In the days following the grand wedding of Haraldin Peverell and Princess Hela, Asgard returned to its normal rhythm, though the festivities left a lingering sense of excitement in the air. Guests from across the Nine Realms had departed, returning to their homelands with tales of the wedding, of the couple's power and grace, and of the celebration that had united not only Asgard but many distant worlds.

One quiet morning, as the palace resumed its daily affairs, Odin approached Haraldin. There was a newfound respect between the All-Father and his new son-in-law. Odin, having witnessed Haraldin's strength, magical prowess, and the influence he held across realms, knew that Asgard could only benefit from his presence.

"Haraldin," Odin began as they walked together through the serene gardens of the palace, "I've been thinking about the defenses of Asgard. As you know, we have formidable warriors and defenses, but as we've seen in the past, there are always forces in the universe that test our strength. I believe Asgard could benefit from your... expertise in magical barriers."

Haraldin glanced at Odin, recognizing the request behind the words. "You want me to ward Asgard with magic," he said, more as a statement than a question.

Odin nodded. "Precisely. Not just the palace, but key locations across Asgard—places that hold strategic or cultural importance. I know of the wards you've placed on Vanaheim, and how effective they've been. Would you do the same for Asgard?"

Haraldin paused for a moment, considering the request. He had no doubt in his abilities, and the prospect of strengthening Asgard's defenses appealed to him. But he also knew the cost of such powerful magic, not in terms of resources, but in terms of responsibility. Warding an entire realm meant he would become even more intertwined with Asgard's fate, a protector not only in name but in action.

"I'll do it," Haraldin said, meeting Odin's gaze. "But in exchange, I ask for something in return."

Odin raised an eyebrow. "Name it."

"I want land," Haraldin said. "A place of my own here in Asgard. I won't live in the palace forever. Hela and I will need a space that is ours—away from the court, where we can build our own life. And not just any land, but a large area, enough for a fortress or a place of magic and learning."

Odin smiled, understanding Haraldin's desire for independence. "Consider it done. You shall have your land, as much as you need. There is a valley to the north, untouched for centuries. It lies between the mountains, a place of natural beauty and isolation. It shall be yours, to do with as you see fit."

With the agreement made, Odin extended his hand, and Haraldin clasped it in a firm handshake. The deal was sealed.

The next day, Haraldin began his work. He traveled to the major locations across Asgard, accompanied by Odin, Thor, and even Loki, who observed his brother-in-law's magic with keen interest. Haraldin moved swiftly and efficiently, casting powerful warding spells over the most critical areas: the palace itself, the Bifrost bridge, the armory where Asgard's greatest weapons were stored, and the Hall of Heroes, where the memories of Asgard's most honored warriors were kept.

Each ward was crafted with layers of protection—magical barriers that could withstand physical, magical, and spiritual attacks. They were invisible to the naked eye but hummed with energy that even those unskilled in magic could feel. Haraldin infused them with elements of ancient, unbreakable magic, woven together with enchantments designed to detect and repel threats.

As he worked, the royal family of Asgard watched in awe. Word spread quickly of his mastery, and soon crowds gathered to witness the spellcasting, as Haraldin's magic flowed from his hands, enveloping entire buildings and structures with shimmering energy before disappearing from sight.

Once the warding was complete, Odin led Haraldin and Hela to the land he had promised. The valley was even more beautiful than Haraldin had imagined. Towering mountains framed the landscape, and a river ran through its center, its waters clear and sparkling. The land stretched as far as the eye could see, fertile and untouched, a perfect place for the couple to call their own.

Hela, standing beside Haraldin, smiled as she took in the sight. "It's perfect," she said softly. "We can build something incredible here."

Haraldin nodded, already envisioning what they could create. "A sanctuary," he said. "A place for us, and perhaps for others who seek knowledge and protection."

Odin, standing behind them, placed a hand on Haraldin's shoulder. "It is yours now. Use it wisely. You and Hela have earned this."

Haraldin turned to Odin, a deep sense of gratitude filling him. "Thank you, All-Father. I promise we will make something worthy of Asgard."

As the days passed, construction began on the land, with Haraldin and Hela overseeing every detail. They had architects and builders from all the realms come to assist, and slowly, a magnificent fortress began to rise from the valley's floor. It was not just a home, but a center of magic, knowledge, and power—an extension of the legacy they were building together.

Though they remained close to the royal family, Haraldin and Hela now had a place that was truly their own, a haven where they could retreat from the duties of court life and focus on their own plans, dreams, and future. The valley became known as "Peverell's Watch," a symbol of the union between Hela, the Princess of Asgard, and Haraldin Peverell, the protector of realms.

Haraldin Peverell, now fully integrated into Asgardian society, had never been one to remain in one place for too long. Though the newly built Peverell's Watch was a grand fortress, beautifully nestled in the valley given to him by Odin, Haraldin's adventurous spirit could not be tamed. He had spent years traveling through the Nine Realms, exploring their mysteries, gaining knowledge, and quietly establishing strongholds in each one. These were no ordinary properties—they were hidden sanctuaries, each protected by powerful enchantments and connected to one another through a secret Floo Network he had devised.

Unlike the Bifrost, which was grand but loud, the Floo Network provided a subtle, almost invisible way to travel across realms. With just a pinch of Floo Powder, Haraldin and Hela could step into their hearth at Peverell's Watch and emerge anywhere in the Nine Realms in a matter of seconds. It was faster, more secure, and entirely their own creation.

As the years passed in Asgard, the people who had once feared and distrusted Hela began to see her in a new light. Her past, filled with bloodshed and conquest, had left a dark mark on Asgardian history, but her actions in recent years had begun to heal those old wounds. She had matured, becoming more compassionate, more understanding, and a force for good. Haraldin, her husband, had played no small part in this transformation, guiding her with his wisdom and love.

The Asgardians, once wary of her, began to recognize the changes in Hela. Her strength was undeniable, but it was now tempered with the kindness and leadership Asgard needed. In time, the people even began to see her as a fitting successor to Odin himself. The whispers of her becoming queen grew louder as they saw the balance she brought to their realm, standing with Haraldin as a symbol of power and grace. Many came to believe that when the time came for Odin to enter his final Odin's Sleep, Hela should take the throne.

However, Hela had other plans. Though the idea of ruling Asgard as queen might have once been a dream of hers, she now felt differently. In her eyes, there was no rush. Odin, though aging, still had centuries of rule left before any serious discussion of succession was needed. The Allfather's strength would see him through many more battles and peacetimes, and Asgard was secure under his reign. There was no need to focus on succession when the future was so far away.

Instead of ruling, Hela's heart longed for something else—adventure. Her marriage to Haraldin had opened her eyes to a life she had never imagined, a life beyond the borders of Asgard, beyond the Nine Realms. She and Haraldin were not bound to one place; they had the means to explore the cosmos itself, to travel the stars and visit worlds even the Asgardians had never seen.

The couple's decision to explore the universe took root in their many conversations about the unknown, the mysteries of the cosmos, and the thrill of discovery. Hela had once sought to conquer, but now she sought to learn, to experience the vastness of the universe with Haraldin by her side.

And so, they began preparations for their journey. Their new ship, Marauders, was no ordinary vessel. Named by Haraldin after his the memory of his family, the Marauders was a ship unlike any Asgard had ever seen. Crafted by the finest engineers and artisans in the realm, and enhanced by Haraldin's magic, it was designed to traverse the stars with ease, shielded from cosmic radiation and capable of surviving the harshest environments.

The ship's sleek, dark design was a fusion of Asgardian craftsmanship and magical enhancement, its hull lined with enchantments that would allow it to move swiftly through space, even faster than light in some cases. The interior was luxurious yet practical, with more than enough space for the couple to live comfortably on long voyages. The Marauders was equipped with everything they might need—training areas for sparring, libraries filled with knowledge from all the realms, and laboratories where Haraldin could continue his magical research.

As they prepared, the couple spent countless hours planning their route. They studied ancient star charts, consulted with the most learned minds in Asgard, and even sought out the knowledge of the Light Elves and Dwarves. Their journey would take them to the farthest reaches of the known universe—and beyond.

The day they would set off drew closer, and Asgard buzzed with excitement. The ship stood ready, gleaming in the starlight as the couple made their final preparations. Odin, though he knew he would miss his daughter, had come to respect her decision. He understood the wanderlust that filled both Hela and Haraldin and knew that their journeys would only make them stronger.

Thor and Loki, now fully accepting of Haraldin as their brother-in-law, had taken to the idea of their sister and her husband exploring the universe. Loki, ever the trickster, was particularly fascinated by the endless possibilities of the cosmos, and Thor, while rooted more in Asgard, admired their courage.

Despite Loki's deep desire to join Hela and Haraldin on their grand voyage across the cosmos, he ultimately decided against it. The mischievous god had always been intrigued by the unknown, and the prospect of exploring distant worlds was tempting. But Haraldin, with his characteristic wit, had framed the journey as their honeymoon—a playful yet intentional way of reminding Loki that this was a time for Hela and Haraldin alone.

Haraldin had been direct but good-natured in his remarks. "You'd make a wonderful travel companion, Loki, but I don't think Hela would appreciate her little brother crashing our honeymoon across the stars," he had said with a smirk.

Loki, ever the one to appreciate wit and understand subtle nuances, had caught the message clearly. He feigned disinterest, brushing off the suggestion as if he had no intention of intruding. "Oh, please, as if I'd want to watch you two swoon over each other across the realms," Loki had replied with a sly grin. But deep down, he knew this journey was a sacred time for the newlyweds, and while his curiosity was insatiable, even he could recognize when to step back.

Still, the thought of venturing into uncharted galaxies, discovering hidden magics, and meeting civilizations beyond his wildest imagination remained alluring. Perhaps one day, he would embark on his own journey through the cosmos. For now, however, he respected their space and let them have their time together.

With the people of Asgard gathered to bid them farewell, Hela and Haraldin boarded The Marauders. The Bifrost could be seen shimmering in the distance, but they had no need of it now. With a final wave to the royal family and the people they had come to love, the couple activated the ship's systems.

The engines hummed to life, powered by a blend of Asgardian technology and Haraldin's magic, and within moments, the Marauders lifted into the sky, breaking through Asgard's atmosphere and into the endless expanse of space.

As the stars stretched out before them, Hela turned to Haraldin, her eyes shining with excitement. "Are you ready?" she asked.

Haraldin smiled, his hand reaching for hers. "Always."

And with that, they set off on their next grand adventure—together, as husband and wife, explorers of the cosmos.
