Chapter 83 Make Evil

At the villains base Rudger was sitting down on a office and looks at the window thinking about the stuff that happened.
"Those comics, have been very interesting." He said.
He has seen those comic book readers just use them in the day with many seeing them so he got a good look.
"Thank you dumb hobo." He had research after seeing that fight.
He was thinking what to do with this information and he had an idea.
Toga and Twice came inside his office.
"Hey Rudger, Tomura wanted to know-" Twice got cut off.
"Good thing you both came." Rudger said.
He then throws textbooks at them as they grabbed.
"I want your assistance and start writting scripts." Rudger said.
"Huh?" They got confused.
"Why would you need that?" Toga asked.
"For a special project that will help us. So I need you to write a story, something that can be good for a comic." Rudger said.
The two looked at each other.
"Comic? Are you sending proganda to get more help?" Twice asked while moving weird.
"No. Something more special." Rudger said.
"What's the theme?" Toga said.
"A villain winning." Rudger said.
"Oh." Toga got interested.
Spinner passes by but Rudger stops him. "Spinner, good that you passed by, I would require your assistance and making a comic."
"Comic? How would that help spread the will of Stain?" Spinner said.
"Simple, did you hear the news about heroes appearing out of nowhere?" Rudger said.
He nodded. "Oh yeah, some crazy hobo brought one."
"That's right, how about we make our own and you can make a villain instead that follows your ideals."
"Ah." Spinner nodded again understanding.
"All we have to do is do the comics and make sure the villain wins." Rudger said. "You can assist by making the ink and giving ideas to those two. I will draw the comics."
"Oh I didn't know you draw." Toga said.
"I do it as a hobby." Rudger said. "But that's not important, start making them. I need at least one ready."
Toga and Twice started to work with Spinner assisting them, Rudger rubs his hands as he can't wait to see what they will come up.
Toga and Twice started writting and Twice taps his head with a pencil thinking.
"Got any idead Toga?" He looks at her.
"Hey no copying." She covers her book up.
He frowns and looks away as he kept working on his.
They showed some ideas to Rudger as he reads them.
"No." He throws one making them dodge. "No!" He throws another as they did the same and he kept throwing more. "No! No! No! Ah." He stops at one. "Very good one, do this one for now."
"Oh good." Twice said.
Toga frowns. "None of my cute ones."
"Try harder." He said. "It needs to be strong so I can have a better minion."
Toga takes her scripts and leaves with Twice.
Tomura came with Kurogiri and the former said: "What are you doing?"
"Me, i'm making my own version of those comics that have been summoning heroes." Rudger said.
"Those things, your wasting our time with that." Tomura said.
"What?" Rudger said. "This is my work! I am the one that thinks of the ideas you big man child!"
"What did you call me?!" Tomura raises his arms.
"Tomura, calm down." Kurogiri said. "Rudger must have a plan."
"Of course. If I can make my own versions we will have more men at our side. And those two weren't even doing anything now." Rudger said. "Think about it, 100 new villains at our side."
Tomura thinks about it. "Well it's not a bad idea."
"You see, this is why I need those three to even get them ready. If we don't start now Kabuto will have a lead on us."Rudger explained.
"I get it, this better work." Tomura said.
"Oh it will." Rudger said.
He goes back inside and slams the door shut.
"Leave him be, if it works then it will help our plans in the future." Kurogiri said.
"Fine, but I want one of those guys for me if it does work." Tomura walks away.
Rudger starts to draw the sketches for the first villain he's preparing and it will be a good one once it comes out.
"These comics that Kabuto is getting will be a problem once he gets too much. I need to study what Scott did a long time ago and prepare my own comics."
He draws a big armored figure for the first sketch as this will be his first creation. "At least I got an idea before they came up with others. Twice's shall be next but this one shall be my personal one."
He had one script ready with the first being an example and those two can keep making more with Spinner assiting them too.
"I need to make it, and soon. Build will be in for a big surprise seeing the heroes he's trying to save get taken down by a bigger evil."
He draws more and adds horns to the design of his new villain as they will represent what it means to be evil unlike any cartoony hero that might appear. This one will be the leader of them all a villain among villains.
The world ender among the weak. The one that can destroy everything in his path no matter what comes in his way.
"The others can be used as extras to fight in a war while mine becomes my own villain and the one to finally destroy Kabuto. Oh I can't wait to have him outside." he smirks.
He kept working on his own comic and studying the way Scott made his own to make sure it succeeds.
