Returning from commercial, we Ragatha patting the back of a hyperventilating Pomni. The little jester is coming down from the adrenaline high from her qualifying match, as she was breathing heavily into a paper bag as she sat down on top of an equipment crate.
"So Pom." Jax strolls up beside her, "How did you feel about your debut?" He asks whole holding a microphone to her face.
"Lighten up the act Jax." Ragatha deadpans.
"Just doing my job here Rags." He replies before Pomni calms down enough to talk.
"Well... I won." She shrugs, "I didn't think I would, but yay." Pomni does a small thumbs up.
"See, she can take on anything." Ragatha hyped her up.
"So are ready to fight 5 other ladies in a dangerous stipulation match types for to be the first lady to hold the UFW women's belt?" Jax asks
Pomni gets eyes get squiggles as she realizes the gravitas of the match she just qualified for, with Ragatha scolding Jax for putting pressure on her which he replied that pressure makes diamonds.
Caine then announced, "Thank you all my jellicle jellybeans for making this sophmore outing a rousing success, after our premier reached our goal of 1 view, we had to make this show a long time basis!"
"And now its time to finish it off with our MAAAAAAAAAIIIIN EVENT! Oooof the EVVVVVENIIIIING!" Caine called.
MORTAL KOMBAT
The crowd cheered as the Mortal Kombat themef played as a blue and a grey garbed ninja came out, with a blast of icicle pyrotechnics and a smokescreen.
"And we're getting quite the spectacle for the second team representing the Lin Kuei." Johnny said.
"Can Sub Zero and Smoke repeat the success of Sektor and Cyrax?" Nick wonders, "We're gonna find out."
Kuai Liang Sub Zero, Tomas Vrabada as Smoke, made their way to the ring. They nodded after discussing last minute strategies before they hopped up on the apron before vaulting over the top ropes.
The camera then shows Sektor watching the match on a monitor as Cyrax was training for their semi final match.
The two ninjas circled the ring as they surveyed the crowd, before they turned to the stage as surfing music played. And out comes one of the hottest signings of the promotion, Geoff and Brody ran out with surf boards "COWABUNGA DUDES!" They yell out and threw up peace signs.
The pop wad loud, "You can hear the love these two get from space!" Johnny said
"What else do you expect from the team that made their debut in a hard fought triumph over one of the greatest tag teams to ever tag team in the Young Bucks?" Nick asked, "Along with the overwhelming positivity and their willingness to go to the extreme to put on a show!"
Geoff and Brody ran down the ramp and dropped their surfboards at the ringside area before sliding into the ring, the two then posed on the south ropes as pyrotechnics went off in the corners.
After the pyro had settled, both teams faced off as Caine then made his ring introductions "This is a duos championship tournament first round contest, where we spin the wheel and make the deal! First, from Earthrealm, Sub Zero and Smoke! The LIN! KUEI!" The MK fans cheered the team.
"And their opponents, from Toronto Ontario Canada, representing the SURFERS! GEOFF AND BRODY!" Caine introduced
Before the match begins, we see Winston and John at the wheel of doom near the stage. The chairman looks to John, "Go ahead Wick."
John looks to the two teams in the ring, "Put on a good show." He goes to grab the wheel, only for Katsuki to appear and give it a hard spin. John and him staredown as the wheel spins for the main event tag match, Kachan gives him a smirk before leaving.
The teams watch the wheel spins as it lands on...

... Falls Count Anywhere!
"It is decided!" Winston declared as referee, straight from the UFW Time machine, Brad Garrison from Dead Rising Deluxe remaster , called for the bell.
Both teams shook hands before they circled the ring, "Lets rock this arena!" Geoff stated before he and Quai Liang started to throw hands, as did Smoke and Brody.
The grey clad ninja and the tanned surfer exchanged punches before Brody goes for a roundhouse right which Smoke ducked and countered with a back suplex over the west ropes, thankfully the bro lands on the apron and hits Smoke with a high kick.
"Already the action has picked up." Johnny said
Geoff knees Sub Zero and grabs him by the neck and tosses him over to Brody, who pulls the ropes down to send him the frosty ninja to the floor. Geoff gives a kick to Smoke before he runs the ropes and hits a somersault tope over Brody onto Quai Liang.
Brody then waits for the two to get up as Geoff gets Sub Zero in a russian leg sweep postion, "Ready!" Geoff called.
Brody gets near the ring post and dives as the surfers hit a running diving clothesline combined with a russian leg sweep.
"And the double team maneuvers in full swing!" Nick comments.
"Surfers going for broke in the first 2 minutes." Johnny comments, "And looks like they're not the only one."
While the surfers were celebrating a successful team move, Smoke then springs off the ropes and hits a corkscrew moonsault to the party bros.
This got a big pop from the crowd as the ninjas gathered their barings, the two then tossed Brody into the steel steps to isolate him from his partner. The two ninjas then hooked up Geoff and hit a double suplex on the ramp.
Smoke gets into the first cover, with Brad coming out to get the count.

Geoff just kicks out at 2.
Sub Zero then hit Brody with a double knees into steel steps, while Smoke pushes Geoff up the ramp and towards the stage. Smoke kicks the surfer repeatedly before he goes to throw Geoff face first into the screen on the stage, only for Geoff to counter and toss him into the screen.
"Geoff with a counter." Johnny said.
"Geoff trying to keep the Lin Kuei from taking the early lead." Nick replied
Geoff then catches Sub Zero with a kick before he and the ice ninja brawled through a hallway to the backstage area, where he banged the ninja's head off a table. Sub Zero then elbows Geoff before he bangs Geoff's face off a table too.
The ice ninja then lifted up Geoff and dropped him with a spinebuster through the table.
"Geoff through the table." Johnny said.
"Quai Liang getting the better of that exchange." Nick said.
Sub Zero pants before Brody comes in and hits Quai Liang with his surfboard, the dark haired surfer then punched the ninja over to the edge of a backstage area where a table and a few chairs were sitting around.
Brody uppercuts Sub Zero to keep him stunned, so Brody can hop down the two foot drop set up the unfolded chairs on the table before hopping back up and grabbing Sub Zero by the throat.
But before he can get the chokeslam, Smoke hits a suprise superkick to Brody. The ninjas then take Brody and send him flying with a double falcon toss through the chairs and table! Popping the crowd watching this on the monitors and their tablets.
"And Brody takes a nasty bump!" Johnnh exclaimed.
"He'll be feeling that in the morning." Nick replied
Sub Zero then drops down as Brody lays in the wreckage, he pushes away the debris and pins Brody.

Brody just pops the shoulder up.
Smoke was shocked but pulled him up as he dragged him over to a pile of production crates, where he laid the surfer against the crates and punched him repeatedly. Setting up an attack from Sub Zero, only for Brody to back body drop the ice ninja on the crates.
Brody then gets Smoke with a knee as Geoff then comes in and hits him with a german suplex in the concrete floor.
"Folding Smoke like a chair with that german suplex!" Johnny winced.
"That concrete has no give." Nick shook his head.
Geoff gets up as he and Brody take Smoke to the parking lot, where Sub Zero catches up and hits Brody in the back with an elbow. He then kicks Geoff away as he saves his partner.
The four men then exchanged blows as they brawled surrounded by cars, eventually the ninjas get the advantage with a pair of stereo knee strikes.
Sub Zero then gave the nod to Smoke as the ice ninja held back Geoff with a sleeper hold, Smoke then pushed Brody into the front of a car. Driving him back first into the fender, as Brad asked Geoff if he gives up.
"Hell nah!" Geoff said as he elbows Sub Zero in the gut, only for Subby to break the hold and deal a wicked forearm to the back of his neck and lock Geoff back into a sleeper.
Meanwhile Smoke and Brody were stilm fighting as Brody threw some punches as Smoke pulled him back up, but a knee stops that. Smoke then goes for another knee, only for Brody to catch this with an exploder suplex onto the hood of the car. The ninja slides off the vehicle and to the floor.
While that happens Geoff mananged to push Sub Zero back into a nearby ambulance to break the hold, he then lifted us Sub Zero and tossed him with F5 onto Smoke.
Brody pulls Sub Zero off Smoke and goes for the pin on the grey ninja.

3- Smoke pops the shoulder up.
"Whaaaaaat?!" Geoff reacted.
Brody then picked up Smoke as Geoff lifted up Shb Zero as they carried the ninjas back through the locker room and towards the ringside area. Only for the ninjas to fight out of the hold right as they went through the office way doors, with Smoke tossing Brody into the receptionist desk.
Sub Zero meanwhile superkicked Geoff and tackles him through a wall that sends them into the crowd. The two kept punching and kicking as they reach the ringside area, where Geoff sidestepped an attack from Sub Zero to which the ninja responds by leaping onto the barricade.
Which Geoff counters by pushing him off the barricade and sending him shoulder first into the southeast ring post. Geoff is then speared through the barricade by Smoke.
"These teams are destroying each other Johnny!" Nick said.
"They wanna get to those titles by hell or high water!" Johnny said
Smoke then pulls Geoff up and lays him across the announce table, punching at him to weaken him before he goes over to the northeast corner and starts climbing.
"This could spell the end for the surfers." Nick said
But wait, Brody's back and he throws a chair at Smoke's head to stun him. He then goes up the other side of the corner hooks Smoke up and hits him with top rope spanish fly!
Brody then goes for the cover.

Sub Zero pulls Brody off of Smoke, only for Brody to kick Sub Zero into an awaiting Geoff's arms as he lifts him up and F5s him onto the announce.
He then signals to Brody, "Dude."
"Duuuuuuuude!" Brody signals back before he climbs up the northeast turnbuckle, with Geoff keeping Sub Zero in position.
Brody then leaps off the turnbuckle and NAILS A FROG SPLASH ONTO SUB ZERO AND SMASH HIM THROUGH THE ANNOUNCE TABLE!!!!!
The crowd goes nuts as Geoff tosses Brody back into the ring, Smoke stops Geoff with a knee to prevent him from entering the ring.
Brody then rolls up Smoke with a school boy.

Smoke kicks out and goes for a jackknife cover on Brody.

Brody then bridges out of the pin and shifts it to a backslide pin.

Brody kicks out and hits Smoke with a knee before rolling Smoke up with La Magistra cradle.

Geoff sneaks back in and gets Smoke with a crucifix pin.

Geoff turns and dodges a superkick from Sub Zero that accidentally hits Smoke, Geoff then picks up Sub Zero and hits him with an F5! He then rolls through as Brody throws Smoke out of the ring and goes to climb up the top rope.
Geoff and Brody nod as Geoff hits Sub Zero wity a second straight F5! Brody follows up with a Swanton Bomb!
Brody hooks the leg.

The bell rings as the crowd goes nuts.
"Here are your winners! Geoff and Brody! The Surfers!" Caine calls
"They did it! They beat the Lin Kuei!" Johnny said
"It was a hard fought battle, but Geoff and Brody keep their dreams alive!" Nick said
"Alright brah!" Geoff hugs his bro.
"We did it brah!" Brody cheers as he hugs back.
Sektor shakes his head as he sees this.
The brackets update as Smoke and Sub Zero shake hands with the surfers in respect.
"Another night of action concludes as we continue on the road to Continental Clash." Nick said. "I'm Nick Diamond."
"And I'm Johnny Gomez, and we wish you good night. And good fight."
As the credits on the second ep rolls, Winston is backstage meeting the newest signing of UFW. "We look forward to having you on our roster, good luck in your qualifying match next week." Winston tells.
