As I finally walked into the room where Dabura and the others were waiting, I nodded at the guards that opened the door before letting out a soft whistle as I stared at the beautiful black oak table with gold lining and seats of the same colour & make in the middle of the room.

On top of it was what appeared to be a 3D hologram of the tree-like structure we were in with numerous dots of various colours scattered all around it and at the top where the castle was, I could see my own ki visibly moving about.

"Security system?" I asked as I sat down at the chair held out for me, Dabura nodding while Gomah grinned proudly from where he was seated as Degesu stood besides Dabura.

"Yep, my own little creation. With a bit of my magic, I managed to create a system that not only monitors the comings and goings of every single person on the Great Qlippoth Tree, but also help me keep track of any danger that might approach us."

"Hmm, not bad. So, I hear from the Queen that you wanted to see me for something?" I asked and Dabura nodded as Gomah waved away his monitoring system.

Immediately, the jovial atmosphere of the room shifted into a serious one as Dabura leaned forward, with me doing the same as the two of us stared at each other.

"Can you make Dragon Balls?" He asked and I smirked and nodded.

"I can."

"Let me ask that in another way. Will you ever make Dragon Balls?"

"No." My answer made him smirk as he nodded, both of us turning as we heard Gomah groaning.

"Come on~. Really? You don't want some wish-granting orbs that you can use?"

"Firstly, I have used the Dragon Balls of Namek before and I can already feel the temptation of wanting to use them again in the back of my mind. Secondly, the process to making Dragon Balls is not a quick and easy one nor do I have the capabilities to do so right now. Thirdly, the threat of making Dragon Balls does not lie in making them as much as it does in it being me that makes them."

"We do not follow, Lord Cell." Degesu spoke and I sighed as I leaned back.

"Here's the thing. Even if I wanted to, there are two problems right now that prevent me from doing so. The first is that the Eternal Dragon that will live inside of the Dragon Balls must first form inside my psyche. That means that I could make orbs in the shape of Dragon Balls, but they will have no power inside of them until I let the Dragon sleep inside of them."

"And the second?"

"The more powerful the creator of the Dragon Balls is, the more powerful the wishes are that could be granted. Right now, it is not a stretch to say that I am one of the most powerful beings in our universe and if I make Dragon Balls, they will be equally as powerful. That means that if someone manages to get their hands on them, I don't know what the limit will be on the wishes that they'll be able to make."

"Then why not add a password to it?" Dabura asked and I just smirked as I shook my head.

"I have thought of that, but then what's stopping someone from finding other Dragon Balls and using them to learn the password? From what I know, Dragon Balls are not immune to the wishes of other Dragon Balls so I'd rather not make thousands of pass codes for my Dragon Balls only for them to be figured out with one simple wish from other Dragon Balls."

"I…see. Well, I did tell you he wasn't going to do it." Dabura said while looking at his younger brother and I shrugged as I saw Gomah sigh.

"Sorry, but my answer's going to stay no. At least, until I can get to a point where I can make my Dragon Balls not only immune to all forms of detection, but also immune to other Dragon Balls."

"Hah, I get it. And here I thought we would get some new Dragon Balls so we don't have to fight the Tamagamis for theirs."

"Tama…gami?" I asked with a confused frown while looking at Dabura, who smirked as he answered.

"We of the Demon Realm have our own three Dragon Balls, but they are scattered across the Three Demon Worlds and each one has their own guardian to make sure no one can just take them."

"And these guardians are the Tamagamis?" I asked, humming as he nodded.

"How strong are they?"

"Considering no being has been able to take them in the past thousand years that they were made, I'd say pretty powerful."

"No one? Not even that King Mechikabura guy that you all talked about?"

"Mechikabura didn't concern himself with the Dragon Balls and said that they were 'far too weak to grant his desires'." Dabura spoke and I hummed at his response and nodded.

'Hmm, maybe I just found my new adventure thing to do after I finish processing the memories.'

"Hey, Dabura. Can I ask who created these Dragon Balls?" I asked while looking at the King, who blinked a few times before giving a nod.

"Yeah, it's Neva, the one Namekian that stayed behind when the rest of his clan moved out into the Outside World."

"And how old is this Neva?"

"Last I checked, a little more than a thousand years, right?" He said while glancing at Degesu and Gomah for confirmation, a smirk appearing on my face as both men nodded in agreement before I stood up.

"Well, then when I'm done on my adventure with Towa and her companion, tell this Neva that he might want to start working on new Tamagamis because the old ones are going to get broken."

"Wait, what?"

'…Never mind, I guess I'll tell him that myself.' I thought with a smirk as I walked out of the castle's front entrance, noting Towa standing in her skin-tight bodysuit that showed off her curvaceous from whilst standing next to a Namekian that looked even older than Kami was, something I didn't think was possible as all.

I was also thankful for the fact that I had no nasal receptors as Towa was pulling her face slightly as she stood next to the smiling Namekian while the demons that walked past them pinched their noses and gagged the moment they caught a whiff of the old Namekian.

"Hello, I am Ne-!" Before he could finish his sentence, I snapped my fingers and the Namekian's eyes widened as he was caught in a pristine white aura, Towa giving me a thankful smile as the now clean Namekian looked down in surprise at his body.

The Kai's ability to bend the fabric of reality to their whim never ceases to amaze me.

"I'm guessing you're the Namekian Neva, correct? The name's Cell and it's a pleasure to meet you." I spoke as I held out a hand out and Neva finally stopped marvelling at his clean body to give me a toothless smile as he shook my hand.

"The same to you, Cell. I must say, I have never seen a spell like that before. What magic do you use?"

"Not a spell. Just simple reality manipulation. So, he's the guy that going to take us to this new place?" I asked Towa after leaving Neva stunned once more, the woman snorting as she nodded.

"Yes, but that's not the only reason why he is here. He is also the one that created it and put the sealing runes on it so without him, we have no way of getting inside it."

"Is that so?" I muttered while looking at the Namekian before surprising everyone as I cut my own arm off and kicked it at him, the Namekian blinking just as my arm grew into a large blanket of goo & enveloped his form.

I could feel him struggling inside it and trying to break free, but he responded too late and I smirked as I pulled my flesh back into my form, my arm growing out while I closed my eyes and took a deep breath as I swiftly processed through the memories of the old Namekian wizard.

When I finally opened them, it was to the shocked looks of the crowd around us and the amused look in Towa's eyes as she stood in front of me.

"Couldn't help yourself, could you?"

"He gave me too many weird vibes to ignore and besides, you now know that all of his memories & spells are with someone you can trust."

"That…is true. Any problem you have with that, Brother?" She asked while looking past me and I turned to see a chuckling Dabura and a grinning Gomah walking down the staircase towards us.

"None at all. Neva has always been close to Mechikabura and even if he is supposed to be dead, we have no guarantee that he wouldn't try to resurrect him. That and I trust Cell far more than I trust that old bastard so I say good riddance."

"There you have it. So, are we leaving or not?" She asked as she turned around and began walking towards the one air ship standing behind the crowd, to which I nodded and followed after her.

"Of course. Let's go and get these memories processed."

Meruem hummed as he floated in the sky, his eyes as his ki senses were stretched to sense every little detail across the entire planet they were on.

"And go." With his words, he smirked as he felt his army blitzing around him at a rapid pace, making sure that everyone was getting enough speed before he vanished and reappeared behind one of his soldiers.

The Bio-Android was at ease as he simply disappeared and reappeared amongst his army, groans escaping the lips of his soldiers as he tagged each one the moment he even felt their energy surging too high.

After a few minutes, he smirked as he floated in the air, humming as he saw the disappointed looks on his army's face while floating down towards them.

"Chins up, soldiers. You managed to stay hidden away from my senses for more than a minute this time, especially you Cheelai."HeI said while looking at the green-skinned humanoid alien standing at the front of the group, the girl blushing a bit at his praise while nodding.

"T-Thank you, my lord." She said and Meruem smiled before turning to the giant of the group.

"You though blew my expectations out of the water, Broly. To be honest, I expected you to be the first to figure it out, but I didn't think it would take you that quick." The clone said while looking at the Saiyan behemoth, who smiled happily and nodded before Meruem turned to the other three people that stood out in the group.

"Paragus, Bonyu and Garana, you three also figured it out fairly quickly and I have to say I'm impressed. Not just that, but Garana, you have a knack for sensing." He said while looking at the gorilla humanoid, who gave an embarrassed smile and nodded bashfully.

"I thank you for the praise, my lord."

"It is nothing but my pleasure. Now, for you all, just because these guys can sense and hide better doesn't mean that you all are weak. In fact, I'm fairly certain that if given a few more days of training, you guys might just reach the same level as the Earthlings." That seemed to knock the depressed atmosphere out of them, the entire group looking hopefully as Meruem chuckled and nodded.

"Yes, I am telling the truth, especially with the help of the Medi-Pods made by our lovely scientists. However, I want you all to do this on your own from now on as I will be moving on to the next phase of training: Combat." That sent whispers of excitement throughout the crowd, the two Saiyans instantly focused on Meruem while Cheelai looked a bit hesitant as even both Bonyu & Garana smiled in anticipation.

"To be frank with you all, I believe most of the Earthlings could face down most of the entire army and beat you all with laughable ease and the Saiyans Goku, Vegeta and Gohan would kill the entire army with both hands tied behind their backs and blindfolded on their own."

"A-Are they that strong, my lord?" Paragus asked with a frown before his frown deepened as Meruem smiled and nodded.

"More than that. I'm sure you've all heard of the legendary transformation Saiyan can undergo, correct?"

"Do you mean the Oozaru transformation?" Garana asked and the clone shook his head while looking at Paragus, who seemed to be in thought before chuckling as his eyes widened.

"Y-You…you mean to tell me…t-that…that they…?" He couldn't finish his sentence and his shocked state surprised many of the others considering how calm the man was over the past few days of knowing him.

Meruem on the other hand simply smirked and nodded, shocking the Saiyan as he turned to the rest of the confused group.

"For those than don't know, the Saiyans actually have two transformations. The first is the most commonly known one known as the Oozaru transformation, which they can only use in the presence of a full moon. This will not only transform them into a gigantic ape-like form, but also boost their powers by a factor of ten."

"And the second?" Bonyu asked and Meruem chuckled as he continued speaking.

"The second is a transformation that is rare amongst the Saiyan race, one that was only last seen a thousand years ago for the first time and never again until our current time. That transformation…is the Super Saiyan transformation."

"W-Wait, that's…that's a real thing?" Meruem heard Garana whisper and smiled as he nodded.

"Indeed it is. The Super Saiyan transformation is a transformation that only occurs when a Saiyan feels a negative emotion such as sadness, anger & wrath to the extreme, resulting in their eyes turning teal, their hair turning a bright gold and their power being boosted by a factor of 50."

"Fifty?!" The group echoed and Meruem snorted and nodded.

"That's right, fifty. Now as most of you may have figured out, Goku, Vegeta and Goku's son are much more powerful than even your strongest fighter Garana here, but with their Super Saiyan transformation…I'd say each of them is powerful enough to face me in battle."

"And who would win between them and you, my lord?" Bonyu asked and Meruem blinked as he looked to be in thought.

"Hmm, that is a good question. I'd say I'd win, but that's only if I took them all serious from the start. If I played around too much, I'd give the Saiyans good odds in taking me out. However, we'll talk about that another time. For now, back to combat training." Meruem said and the atmosphere shifted to a more serious one, the clone smiling as everyone stood up straight & nodded before pointing at them.

"From today on and for the next few days, I want you all to find a partner and face off against them in one on one battles. Everyone pick a partner, except for the five in front. Paragus, I want you to train with Cheelai since I'm fairly certain she'd be able to beat most of the guys here." That sent a few grumbles through the crowd, but Meruem simply rolled his eyes as Paragus turned to a slightly nervous Cheelai.

"Do not worry. I will take it easy for our first battle." He spoke and she looked surprised before giving him a thankful smile.

"Bonyu, Garana, you two are fighting against each other since you are two of the strongest ones here."

"As you wish, my lord." Both Garana & Bonyu spoke in unison with a bow and Meruem chuckled as he saw the two already analysing the other before turning to a confused Broly.

"That leaves you with me, big guy. However, to keep it fair and to make sure we don't blow up the planet, we're keeping it light and in the air, okay?"

"Okay." Broly nodded and Meruem nodded before the two of them floated up into the air, Meruem stretching his arms while Broly was serious as he cracked his neck.

"So, big guy, why don't you take that thing off and let's get this started?" Meruem said while rolling his shoulders, Broly blinking before frowning as he reached up and grabbed the collar.

"Um, Lord Meruem! I do not believe that's a good idea!" Paragus' voice shouted from below and Meruem smiled as he looked down at the worried Saiyan.

"It's okay. I can handle him if something happens. Broly, you can take it off without worries." The Saiyan's frown deepened before he gave a slow nod and grabbed the collar around his neck with both hands.

With one heavy grip, the collar dented before Broly grunted and ripped it into two, letting the two pieces fall before taking a deep breath in relief at not having his breathing being slightly constricted any more.

"Feels good, doesn't it? Getting to breathe without having something like that around your neck." Meruem spoke with a smirk and Broly smiled and nodded as he rolled his neck in circles, the Bio-Android's smirk widening as he began to surge his ki through his body.

"All right, bud! Show me how much power you have. Let it loose."

"Really?" Broly asked and Meruem nodded, sparks of yellow and green flashing around the Saiyan before Meruem's smirk turned into a broad smile as the Saiyan's aura roared to life.

'Yep, he's definitely a mutant.' Even as the Saiyan was fully charged, there was no mistaking that his ki was more potent than that of the other Saiyans despite the fact that it was also a lot less in terms of quantity than what they all had.

'Not bad. Not bad at all. Now…let's see how strong I've become.' Meruem thought with a smirk as he took a deep breath, circulating his ki faster and faster through his body while slight breezes began to flow around him as a light violet ki was being exuded from his body.

The next moment, a shout escaped his lips and Broly grunted as the force of Meruem's ki sent him flying back a bit, the Saiyan quickly recovering before looking in awe as Meruem's ki grew more and more until it went shot past his own.

Yet with Meruem's training, he could feel that the clone was still holding back and that irked him for some reason as he frowned, Meruem smirking as he clenched his fist before looking at the frowning Saiyan with his head tilted slightly.

"Now then…shall we begin?"

A/N: Cliffhanger until next week~Hehehe~!

Next chapter: Recovering Memories & Battling a Mutant!

Also, this was just another yapping chapter at the end to show that Meruem is slowly training his army since he doesn't want to fight Cooler & his entire army all on his own.

He could, but there's always the potential danger of someone being more powerful than he thinks they are so this way, he can be sure that the army would be kept busy while he takes care of Cooler.

Also, we're talking about an army that spans nearly the entirety of the known universe so of course this arc is going to take him a while to fully get rid of the Cooler Force...never realized that's what it sounded like.

Another thing and this is for those that are curious, Meruem and Cell are both the same person and not in that each have their own personality but they can fuse together at any time.

However, doing that will result in Meruem disappearing forever and Cell only wants to reabsorb the guy when he finally wants the last piece of his soul back.

When that will happen, who knows~?
