Slade had a plan Robin sent the Titans to handle the bomb while he went after Slade. Slade held out a device, "The bomb is a nanobot cloud Robin. It's exploding in gas now." he hit it, " Which now gives me a kill switch to kill your friends unless you work for me as my Apprentice. Robin stopped eyes widened. "I knew you would come after me, letting you fall into this. You don't trust anyone just like me." Robin was shaking stunned.
Later on an alarm went off and the Titans who where looking for Robin went off to find who it was, Robin they gasped as he said nothing attacking, Max called out, "plasma Anchor...Brainwashing could be behind this!" Robin jumped so the rope grabbed and zapped beastboy who said, " OR IT'S A KILL AND REPLACE CLONE OUCH! IT HAPPENED TO THAT OTHER ROBIN BY HIS EVIL MOTHER!"
Raven got her mouth covered by Goo bomb. She pointed to her mouth as Starfire throw bolts Robin was avoiding. "Friend Robin if this is you, Explain what has the happened. the Friends Max and beast boy are the right, Their has to be a reason for this!" Robin avoided jumping over the sonic cannon, before summoning staff to whack a metal wing flyer.
Cyborg called out one thing, "We can get answers later right now we need to stop him...and I thought my car getting jacked was the most fucked part of this week." Zoe nodded as she used, " Emerald garden!" the move triggered making Robin hold his head screaming in pain. Slade telling him to use the stolen wrist laser. When that didn't happen he hit the button making the Titans fall over screaming glowing red, And Robin fired the thing on Chomp to end it before leaving.
Getting up with a panting Max ripped the go off Raven's mouth. "...Got our answer...hostages...Hostages is us." Raven got up and said one thing panting, "Well we have our answers now to Set Robin free." She said her chant warping back to the tower.
They had called the pregnant rose who was looking at a blood sample from all of them and projecting it on the Tv. She pointed to the metal bots, " You got nanobots. Form the fake bomb probably. These are kill switch bots...Don't know how to remove them." She said biting her hand. Beast boy said, "Raven?" Raven crossed arms, "Too small for me to get I would crush our guts along with the robots." Cyborg was running a scan, " My system can knock them out for me, Not so much for you guys...However now that I know yes...This robots only have a half life of two weeks." he held up, "After that batteries die they useless, but the display will make Robin not see it as such."
Starfire hovered holding her chin, "So the Slade only has the power for Two weeks. How do we make it so he doesn't hit the kill switch as you all put it." Max called out hand, "by making it so the switch is a lose for him, The bots our in our blood let's put them in Robin! Slade wants Robin, Slade hates losing he won't lose robin so he won't hit the switch, and even if he did We can also use the bots to get him so he will Lose as his enemy is stopped we are heroes, We are ready to give our lives to stop them!" the pregnant mother sniffled. "...Son hero, but Son saying he will die...CONFLICTION!" She cried hugging him.
Our ginger humans girl smirked and stated one thing, "Well I may be having a lean because I make out with him, but LET'S GO WITH MY BOYFRIENDS PLAN AND TAKE HIM DOWN WITH US IF HE WANTS TO BE A BITCH!" Beast boy fist pumped and called out, "YEAH IF WE DIE HE DIES TOO HEROIC SACRIFICE HEROIC SACRIFICE OF CALL HIS BLUFF! LET'S DO THIS THING BITCHES!" Everyone looked at how happy Beast boy was at death on the table. Raven stated it, " The mask of the fool does hide deep pain, the social isolation form being green, the mutation the learning to control powers, That shit with your adopted Dad was doing with his mind control powers...it makes since we are ashamed we didn't see it...if their is an after this, We are going to cuddle the hell out of you while you cry beast boy." Cyborg grabbed the blood bags, "I will get this bots out, and start a track on Robin's communicator. This is going to be bitching."
Later on In Slade's layer mist was filling the Room as Robin coughed, Max called out, "We returned the kill switch bot favor Slade." The man's eyes widened. the Titans walked in. The Boy formed the Past bowing as he explained. "As Acting leader of this operations let me explain your current heads we win tails you lose situation Slade." The man crossed arms behind him, "Oh do tell boy."
With that our Lighting stone owner explained it all, "We found your robot filter some out and put them in the mist, You and Robin now have the robots inside of you. Your switch now kills him and yourself. Either you let Robin walk and let the bots die in two weeks, their by taking the loss of Robin, or you can hit the button kill yourself and you where stopped by the Teen titans making our death's a pointless win as your operations and everything you built and done would be over done and finished."
Slade's eye widened as the boy continued "you hate losing, so you might as well Walk away calling this a draw so you can try again instead of losing completely." Our big bad turned to walk saying one thing, "I picked the wrong titan. I thought about you Max for how cunning you are, you had me every step of the way. I should have picked brains over brawn. I will learn next time Titans. " he said leaving as he hit a base self destruct button. "You have played to a draw. Let's reset the board and play again Max Taylor the true leader of the Teen titans." he said jumping into a pod as the Titans left.
Slade ejected as his base dropped growling as under his mask as he made a fist, "Next Time I will Win Max Taylor...funny the boy who is a D student proved to be my equal in Cunning and planning. I should have picked him, Not Robin." he said as he ejected bitter beaten, growling in rage at the Loss. Slade had lost , to him a tie wasn't winning meaning it was a loss. He lost this day, To a boy who was timenapped by mother goose.
Two weeks later in the tower, Rose smiled as she looked over it, "The bots be dead." Everyone gathered cheered. Lily smiled, "My big brother Beat Slade." Spike held his chin smiling, "That's my boy he came up with a plan to royal mess up the bad guy's shit." Aki spoke up, "My baby boy out smarted a criminal genius never thought It would happen." Zoe hugged Max saying this "I know his handsome face muscle Dinos and now brains I am scared but I love it!" Zoe then grabbed his face and tackled him to the floor to make out with him.
Starfire pulled the streamer declaring, "We had the won this round, by the bad guy not's the winning. The Robin is free and we still live. Let us learn from this and move along. " She smiled drinking Mustard happily. Raven was petting Beast boy who was a dog, "Now come on let's all pet Beast boy he needs the affection." They all petted the green dog who let out a happy sound.
there you have it we have made it to the end of Season One of Teen titans. Meaning on paper we are one fifth over and done.
