut off by a gravelly voice echoing throughout the dimension, both myself & the Supreme Kai surprised to hear the usually mindless monster speaking and even more surprised as he had now bulked up considerably.
"…Oh, this is bad." Shin-ō's voice didn't put me at ease and I took a quick glance at the man's face to see him looking far more nervous than before.
"How bad are we talking here?"
"He appears to have decided to just use the god ki of one of the Supreme Kais in his body instead of using them all at the same time."
"Why do I feel like that's not what we wanted?" I asked with a nervous chuckle as I watched Buu looking up at us, the manic grin on the monster's face sending off every warning bell in my mind before I groaned as I heard Shin-ō finishing his sentence.
"That's because he chose the strongest of them, who was also the strongest Supreme Kai in the history of our people."
"Oh, fuck of-Instant Transmission!" I wasn't even able to finish my sentence as I teleported behind Buu & back besides Shin-ō the moment I caught the monster leaping up at us, both Shin-ō & I simply looking at the devastation the monster left as he had crashed right through the dimension & into the previous one where we were.
"...So, is it time to run now?"
"No matter where we run, he will find us." Shin-ō spoke as Buu's energy slowly came closer and I frowned as I realized something.
The bastard was mocking us. Instead of finishing us off and taking over our bodies, he wanted to revel in his new found power and take his sweet time.
'Oh, you should have killed me when you had the chance.' I thought with a frown as I activated the one skill Pybara taught me that I haven't used in any battle, Shin-ō's eyes widening as my body was clad in an ethereal violet glow.
"Is…is that…?"
"Think it would work on him?" I asked as I readied myself, circulating my power through my body as I began to activate another technique.
"It should, but you're not powerful enough to keep up with him." He spoke and I grinned as a scarlet glow began to radiate from my body.
"Not yet. KAIO-KEN X4!" I roared as my ki surged forward, gritting my teeth as it felt as if my body was going to explode before I forced all of my excess energy into one aspect of my body.
'Namekian regeneration boosted into overdrive four times over combined with the Zenkai Boost & Forced Spirit Fission. Holy shit, I'm a suicidal genius.' Looking down at Buu, I grinned widely as I saw the frown on his face before I disappeared & reappeared besides the monster with the help of Instant Transmission, not giving him time to react as I slammed a monstrous elbow into the side of his head.
Not giving him time to recover, I took a deep breath before rocketing after him, making sure to grab the ki I ripped away with my elbow slam before wrapping it around my body as I appeared above him.
Buu roared as he spun around to try & land a kick, but I was already behind him by then, a wheeze escaping his lips as my feet smashed into his lower back before sending him flying upwards.
The next moment, I was already waiting for him halfway up and punched him in the gut, his body warping around my fist & his eyes widening in pain as my fist was visible from his back before he was sent blasting back down into the ground.
"Big Bang Ka…Me…Ha…Me…" I chanted as I cupped my hands at my side, waiting as Buu flipped to his feet before his eyes widened as I appeared crouched in front of him while a bright neon-blue sphere of energy gathered in my hands & made the very air around us tremble with its power.
"HA!" The air lit up an azure blue as Buu's being was consumed by the monstrous energy wave, elation rushing through my body as more & more of his body fueled my body the longer he stayed inside it.
However, it was not long before he vanished and I sighed as I cut off my attack, watching as he slowly floated in the air with just half of his upper torso, half of his left arm and his head left.
"Shin-ō." I spoke as Buu began to regenerate, dismissing my techniques just as Shin-ō appeared behind the monster with his hands raised towards him.
"Kai Kai Maboku!" He exclaimed while slamming his palms into the monster's back, whose eyes lit up with agonizing pain as his entire existence was being eroded from within.
The last thing I saw of him was a baleful glare aimed at me before he finally vanished, Shin-ō taking deep breaths as he slowly floated to the ground while slowly pushing Buu's magic energy back into the orb.
"So…he's gone now, right?" I asked and Shin-ō sighed as he nodded while wiping the sweat off of his brow.
"Yes. It costed me what little I had left of my magic power, but Buu's consciousness is gone and all that's left is his own sealed magic power." Shin-ō spoke in agreement and I nodded before his eyes widened as I held up a hand overflowing with an ethereal yet potent ki.
"Here you go." I spoke with a smile, amused at Shin-ō's shock as he looked at the hand and back at me.
"D-Do you not need it?" He asked and I chuckled while shaking my head.
"Nope! With your help, if I absorb the ball, I should get some god ki at least. This belonged to your comrades so it belongs more to you than me."
"Not going to absorb it out of greed, are you?" Shin-ō asked and I burst out laughing, shaking my head while wiping a tear away.
"Hahaha! Believe me, the thought was there, but Universe 7 probably needs a divine being to look over it and you're the only divine that I know so, yeah. Now are you going to take it or can I absorb it?" I asked, waiting as Shin-ō looked at my hand before he surprised me as he chuckled & pushed my hand back.
"I thought you were a greedy man, but it appears I was wrong, Cell. However, I wish to see what you can do with my own eyes, so here." He said while reaching up to his ear and my eyes widened as he took off a Potara earring.
"I assume you know what this is?"
"…You sure? Isn't it supposed to be on a time limit?" I asked and he smirked as he handed it to me while shaking his head.
"For mortals or mortals with divine ki, yes. For a divine being and a being with god ki, it will be as if we were two beings yet one at the same time." He said and I looked at the earring before sighing as I nodded and walked over to the ball.
"Should I clip it on and then absorb Buu or…?" I trailed off, Shin-ō frowning before shaking his head as he walked forward.
"Absorb him first and attach the earring the moment it enters your body." He said and I nodded as the stinger of my tail expanded drastically, growing to cover the top of the ball before I took a deep breath and sucked it in.
Moving quickly as I felt Buu's ki flowing into my body, I quickly clipped the earring onto the left crown-like extension on my head as the one on Shin-ō's right ear glowed brightly.
As soon as Buu's energy finally entered my body, I felt my consciousness sinking away as both Shin-ō & I were pulled towards each other, a bright white light obscuring my vision and pain flooding my body before I passed out.
Outside Cell's energy field, the Z-Fighters and their new additions in the forms of Androids #17 & #18 floated in the skies above where the Bio-Android was sitting, each of them a bit confused & concerned at why Cell was simply just sitting there.
"Damnit!" Krillin cursed after lowering his hand, the other Z-Fighters frowning as they watched his ki blast being completely absorbed by the barrier that surrounded Cell, who had a look of concentration & frustration on his face as he sat cross-legged while meditating.
"Would you stop wasting your energy like a human, baldie? You are not strong enough to even be worth looking at." Vegeta spoke with a roll of his eyes, to which #18 frowned while Krillin snorted.
"I remember one of us being able to cut him in half while the other got beat up like a bag of potatoes. Want to remind me who was who again, eh Vegeta?"
"Want me to break your neck like he did?" Vegeta asked with a glare aimed at the human, who realized what he said and gave a sheepish chuckle while slowly floating to put #17 & #18 between us.
"Huh, while I hate myself for saying this, the prince speaks the truth. Right now, the only person I can even think of being able to break through the barrier is Goku and he's not here."
"Unfortunately, he decided to go fight Cell on his own and got his ass handed to him. Gohan should be on his way back home with a few Senzu beans. However, we are still stuck with this problem." Piccolo spoke while nodding his head towards the barrier surrounding Cell, #17 nodding in agreement as he scanned the barrier with a narrow gaze.
"From what I can see, it's like my Electro Field but severely powered up and with the ability to destabilize any energy field that comes near it."
"Meaning the energy that surrounds that gives our ki blasts the stability they need to not blow up in our faces, right?" Tien said as he looked at the android, frowning as #17 looked at him & nodded.
"Can't you cancel it out with your own?" Yamcha asked and #17 sighed as he shook his head.
"That was my first thought as well and it might be possible, but there's a big problem. My energy is not nearly potent enough to cancel it out."
"What if we funneled our energy through you? I can use the same move as you so if we combine our Infinite Ki Regenerators together with the potent ki of a Super Saiyan & a Super Namekian, it could be possible." #18 said, everyone looking at her and back at #17 as the Android frowned in concentration.
"That could work, but the problem is that even with our dear Vegeta & Piccolo here, we still don't have enough."
"What about two more?" Goku asked with a grin as he appeared in between Vegeta & Piccolo, both him & Gohan already transformed and #17 smirked as he nodded.
"Now, we're talking. So, #18 & I will be holding hands and before you ask, we could hold hands or we could put our hands on each other's heads. Which one do you want?" #17 asked while looking at his sister, smirking as #18 hesitated before grumbling under her breath while Krillin stifled his snickers.
"Like I thought. Now, as I was saying, #18 & I will be holding hands and you four will need to be doing the same thing as the ones at the end will have to place their hands on our backs in order to continuously funnel the energy into us."
"Forget this plan! I would rather die than be caught holding hands with others." Vegeta scoffed while crossing his arms, Goku rolling his eyes while Gohan giggled as Piccolo smirked.
"We don't have time for your ego here, Vegeta buddy."
"I am not your buddy, Kakarot! I am your prince!" He shouted while pointing at his fellow Saiyan, who simply palmed his face with a sigh before blinking as an unfamiliar energy appeared on his radar.
"Anyone else feel that?" Goku asked as he looked up and to the south, the others blinking as they stretched their senses in the direction the Saiyan was looking before frowns adorned their faces as they felt the energy rushing towards them with hundreds of others close on their tail.
"Whoever that is at the front, they're very strong." Piccolo spoke with a frown while a bead of sweat ran down the side of his head as the full scope of the energy washed over him and while it was not as powerful as Cell's was, it was still far stronger than anyone else gathered here.
The others following it were no slouches either, with their weakest being on par with the humans and the rest averaging out at Vegeta's level and below.
They did not have to wait long before the army of energies stopped just a few meters in the sky above them, watching as the demonic-like being with light red skin at the front of the group frowned the moment he noticed them.
"Can we ask who you are, mister?" Goku asked as the being floated down, the others noting how the other demonic beings around the man glared at Goku before they stopped as the demon raised his fist to quell their anger.
"The Demon King Dabura, Ruler of the Demon Realm."
"O-Oh, well, I'm Goku. Nice to meet you." Goku greeted with a grin and Dabura looked at him before nodding as he looked at the group.
"There is a mortal being I would like to meet and I ask that you all do not interfere."
"It…it isn't any of us, right?" Krillin asked with a nervous chuckle, a sigh of relief escaping his lips and everyone relaxing as Dabura smirked & shook his head before their eyes widened as he pointed behind them.
"No, I wish to speak to him when he awakes."
"Uh, if you do not mind, may we ask why?" Tien asked and Dabura raised an eyebrow before shaking his head.
"Not at all. He saved me from a malevolent wizard that kept me brainwashed and I wish to thank him for it."
"…This guy? Cell? You sure it's him?" Yamcha asked with a doubtful look, surprise replacing it as Dabura nodded.
"I'm certain unless you know any other beings that look like him?"
"Considering he's one of a kind, I suppose it is him, then." #17 muttered before shrugging as he turned & walked away.
"Wait, you're just going to let him speak with Cell?" Krillin asked, to which #17 snorted as he nodded.
"Considering that he could've just killed everyone here and still be waiting for Cell, I think I'll take the not-killing-us as a gesture of good faith and let him speak with Cell unless any of you want to stop him?" He asked, watching as everyone looked at the smirking Dabura before everyone groaned as Goku & Vegeta stepped forward.
"Come on, Vegeta~You got to fight Cell."
"I got to fight a clone. Did you forget you were the one who fought him at his full power AND lost?"
"You did too!" Goku exclaimed and Vegeta scoffed as he walked to stand in front of Goku.
"Unlike you, my battle was interrupted and thus, ended in a draw. Therefore, I get to fight first."
"I'm assuming from your words that you two wish to fight me in battle, correct?" Dabura spoke with a smirk as he watched the two Saiyans arguing, chuckling as Vegeta turned to him with a challenging grin.
"Yes, now face me if you're man enough."
"While I do want to, I wish to not greet my saviour with a dead body. Therefore, I shall ask my most competent bodyguard to entertain you instead. Glorio, entertain our friend here."
"As you wish, Lord Dabura." A calm male voice spoke out as a blue-skinned demon walked to the forefront, dressed in a pair of grey pants, black boots, a dark blue jacket thrown over a light grey shirt and a silver pistol-like weapon in each hand.
'While I'm irritated at having to face a bodyguard, he's not bad.' Vegeta thought with a frown as the guard's energy was nearly as powerful as his own was, the Saiyan prince going into his opening stance while the demon looked at ease as he slowly rolled his wrists.
"Okay! No lethal blows and first to get knocked out loses! Understand?!" Krillin spoke to both fighters before giving a sheepish grin as everyone looked at him.
"J-Just thought we should keep it friendly, you know?"
"The bald short demon speaks the truth." Dabura spoke with a nod, ignoring Krillin's shouts about him not being a demon, to which Glorio & Vegeta looked at him before turning back to each other with frowns as they nodded.
"Understood."/ "Let's get this over with." Vegeta & Glorio spoke respectively as they readied themselves, Krillin frowning as he raised his hand before bringing it down.
However, just as Vegeta was about to lunge forward, his eyes widened as a monstrous ki erupted from Cell's barrier, everyone else just as still & horrified as it felt as if a slumbering eldritch monster was awakening from his slumber.
The ki was simply there for a singular moment before it vanished, gasps finally being released from everyone as they spun around before their eyes widened as a divine-like being smirked at them.
"So…what did I miss?"
A/N: Surprise upload~! Like I told my Pat-Reon guys, I just felt like writing a chapter so here you guys go with an extra upload for the week.
Anyway, Cell is out and he is more powerful than ever! However, we'll have to see what he does next chapter as well as tune back into the adventures of Meru & Em!

P.S. just wanted to add that most of the chapters after this were written before we got any lore from the Demon Realm or the new characters from it so if you see something that contradicts with the anime, I've already written it as part of the story so just think of it as fanon, okay?
