Sonic and the Freedom fighters
Hi everyone, this is mastershadow, I'm doing a sonic game timeline along with some side stories, but with the freedom fighters and many more friends, even six certain characters from another world which will be merged later on (forgot to mention that), including chronicles because I liked the game, but the story could be a little better along with the planned sequel, I'm also adding the events from the idw comics because they're awesome, also Sally won't hook up with sonic for a while until way later, but for now enjoy.
Advance 2 part 1, meeting Cream and Cheese.
It's been a couple of days after defeating Eggman and chaos appearing in fluttershy's sanctuary. Twilight was in her castle with her chao helping her, Applejack with hers helping on the farm, Rarity with hers modeling her outfits, Pinkie pie with hers playing with the cake twins, Rainbow dash with hers was on her back enjoying the speed, and Fluttershy with hers was helping taking care of the animals.
"There, Sunset will be surprised after reading this," Twilight said."
"Choa," Twilight's chao said."
she suddenly gets a call.
"Twilight, we're needed," Sally said."
"Is it Eggman again?" Twilight asked."
"No, it's Eggette," Sally replied." Not only that, Tails and the others are missing so it's just me, Sonic, Manic, Sonia, Nicky, Scarlet, Shard, and Dash."
"Ok, I'll get the others," Twilight said."
She hangs up and leaves to gather the others. unbeknownst to her, Nyx and Blaize was listening and called the crusaders.
"Hey guys, another adventure is calling," she said."
The main six and Spike meets up with Sonic, his siblings, cousins, Dash, and Sally in the leaf forest.
"Hey guys. So, Eggman's daughter is making her move?" Rainbow Dash asked."
"Yup, and we're about teach her a lesson," Sally replied."
"Then let's go!" Applejack said." And we'll find the others."
They head off not knowing the crusaders, Tania, Maisy, Tufftee, Alexis, Skeeter, and Blaize were following them.
"Are you sure we should follow them?" Sweetie Belle asked."
"Of course, we're junior freedom fighters," Nyx replied." we need the experience."
"She's right," Tania said."
They follow the freedom fighters.
Sonic's group go through the zone fighting badniks.
"Hey, I found this," Pinkie Pie said showing a circle star.
"What is it?" Fluttershy asked."
"No Idea, but might as well keep it just in case," Dash replied."
They continue on while finding more of those circle stars. they soon found all 7 of them.
"I can't believe we found seven of these things," Twilight said."
"They must mean something," Spike said."
They suddenly get transported to a new special zone.
"Welp, now we know they lead to a new special zone," Rarity said." And judging by the time limit, we got rings to get."
They nod and start collecting.
"Uh guys, there's a robot trying to stop us," Scarlet said."
"I'll keep it distracted," Manic said."
He does so as the others gather the rings. they succeeded and got the red emerald.
"We got it," Scarlet said."
"Let's keep moving," Nicky said."
They continue through the leaf forest. they soon encounter Eggette in a machine with a giant hammer with a big hand holding a Mobian rabbit around six years old with a Choa. Dash recognizes the girl which Sonic noticed.
'Cream?!' he said."
"Help," the rabbit girl cried out.
"Hello rodents, this filthy twerp was bugging me," Eggette said."
"Put her down!" Dash said."
"Make me," Eggette said." Dash gets mad and charges at her as she drives away. the junior freedom fighters appear and join in on the fight surprising everyone. After that, Dash gives the finishing blow destroying the machine and saving the girl and Eggette escaping.
"Now that that's over, what are you doing here?" Sally asked."
"We wanted to help and gain more experience as junior freedom fighters," Tania replied."
"Yeah, Aunt Sally," Alexis said."
"Might as well, with the others missing," Manic said."
"Hate to say it but he's got a point," Sonia said."
(Sighs) "Ok, but you do as we say ok?" Sally asked."
The junior's nod. the rabbit girl walks up to them.
"Wow! you're the famous Mr. Sonic and the freedom fighters?!" she said." (Bowing) "Thank you very much for saving me!"
"What a polite girl," Sonia said."
"No problem, just stay out of trouble," Sonic said." See ya later! and don't get caught again!"
"Oh! wait a minute," the girl said."
They leave.
"Mom's still in trouble, I need to go help her!" the girl said and followed them.
They made it to the hot crater.
"Hey Dash, I saw that you were surprised seeing that girl, do you know her?" Nicky asked."
"Yeah, she's my sister," Dash replied."
"What!" Everyone said."
"You're my brother?" the girl said appearing behind them.
"Cream, what are you doing here?" Dash asked."
"I followed you because mom's been kidnapped by Eggette," Cream replied."
"What!' Dash said."
"Don't worry, we'll save her," Sonic said."
They go through the hot crater while fighting badniks.
"Sally, I'm picking up signals of the others," Nicole said."
"That's good to hear," Sally said." And they're not far."
"It sure doesn't," Cream said as everyone looked surprised that she's flying."
"You can fly," Scootaloo asked."
"Yes, thanks to my ears," Cream replied."
"Did you know that?" Shard asked."
"I did not," Dash replied." for now, let's keep moving.
"Yeah, and find more of those circle rings," Twilight said."
They continue on found more of the circle rings and got the blue emerald. they ran into Eggette again in another tank.
"Back again rodents," Eggette said."
"Bring it on!" Tania said as she uses her medallion."
"What are you going to sing me a lullaby?" Eggette taunted."
"Nope," Tania replied."
Her microphone turns into a pickaxe as Tufftee and Alexis ignite their ring blades.
"No matter," Eggette said."
She starts firing at them. the juniors along with Cream fight and destroys the cannon.
"Time to finish this," Applebloom said."
They finish it off with Tania using the final swing destroying the machine. Eggette escapes.
"I have to say, you guys did great," Sonic said."
"Thanks," Tania said."
"To bad we didn't our friends," Fluttershy said."
"Found them," Blaize said."
She points to see Rotor and Renee hanging over lava."
"Rotor!" Skeeter said."
Spike and Rainbow Dash flies and free them.
"Let's get out of here and get them some water," Sonia said."
They went to the music plant.
When they got there, they gave Rotor and Renee some water.
"Thanks guys, it was like an oven over there," Rotor said."
"No problem, but why would Eggette capture you guys?" Sonic asked."
"Not sure, but I know she's up to something big," Rotor replied."
"And Eggman isn't even a part of it," Renee said."
"Then we'll just have to find out ourselves," Twilight said." Where's Pinkie?"
"This music place if fun!" Pinkie said."
They shrug and go through the music plant while making good music, they find more circle stars and enter the special zone and get the emerald. They encounter Eggette again, this time in a machine with three spiked rings and hold Tails, Bunnie, Antonie hostage.
"Guys!" Sonic said." Let them go!"
"Come and get them," Eggette said."
They chase Eggette as the top and middle ring disperse and shoots lasers.
"How can we hit it?" Shard asked."
"I got it," Shard replied."
He uses the rings as steps and hits the machine. the others do the same and destroy it saving the three as Eggette escapes.
"Thanks guys," Tails said."
"Yeah, Eggette ambushed us and captured us," Bunnie said."
"It really surprised us," Antoine said."
"She just pops out and does her own thing without Eggman, this is really something," Sonic said."
"Maybe she wants to spread her wings," Pinkie Pie said."
"Then we'll just have to clip them," Manic said."
They nod and head off with Tails, Bunnie, Antonie, Rotor, and Renee (not fully recovered) joining in.

The reason I made Dash be Creams brother because it came to me.
And Void, what if they made Molly from Sonic X be Maria's younger sister since their personalities are similar and Shadow got along with her. good theory right?
