Chapter 31 Vow

Barkis was enjoying some breakfast in his mansion, when there was a knock at the front door. One of the servants went to answer it and was confronted by some Interpol Agents who asked to speak with Jeffery Grayson, Barkis's current fake identity. Barkis went to greet the agents.
"Jeffery Grayson, we have reason to believe that you aren't who you claim to be and that you are responsible for several murders over the past hundred years." Said one agent.
"What that's absurd! I'm clearly not hundred or over and my name is Jeffery Grayson!" Said Barkis.
"Well we have a source that says otherwise. Now you will be placed under house arrest and your property will be searched in the next day or so. I suggest you comply." Said the agent.
"You can't do that!" Growled Barkis.
"A warrant for your property to be searched is being written up." Said the agent.
"Now if you will be so kind and let us see your leg, so a monitoring device can be put onto it." Said the other agent producing a metal collar.
Barkis reluctantly presented his leg and the collar was put on. The agents said goodbye and left. As soon as the agents were gone and the door was closed, Barkis let out a roar of rage. How could this had happen? Who altered Interpol and pointed them at him? Barkis needed to know so he could get rid of them and he had to do so fast and get Jekyll and Hyde out of the basement so they couldn't be found and testify against him.
After raging for a few minutes Barkis calmed down and made some calls to some very skilled computer hackers he knew. They would hack Interpol and tell him who was responsible for this mess.
A few hours later Barkis got a response from the hackers and was very surprised to see who was working with Interpol.
"Emily Merrimack. A name from long ago. Yes I remember killing her. Now she's back as a undead and trying to ruin me! I can't have that. I'm going to have to pay Emily a visit and make sure she stays dead permanently." Vowed Barkis as he began to make some evil plans.
