In Konoha, at the Hyuga clan's main hall.
At this moment, a heavily guarded area of the Hyuga clan was filled with many ninjas.
There were various Leaf Village ninjas, including the legendary Might Guy, but most notably, the Third Hokage and other elite ninjas from Konoha are present.
In the hall, people have gathered closely around the center, where lay two corpses.
These corpses belong to ninjas from the Cloud Village of the Land of Lightning.
Among them is the leader of the Hidden Cloud Ninja delegation who came to Konoha to sign a peace treaty; he lies dead in his black garb.
"Tell me, what happened?" The Third Hokage had just arrived and, despite having heard reports from his subordinates, wanted to understand the situation firsthand.
Hyuga Hiashi, the head of the Hyuga clan, spoke seriously: "Last night, this Hidden Cloud Ninja sneaked into our compound, attempting to abduct my daughter, Hinata. He nearly succeeded, but I ultimately killed him."
The Third Hokage looked down at the Hidden Cloud Ninja's corpse and recognized him as the representative sent by the Land of Lightning.
A sharp light flickered in his eyes as he remarked, "Looks like the Cloud Village isn't here with good intentions."
With that, the Third Hokage turned his gaze to the bored-looking Li Zhenwu, who was idly playing with his tail.
"Zhenwu, why don't you share what happened from your perspective?"
Li Zhenwu had become quite well-known throughout the village, similar to Naruto, with a notorious reputation that nearly everyone recognized.
Moreover, he had previously crossed paths with the Third Hokage on a few occasions.
Putting his tail down, Li Zhenwu replied earnestly, "Well, Hokage-sama, I was feeling bored at home and wanted to visit my cousin, Lee. But as I passed by the Hyuga compound, a black-clad ninja suddenly jumped out from behind to subdue me."
"Could I let that happen? Of course not! Since they didn't consult with me and aimed to harm me, I had to fight back. Surprisingly, this ninja was no good at all; he couldn't capture me, so he went looking for backup. When I saw that, it hit me—he could call for help! So I started shouting for people, heh heh."
After finishing his explanation, Li Zhenwu was proud of his cleverness but turned to find that no one was laughing.
"How did you recognize them as Hidden Cloud Ninjas?" The Third Hokage, Hiruzen Sarutobi, had a glint in his eyes, honing in on the crucial point.
"They used jutsu! They were employing lightning-style techniques unique to Hidden Cloud Ninjas—anyone could tell they were from the Cloud Village," Li Zhenwu casually replied, unperturbed at exposing how he had this knowledge.
In a world rife with conflict, even ordinary people in Konoha are somewhat informed about the major nations and ninja villages, so it isn't surprising.
However, the fact that three-year-old Li Zhenwu was aware of this was somewhat astonishing but not overly shocking.
"Why were they outnumbering you, yet you remained unharmed?" Behind the Hokage, a bespectacled ninja adjusted his glasses and inquired.
Li Zhenwu looked at the ninja, realizing he didn't recognize him. Yet he did know this man was part of Konoha's administrative department, responsible for overseeing many village matters, so his presence here was expected.
"Why would I be in trouble?" Li Zhenwu rolled his eyes and then slightly elaborated on his strength, "On one hand, I called for help early, and on the other hand, while I could struggle against the stronger Hidden Cloud Ninja, I was certainly capable of defeating the younger one."
Li Zhenwu's revelation of his prowess was a carefully considered decision. As a Saiyan, not only would his battle power grow with age, but the daily combat tasks assigned by his system ensured he couldn't grow quietly.
When he intended to seek out ninjas for battle today, Li Zhenwu had already planned to gradually showcase his abilities, engaging in more fights until he became a force that no one could influence.
His confession left everyone in the courtyard astonished.
Even though Li Zhenwu had faced two Hidden Cloud Ninjas alone before, confirming his capability was still impactful.
Everyone present recognized Li Zhenwu; even those who didn't could identify him as the village's "monster" by his tail.
However, now Li Zhenwu openly acknowledged his strength, rivaling that of a ninja.
How old is he? Just three!
Even the village's current generation's genius ninja, Itachi Uchiha, graduated from ninja school at seven before becoming a ninja!
What's more critical is that Li Zhenwu is merely a common child! He isn't even old enough to learn about ninja arts! He has no family lineage to inherit knowledge from!
In light of this, how could Li Zhenwu possibly possess such power?
Everyone in the courtyard was left wondering the same question.
