"Last time on Total Drama Across the Multiverse. We went back to a classic in party games. Musical chairs! In the case of this version of the game, there would be nine players, three from each team. And of course, like usual, there would be one less chair each round. The odd man out without a chair gets eliminated. And this would continue for each round until there was only one team standing. And in this case, it went down all the way to the last person. That person being Courtney, who was able to beat her fellow attorney career seeker, Emma."

Footage of the musical chairs game taking place was shown.

"Of course, without context, you'd think Courtney was that good the entire game and was the MVP. Nope. She wasn't in until the last round. Players would switch from round to round, with some of the rounds having some sort of theme revolving around them to add some flavor to the game."

"As for our last place team, the Wave Breakers, Dan was the one to take the fall for the loss. No seriously, many of them chose him as the scapegoat for losing. Why? He tried to make Zee move with force in the one round he was in, paired up with Urien, singing a friendship song. Why that? Because I was trying to be funny. But anyways, doing that must have struck some type of nerve in Murasakibara because although he wasn't able to win, he absolutely moved with a lot more energy in him, the most I've seen him have since being here. And it caused Dan and Urien to be eliminated, losing one of three player spots they had in the game."

Footage of Muraskibara picking up Dan by the arm, with one arm and the barreling through Urien and Dan with Zee in hand to avoid elimination in the round was shown along with Dan's elimination from the season.

"Miyuki himself explained that he told the others he didn't like the way Murasakibara has been acting lately, and revealed that he influenced some of the votes for Dan. Will the big guy finally be a legit player this season? Or was this just a once in a blue moon thing? Only time will tell. But for now, let's get started with the next episode of Total….Drama…..Across the Multiverse!"

The episode starts off with an awfully close up zoom to the disgusting food being served today: A pot of red beans and rice.

Toxsa looked at his plate in disbelief and sniffed it.

"If you think it smells so good, then go sit down, and GET OUT OF THE LINE!" Chef yelled out, scaring him and making him immediately move out of the way. "NEXT!"

As he sat down, he noticed that his teams' plate was the same as some of what was served on the Kings' plates.

"What the heck? Why are we being served the same thing?" Toxsa asked.

"I had that same question. But, I wasn't about to be yelled at." Isagi said.

"And then there's us. Cereal with no milk." Young Bennett said.

"That's not even that bad. A good snack if you've got the bagged ones."

"Does this look bagged to you?"

"Well would you rather that, or whatever concoction Chef decides to experiment with the other days? It's like there's no satisfying some of you guys."

"We heard this story before. Eijun?"

"Minus the screaming part, I gotta agree in this case. At least you know that's safe to eat." Toxsa said. "I don't even wanna eat this. But, Chris decided to wait hours after I already ate breakfast from home to get us here."

"Okay, who wants to go first?" Isagi asked him, having not touched his food either.

"There's only one way we settle this. A method that has been used to settle disputes for years in history. Rock, paper, scissors!" Toxsa declared.

They played but tied the past three games.

"You know what? Let's just eat it at the same time." Isagi said.

After eating the beans together, both felt as if they were on fire, with Isagi holding in a yell in his mouth. Toxsa immediately drank the juice he had. Seconds later, Old Bennett appeared.

"Morning kid. Morning every-" He saw the two that just ate Chef's latest dish and was repulsed. "You know, dry cereal's not all that bad."

"Yeah. After seeing this, I can see your point. I'll definitely chow down on my bowl." Young Bennett said before taking the spoon and eating the dry cereal.

"Huh?" Old Bennett replied, confused before looking at the bowl of dry cereal. "Wow, what a coincidence. I meant dry cereal back in my time." Old Bennett said.

"Why were you eating dry cereal?"

"Got sidetracked, moved my elbow back while the milk was open. And you should get the rest. Stupid of me I know."

Several other yells and muffled yells were heard not long after with Aomine laughing at Hanamiya looking as if his eyes were about to pop out after eating the beans.

"That's *breath* not funny!" Hanamiya yelled out before desperately running off to find more water.

"You're right. It's hilarious." Aomine said.

"How can you be this immature?" Noelle said to him.

"What? Weiss said I should smile more."

"Not what I meant." Said person called out from two tables away.

"How the hell did she hear me?" Aomine said, low.

"Look at it this way, it's not as stupid as this roulette of terrible food." Young Bennett said to his older self, focusing back on the table he was sitting at.

"Man, did Chef steal a recipe out of my family's diner?" Toxsa said.

"What now?" Isagi asked, still breathing hard, trying to find any way to cool his mouth.

"My family's got a diner. Some of the dishes served are super spicy. This is definitely up there. Hence why I said it feels like Chef took a page from our recipes."

"Still doesn't answer the question why some of us have this and why others have actual breakfast. And I don't mean the dry cereal." Isagi said, referring to Echizen and some others on his team's plates, which had the choice of either breakfast pizza or an English muffin breakfast sandwich.

"Maybe you had to ask?"

"I refuse to believe it was that simple."

"And besides, if he didn't even make it clear that a choice was there, how was anyone supposed to know?" Young Bennett reasoned.

"Well, time to find out and ask around. Because I'm sure as heck not about to ask Chef and get damn there beheaded."

"Good luck. Least you actually got that option. Everyone on my team's stuck with this fire-starter." Toxsa said, looking at all the others on his team that had the same thing.

After asking around, Isagi was more surprised than unhappy.

"Wow, that's it?" Isagi asked Penny.

"Yes. It was a one-time redemption. Like a coupon or voucher." Penny explained.

"How did you even find this out? Everyone else I asked didn't know because they either never asked or they got yelled at by Chef."

"Chef Chef told me after I asked."

"You could just say Chef Hatchet? Chef Chef sounds weird."

"Then why does everyone here call him Chef instead of Hatchet?"

"You know what? I have no clue. Guess because it sounds better?"

"Hmm, maybe we should ask."

"You do that. You seem like you have a better time doing that, for one reason or another outside of challenges."

***Confessional***

Isagi(Storm Kings):

"A one-time use? Really Chris? And it's not like there was a fine print that explained it was that way either. But hey, at the very least, everyone gets actual food to eat this time. No, whatever experiments Chef makes in his lab of a kitchen do not count."

***End Confessional***

Natsu was seen being thrown out of the kitchen.

"Come on man, you gave me food all the other times! I'm starving here!" Natsu said.

"Boy, you've eaten 20 bowls! And your little friends have eaten around that number too! If that ain't enough for you, then you better start askin' around because you're gonna singlehandedly empty out the cereal around here if I don't stop you!" Chef yelled back.

"Man. Well this stinks. What kind of a food can't even stuff you one bit?" A pack of cookies were on the side of him, being offered by Lotte.

"I know it's not much but, you can have them if you'd like." She said.

"Hey, I'll take em! Thanks!" Natsu said before taking and eating the cookies in seconds with Happy joining in.

"Hey, why didn't you save me some?" Happy asked.

"Should have came earlier. First come, first serve. Besides, there really wasn't much to eat in the first place. Hey Lotte, you don't happen to have more do you?"

"Umm, sure. You can take the rest if you'd like." She opened up the bag that she had with her containing the snacks that she brought and let the two have at whatever was left. The speed at which they were eating the snacks caught her off guard as she flinched a bit.

"They're like a pack of dogs. I understand you're hungry, but at least have some type of self-control." Diana commented, passing by.

"Dogs? Happy's a cat." Natsu said in between cookie and chip munches.

"That's not what I meant."

"You can't blame them. Look at this. This might as well be a snack, not a meal." Akko said before putting away here bowl.

"One bowl was enough for me."

"Oh that's a load of baloney Diana. I know you're hungry too. But then again, I've seen what you eat usually. You like those weird small meals like soup and stuff."

"And what's wrong with that? I don't see anything strange about them."

"Just because something's fancy doesn't mean it's good and filling. When you eat, you're supposed to be full and happy. Why do you think I wanted the steak and bread? And even then the steak was hard to eat."

"Too bad I'm not feeling that way now. Sorry Lotte, I appreciate it, but that's still not enough. I have know idea how Murasakibara can eat all of that and not be hungry." Natsu said.

"No worries. After all, it's the thought that counts." Lotte said.

"Here. You can take it. It's better than going to waste." Myron said to Natsu, offering his bowl as he was initially going to just throw it away.

"Thanks! Down the hatch we go!" Natsu exclaimed before eating the bowl.

Diana could only shake her head before her stomach was heard growling too.

"Ah ha! I knew it!" Akko exclaimed, causing a surprised Diana to look away.

"Okay. Maybe….. just a little. But I refuse to eat those beans." She replied.

"Hemorrhoids on a bowl." Emma commented.

"Nah, not spicy enough for that." Toxsa said after discarding the rest of the food he had. He tried his best to eat as much as he could but there was a point that he couldn't stomach it anymore.

"You've tried spicier?"

"Yeah. Just a bit though. Not the whole thing. Some spicy dishes from my family's diner. Family or not, I'm not that insane."

As for Diana, her request for more food was denied.

"You must have not heard me when I was talkin' to the others. So I'm gonna say it to you too! NO! GO FIND FOOD SOMEWHERE ELSE!" Chef yelled out.

"How can you be this upset at requests for more food when you serve this?" Albedo said from a distance, referring to the dry cereal that he ate.

"At least you can eat it." Rally said.

"So what? You heard what Akko said. The purpose of eating is to provide nutrients to your body. This doesn't provide anything other than minimum nutrients and sugar! Way too much of it!"

"That's Frosted Flakes for you."

"I don't care what they're called. It's not enough!"

"You give enough food and it's bad. You give good food and it's not enough." She commented.

"It's one or the other. Can't have your cake and eat it too around here it seems." Becky F. said.

"You should see when we were on the island. If we had cake, it'd probably have worms in it."

"Thanks. Really wanted that picture in my head."

"Who's ready for a challenge?" Chris called out via megaphone, causing the people right by him to cover their ears. Or in Reimu's case, snatched the megaphone from his hand and destroyed it. With Albedo changing into Jetray to finish it off by blasting it with his eyes, turning it into nothing but ash.

Chris went from frowning to pulling out another megaphone. "Anyways, follow me to get the details on the challenge for today."

As the teams made their way outside, Becky B. caught up to Albedo.

"I can tell that you want to tell me something. What is it?" Albedo asked her.

"About yesterday. That was pretty out of character for you." Before she could go any further, Albedo stopped her.

"There was nothing out of character about what I did yesterday. I wanted the challenge to start. Now you tell me, what is so 'out of character' about that?"

"I don't know, maybe because you never did it before then. We went over this yesterday."

"Then if you know that, I fail to see the purpose of bringing it up again. Now, what we should be doing is focusing the next challenge to win it. Not rehashing things from the past."

This wasn't exactly a response that she took well.

***Confessional***

Becky B.(Radical Rats):

"Yeah, there's definitely something up with him. Hopefully it doesn't spill over into the challenges."

***End Confessional***

They were approaching the beach area of the island. The loud deflating of a milk carton was heard. Along with a second one.

"Don't look at me like that. You had dry cereal. You wouldn't understand." Kageyama said to Diana after he felt her looking at him, eyebrow raised before he drank another carton and took a soda from Zee and gulped that down as well. Dry tears were seen on his face.

"This moron decided to eat all of the beans." Tsukishima said to Sucy.

"Ouch. Well, if he survives this, I may have to enlist him as a backup test subject." Sucy said.

"Like I'd ever volunteer to take one of your weird potions." Kageyama said, overhearing the two.

"Relax, it was a joke."

"You have the same face almost every time. How is anyone supposed to know you're joking?" Rex said.

"There are things that excite me. Unfortunately, those things aren't here at the moment."

"You ate all of those beans? You sir have my respect." Toxsa said to Kageyama.

"Respect for an otherwise stupid decision. I stopped after the first spoonful." Noelle said.

"STOP JUDGING ME! I WAS HUNGRY OKAY!?" Kageyama yelled.

On cue, Diana's own stomach growled again.

"I would have taken the beans over the cereal any day. I can't believe you guys actually call that a meal." Natsu said.

"And Diana's stomach agrees." Happy added.

"All that weird rich food's coming back to bite her." Akko remarked.

Diana internally rolled her eyes at that comment.

"And what exactly is 'strange' about fine dining?" Noelle asked, offended by the remark.

"I'd like to know myself as well." Akashi chimed in.

"I believe I can-" Sebastian started before Noelle cut him off.

"No, let her finish. I'd like to hear this. In her own words." Noelle said.

"You guys think you can gang up on me and make me back down. Well I'm not backing down for a second!" Akko declared.

"Yeah!" Asta called out, appearing out of nowhere.

"Quiet you." Rei and Fiona said simultaneously, pushing him out of the camera's view again.

"Butting into something when you don't even know what's going on. Now, explain." Noelle said to Akko.

"Actually, I do know what's going on, I've been listening the whole-" Asta started before being knocked on the head by Jenny, hard enough to knock him out.

"Why would you do that!? You could have just made him be quiet, not knock him out!" Noelle said.

"Oh crud. You're right. Sorry." Jenny apologized.

"Technically, she-" Miyuki started.

"Unless you want to join him, rethink finishing that sentence."

"You say that as if you aren't threatening to do the same thing." Shiro remarked.

"I- this one is warranted! I'm sure we won't need him for this challenge."

"And if we do?"

"Uhh, w-we're wasting time! Akko, hurry up and explain your gripe with fine dining."

"Too late. We're here." Chris said.

"Don't worry Chris. I don't have to explain anything. It's like I already said, it's not filling. I mean seriously, what the heck is….. does someone have a phone or something?" Akko said.

"Will this-" Ruby started before she took the scroll out of her hand. "Hey!"

"Thanks!" Akko shows pictures of fancy food. "Look at this!"

"That's food?" Natsu said in disbelief after looking at the picture.

"I know right?"

"Yes it is food! There is nothing wrong with it!" Noelle yelled.

"Man, is this really what rich people eat? How the heck do you guys not go hungry?" Natsu asked.

"This is stupid, can we please start the challenge already?"

"Seriously, why are we judging people's tastes in food? Now how would you like it if someone said you eat like a savage with no self control?" Lucy asked Akko.

"You just said it." Reimu said.

"Yeah, that was oddly descriptive." Ayame added.

"That wasn't intentional I swear!" Lucy insisted. "Although I do have personal experience with it. Probably why it was so descriptive."

"Look, I'm just gonna come out and say it, some of you rich people that eat this stuff every day is kinda weird." Natsu said.

"An unfair generalization don't you think?" Sebastian said.

"Nah, not you. I've seen the food you make so you're cool."

"Let's see, Diana, Weiss, Noelle, Akashi, Sophie-" Happy started, counting off his fingers before being grabbed by Noelle and Weiss.

"I was just minding my own business and you had to involve me into this you stupid cat!?" Weiss said.

"Wow. You actually eat that crap? What the hell?" Aomine commented.

"No one asked for you to but in!"

"But it's true!" Happy insisted while being violently shook before they felt Sebastian behind them. "You're in trouble now." Happy said to the pair.

"You two, I need you to stop abusing the cat please so we can get started." Chris said to Noelle and Weiss.

"You might want to reword that." Lucy said.

"What? I mean it's technically true." Chef said.

"Doesn't make it sound any less bad." Adrien said.

Sebastian picked up the two before forcing them to release Happy. He then promptly put them back down.

"There. That should do it. As for you two, I would suggest you refrain from doing that again." Sebastian said, the last statement being a warning to Weiss and Noelle.

"Thanks Sebastian. Now, let's get started peeps. First things first, you all know how some of you sound like someone else here right? Or maybe you've met someone before coming here that sounded like you too?" Chris started.

"Yes. What about it?" Albedo asked.

"Well, that's the basis of today's challenge. The power of your voice is gonna matter! And I don't mean for protesting. I mean in the case of abilities and what you can do."

"Wait, so we're going to be switching powers with people that sound like us here? How is that going to work? Some of the people this applies to are on other teams." Sena asked.

"Good guess, but that's not how things are going to work. We've scoured the multiverse for like-sounding or similar sounding individuals. And with the information we've gathered, all of you have at least one like-sounding individual somewhere out there, even if you haven't met them."

"So there's someone out there right now that has my voice? That's really cool!" Asta exclaimed.

"So you're awake. Good. Just in time for the challenge." Hanamiya said to him.

"I disagree. My voice is my voice. I don't exactly feel comfortable with someone else out there having it." Noelle said.

"Insecure much? They don't even know you exist. And vice versa. But, that does give me an idea for a future potion." Sucy said.

"Took the words right out of my mouth. So you don't like it, what the hell are you gonna do about it? Not like you've got the tech to do anything in the first place." Rick said.

"No one was talking about your weird potions. And as for you Rick, you're not thinking about the bigger picture. What if someone used my voice and used it to damage my reputation?" Noelle reasoned.

"Being way too paranoid. You probably didn't even know what the multiverse was until you got here."

"I'm still going to keep that in mind. I don't care."

"Now, using that information we gathered, we're going to have some of you see what it's like to be in their shoes. In a way. You get their powers and/or whatever they can do,"

"Minus whatever things they have going on in their life." Becky F. finished.

"Correct! Man, talk about on the same wavelength for a second."

"Actually, that's kind of sad that I'm going to know what you're going to say in this case. And I haven't even been here as long as some other people here."

"Don't see how. It's the honest truth. Anyways, it's exactly as it sounds. You get their powers, abilities, gear, whatever. All of it. Even how they look! Pretty cool, right? Let's test it out shall we? Heck, I'll be the first one to do it."

"You're using yourself as a guinea pig? This'll be interesting." Sucy commented.

"Correct me if I'm wrong but has Chris ever done this before?" Courtney asked. No responses from the other contestants were given. "Anyone?"

"You're asking people that have either only been here one season or this is their first time here. Of course they're not gonna know." Emma said.

Chris put a hand on his forehead. "How did I not realize that. Courtney is the sole person left this season with the most experience in Total Drama. So, congrats. And as a bonus, you get to participate in this challenge! Hope you're ready to put your stay here on the line." Chris said.

"Wait, how many seasons has she been in?" Rei asked.

"Original Island, Action, World Tour, All-Stars, Multiverse Edition, and this one. A total of six."

"Wow. I never knew it was that many. To be here suffering for this long and not get anything out of it? That has to suck." Rally said.

"From what Noah told me, Owen's been in seven with Ridonculous-" Emma started.

"Nope! It's six! Not seven." Chris said, causing Emma to shake her head.

"This guy really does not like Don it seems. I'll be honest, it's stupid. You've had your chance to shine and be the host for nine seasons and you get mad and petty when you don't get to host one. Nine is a lot more than what some game show hosts get. Seriously Chris, grow up."

"As much as I like to mess with her at times, that's honestly kinda sad. Putting up with this crap for one season's bad enough. But six? Wow. At least with some of the others they actually won, with the exception of Noah. But I have no clue how many seasons he's been around in. Or Priya. Or Zee for that matter. But Zee kinda sounds new if he doesn't know what Courtney's talking about."

"I'm gonna be a hundred percent honest here. I watched some of the seasons during some of the spare time I got here, and I gotta say, she was okay in Island. The season we shared? Ehhh. Everything after that. Eeeyeah, not good. People say Action was the worst because she basically cheated her way through. I disagree. That was only the beginning. She spiraled every season afterwards. I don't even know what the heck happened. I don't exactly have a person I'm rooting for this season to be honest since mini man's gone, but I'll say this. If she does actually win, the only way I'll be happy with it is if she actually shows she's changed from what I saw in All-Stars. Otherwise, I'm gonna a hundred percent be p[censored]ed. Not enough to do something crazy, but yeah, I am not gonna be smiling at all."

"Forget the cheating. Dio cheated numerous times and he was actually entertaining. And he's done far worse. Do you know what she asked Duncan to do to get him to change? Everyone else can feel bad for her for not winning. I don't care. I don't. It's deserved."

"Oh crud, I spoiled a season! I know it's not saying which one exactly but still, just to be safe, editors, bleep that out please!"

Chris was seen standing next to a wheel with portraits of several people. "Okay, let's get started. First up, you can see these portraits here. Pictures captured from any type of footage we could get from them. These are all the people here that share my voice."

"Wow. A lot more than I thought. Wonder how many people share mine." Yang said.

"I'm gonna spin the wheel. Now watch and pay attention to whoever it lands on and what's going to happen next." He spins the wheel. After a few seconds, it stops.

"Alright, looks like we've got Trevor Troublemayor!" Chris said before he was zapped by Heloise. His clothes changed. He now wore a Prussian war helmet and wore a blue shirt with the Roman numeral for 2 on it. He also wore purple jeans, copper earrings and a light green traveler's jacket.

"Pretty cool huh? Fun fact, apparently, the guy that this is from think that with this war helmet, he can't be shot in the head as long as he wears it. And no, we're not testing that out. Now this one is a more tame case. Boring for some of you I know. Yeah, unfortunately for me, I don't exactly get the best draw when it comes to over-the-top powers. Or do I? You know what they say, if at first you don't succeed, try, try again!" Chris said before spinning the wheel right afterwards. It landed on a rather iconic dog. After pointing the weapon at the picture, he was blasted immediately afterwards. He was now in a dog costume.

"Dude, no way." Zee started.

"This has got to be a joke." Maki started.

"You're Snoopy!?" Several people said simultaneously.

"Yep! Just as surprised as you guys. Somehow my voice signatures has been found within a version of one of the classic Peanuts characters."

"Snoopy?" Ruby started before several people looked at her and gasped.

"Wait a second, you don't have Snoopy in your world?" Kise asked, surprised.

"No?"

"He looks like this. You never heard of him?" Aomine said, showing a picture from his phone.

"Sorry."

"I've actually never heard of him either." Natsu said.

"Same here." Lucy said.

"It's incredibly easy to forget that not all of us have the same experiences or knowledge on things." Razer said.

"Knowledge or not, it won't come into play here. When it comes to some of these, especially animals, you're just gonna wear costumes. I'm pretty sure you don't want to see each other naked, especially for like a whole challenge." Chris said. "But, If you're still not convinced, Chef!"

The wheel changed as Chef was scanned. It was then spun and stopped on someone before his clothes were changed after he was zapped. He now wore a green shirt covered by an orange jacket and slim fit brown pants, sneakers, a gold chained and spiked shoulder chokers. Chef also had spiky black hair.

"Okay. Anything else?" Noelle asked, still unimpressed.

Chef felt something on the back of his belt and saw that it was….

"Hey I recognize that. Mariah had something like that." Ryoma pointed out.

"Mariah? He must be a Beyblade guy then." Rally concluded.

"Beyblade?" Bakura said, confused.

"You know how there's toy cars, trading cards, Pokemon, Monsuno and Bakugan? This is like those but with spinning tops." Ben explained.

"You know what? I believe you." Reagan said.

"Okay, so some of you recognize this one. Good. Let's move on to Doyle. We're gonna try to get someone you guys are less familiar with to really try to convince you this works." Chris said before Chef was reverted back to normal. The wheel was spun again. After it stopped, Doyle was zapped.

He was now wearing blue jeans, brown boots, a red leather jacket and a grey helmet that has beaty red eyes and brown gloves. His hair was now curly as well.

"Star-Lord? Holy crap!" Morty said, the first to recofgnize the appearance.

"So what can he do?" Asta asked with Doyle promptly pulling out dual energy handguns. He fired one of them and shot a fiery bolt from the top barrel.

"That answer your question?" Doyle asked.

"Din can do something similar though. Show us Heloise. Also, is that Deadpool up there?" Reagan asked.

"Yep. Apparently so. Pretty interesting. And last but not least, Heloise." Chris said. The wheel was changed before it was spun again. The results: Gotenks. Her hair was now spiky and she wore a dark blue Metamoran vestm a teal sash and white silky pants with black shoes that had teal straps and black wristbands. She immediately flew in the air before sending an energy blast out. She landed back on the ground before reverting back to normal.

"I think that should be enough." She said.

"Gotenks. I wonder what we all have." Launch, in her good personality commented.

'Well, you'll find out soon enough. Each team will have four participants for each round. This is going to be two rounds. One for those on both sides of the extreme when it comes to power. Stronger peeps in all one round, weaker ones in another. I'll explain exactly what you have to do in each round in just a bit, but for now, scoring is the number one priority to win. Scores will be tallied after the two rounds. If you find yourself in last after those two, then you better get ready to use that voice of yours to voice your opinion on who should leave your team next."

"So how exactly is power going to be measured? A guy could seem strong to us and then get absolutely creamed." Randy said.

"I mean, that could still happen, but I get what you mean. I'll explain after the players are chosen. When I call your name, get ready to power up. Or down. At first, I thought, let's give some of the weaker guys a guaranteed chance to see what it's like to be in the stronger guys' shoes and vice versa but decided, nah. Would be a lot funnier if someone got something, or lack thereof, that they hated and have to deal with it."

"And before anyone asks, anyone that we know is overpowered to the point that it could seriously be an endangerment to the show was automatically excluded. For reference, you are not going to see people like Broly be here. But don't worry, you'll still get some really fun options. For the ones that do get to experience it, we're not saying we don't want you guys to feel powerful. You will. Just not Broly levels of powerful." Heloise explained.

"Kurt! You're up first!" Chef called out.

After some of his choices were revealed, many were surprised by some of them.

"Vegeta's on there." Kagami said.

"And Eggman?" Blaze added.

The wheel was spun with the dial stopping on Vegeta's portrait. Noticeably, he was wearing something on his left eye.

Kurt was promptly changed into the Saiyan Prince and former contestant. Though in this case, he was wearing Saiyan armor that had pointed shoulder pads. Kurt was also wearing the same eye gear on his left eye as well.

"Well, how convenient. This makes things a whole lot easier. Kurt, be on standby, you're gonna do something for us real quick." Chris said.

"Natsu, you're up next!" Chef called out.

"Wonder what kinda guys share my voice." Natsu commented before he spun the wheel.

"Wait, the Drifter's there!" Ruby pointed out.

"And Ceylan. But I think everyone knew that already." Toxsa added.

"Mr. Pigeon?" Adrien commented.

"Gray Matter's there too. But, he looks, weird." Ben added.

Other choices on the wheel included Spider-Man 2099 and Daxter. Ultimately, the dial landed on one of two Tributons seen on the wheel.

His body, after being zapped, became surrounded by blue square-like energy.

"This is kinda weird!" Natsu said.

"Don't worry, you do this as many times as me and you'll get used to it." Toxsa said before Natsu was changed into a blue brick.

"Chris, you killed him!" Happy cried out.

"Dude, chill. He's not dead. Give it a second." Toxsa said.

After a few seconds, the brick began to change.

"What's going on!? Toxsa!" Natsu called out as he began to transform, becoming Tributon.

"What? And you get elemental mode on top of that? So not fair."

"Wait, so he gets access to the ice abilities? This'll be interesting." Lucy commented.

"Huh. So if I'm wearing Tributon's armor, I can go Titan Mode too, right?" Natsu said, looking at his arms and legs.

"Actually, it's not armor. You're the armor." Toxsa said.

"Wait, huh? Isn't that the same thing?"

"Think of it this way, it's like you transformed. Or you're in a different body. Kinda sorta. Makes sense now?"

"Not really. Anyways, about that Titan Mode."

"You can figure that out in a bit, right now, let's get the other picks in." Chris said.

"Adrien, you're next!" Chef called out.

Like Natsu, two versions of a Tenkai Knight was seen along with the real identity of the member, Chooki. But unlike Natsu, none of those three were chosen. He was changed into a look similar to that of a pirate, sword and all, minus the hat.

"A pirate! Sweet!" Adrien commented, looking at the red outfit that he was wearing.

"That's Power Rangers. Gotta be." Rick said.

"They did a pirate themed season?" Kise said.

"Apparently so. I don't follow it. I can just tell from the costume."

Next was Kise, who was changed into a white button-up shirt, black trousers and a pair of sneakers. He wore horn-rimmed glasses and his hair was now curly.

Kise looked at himself before yelling.

"WHAT THE HELL IS THIS!?" He yelled out.

"Your appearance. Apparently you're some guy named Naoto, who's called Senpai." Chris said.

"Wow. Senpai. Very cool." Kise replied sarcastically.

"Tough luck Kise." Aomine said.

"This isn't funny Aominecchi! But seriously, everyone else gets cool stuff, but I'm some guy no one knows about? I had Barry from Pokemon there! You couldn't have-"

"Wah, wah. All I'm hearing is whining. You got what you got. Now go over there with your team." Chris instructed.

"Fine."

***Confessional***

Kise(Radical Rats):

"Come on, I have a right to be upset. Vegeta, Tributon and a Power Ranger. And all I get is… Senpai. Guess I'll get to have some respect from people younger than me. Oh wait, I already get that back at Kaijo with the first years."

***End Confessional***

Paul was changed into a raccoon costume.

"Rigby?" Reimu commented, remembering the racoon from the time that he attempted to hit her with multiple death punches.

"Not Rigby, Don." Chris said, with Paul sighing moments after.

Eliza was changed into a human form of Luna, who had curly hair reaching her waist and her forehead had a crescent moon mark. She also wore gold earrings, a yellow ribbon tied into a bow around her neck along with a moon necklace and anklet. She also wore a yellow and black sleeveless gown and black-heeled shoes.

"Hey, it's Luna. Or at least, the human form of her anyway," Rei commented.

"Oh really? What can she do?" Kagami asked.

"In her human form? Not much."

"Excuse me!?" Eliza said, overhearing this.

"Tough luck. Anyways, next!" Chris said.

"Weiss!" Chef called out.

"This is gonna be good." Aomine commented.

"Yeah." Yang added.

"Please let me get something good. Please let me get something good. Please let me get something good." Weiss thought.

"Robin the boy wonder. Nice." Doyle commented.

"So, is that a good thing? Really?"

"You're Batman's sidekick. Of course it's cool." Morty said.

"Except, looks like you're the Lego version." Chris said before Weiss looked down at her legs and body and yelled.

"What did you to me!?"

This promptly caused several people on her team, mostly Team RWBY, minus Blake and Penny, and Aomine, and Todd, to laugh.

"It's not funny!" Weiss said before turning to Doyle. "I thought you said this was nice!"

"It is. Robin is still Robin. No idea what they're laughing about." Doyle insisted.

"I'm just laughing because of that yell you did. Drama queen." Aomine said.

"Okay, and what about you?" Yang asked Todd.

"Look at her head." Todd said, pointing.

"Wow. A Lego head. So funny." Isagi said sarcastically.

"Courtney, last but not least!" Chef called out.

"This should be promising." Courtney said, looking at the pictures before giving the wheel a spin.

"Courtney as Minako? Wow." Rei commented.

"And Alice too. Who knew?" Julie added.

"Chrissy!" Chef announced before she was promptly changed into a tight red t-shirt and blue jeans along with slightly shorter hair.

"Well, this isn't a good sign." Courtney commented, looking down.

Launch was chosen based off both her personalities: Kobayashi for her good personality and Arale for her bad personality.

Tsukishima was now wearing black armor and a helmet that some immediately recognized.

"A Spartan soldier! Really!?" Kise said.

"Still mad over that pick huh?" Rex said.

"When everyone else gets to have cool stuff, you'd understand how I'm feeling."

"He's not Master Chief guys. Cool your jets. He's just some other Spartan. Not a bad thing, but still, not Master Chief." Rick said.

"Ralph-103." Chris said, reading off the wheel.

***Confessional***

Tsukishima(Wave Breakers):

"A Spartan is still a Spartan. Knowing that I'm a supersoldier in another world still feels nice." Tsukishima said, smiling under the helmet.

"Tsukki! Stop secretly bragging about how you got a good pick and get out here! We need to finish!" Chris called out, surprising and annoying him before he ultimately left the confessional.

Bass was wearing a red gi with matching red pants and a black belt at his waist, similar to Ken from Street Fighter.

Libby was wearing a pink rabbit-like costume and pink overalls with a heart on them. She sighed promptly afterwards.

"Well, look at it this way Kise. You don't have to look like that." Kagami said to him.

"That actually looks fun. Again, I'm a Senpai. So cool." Kise said.

"Fun? That looks silly. Couldn't be me. Unless it's something cool. Like a tiger! Or a panther! Or a wolverine! Or heck, even a bear!"

"Silly in a good way. Imagine you in a cute little cat costume. Or a bunny." Rei said, creating the image in her head before Kagami, sharing those same thoughts, as a hypothetical tiger, slashed them away.

"No! If I'm gonna be a cat it better be something cool!"

"Cute!"

"Cool!"

"Cute!"

"Cute!"

"Got you!" Rei declared causing Kagami to facepalm.

"I can't believe I fell for that crap. But still, I don't wanna be in a cat costume! Or a bunny one!"

"Who knows, maybe you'll get that. But first, we need to take care of this. Kurt, scan Natsu. What does the scouter say about his power level?"

"Scouter?" Kurt said, confused.

"The thing on your face. That's a scouter. It reads power levels. Press the little button on the side, next to your ear." Kagami explained.

"Man, it is so weird to see Kagami of all people being the one to explain this stuff." Aomine commented.

"It's DBZ. Damn there everyone knows about it. He's not special." Rick said.

"Yeah. Anime is very mainstream nowadays. DBZ is one of the big three." Reagan said.

"Over 9000?" Kurt said.

"No way. That's gotta be fake."

"Yeah, it was." Chris said.

"You did that for the meme didn't you?" Kagami asked.

"Yes. Yes I did. Now, the real levels on the scouter have been simplified here to classify you in one round or the other. Or undecided. So, let's see what we've got. Kurt, if you'll please scan all of your peers competing with you?" Chris said before Kurt pushed the button on the side and scanned everyone.

Natsu and Kurt himself were the only ones guaranteed for the first round. Launch was guaranteed for the second along with Kise, Paul, Libby and Eliza.

"Alright, now that we have our guarantees out of the twelve, we'll need to finish things off by filling the rest of the slots so we can get the unsures." Chris said. "But first, let's explain the rules of what we're about to do today. As I explained before, there will be two games. The first game will be a game called Rift!" Chris began to explain. "The second game will be Coliseum of Champions!"

"So for starters, let's explain the first game. You'll be in a different location. In the middle of said location, there is a very volatile amount of energy that will appear. Nowhere else. It will always appear in the middle. The job of one of the teams is to pick it up and bring it to another location shown via a light overhead.. If you can do that, you'll score a point, and an explosion will occur that will instantly knock out anyone close, friend or foe. So you might want to keep vicinity in mind."

"If you're knocked out of bounds or knocked out in any other way, shape or form, such as this spark of energy, you'll be out of the fight for 10 seconds. Yeah you guys are tough, but probably not that tough, so pick and choose your spots wisely."

"As for carrying the energy, no, you cannot stay back and hide, or in gamer terms, camp until your team clears out everyone else. Well, you can, but not for long. The longer you hold on to that energy, the more it builds up. Which is a double-edged sword. You'll get stronger, and tougher, but eventually, it'll grow to be too much and it'll explode inside you, instantly KO'ing you and you alone. You'll have about a minute to either bring it into said location, discard the energy by just dropping it, or pass it to one of your teammates. Doing any one of those three things will prevent you from exploding. However, you'll also be drained for 20 seconds. And you'll feel definitely feel it too."

"When a team scores, everyone will be instantly warped back away from each other to prevent any type of crowding around one location. When fifteen minutes pass, then the game ends and we'll move on to round 2, so try to rack up those points. Remember, your points carry over, so it's not the end of the world if you don't win. Any questions?"

"Yeah. Replace energy with spark. You stole that mode from the Crucible didn't you!?" Ruby declared, pointing at him with an accusatory finger.

"Not exactly stealing. There's a few things that are different from the source material to make things more interesting. And it's not just the three teams. Some of it includes the friendly fire, passing of the spark, etcetera. But yeah, it's definitely from the Crucible." Chris said.

"Crucible and no Shaxx? What is wrong with you Chris?" Yang said.

"Yeah. Not gonna lie, it's not the same without his commentary. Heck, I would have even taken Lord Saladin." Blake said.

"Relax. I promise, it'll be just as fun, even without Shaxx. Next up is the second game ,Coliseum of Champions. That's right, even if you're a chump, you can still have a chance to be a champ here. And, you'll even have a bit of help from the Greek Gods of Olympus too."

"Your objective is simple: Survive in a merciless arena of mythological Greece for 30 minutes, while at the same time, try to score as many points as you possibly can. Of course, one way they'll help you is giving you a second chance if you're knocked out, bringing you back into the fight. But that's it. You get knocked out a second time, you're done for the rest of the way. There's different ways you can score. This includes defeating enemies, including those on opposing teams, discovering chests and treasure, and more. Most of the weaker enemies will only give you a point. Chests give you two. And knocking out enemies gives you ten. The more you're involved, the more points you can score for your team, but, the more you'll be at risk of getting knocked out."

"Be warned, self-deaths in any way or reason, will cause you to lose all your points you earned. Getting knocked out by an enemy will allow them to steal half your points. Don't care how many it is. You're not careful, you're gonna get punished hard for it. At the end, all points will be tallied and added to the score of the first round."

"Mythological Greece? Should be very interesting." Sophie commented.

"Yeah. But instead of a history lesson, we get straight to the fun stuff. Into the coliseum!" Todd exclaimed.

"A coliseum where the weak guys will be. Doesn't sound like a fun time to me." Mr. Wolf said.

"You've got something. Trust me, you will not be going in completely defenseless. But one more thing: I know three points don't seem like a lot. Don't worry, they'll get multiplied at the end. You want to have the best chance? Win both games by a good enough margin." Chris said.

The final twelve were chosen.

Kurita was Sonic, Rei was Risky Boots, Becky B. was Margaret Rhino and Lucy was Squirrel Girl.

For the Kings, Sophie was Joi Reynard, Razer was Scorpion, Ryoma was Amou Shiba and Rook was Hotspot.

And finally, for the Breakers, Mr. Wolf was Justin Hammer, Hailey was Moana, Ayame was Yin, and Johnny was Count Dooku.

"Okay, now let's finish getting you guys split up into two groups of twelve. Kurt, if you'll do the honors?" Chris said.

After scanning all of the contestants, with the exception of the ones already designated into one round or the other, the groups were created.

"Alright, so now that everyone's been grouped up, we can get started. Don't worry about restrictions or any of that. You'll be able to go full reign with what you can do. Your only limits are one, your imagination and two, whatever you can't do with your powers. No brainers I know, but, just wanted to put that out there." Chris said before he opened a portal.

"So wait, how exactly are we supposed to know what to do?" Johnny asked, wearing black robes, dressed as the powerful Sith Lord, Dooku.

"Good question. Take a look on your wrists." Chris replied. On their wrists was a wristband that contained their particular abilities.

"So it's like a play sheet that quarterbacks use." Kurita commented.

"Sure. That's one way to think of it. Don't worry, you shouldn't be able to lose it. So you'll always have that available to you in case you forget."

"Man, this is lame. The one challenge I was hoping to be in." Randy commented.

"You're not the only one. Was really hopin' to see who I could be like in other worlds. And then to not even get a chance to play?" Kagami said before sighing. The edge of a sword was suddenly lightly put on his chin. He was about to flinch and jump back before he opened his eyes to see who it was.

"Shiver me timbers Kagami! What's with the long face? Let's see if I can turn ye frown upside down with this!" Rei, as Risky Boots said before kissing him on the cheek. She now had a red and purple hat with a pale beige skull and crossbones and red ribbon trails down the back along with golden hoop earrings. She also wore the top half of a skull as a bra with a purple bra top underneath that fills out the eye holes of the skull. She also has purple and red cuffs with purple harem pants and matching heeled boots.

"And of course, spoil you with the treasures of victory!" She added.

"Yeah. First place would be nice…." Kagami said, not even hiding the fact that he was blushing from that and the outfit she was wearing.

"And I plan to get it for ye! And bring us one step closer to the ultimate riches! But of course, I'll need the rest of the crew to pitch in as well!"

"We'll do our best. Trust." Adrien said before putting on the helmet that came with his outfit.

"Vegeta's going to be very tough to beat. Especially with the extra strength he gets from his transformations. Be careful Ayame." Ryoma said to her.

"I completely forgot about that!" Ruby said.

"Makes sense. He quit not long after Goku got eliminated." Ben said.

"Strength's not everything. A good, sound strategy can be enough to win too. Remember that this is a team game." Courtney said.

"Oh wait, you guys don't know huh? He can't go Super Saiyan. Look at his outfit. That's from when he first shows up in the series. At least in a prominent role." Aomine said.

"Kagami, you're the anime expert here. Is that really true?" Rally whispered, to which he nodded before May suddenly got in front of him.

"Anime expert? I'll have you know I've watched anime myself missy!" May declared.

"Hey, where the hell did you come from?" Kagami said, though he was completely ignored.

"Doing something doesn't automatically make you an expert. I could say I use explosives but I'm not an expert in them." Rally countered, seemingly disregarding him as well.

"Just like you aren't an expert in fashion either." May replied.

"Hasn't stopped men from trying to hit on me yet."

"What happened to 'I don't care about any of that' huh?" Becky F. teased as the rest of the twelve went through the portal.

"I don't. One comment doesn't change that. That's not the same thing as being oblivious."

"I know you guys have got some type of way to talk to them, tell them to line up and stay where they're at." Doyle said to Reagan and the others.

"Line up? What's going on?" Rally asked.

"You'll see. No one's late or anything. On either side. In fact, they should be coming in a bit." Chris answered.

European Dead Zone, Earth

The Fortress(Destiny 2)

The 12 were seen in an area very similar to the last time the Total Drama cast visited the European Dead Zone for Gambit in Multiverse Edition. At least in terms of theme. There were several buildings in ruin along with parts of what appeared to have been a crashed and now abandoned Fallen ship, AKA a Ketch. Torn red flags with a white circle and three lines on the top and bottom of it were also seen to further signify the former Fallen presence. The sky above was dusky.

"Line up? Didn't we already get the challenge explained to us?" Natsu said.

"Perhaps it could be for another reason. Like explaining where we are exactly." Sophie said. Like the counterpart that she was supposed to be portraying, her hair was now shorter and she wore a green sleeveless shirt with white along the sides along with matching pants. She also wore tennis shoes.

"Looks like somewhere on Earth. Or, to be specific, another Earth. At least, that's what I'm assuming." Rei said.

"Shockingly, Natsu has a point. What are we doing here? If we needed to be explained anything it should have been done before we left." Bass commented.

"Exact- wait, what do you mean 'shockingly'? I've made a good bit of good points around here that people thought made sense." Natsu said.

"You are waiting here because I requested it." A female voice was heard saying.

Multiple figures were approaching them. Namely, a group of four. Adrien was the first to recognize two out of the three large figures.

"Cabal!" Adrien said before immediately drawing his pirate sword.

"Stand down." The smallest of the group of four implored, holding a hand out to signal this as well.

"They're friendly. It's all good." Doyle insisted.

"He's right! I recognize those two." Ruby said.

"So do I. So that's why Chris 'borrowed' Rift." Weiss added.

The smaller figure that told Adrien to stand down took off his helmet, revealing his face, and the fact that he was actually human. He had brown skin, short black hair and a beard. He also wore armor that had silver wolves embroidered on the chest plate with the rest of the arm being golden-brown and silver.

"Greetings warriors. I am Empress Caiatl. Empress of the Cabal Empire. This is Valus Forge, or as some humans would continue to call him, Lord Saladin Forge, an Iron Lord and host of the great Iron Banner Tournament. He is also a Titan Lightbearer." Caiatl said, introducing herself and Saladin to the twelve. Caiatl, like the Cabal Legionaries beside her and Forge, also wore armor. Though tusks could be seen sticking out from the helmet covering her face.

"Lightbearer? You mean like Guardians right? Like Shaxx, Drifter and at one point Ruby and the others?" Adrien asked.

"Yes. And as Chris already explained, today you will be battling in the game known as Rift." Forge replied.

"I would assume your host Chris has already explained the rules of the game, correct?" Caiatl asked the twelve with many of them responding yes in their own ways. "Good. Then we do not have to waste any further time explaining the rules of the battle."

"Each team will be placed on different parts of the arena to start. When the battle begins, you are free to use any of your abilities you see fit to help your team secure victory. However, going out of bounds of the arena will immediately cause a knockout after a four second warning to prompt you to return. Do you have any questions before we begin the battle?"

Johnny was about to raise his hand.

"Ensure that they are pertinent ones." He added, causing Johnny to put his hand back down.

"Well then. If there are no questions, we can-"

Johnny's hand was raised again.

"Yes?"

"So uh, we're not gonna die from this are we?" Johnny asked.

"No. Chris has insisted that you will not. And I trust that Chris has ensured this is the case." Caiatl answered.

Johnny raised his hand again.

"What is it?" Caiatl asked.

"We're gonna be able to use the confessional, right?"

"You were told to only ask questions pertaining to the battle ahead. And besides, I do not know of this 'confessional' you speak of."

"Uh, confessionals are a part of the show?"

"But they are not a part of this battle. You would do well to not distract yourselves with 'confessionals'. However, if there is something you must confess, do it with your teammates. I do not wish to hear it. Nor do I have any right to do so."

"Uh….. not what I meant, but alright. I'll take that as a no."

"I gave you an answer. Why do you take it as a denial of ability of confession?"

"Uh, I don't think that's what he meant." Hailey said.

"I am aware of what he meant. It would be best for you to think and listen before you begin speaking. Now, if there are no pertinent questions, we will begin the game immediately. Forge will call this battle as if it were an official Iron Banner match. I offer you all good luck in the battle. Fight with honor. Leave everything on the battlefield." Caiatl said before she and Forge left the area to watch the battle from a distance.

Seconds later, the twelve were warped to three different parts of the arena.

Destiny 2 Iron Banner theme plays(There are a few that play at the beginning of every match. Any of them work)

"Iron Banner Rift." Saladin announced.

Rift: Capture the Spark and Ignite it to score.

"There is a fire within you all. And it burns bright. Show it to me."

"Funny he says that, when I gotta use ice. Why couldn't I get Bravenwolf?" Natsu commented.

"A bit late for you to be complaining. You're just gonna have to push through it." Rei said to him.

"Not complaining. Just saying I'm not a fan of it. Reminds me of Gray more than anything else. But anyways, let's kick things off with Titan Mode right away! No waitin'!"

"Tributon Tenkai Elemental Ice Blast Titan Mode go!" He attempted to activate the transformation but it didn't work.

"Uh….. Titan Mode start?" Still nothing. "Engage? Activate? Come on!"

"The Spark is charging."

"You can figure that out later, let's go!" Kurt called out, flying.

Meanwhile, the other two teams were also advancing on that same charging spark.

Johnny picked up a couple of smaller pebbles with the Force before sending them forward.

"Man, who knew I could be even cooler? Oh wait, I did." Johnny said before Ayame and Hailey gave him a look after he inadvertently sent the pebbles all over them.

"Would you stop fooling around and let's go?" Ayame said to him.

"Bass has already gone off by himself." Hailey said.

"Which is exactly why we need to go ahead before he gets himself hurt."

"Yeah, I got it. Trust me, this'll be a piece of cake." Johnny said, giving a thumbs up.

"The spark is available! Seize it!"

The spark was seen in a lake in between a ruined castle and a ruined brick wall.

And it didn't exactly take long for the action to start.

Rei tossed her sword at Bass who dodged it, while Razer caught it with the tail that he had before throwing it to the side. The suit that Razer was wearing to resemble the Spider-Man villain was dark green with a black underskin and vermillion optic lenses with an extendible tail, all of which was cybernetically enhanced.

While that sword could be caught, it looked as if the same couldn't be said about Johnny's red lightsaber. Or Adrien's. The latter due to the fact that he wasn't about to throw it.

"A pirate just throwing his sword away? That's mutiny!" Adrien quipped, dodging a slice from Johnny.

"It was supposed to come back like a boomerang! Good thing it's not the only weapon I've got." She replied before using the flintlock pistol that she also had to fire at her opposition.

Sophie blocked some of the bullets with the staff that she had and tried to close the gap on Rei. But she was hit in the back by Kurt, who kicked her down after teleporting behind her, dodging an energy blast from Ayame.

"Shouldn't you be worried about getting the spark?"

"At this rate, no one's getting it." Kurt countered.

Ryoma meanwhile, was trying to dodge Hailey's attacks. And he was surprisingly doing a decent job at doing it.

"An oar?" He remarked, confused as to why, out of all weapons, that this was what he was attacked with.

"Anything can be a weapon. You just have to keep an open mind." She replied before Ryoma immediately ducked a flying lightsaber with Hailey being a tad late, causing some of the long hair she had that resembled Moana's to immediately fall off and her yelling immediately after noticing this.

And it knocked out an unexpecting Kurt when it came back.

"So it does come back like a boomerang. Nice." Johnny said.

"Not nice! You almost took off Hailey's head!" Ayame said, jumping in the air to avoid blaster shots from Adrien.

"I did? Oops." He didn't have time to do anything else because he was whacked in the back of the head by Sophie hard, vaulting over a Hadoken from Bass.

"It's a mystery how someone like you could wield powers such as those." She remarked before ducking an arrow blast from Natsu.

"At least he can actually use 'em. I'm still tryin' to figure this stuff out!" He said out loud.

"Trust me, we all are. Some are easier to catch on to more than others." Adrien said, shooting the energy pistol that he had along with the sword at Rook and Hailey, with both of them trying to dodge the shots.

"You're in a pirate costume dude. All you got is a sword and a gun. Of course you'd say it's easy."

"And then there's Ryoma with nothing. Why is he even here?" Bass remarked, attempting to shoot Rei with a buster shot, but failed to as she kicked him to the ground.

"How about instead of worrying about others, you worry about yourself? But that is a good question." Rei said.

"Trust me, I'll be just fine." Ryoma remarked confidently, taking cover behind a rock.

"Seriously though, Who would have thought a guy like Johnny would have been a powerful Sith Lord? Let alone Dooku?" Chef commented.

"Yeah, multiverse works like that sometimes. I should know. There's a version of me with an eyepatch. Evil Morty." Morty said.

"Evil Morty? You don't seem like the type of person that could be-" Julie started before she was cut off.

"Evil? Uh huh. You realize how many times people have said that to some of the most hated people in the world? Anyone here could be considered evil. Or vice versa. That's probably the bare minimum when it comes to thinking about alternate reality selves." Rick said.

"All it takes is for one thing to happen for that change. And then, boom." Morty added.

"Is…. that what happened to your evil self?" Lotte asked.

Before Morty could answer the question, Saladin's strong announcement made everyone that wasn't paying attention before turn their sights back to the game.

"The spark has been seized! Rats, protect your runner with your life! Opposing teams, take the spark from them. Destroy anyone that stands in your way!"

Kurt was the one that wielded the spark.

"Stop him! Boltflare!" Sophie declared before nothing came out. "Oh. Ri-" She couldn't even finish her sentence before getting blasted in the chest by Ayame, who, fittingly, was wearing bunny ears with a gi.

But, Sophie wasn't the only one that this happened too. Bass instinctively tried to charge his buster to shoot Kurt down but was unable to, allowing Adrien to shoot at him with the energy pistol that he also wielded along with the sword.

Natsu shot at Rook with an energy blast from the crossbow that he wielded, but it cancelled out with the stream of heat that he shot from his hands.

"So you get the fire powers and I'm stuck with a form that doesn't even work all the way." Natsu said to him as he continued to fire crossbow shots at him, now jumping in the air.

"Unfortunate. But I suppose it is also ironic." Rook said before mixing his acrobatics with the newfound fire abilities he had from Hotspot to get around the arrow blasts and knock down Natsu.

"Can I get a do-over? Please?" The Fire Mage turned temporary Tenkai Knight said, on the ground. Unfortunately for Rook, he wouldn't be able to follow up on an attack as he and Rei were being electrified by Johnny, holding his hands out and using Force Lightning.

"I….. can't….. move!" Rei said.

"Hey Reagan, ya think if we win we can keep these?" Johnny asked.

"Chris? What do you think?" Reagan said.

Chris laughed before answering, "No." Chris said.

"Why not? If it's that big of a deal you can just take them away when the show ends." Jenny asked.

"I mean, we could have allowed you to keep them permanently. Sure, there's the whole thing of consequences back where you're from and things like that but, what you do on your own time is your business. Chris doesn't care, and neither do I. But, you know how some powers are linked to their suits? Well this is the case. And by the way, a lot of these outfits didn't grow on trees."

"Did you steal the outfits?" Miyuki asked.

"What? That doesn't even make any-" Tsukishima started before Heloise confirmed it.

"You were saying?" Sucy said.

"It still doesn't make any sense."

"Saves resources and money." Chris said. "Aren't you the same people that got on me about not caring about the environment?"

"The resources thing was artificially added. If it wasn't for you trying to get brownie points you wouldn't have mentioned that." Myron remarked.

"Least the island isn't a toxic wasteland like in Revenge. That's something."

"Again, disingenuous. You would have been better off not saying anything."

"Fair enough."

Ryoma's eyes widened after realizing that Kurt was gone. And fittingly, Saladin let them know that as well.

"Rift ignition imminent!"

This was what caused him to summon the mecha that he had in his arsenal as Amou. It had silver and red armor with yellow kneecaps. Using the size advantage he had against everyone and the element of surprise of him even having the mecha in the first place, he made quick work of everyone that wasn't a teammate.

"Much appreciated." Rook said to him.

"Thank me after we stop whoever has the spark." Ryoma replied.

Meanwhile, Kurt, the spark wielder, was not too far from his objective, which was in a grotto area. But it wasn't going to be easy by any means. Ayame and Hailey, remembering the objective, stood in his way. And he only had about 20 seconds to ignite the rift or pass the spark before it erupted. He sent several energy blasts at Ayame and Hailey to try to fend them off, with Adrien helping out as well.

"How's that time looking?" Adrien asked as an energy ray from Ayame and a Galick Gun clashed.

"Not good. Might have to pass it to you." Kurt said before overwhelming Ayame with his attack.

"Not yet!" Adrien said as he continued to battle against a persistent Hailey.

"A pirate versus a voyager. A match made in heaven." Adrien said before he was tripped up by her. She immediately threw her oar and whacked Kurt in the back of the head. But, he was still able to fall in and ignite the rift anyway, knocking Adrien and Hailey on to the ground. But they weren't close enough to get knocked out by the explosion of energy that could be seen and felt in the entire arena.

"Rift ignited. Close Hailey, but not close enough. Moral victories can only take you so far."

"So what happens now?" Kurt said aloud.

"I guess, we do it again?" Adrien guessed.

"That you will. You scored the first points, but complacency is an enemy like no other. Now, prepare for a transmat reset."

Everyone suddenly felt as if they were about to be pulled away from where they were.

"So what gives? We can't use our own powers here?" Becky B. asked.

"Nope. If you did, that'd kinda defeat the purpose of this." Chris replied.

"Not really. You could do some cool stuff by mixing things together." Kise said.

"Again, no."

"Man. That is a missed opportunity there honestly."

"You sit there and say you don't mind sitting out, and when you get a crappy draw when you do play you complain." Lucy said.

"Says the person that gets offended by what a flying cat says."

"What Happy says half the time is things he doesn't have to say."

"Again, you could just ignore it."

"Just like you can ignore the bad draw you got and just play."

"Easy for you to say when you actually got something fun. Squirrel Girl? Heck, you could have even been Minako!"

"Wow. He is salty. Like, really mad." Yang commented low.

"I heard that!"

"Dude, get that stick out your a[censored] and shut up about it already." Murasakibara said to him.

"I just really wanted someone good!" Kise said out loud in agony as a stream of tears comically came down his face.

"So what? You don't hear me complaining about it." Paul commented.

"Sheesh, what a baby. You can take other people's stuff. You got good looks. You basically got a girlfriend. What more do you want? Next you're gonna be asking to basically win the whole thing by doing nothing. But hey, not like that hasn't been done before." Scratch, in a milkshake costume said before sipping a juice box right into Courtney's ear loudly.

"Stop drinking your juice so loud." Courtney said to Bobo.

"You need glasses or somethin'? I don't have a juice. But I sure wish I did." Bobo said.

She heard it on the other side now.

"Who's doing that!?"

Several people shrugged. Though in the case of Miyuki, he turned around, trying to hold in his laugh.

Crossroads

The Lost Oasis, Mars

This particular area was smaller. Petrified growth flora could be seen alongside dead trees and cubic rocks on both separated parts of the arena, the latter along with the portals and three cannons to go from one side of the arena to the other, signaled the Cyber-organic species, known as the Vex's influence on the arena before it was claimed as an arena for Guardian training.

"So we're changing arenas per round now?" Ryoma commented as his team was on one side of the arena. The Rats were not too far from them, in the only area that could be considered an "inside area", while the Breakers were on the other side of the arena, away from the other two teams.

"Spark charging."

Because of how much smaller this arena was compared to the first one, the spark was not too far from where the first two teams were. Which meant it also didn't take long for them to begin fighting too.

"At this rate, no one's going to be able to get anywhere. Someone needs to be the person that turns the tide." Hiruma commented.

"Our favor? We're winning." Young Bennett said.

"We've only scored the first point. Anything can happen. DRAGON BOY! GET THAT TITAN MODE WORKING!"

"Don't you think I'm trying to do that? Wait, how am I able to talk to you from here?" Natsu asked, instinctively trying to punch Bass only for it to be caught by the Robot Master's hand and was punched back before being hit with another dose of of his own medicine, via a flame-fisted shoryuken.

"I have automatically linked with the communications of the rest of your teammates, hence why you are able to communicate from long distances." The onboard Tenkai Knight AI said.

"Then could you automatically put me in Titan Mode? I could definitely use it."

"There is no such option."

Ryoma, now in the mecha from before, began to join in on the havoc, using the sword that came with it against his opponents.

"Then what options are there!?"

"For modes, there are several. Do you want me to list them all or do you want me to list the ones currently available to you at this point in time?"

"Just list the ones that can help me fight strong guys!"

"Would you stop talking out loud and help us!?" Rei yelled, already losing her sword again because of Ryoma breaking it apart via his own sword.

"I'm not talking out loud, I'm talking to the voice inside this Tributon suit!"

"I would like to reiterate that this is no 'suit'." The AI said.

"Armor, whatever! You heard Rei! Help me help them out!"

Kurt shot a Galick Gun at Ryoma to try to bring him down but he was able to block it with the shield that he also had available to him. During all of this, Johnny seemed to have been the only one to not be occupied in a battle with someone else and saw the spark had charged.

He ran to try to get it but was stopped by Razer sending a lingering toxic acid on the ground where it was.

"Well, guess this game's over. Thanks a lot." Johnny said to Razer.

"What makes you say that? We still have a decent amount of time left to play." Razer replied.

"Hey, I'm not steppin' in that. No thanks."

"Then let's get something to clear it out!" Ayame declared before using wind magic around the area of the spark.

"Just get it already!" Bass said impatiently before running to try and get it himself but was stopped by Rook, hitting him from behind with a ball of heat energy.

"Hey Rook, you're having fun with Heatblast I see." Ben said, communicating with him.

"This is Hotspot. But I can see the comparison." Rook said, dodging a hadoken projectile from Bass.

"That's what I- forget it. I'll leave you alone. You need to focus."

"To use Elemental Titan Mode, simply say 'Tributon Tenkai Elemental Ice Blast Titan Mode Activate' or 'Engage'." The AI informed Natsu.

"Isn't that what I said before? Why the heck wasn't it working then?" He asked.

"If I recall, you said-"

"You know what, forget it. Tributon Tenkai Elemental Ice Blast Titan Mode Activate!"

"Don't let him transform!" Ayame called out after overhearing him.

Ryoma was the first one to try to attack him, attempting to shoot at him but missing multiple shots.

"Forget it." Ryoma said before thrusting upwards to slash him with the heated vibro-sword that he was using before but couldn't connect.

Natsu was back in brick form before it got bigger. Ice was seen everywhere as he transformed.

"Now's my chance to get some new threads too." Adrien said low before taking out a small figure that resembled another red power ranger. Following the instructions, he put the figure into the morpher he had and turned it like a key.

"Legendary Ranger Mode! Jungle Fury! Jungle Beast! Spirit Unleashed!" His Ranger outfit changed completely. While it still retained the red and black color scheme, the pirate theme was no longer there. And instead, was replaced with black stripes on the sides and a helmet resembling that of a tiger.

"Seriously? Why didn't I start off with this earlier?" Adrien said, looking at himself just as Natsu dropped down, smashing the ice that he created as he did.

"Now that's more like it. Alright Ryoma, why don't you try picking on someone your own size?" Natsu said.

"Wait, he can use other Rangers' abilities? That's so busted man." Morty commented.

"Calm down, it's just one. We don't know how many others he's got." Rick said.

"Your own size? I'm still bigger than you." Ryoma said to Natsu as they fought in a semi-arial battle.

"Not by much!" Natsu shot back before shooting at him with an ice-powered energy arrow shot. "Hey, I'm starting to get the hang of this thing!"

But with the combined efforts of both Ayame via wind magic and Johnny with the force, they were able to be pushed back, causing them to go through some of the cubic rock formations previously mentioned.

"The spark is still up for grabs. Which one of you will push the needle for your team?"

"Johnny you're a jedi!" Reagan called.

"That can't be a jedi." Din corrected.

"Whatever he is! Sith, whatever! For goodness sakes! Use the force! And I really do mean that! Use it to help you!"

"He's been doing that. What else do you want him to do?" Dwayne asked.

"More than what he's doing now! Someone just needs to do something!"

"Tenkai Titan Iceblast! GO!" Natsu shot an ice blast that split into several projectiles, seeking out his opposing 8 enemies like missiles.

"That doesn't look good." Johnny said.

"You think!?" Hailey shouted out before Ayame attempted to take the brunt of the attacks headed their way via a force field of energy dubbed, the Foo Field.

While the shots were blocked, it wasn't without a cost. And that cost was exhausted Ayame.

Ryoma continued to be the biggest(literally) problem for the Rats though. Blocking the ice blasts with his shield, he continued to try to attack Natsu and deny the rest of his team access to the spark.

Although Kurt was probably the fastest out of the competing 12 easily, it was easier said than done to grab and take the spark when you have those determined to get it themselves and have the capable powers to do it. In this case, it was Rook and Hailey, the latter moreso due to her persistence to make up for the last round than anything else.

Bass blocked bullets from Rei with his arm before hitting her with a shoulder charge and sending her flying back thanks to the running start he had with it.

"Abilities or not, your bullets are still too weak to scratch me." Bass said before being promptly attacked by Adrien, who was using his claws to attack as he did against Sophie moments ago.

"Wonder if you'll say the same about these?" Adrien said before attempting to attack him with them, admittedly surprising the robot because of how quick he was. A lot faster than he expected him to be. After dodging several attacks from him, Bass found an opening and quickly countered with a shoryuken uppercut.

"Well, that settles it. Cat Noir's still better." Adrien commented to himself, on the ground. He pulled out another figure. "Let's try this again."

But he wouldn't get the chance to do this as he was picked up and thrown off the arena by Bass.

"You know, you're not bad. I never exactly took you for a fighter." Natsu said to Ryoma as they continued to battle, shield and fist against sword and shield.

"I'm not. All I'm doing is using tennis." Ryoma remarked.

"Tennis? What does that have to do with anything?"

Ryoma wouldn't be able to respond to that as he and Natsu were both hit by the same green substance from before, the source of course, being Razer.

"Warning. I am-" The AI started before Natsu cut off.

"Yeah you're talking about whatever the heck Razer just put on me, I know."

The match time had reach below the halfway mark, with much of the action in Crossroads taking up a good bit of said time. An alarm-like sound was heard before objects from above came down. These objects being Cabal drop pods. Drop pods that inadvertently flattened Rook and rapid-fire Scorpius turrets emerged from them, surrounding and protecting the spark.

"Drop pods. A guardian's worst enemy." Ruby commented.

"Over Hive Lightbearers and literal Gods?" Weiss asked.

"It's a bit of a joke. As annoying as they actually are." Blake said.

"Oh. Sorry."

"And I'm supposed to believe you have a sense of humor?" Aomine remarked.

"You don't even have any context of what's going on mister moody."

"Don't need context. My point still stands snowflake. And I'm not moody!"

The turrets wouldn't be too much of an issue though. And it was all thanks to Adrien who swooped in, literally and destroyed them, creating a big explosion in his wake.

"Fire of the phoenix!" Adrien called out afterwards. He was wearing a different red ranger outfit than the previous two but immediately decided to make a change again.

"Legendary Ranger Mode! Samurai! Go Go Samurai!"

Now his outfit had a samurai theme, with a katana to boot. His helmet was also designed to have the kanji of fire on it.

"Fancy." Johnny commented before being kicked by Natsu up into the sky and out of the arena. But it wasn't intentional. It was because Hailey had suddenly gotten on the back of him and climbed up to cover his eyes.

"I can't….. see!" Natsu said, trying to grab her and throw her off.

"I'll take it." Echizen said before rushing in to attack the off-balance Natsu and slashing at him with Hailey jumping off just in time. Although he wasn't knocked out, Natsu was immediately reverted back to his original smaller self from the hit.

"Five minutes remain. Unstoppable force against immovable object personified."

The Rats were the closest to grabbing the spark each time with Kurt usually being the one closest to grab it. But the other teams refused to let him stay still long enough to officially seize it.

"Don't know how this is going to turn out but, one mistake and things could easily be going the other way." Kurt thought before flying away.

"Kurt!" Rei called out before being hit by Razer and the same toxic substance that he hit Ryoma and Natsu with. She immediately tried to shoot at him but he quickly evaded her shots. When she aimed again, she felt as if she was suddenly sinking into the ground, like quicksand. She desperately tried to shoot down Razer before she sunk but he was still too fast for her to hit before she sunk into the ground.

"What is she doing? Has she lost her mind!?" Kagami commented.

Not too long after, she was suddenly away from the battle, as if nothing happened. She had her weapons again. This caused her to look around, confused. But her confusion would be quickly snapped as a roar was heard and the ground was suddenly shaking.

The source: Kurt, now transformed into a giant ape-like monster known as a Great Ape or Oozaru.

"He can turn into a Great Ape?" Launch said in disbelief.

"You're telling me Vegeta could do that, and he never decided to do it?" Ben said.

"That's because he lost his tail after the Saiyan Saga. After that, he could never transform again." Kagami explained. "Besides, Super Saiyan is leagues above Great Ape. Why the heck would he want to go back to that?"

Using his size to his advantage, Kurt blasted everything and everyone in his path. With everyone being knocked out, it was an easy grab and slam for his team.

"Rift ignited. It looks like Kurt was more than the moving force needed. For absolute domination. Resetting."

"Is Saladin always like this?" Randy asked.

"Like what?" Ruby asked.

"Boring?" He whispered.

"What makes you say that?"

"Yeah, I'm not gonna lie. Compared to Shaxx, he doesn't exactly have that much energy." Dewey commented.

"Oh that. He may not be as enthusiastic as Shaxx but, I know some people would rather that over Shaxx's loud, booming voice."

"Well I for one am not one of those people." Randy said.

"Commentary aside, I really don't know if we can win this. The minute Kurt turned into that, look what happened." Libby commented.

"I wouldn't give in so easily. Remember, the bigger they are, the harder they fall." Hanamiya said.

"Turn their size to a disadvantage. A good strategy!" Myron said as the teams were brought into their next location.

Cathedral of Dusk

Dreadnaught theme plays(Destiny: The Taken King Expansion)

Compared to the previous two areas, this was easily the biggest out of them all. This arena being the burial site for a fallen Hive. All of which taking place on the ship of a fallen Hive god, Oryx.

"Is that…. Saturn?" Hailey said, the first to notice the outside view as she and her three teammates were places in the middle of the arena, outside of the burial site. Saturn could be seen in the distance along with asteroids in the ring.

"I would say it's an amazing view, if it wasn't so….. ominous." Ayame said, looking out in the distance at what was way more than just asteroids. There was pieces of metal. And blue energy coming out of some of those objects as well. Some of those pieces could be made out as engines, or other pieces of what was definitely technology, just stuck in limbo in the silence of deep space.

"You call it ominous, whatever that means. I call it creepy." Johnny said, hearing his echo before touching his face. "Hey, wait a second. If we're in space. How are we able to-"

He wouldn't be able to finish his thoughts before shots were seen, coming from both sides of him, causing him to immediately run for cover.

"This is it. If we're going to make a comeback, it has to be now." Isagi commented.

"Great Ape's going to be the biggest hurdle. We get past Kurt, we'll be good." Maki said.

"If anyone else scores again, our chances of winning drop significantly."

While most others were paying attention to the game, and/or its surroundings, Octavia seemed to have been occupied with something else, quickly texting on her phone.

"The spark is available. Seize it!"

"All of these planets and locations. Have they all really been able to see this many places as Guardians?" Mayuzumi asked, though it wasn't exactly to anyone in particular.

"Yeah. A real treat to look at, isn't it?" Blake replied, scaring him, surprising him more than the howl in pain that was heard from Kurt due to being blinded by Ayame.

He was aimlessly stumbling as he was trying to regain his vision and almost falling off. Natsu, in Titan Mode once again, tried to pull him back to avoid him from falling, but was almost pulled off himself.

"Kurt! Stop walking back! You're gonna fall off!" He called out.

"Good to know!" Kurt replied, still talking loudly due to the fact that he still can't see, covering his eyes still.

The distraction on Kurt was all that Ryoma needed to land a perfect slice on Natsu and for Rook to charge in head-first into Kurt, having enough strength and momentum to send him off the edge and into the depths of endless space below.

As for its other two members, they were all centered on getting the spark for their team.

"I don't know what you did to me last time, but it won't happen again!" Rei said to Razer, dodging the tail attacks from him and countering back with her sword and flintlock pistol.

"We have to get the spark!" Sophie said, blocking attacks from both Hailey and Adrien.

"That is a feat that has been proven to be easier said than done!" Razer replied.

An alarm was heard again.

"Uh oh!" Adrien said.

"Time to move!" Rei called out. More drop pods came down just as Bass was able to get just enough time to get the spark, crushing him as more turrets came out of them. Rook and Ayame, with Echizen's suit being melted away by the latter, also joined the battle for the spark not too long after.

Ryoma sighed as he was out of the now useless suit. Running past him was Johnny for some odd reason.

"I gotta find some way to get that spark and do somethin'!" Johnny said as he ran past.

"Well that was….." Ryoma said before trailing off, shaking his head a little bit.

"What happened to things being merrier the more people there are? Because all I'm feeling is misery." Adrien said, referring to the new addition of enemies.

"Does that Legendary Ranger Mode have something to deal with that then?" Rei asked, dodging the balls of toxin that Razer was sending at her along with the others.

"Let's find out!" Adrien said before taking out another key figurine, this one being Ninja Storm, before it was grabbed and taken by Ayame via lasso-shaped energy. "No!"

"Do all of you just telegraph your moves? As if we'd just let you transform." Ayame said before the ground was covered in ice not long after, causing her and others to have to dodge to avoid the ice.

"Yeah, that's why I did it from the jump! Now take this!" Natsu said before sending a powerful ice arrow her way. One that she easily dodged.

"Your ice powers are impressive, but it would be wise to use various moves instead of one." Rook said before sending a stream of fire across the ground, causing everyone to have to jump off the ground to avoid it.

"Maybe take your own advice? That was too easy to-" Adrien started before being whacked in the face by Sophie so hard he was knocked over to the burning blue fire that was seen on one of the pillars, causing him to yell in pain before Kurt flew in and grabbed him.

"For your information, that was not a move I used before."

"I don't know if I call that just strength. There was a lot of frustration in that swing." Maki commented.

"Frustration's probably coming from the fact we're losing. And there ain't exactly much time left either."

"She got enhanced strength. Guess we should call that the Sophie swing." Adrien said to him.

Kurt could only shake his head at Adrien's continued jokes before someone in what appeared to have been a batsuit flew over them.

Sophie, using her strength, overwhelmed Hailey in a battle of strength for the spark by headbutting her and disarming her as well. She immediately grabbed and tried to run with the spark immediately, with Rei in pursuit of her. Due to the boots that she had from, well, Risky Boots, she should have had more than enough speed to be able to keep up with her. But on the contrary, she was seemingly getting further and further away from her. When she looked at her shoulder, she saw fire on it. It began to spread as she tried to put it out, causing her to immediately roll on the ground. She tried to yell out but for whatever reason, she couldn't. Everything went black that.

Minutes later, she was back at the island, signaling that the game was over.

"Well, that was something." Chris said.

"Yeah, frustrating. At least for me." Rei added.

"You're the last person to talk about frustrating. What in the world was that!?" Lanolin asked.

"I don't know. I couldn't catch her. I thought I could but…..I guess you could chalk this up to not being my game."

"When you win, it's perseverance. When you lose, it's considered an excuse. And in this case, it's definitely the latter. I should know." Diana said.

"What the heck is going on? You guys are acting like we lost."

Kurt and Zero looked at each other with Lotte not even wanting to look her way to let her read her eyes.

"Who's gonna tell her?" Sucy whispered, scaring the two.

"Hello? Earth to Rei? We did." Yulaw said.

"It all started with that first ignition from Sophie. Everything fell apart after that. And if anything, you're a good reason to blame for it. All you had to do was stop her! Just once!"

"I tried to! I don't know how, but she outran me!"

"Tch, whatever. I don't wanna hear that. None of us do."

"If there's any consolation, we still have to talk things out before voting starts." X said. Though the looks that Mamori and Hiruma had along with Rally indicated that there wouldn't be much talking needed.

"Thank you for your help. We really couldn't do it without you." Eliza said before laughing a little as she walked away.

"Treasures my a[censored]." Kagami said before shaking his head.

"I helped you when you struggled, and you won't even do the same for me? Why?" Her voice didn't even sound like she was upset as much as she was trying to be. She seemed more hurt than anything else.

"Because unlike me, you actually had the power to do somethin'! And you still couldn't! But I guess you were too out of it in whatever fantasy land you were in to notice anything that was happening."

"Tell me you'll at least not vote for me."

He didn't say a word before leaving.

"Kagami, she asked you a question. At least be straight up about it if you aren't." Aomine said to him.

"Your team won. Why the hell would you worried about who I'm voting for?"

"Yeah, I can definitely see why you never had a girlfriend before this."

"The pervert shouldn't be talking."

"At least I have the balls to make it up to people when I'm wrong. It's not like you've ever been put into a situation where you've had to really be like that either."

"Look, I'm not about to sit here and get into another pointless argument. I'm votin' for her, alright!? Who else am I gonna choose that's not gonna me look like an idiot? There, you happy?" Kagami said before leaving.

"Tell that to her, not me."

But he didn't and immediately walked past him. He thought about grabbing his arm but decided not to, shaking his head. He looked at Rei before closing his eyes and putting his arm on the back of his head nonchalantly.

"Much as I don't like how he handled it, gotta admit, you didn't exactly play decent enough to justify a better reaction. If I was in that same position I would have voted for you too. But, glad I'm not. Later firestarter."

"Unfortunate really. To have all the people that would usually come to your support abandon you after one challenge." Bakura said, appearing on the side of her suddenly. "Funny how a simple prize of money can change people. Very, very sad." He said before his demeanor completely changed.

"Ah well. One less obstacle in my path. I was hoping to personally break you two up myself but, I won't complain. Seeing you sit here as your chances go out like a whimpering dog with Kagami looking at you with disdain is more than I could have hoped for."

"You like it simply because of your personality. I myself enjoy it. Bask in it. Wholeheartedly." Hanamiya said, on the other side of her. "Moreso because this is a lot more personal for me. I promised Kagami and the rest of Seirin that I'd make them regret it the next time I saw them on the court. But seeing the person that Kagami cares about look like this is even better. And I didn't even have to lift a finger to do it. Ready to see your boyfriend writhing in pain on the ground like Cameron and Marinette on TV?"

"If-" Rei started before her mouth was suddenly covered again.

"You'll what? There's nothing you can do to stop it. You'll be gone after today." Bakura said. "But, how about we make things a little more permanent?" He took off his Millennium Ring before putting it on Rei. She began to try to scream for help as fire began to engulf her body starting from her legs but her mouth was suddenly covered by webs. She also tried to move but couldn't as her arms and legs were trapped in a spider-web before she was suddenly lit on fire as Bakura laughed.

Seconds later, Adrien was next to her, causing her to yell out in terror, smacking his hand away and running off.

"Woah, woah! Hey, easy! It's me! Your pirate friend! Well, hold on a second." Adrien said, transformed as a samurai before reverting back to Super Mega mode. "Now I'm your pirate friend."

Rei was breathing hard. She could feel her heart beating so fast, it felt like it was about to burst or come out of her chest. She looked around and saw the surroundings of the Cathedral again along with Kurt on the other side of her.

"T-the game. I-it was over! I lost it! Kagami! He….. he… he…." Rei grabbed her head. "Hot…."

With how fast she was speaking, both Kurt and Adrien knew that she wasn't talking about Kagami.

"Chris, she needs to come out!" Kurt called out but got no response. "Chris!"

The lack of a response wasn't because Chris was ignoring him, it was because he was occupied by something else. That something, or rather someone, being a 9-foot Cabal Empress that had him in the air, shirt in hand.

"You may have your authority as host of this show, but Forge and I have full control over what occurs within the battle. You do not. I will not have the integrity of the Iron Banner tainted by your nonsensical ideas. Remove him. Now." Caiatl said.

"Alright, alright! Jeez." Chris said before calling Doyle to get him to come out. "Talk about biting the hand that feeds you." He said, straightening up his clothes.

"I am truly grateful for this opportunity. But I do not like your incessant snide remarks and disrespect. From your insistence of making us dress as clowns in your costumes to this. I am no 'dude'. You will address me as Empress, or I and Forge will leave and cancel the match."

"I mean, I could just get another game instead."

"You could. But, rumblings around the galaxy will surface about the disrespect and mistreatment of an Empress of an entire empire. Who would want to collaborate with someone that would do this to someone of such high status?"

"She's got a point." Heloise whispered.

"Shut up. I know. And I hate it." Chris gritted between his teeth. "Alright. Apologies for that Empress. I'll make sure that won't happen again, alright?"

"You would do well to ensure that it doesn't. Forge, resume the match!"

"Yeah, I asked her and Saladin about wearing costumes when she first requested to see the contestants battle firsthand. A cookie costume for Caiatl and a Bloo costume for Saladin. Or Forge. Whichever name he goes by. They looked at me as if I said something weird to them. I even tried the KO and a police officer outfits. Even a McQueen jacket. Probably should have told me everything I needed to know about what to expect. Really fun duo."

"Something told me to accept Saint's request instead. Or just get Drifter back here now. But hey, least the drop pod flattenings are still funny."

"Wait, Chris, before you start the match, can you listen to what Adrien and Kurt have to say?" Kagami asked.

"Sure. I guess." Chris said.

"Chris, Empress!" Adrien called out.

"What is it?" Caiatl asked, almost about to return back to the portal.

"It's Rei. She's out. And I don't mean just knocked out. Something was wrong with her earlier. She was screaming. Like she was horrified of something. She said something about hot. I think she might have a fever."

"Did you try throwing her off?" Chris asked.

"Are you kidding me? What kind of a response is that?" Kurt asked in disbelief.

"I'm not trying to be funny. How do you think Ayame was no longer exhausted? Or how Natsu was able to transform again? Etcetera, etcetera. It might help. Just give it a try."

Kurt and Adrien looked at each other, thinking about whether to do it or not.

"Chris, are you sure this is gonna work?" Kagami asked.

"It should."

"'It should' isn't good enough! I need you to a hundred percent know! You really think people would just throw someone off something like that's a normal thing!?"

"I do not think it would be right to resume the game if she is like this. I don't like this suggestion but, call off the game Senor Chris. Empress Caiatl." Puss suggested.

"If she isn't feeling well, then we should at least work to find a good solution to resolve it where no one has a risk of getting hurt." Razer said.

"That's rich coming from the guy that did it." Kagami commented.

"Razer's not like that. I'm sure he didn't mean for it to end up like this." Ruby said.

"Just playing the game….. yeah. But still, if he did it, he should have a way to reverse it, right?"

Ruby could only shrug.

"Bring her out of the game. Do whatever is necessary to have her treated. Then, we can resume." Caiatl decided. "Cancelling the match would seem to be the more sensible choice, but, decisions cannot be made to exclusively cater to one group. All groups and how they will be affected must be kept in mind to make the best decision."

"To continue to give a fair shot to the other two teams as well. I can understand that." Lanolin said. Rei was promptly brought out of the Dreadnaught. Adrien, by his request, was also brought back as well.

"Okay, anyone have anything to deal with a fever?" Toxsa asked.

"Outside of medicine, there isn't much else we can use. We don't exactly have quick access to a quick method of restoring her." Mamori said.

"This was the same problem that we ran into with Cameron. And Marinette." Diana said.

"But at least with this, this is something I can work with and it won't take me forever to figure out. Give me a few minutes." Sucy said.

"I'll be less than that." Rick said. He used his portal gun to leave. A couple of minutes later, he came back with a bottle of pills. "Here, this should stop the fever."

"Pills? How come you couldn't make candy like with Natsu?" Akko asked.

"Was trying to make it quick. Besides, the candy is more of a convenience and ease of access type of thing. It works regardless of whether it's candy or pills. It's either that or whatever the hell Sucy's got. Take your pick."

"Whatever you guys want. Doesn't matter to me. Long as you don't change your mind out of nowhere." Sucy said, shrugging.

"I'd say give her the potions. I don't trust just giving her pills." Kagami said. "We don't know what he put in those things."

"And you trust the girl that did what she did to Grimm more?" Octavia asked.

"Adrien, you did something to calm her down. Could you maybe do it again?" Lucy asked.

"All I did was use the resist disc. It's supposed to reverse and block mind-based affects like mind control so I tried it here. Didn't say anything about fevers." Adrien answered.

After hearing this, Johnny raised an eyebrow and looked at the camera.

"Got no reason to hurt her. But again, it's whatever you want. Fever's easy to remedy, so it didn't take me that long to get this, so I don't really care." Rick said.

"If she's too sick to keep playing, what happens?" X asked Chris.

"Up to Caiatl." Chris said.

"Forge can explain." Caiatl said, passing things off to the Iron Lord.

"In the Iron Banner, similar to the Crucible, there is always the possibility of Guardians leaving, for whatever the case may be. If that happens, then another can replace them. If it is early enough in the game. In this case, it is too late to make a replacement. If Rei is unable to continue, then you'll have one less person to battle with you." He explained.

"We can say whatever we want, but Kagami's the closest to her out of all of us here. It's up to him." Rally said.

Kagami, sitting down, had his fingers from each arm together. He was silent for a few seconds before closing his eyes. "I know you guys might think this is a dumb decision but, just let her stay out. I'd never be able to look at myself in the mirror if something happened to her. If we lose, I'll take the blame and quit."

"Fair enough." Rick said.

"We understand. We'll just have to try our best to hold the lead." Lanolin said before shots were heard.

"FORGET BEING DEFENSIVE! This is when we need to continue to attack! Trying not to lose is exactly what will make us lose this lead. GO ALL OUT! ALL OF YOU! GOT IT!?" Hiruma yelled.

"We'll do our best." Adrien said.

"It looks as if the decision has been made. The match will now resume!" Caiatl declared.

"Maybe I'm being too paranoid. And too overprotective. But, no game is worth someone's health. Yes, I know that's rich coming from me when I asked to play even though my legs were giving out against Midorima. And even Kiyoshi refused to come out in the game against Hanamiya. But at least in those cases, we were conscious. She's not. Like I said, I'm a man of my word. If we lose, I'll quit."

"If Rick really wanted to do something to her, he could have easily did it to Natsu with the medicine. The downsides of being on a team like this. They'll think with their hearts instead of their minds. And every single one of them are morons for going along with it too. 'Smartest man in the universe'. Even the 'Devil Commander' went along with it. Oh well, at least Kagami will take the fall if we lose. One less thing to worry about having to do."

The game continued, with the spark being in the same place that Sophie dropped it. However, the ignition location was moved, this time inside the cathedral where a stone tablet was.

But even in its current location, the battle for the spark was still fierce.

"Taking advantage of numbers is easier said than done. But we have to find a way!" Sophie thought.

Adrien aimed his pistol at Johnny and fired it at him but he blocked all of the shots, deflecting them. The problem was, he was reflecting them all over the place, causing everyone, including his teammates to have to duck or dodge the shots with Ayame actually getting hit by one of them.

"Exactly how is he still here again?" Zak M. commented.

"We could say the same for you." Ben said.

"What, because I'm not my goody copy? Come up with an actual reason. Oh that's right, you can't. Because I haven't given anyone a reason to eliminate me."

"What do you mean we don't have a reason? You didn't even want to try in the shuffleboarding game!" Kaz said.

"A game that we won. I need you to name me a time right now, that Johnny has done anything that's warranted him staying. Only reason he's not on Dragonfly Jones' level is because, well, it takes a special kind of useless and stupid to be Dragonfly. And he's not there. Surprisingly."

"Hey, that's enough." Hanamiya spoke up. "I'm not saying you're not allowed to have opinions, but Johnny's earned his way to lasting this long. The same with everyone else. No one here loses or wins these games just because of one person. If that was the case, then why is it there's almost no unanimous votes?"

"Because not everyone thinks the same?"

"Exactly my point."

"To be honest, I think the guy is an absolute idiot. And he hasn't done anything to prove otherwise. The real difference between Dragonfly and Johnny is that Dragonfly put himself out there with his stupid antics, making him an easy target to get eliminated. But, I have to put my real opinions aside to try to keep this team together. I wasn't lying about what I said when it comes to team play though. As much as I can't stand most of them for various reasons, if I'm gonna get far enough to play on my own, I'm gonna need these guys to do it. Which also means keeping their goodwill."

Focusing back on the game, Ayame was able to blind everyone temporarily and take the spark for herself.

"At least give a warning first." Ryoma(The samurai one) said.

"At some point, we needed some way to score. Gotta do what you gotta do." Mr. Wolf said.

Johnny, Echizen and Natsu were the first ones to recover. Less than two minutes remained as Ayame closed in on the rift.

The only thing that stopped her from igniting it was the fact that another drop pod came down from the sky with more Scorpius turrets to protect it.

"I'm really starting to think these drop pod placements are intentional." Reagan commented.

"I've kinda had that thought myself. What Ruby said about drop pods wasn't exactly a hundred percent a lie." Yang said.

The constant fire forced Ayame to have to take cover, allowing her pursuers to catch up to her. Despite her effort to try to keep it, she was ultimately defeated, causing her to drop the spark.

"I'm goin' for it!" Johnny said before trying to run for the spark. Something that, considering the fact that he made no effort to try to defend himself or watch his surroundings while gathering the energy, should have made him easy to pick off. But Ryoma blocked Natsu's path.

"What are you doing!? You're supposed to be going after the spark, not fighting him!" Courtney yelled out, to no avail.

"Using tennis skills to fight? I don't get it but, to each their own I guess." Natsu said to Echizen as they fought.

"Found it a lot easier to just play that way. How do you think I was able to do better at table tennis playing it for the first time?" Echizen said.

"I still don't get it but, whatever."

Meanwhile, Johnny, completely ignoring the fact that he was being shot at by the turrets, continued to run to the rift and blocked some of the shots with his lightsaber.

Despite Rook catching up to Johnny with high-speed flight, it was already too late. By the time he knocked him out, the rift was already ignited, the turrets were destroyed, and Echizen and Natsu were knocked out from the ignition radius along with Rook.

"Too little too late. The rift has been ignited. As for Johnny, a bold move. Some may call it foolish. Regardless of which it is, it scored a point. Next location."

"Wow. We scored and I'm still-" Beta started, dress in a small stormtrooper suit before Courtney was seen trying her hardest to pull out her own hair before taking an extra notepad that she had in her pocket out and stomped on it numerous times in anger, breathing heavily afterwards as several people looked at her.

"Usually, I'm not one for theatrics or reactions like that, but I can't say it wasn't warranted. I have no idea what was going on in Echizen's head. And I didn't expect to be saying that about him of all people."

"Everyone wants to put the focus on Echizen, but what the heck was Natsu doing? He could have easily frozen the turrets, frozen Johnny to make him drop the spark and then dealt with Echizen. Only reason he won't get the blame is because of A: What Kagami said about quitting and B: We're winning. No one's going to want to hear any excuses about why we lost when we already had a decent lead."

Beta was seen adjusting something on Hailey's phone before showing what was on the screen to the audience, which was a buffoon tier list, which included everyone that competed here. "See? Fixed."

Firebase Echo

Arcadian Valley, Nessus/7066 Nessus

This location on the Centaur planet took place mostly in a now abandoned Cabal base. Some normal outside parts could be seen such as the courtyard and a cave along with a few trees in the distance that had red leaves(though this area with the trees was out of bounds). Funny enough, an unused drop pod could also be seen.

The second the teams appeared, no one was worried about sightseeing or looking at the surroundings. With how much time was left, that was the last thing to be worried about.

"Spark charging."

Seconds later, when the teams found each other as they all converged on the spark, less than a minute remained.

"One minute remains. No matter who prevails, it won't be because you let them. Fight!"

And the teams did just that. The only reason another drop pod wasn't dropped down on the spark location was because it was under one area of the base.

"Just one more! Even if we can't win, we can at least tie!" Hailey said, swiping at Rook, who jumped and spun around while creating streams of fire from his hands like a large helicopter, with the propellors being streams of flames. Everyone was forced to duck or risk being burned. Everyone except for Natsu, Ayame and Echizen, all of whom blocked it instead, with the two larger competitors(Natsu was in Titan Mode again), pushing forward as they did.

Natsu shot an arrow blast that split apart, targeting both Echizen and Rook simultaneously and froze both. But the latter wouldn't stay frozen for long as he used his heat to break free. He then expanded that heat to create an explosive wave, forcing everyone to have to shield themselves from it.

Echizen took this as the chance to grab the spark, with Adrien shooting at him and Kurt sending energy blasts his way to try to stop him from getting away with it. Bass decided to just run at him, not even bothering to try to use a Hadoken instead. But it didn't matter as Razer pulled him down with his tail. The ki blasts from Kurt was what knocked down Echizen.

"RPM Red! Get in Gear!" Adrien called out, changing as he was running to another Legendary Red Ranger, this time taking advantage of the power boots to give him extra speed to run and get the spark.

"Thirty seconds remain!"

"You're not getting that spark!" Sophie yelled before running after him but was losing ground. She tried throwing her staff but it was easily deflected by him.

"No staff's beating my Nitro Sword!" Adrien said as he used said weapon to block it. He also used it to deflect the fire attacks from Rook and turned back Bass and Johnny's Force lightning.

"Time to clear a path! Samurai Red!" After quickly morphing he pulled out another power disc. "Fire sma-" He then get a chance to finish before he was struck down by Echizen, a strike that didn't even downgrade him to regular Megaforce mode. He was back to his normal self. Though instead of his normal clothes, he was wearing a brown leather jacket over a red shirt and blue jeans.

"Guess I got carried away…." Adrien said, too hurt to move.

Echizen blocked as he grabbed the spark.

"Go! We'll hold them off!" Razer said, pulling down Bass with his tail again, with said robot having enough and pulling on the tail hard.

But instead of doing that, Echizen passed the spark to Ayame, who at first was confused, considering the fact that they were on opposing teams, giving Natsu the chance he needed to knock her out. He tried grabbing it next but Hailey attempted to whack him on the back of the head to get him to drop it, which did nothing.

"Uh o-" The next thing she knew, she was sent into a supply crate. And that would be the last thing she would see as the match would end several seconds later.

"And that's the match. The Rats hold on to be the victors."

"Despite the odds being against you, you were able to hold on to attain victory. Well done. As for the Breakers, a valiant effort, but not enough. And as I said before, moral victories do not equate to a genuine one. Caiatl believes in the Cabal in striking as one fist. Kings, you did not do that. Perhaps if you did, you wouldn't leave here empty-handed."

"Change that to one person." Todd said as the 11 returned.

"Ryoma, what was that about? You had the spark." Isagi said to him.

"What are you talking about?" Echizen asked, blinking his eyes in genuine confusion.

"What the hell do you mean 'what is he talking about'? Come on dude, the worst thing you can do is play dumb." Aomine said.

"I really have no clue what you guys are talking about. And why are we back here? Is the game already over?" He was suddenly grabbed by Courtney by the shirt, who thought about yelling at him but put him down instead. Unfortunately, Skipper didn't give him that same mercy.

"WHAT IN THE NAME OF DAVY JONES IS WRONG WITH YOU MAN!? WE HAD IT! TWICE! TWO TIMES! THAT ONE POINT JOHNNY SCORED COULD HAVE BEEN OURS! WE COULD HAVE TIED THE GAME BEFORE YOU WENT AWOL! AND THEN YOU JUST PASS THE SPARK TO AYAME!?" Skipper yelled out.

"But I didn't-"

"AND YOU'RE LYING ABOUT IT!?" Skipper yelled before hitting him multiple times and yelling in his face.

"That's enough. We still have another game to play." Din said to him. He wasn't happy about it either, but ranting and yelling about it wasn't going to change the score and the Mandolorian knew it.

"You don't tell me what's enough! But fine! You're right about the second game. Troops! Get ready for round two! Arm yourselves and prepare for battle!"

"Yep. All hope isn't lost for the trailing teams yet to stay safe from elimination. Or even outright win. Round two's about to start." Chris said before a portal opened. "I need the other twelve to step into the portal please."

"You're not gonna act weird like Echizen did are you?" Aomine asked Eliza, Paul and Weiss.

Paul gave no response.

"Trust me, this costume will not affect my mind. Not as if it did anything else." Eliza said.

"I'll be fine. A least, as fine as I can be with these arms." Weiss said.

"If you run out of ideas, take your arms off and slap someone with em." Louie said.

"Wait, what?" Huey said, confused.

"You know what? I'd probably do it too, just to laugh at it later. But in my case, I'd use my head instead like a bowling ball." Dewey said.

"No one's removing any body parts! Just play the game normally and do your best." Huey said.

A/N: Story wise, I've played everything up to Ghost of Sparta(I still need to finish said game and I have not played 2, 3, the 2018 game or Ragnarök yet). Let's just say this challenge takes place in an alternate universe before the events of God of War 1.

Kurita was heard yelling before he fell to the ground with a large thud that was so loud it could be heard in the heavens. Literally in this case.

He looked around and saw the rotunda that he was on. He was also seemingly the only person there.

"Hello!?" Kurita called out. "Kise? Becky?" He then gathered breath before letting out a loud yell. "LUCYYYYYYYY!"

No response was heard except his own echo coming back to him. Now he was getting worried. He was hoping he didn't somehow go the wrong way and left everyone to have to fight outnumbered again.

He ran forward to the middle of the rotunda and saw four statues.

"Welcome to the Rotunda of Olympus, Kingdom of the Gods. It is here that you will choose one God to represent in your battle for glory and survival." A voice said.(This voice's VA is Troy Baker, who voices the Multiplayer Announcer)

Kurita looked at the statues of the four Gods of Olympus in awe. These statues, from left to right being, Ares, the God of War, Hades, God of the Dead, Zeus, the God of Thunder and the Heavens, and Poseidon, the God of the Seas.

"You seek to help and protect your friends. Once you align yourself with me, the minions of the underworld will be available to you to do just that!" Hades called out to him as he was the closest to his statue.

"Align yourself with me and the light of Olympus shall be yours to wield!" Zeus called out.

"Align? But, I'm already with a team." Kurita said low. "Do any of you know where my teammates are?" No response was given by the two statues that spoke before, so he went to the others.

"Mortal, I see that you wish to care for and protect your friends and allies. If you align yourself with me, I will grant you the power to aid your injured brothers and sisters in arms in battle of any wound or ailment. All with the power of the seas." The Poseidon statue offered.

"Do you know where they are? Can you take me to them?" Kurita asked. But no response was given from the Poseidon statue either.

So he went to the Ares statue next.

"There is no peace without war mortal. If you wish to help your friends, you must fight your enemies. I can give you the power to strike them down." The Ares statue offered.

"Can any of you take me to my friends!?" Kurita asked. But none of them answered.

"Choosing one of them may be the only way." He thought.

He ultimately chose Poseidon as he seemed to have had the nicest offer out of all of them to him.

"With the power of the seas at your command, you will be able to heal yourself and others and freeze would-be aggressors." The Poseidon statue said before Kurita was brought of the area.

Lucy, Becky and Kise had also chosen a god to align with and assist them afterwards. Lucy had chosen Hades, Becky had chosen Zeus, while Kise had chosen Hades.

Libby was dropped down after Lucy had left.

"Hello!? Where is everyone!?" Libby yelled out as she went into the middle where the statues were.

"I can tell how much you want to help your teammates in battle. You can be much more than just a cook, mechanic or singer mortal. Align with me and I will bring you to your fullest potential, as a WARRIOR!" The Ares statue offered.

"Uh….." Libby started, confused.

"Mortal…" The voice of Hades scared the girl as she jump back, terrified. "I can see you already have a known relationship with a ghost, correct?"

"Wait, h-how do you-"

"Then you should have no problem wielding the souls of the Underworld! But that will only be possible if you give your allegiance to me!"

"I don't know….. maybe? I want to listen to what the others have to say first." Libby said, remember that Chris mentioned the Gods of Olympus assisting them, subsiding her fears.

"Mortal, if you align yourself with me, I promise you glory that you could never imagine achieving, with the might of the Heavens!" The Zeus statue bellowed.

She then went to Poseidon.

"You value your friends greatly. And water is the essence of life. Join me mortal, and with the power of the seas at your command, you will have the power to continue to care for them in battle!" The Poseidon statue bellowed.

"Hmm….." Libby thought. After several seconds she made her decision. She went to align herself with Hades.

"As expected! The souls of the underworld and your enemies will now be yours to wield!" Hades said before Libby was suddenly brought of the area.

The rest of her team made their choices as well. Mr. Wolf had chosen Zeus, Tsukishima had chosen Poseidon and Launch had chosen Ares.

Courtney was the first to appear for her team.

"Join with me mortal, and receive the power to assist and aid your injured allies in battle!" Poseidon said to Courtney.

"Aid? That sounds like more of a support role. I'm going to need a lot more than that." Courtney said before going to the others.

"With the unmatched power of Zeus, I will help you attain victory and glory! For yourself and your team!" Zeus offered.

"Think of all those you have had to get through. To defeat. Imagine if you could use the power of your fallen enemies to aid you in battle! That is what only I can provide! But, this power will only become yours when you give your allegiance to me!" Hades bellowed.

She was almost about to make a decision before Ares' statue spoke.

"Mortal, how many defeats have suffered? Frustration and anger can be weaponized, if used correctly. No tricks. No bold declarations. Only the power to crush your enemies." The statue said.

It seemed like it took her forever to make a choice, but she ultimately chose Ares.

"You made the right choice, mortal! With the fires of Olympus at your beck and call, your enemies will suffer as you have suffered!"

The others on her team also made their choices. Eliza chose Hades. Weiss had chosen Poseidon, while Paul had chosen Zeus.

Walls of Troy

"On the edge of the Aegean, where the great God Helios banishes Nyx from the night sky, an epic battle rages within the great walled city of Troy. This legendary conflict has claimed countless lives, leaving nothing but ruin in its wake."

The twelve dropped down in different spots of the area, with this battle taking place in the city of Troy as a raging war was seen in the background.

"Begin!"

"Greek Mythology. Ancient history that I never expected to be brought up again. Outside of the Vex." Saladin commented, watching the battle alongside Caiatl back on the island.

"If it has any relation to the Vex, then this may be an interesting battle yet." Caiatl replied.

Using his extra speed as the blue blur, Kurita was the first to discover and pick up a weapon for battle in the arena. The weapon in question being a javelin.

The second he saw one of his teammates, Kise in the distance, he was overjoyed to see that they were okay and quickly ran to them. But his joy would be cut short by the bullets being shot from the assault rifle that Mr. Wolf wielded. Or at least that's what the anthropomorphic animal thought, his attire not even really changing that much from what he originally wore outside of the tie and the glasses.

"Right. Forgot he's bulletproof. For some reason." Mr. Wolf commented to himself, no longer aiming down the scope after seeing the bullets had no effect on the lineman, harmlessly bouncing off him, with Kurita himself not even caring about the fact that he was being attacked in the first place, embracing the now curly-haired blonde.

"What happened to not being able to use our own abilities?" Noelle asked.

"I mean, what do you want me to do? I can't change how his body works." Chris said.

"With that strength combined with the speed of Sonic….." Lanolin started.

Hiruma grinned.

"He'll be incredibly hard to stop." Blaze said, low as Weiss, who tried to use a grappling hook to pull on his legs, wasn't strong enough to pull him down to the ground and fell herself.

Tsukishima tried to shoot him not long after with the Marine Corps assault rifle he had(Think of the assault rifle from the first Halo game) and saw that it had no effect, something that he told Mr. Wolf when he met up with him.

"Yeah, I already figured that ou- watch out!" Mr. Wolf called out. But it was too late. The blocker turned Marine was impaled in the chest by a sword. The sword coming from Eliza from a distance.

Mr. Wolf shot at her while she attempted to run at the pair. But she was able to dodge all of the shots and ran at him before scratching him in the face.

"That actually hurt." Mr. Wolf said, holding on to his face in pain.

"That's the point." Eliza said before she was hit by the same sword she impaled Tsukishima with, by the same person. "How did-"

"Shield." He answered as a sound was heard, indicating that it was recharging. "A recharging one at that." He continued to swipe at her with the sword, but missed every attack after the first one that caught her off guard. It disappeared from his hands not long after, so he quickly started to use the assault rifle he had earlier to shoot her.

"The big guy may be bulletproof, but last time I checked, you aren't." He said as Mr. Wolf also joined in at shooting at her. None of the shots hit her from what they could see, but it was seemingly enough to chase her off as she retreated.

"We definitely haven't seen the last of her." Mr. Wolf said as a chest appeared in the distance not long after. "Well, lucky us."

They went to open it. While nothing appeared out of the red chest, he was awarded points for simply opening it.

On the opposite side of the city, Courtney was battling Lucy and Launch in a three-way battle.

Launch was bespectacled and her blue hair was now tied in a ponytail. She also wore a peach-colored sweater over a white button-up dress shirt and wore green pants.

Lucy's attire was based off the superhero, taking somewhat of the appearance of a squirrel as seen by her bushy tail and headband that had squirrel-like ears.

Using the shield that she found, Launch kept her guard up with said shield and used a shield bash as a counterattack whenever she saw an opening, which was easier said than done due to how slow she was swinging the shield compared to the speed that Courtney and Lucy had, especially the latter.

The mage turned squirrel hero was starting to overwhelm the CIT turned store worker with her speed and strength. Something that the latter seemingly had had enough of and let out a mighty yell that could be heard by all 11 other players and created a shockwave to boot. A shockwave that took away Launch's shield and Lucy's defenses.

She then kicked her, a kick that gave Lucy the indication that something was wrong as something like that wasn't supposed to hurt as much as it did.

As for Launch, seeing that she was defenseless, she immediately took off to run. But that attempt would be cut short as she was trucked by Becky. A fate that almost took Paul out seconds ago had Weiss not grappled him to safety.

"Man-pig! Wordgirl! Use your strength together!" Hiruma called out to the two but got no response. He began to yell it out louder but still got no response. "What's going on with these things!?"

"I think there's some interference. We can't seem to reach anyone either. Nothing but static." Bren said.

"Chris didn't exactly make any indication that this wasn't real. So more than likely, the Gods want to make sure it's them and only them that can intervene." Jotaro inferred as an announcement was just made that they had intervened via the stone-hurling catapult that was made available to turn to use.

"It would seem that they aren't too keen on Chris' 'additions' either." Caiatl commented.

"Too bad we can't ask them." Chris said, not exactly happy about the shot taken at him by her.

Lucy had tried to escape Courtney's constant attacks using the magic provided by Hades but couldn't as that was also seemingly stripped away by Courtney's yell as well. But even with her constant attacks, she was still outnumbered as Becky attempted to stampede at her as well. Courtney was a split second away from trying to stop the charge herself with her bare hands but decided not to and instead decided to dodge out of the way of the attack, giving Lucy the time to launch a counterattack by leaping at her.

"You're really leaning into this squirrel thing aren't you?" Courtney said to her, trying to keep her teeth away from her.

"And you're leaning into your angry side huh? Who did you choose anyway?" Lucy asked.

"Angry? I'm not angry. Who do you think I am, Kagami? As for who I chose, I picked Ares. You?"

"Hades. Magic that I can't even use thanks to whatever you did." She replied, still trying to get to her, with Courtney still surprisingly putting up a decent enough fight to keep the mage back.

"Hades? Huh. Well that's a-" Courtney was launched into the air by Becky before Lucy jumped high in the air to follow up with another attack that sent her flying out of the arena, causing her ring-out to be the first KO of the game. Libby would have been the second had she not escaped via the magic of Hades. She had become a swirling mist of dark energy that floated around, Kise, Kurita, Weiss and Paul, while also sapping away their energy and transferring said energy to her.

But unlike those four, she wouldn't continue to fight as she cut her losses, took the energy and ran(well floated in her case) with it, going into a portal door that sent her to a completely different area of the arena.

An amulet available for anyone to use along with a smaller catapult was seen not too far from where she was.

"A treasure!" She readily grabbed the relic before she heard footsteps quickly approaching her from behind. She yelped and pointed the amulet at the source of the footsteps, who was Eliza. She was surrounded by jade green energy as she was moving in slow motion, still in the process of swinging the club weapon that she had picked up.

Libby was unsure of what else to do afterwards after stepping back a bit, still surprised at the fact that Eliza was slowed down.

Not long afterwards, the originally slowed contestant returned to her normal speed.

"I thought I had you. Well, you won't get away this time!" Eliza said as purple energy had surrounded her, signaling that she was channel the magic given to her by Hades. Before she could use it, Libby quickly sent another blast from the amulet, slowing her again.

"Wait, I've got magic too!" Libby remembered before using her own magic which unleashed multiple purple orbs. These purple orbs being souls of the undead. These souls surrounded and relentlessly attacked Eliza, with said victim still being too slow to do anything about the torment that was unleashed on her.

"Souls of the undead huh?" Sucy commented before sighing. "Oh well. You can't win them all."

"What?" Diana asked, confused.

"Souls? Undead? Think about it for a second." Akko whispered.

She was still confused but decided not to dig in any further.

As for Libby, she retreated again.

"What is up with her running away? She could have finished Eliza off!" Scratch said.

"She had nothing to defend herself with. I can understand why she did it." Molly said.

"The catapult? Her own hands? The gods demand for blood! Give it to them!"

Molly just looked at him, slightly disturbed by his comment.

"What? It's true. What do you wanna do, wait out the whole 30 minutes?"

Speaking of catapults, Paul, Weiss, Kise and Kurita were still battling for the larger catapult. While Kise was easily the weakest link out of all of them, even with the magic he had already used, getting through Kurita just to get to him was proving to be easier said than done for the trainer and huntress. Kurita continued to swing the hammer that he had picked up after the javelin disappeared previously at the pair. It was Weiss and her use of defensive magic items that prevented Kurita from using his speed to overwhelm them.

"I don't care what any of the others say. You're not invincible!" Paul said, referring to Kurita before charging up electrical energy within himself, signaling that he was channeling a large amount of magical energy in his body. Something that even caught his teammate Weiss off guard.

"He's gonna blow!" Kise said, with Kurita immediately grabbing Kise to run. Before they could speed off, Weiss, turning into a mist of Frost, flew at them before making a round at Paul at the end before she returned to normal, drained of all magical energy temporarily.

Kurita tried to shield himself and Kise with a protective barrier but was too slow to react, while Paul actually seemed to be faster. Not even a second later, he unleashed a large sphere of lightning around himself, shocking Kise and Kurita. While the former was unconscious from the heavy shock that was inflicted on him, the latter was still standing. A frag grenade was seen rolling on the ground.

"Mo-" Weiss started but it was too late. The explosion was already heard.

"Good work, mortal!" Poseidon said to Tsukishima, scoring three knockouts with a single frag grenade.

"We could have used him in the first round with how he'splaying." Reagan commented as they still had to deal with Lucy and Becky, who they were still battling prior to the grenade throw. The triple KO was only due to a heads up play from him after the attack from Paul had drawn the five's attention.

"Master Tsukki confirmed?" Hinata remarked.

"I have no idea what you're talking about, but it sounds like you're overhyping him. Slow your roll." Kageyama said.

"The other two are one thing. But that recharging shield's going to be a problem. He's obviously their tank." Becky said to Lucy as they took cover from the constant bullets and the plasma grenade behind two pillars on the opposite side of the bridge they were on. Her evidence being the fact that he took a charge from her in place of Launch, a charge that she probably wouldn't have survived(and one he probably only survived because the shield took a decent bit of the damage).

"Tanks can still be busted. No matter what he looks like, I know that had to hurt. No offense to him or the guy he's supposed to be for this game, but Natsu and the rest of my guild have faced off against guys that looked invincible. I'm not giving up that easy." Lucy said. "I'll be on your back. Charge in and I'll leap off you."

As much as Becky wanted to express how risky this plan seemed, she also knew that it wasn't going to be long before the three wondered what they were doing and tried to push. So she went along with it.

They charged in across the bridge, with Becky using what magic she had left to create a protective water-based barrier around the two to take more damage. Which seemed to do just the trick as the bullets proved to have had no effect on the barrier.

Lucy then hopped off and attacked grabbed Tsukishima and locked him in a tight bearhug. His suit's shield energy was depleting as she kept him in her grip, with him unable to get free as it felt as if his very soul was leaving his body.

"Fire in the hole!" Mr. Wolf called out before shooting a grenade from the grenade launcher that he also had before it exploded. Unfortunately, it hit Becky's shield as she stepped in front of the explosion. And while it was able to burst the shield, the shield was what took all of the damage. Tsukishima was on the ground, dazed after the draining was finished. Libby, from a distance, saw this and looked at the amulet that she had and knew that she had to make a decision. She ran across the bridge as fast as she could and blasted Lucy just as she was about to finish Tsukishima off.

As for Mr. Wolf, he and Becky were blasted by another grenade launched by the former, taking them both out.

Seeing that Tsukishima was still too exhausted to move, Libby threw the javelin that she had at Lucy and constantly threw more and more until she fell to the ground.

"Really glad that this isn't genuine." Libby said afterwards.

"Genuine? What's she talking about?" Asta asked.

"Literally coping about the fact that she just impaled someone with multiple javelins." Zak answered.

"Whatever floats her boat I guess. Better that than her deciding to refuse to play." Chris said.

"You all take this lightly. Remember that unlike Saladin, we are not Guardians who get the ability to resurrect. If put in that same position, would you feel the same way?" Caiatl asked, more to Chris than anyone else.

"Don't know. Mostly because I know that won't ever be the case since I don't participate in these games. Because if I did, someone's going to complain about bias, cheating, blah blah blah. And also because the audience is here to watch these guys embarrass themselves and beat up on each other. Not me."

"You forget Empress, there was a time that we were lightless as well." Saladin said.

"Yes. When Ghaul's Red Legion laid siege on your Tower." Caiatl recalled. "I assume you four have already been informed of the tale of the Red War?" She asked Ruby and the rest of her team.

"Yeah. We were definitely late bloomers. Missed a lot." Ruby said.

"Late bloomer. Is that a pun I detect?" Penny asked.

"Pun? What are you-ohhhhhhh. No, no pun intended."

An explosion was heard that quickly turned everyone's attention back on the screen. That explosion being a statue being damaged, specifically, the Statue of Apollo. Not long after, the match was stopped.

"Lean on your skill, not on your back." The announcer said to the defeat Rats members.

"Second only means you are the first to experience defeat. Try again." He said to Eliza, the only member that remained on her team.

"Your victory brings you one step closer to ultimate glory." He said to the Breakers.

The teams' points were tallied, with a bonus for surviving players.

Breakers: 37(+60 players remaining bonus)=97(8 points were scored by Libby off-screen

Kings: 64(+20 players remaining bonus)=84(6 points were scored by Eliza off-screen via finding chests. 50 was earned by her for damaging the Apollo statue with the catapult)

Rats:11 points(6 were earned from Kise and Kurita off-screen via chests)

"Wait, is that it?" Kaz commented.

Labyrinth of Daedalus

"The Labyrinth of Daedalus. It hangs upon the great chain between Mount Olympus and the Underworld. A contraption designed by the mortal Daedalus, it was designed at the behest of Zeus to contain the key to Pandora's Box. No mortal dare test its torturous machinery unprepared. Or they will find themselves entangled in the maze forever." The Announcer explained as the twelve were on three different cubes, approaching one in the middle.

"Since Kurita's bulletproof, it's probably a good idea for us to stick together around him." Kise said to his teammates.

"With his speed, he'll be able to get to one of us if we need help in the event we do get separated a bit. That's actually not a bad idea!" Becky said.

Seconds later, the cubes connected, allowing them to jump down to the middle cube.

"Begin!"

Fountains were seen for the surviving players to replenish their energy and magic. But that feeling wouldn't last long as the teams immediately became locked into battle, grenades and all.

"Look out!" Lucy called out as grenades were seen falling, with them exploding seconds later.

Even though none of them connected, it allowed Tsukishima and Launch to get free shots off at Paul and others that weren't being protected by Kurita. Well, everyone except for Courtney, who immediately took to the skies the second a warning about grenades was heard.

"Wait. Where'd Courtney go?" Mr. Wolf said. He'd get his answer when she slammed on to the ground, right on Kurita and the rest of his teammates. Shen then followed it up with another magic-based attack as her hands were now on fire. Another mighty yell was heard from her as she slammed the ground with great impact, creating a large fiery explosion. Despite all four of the people that she just hit putting up some sort of defenses to block or evade the attack, she didn't care. And it showed as she slammed the ground a second time, creating an even bigger explosion of fire.

"Jesus." Reagan commented.

While the attack did seem to have a devastating effect on those that were hit by it, breaking Kurita's shield, it was at the cost of her exhausting all the magic she had left, meaning that the power of Ares was no longer going to be available for her to use.

"At the very least, we made some of them exhaust their magic early. We need to use that to our advantage." Tsukishima said.

"Good idea." Mr. Wolf said.

"Just because I don't have magic doesn't make me defenseless!" Courtney yelled out before running at them to attack them.

"Seems to me like you are but, whatever buddy." Mr. Wolf said before aiming his pistol at her. The only reason she wasn't lying on the ground gone for the rest of the game was because of Paul grabbing a hold of her in a hug and creating a barrier around himself. He took this time to roll her and himself out of harm's way.

"Great. Now I'm almost out of magic." Paul said. "Now I'm starting to further understand why you haven't won anything here."

"What's that sup-" Courtney wouldn't finish her statement before a large black scorpion appeared onto the cube, immediately grabbing Paul before tossing him away off the cube. It then hisses and quickly leaps off the cube to another one, disappearing from sight.

"What was that!?" Kise shouted out in horror.

"Something that I really hope we don't see again." Lucy replied.

"I don't think this was the divine intervention we had in mind." Dwayne commented.

"Well, it worked out in our favor at least. Paul's gone for the game." Hanamiya said.

"Hanamiya's right about that. Paul's gone." Chris said with said person coming back seconds later. He could only close his eyes and shake his head.

Because no weapons were made available to use, a majority of the contestants, other than Tsukishima, Mr. Wolf and Launch, had to fight with their hands in a bare-knuckle brawl.

One that Kise was definitely losing the worst out of all of them. The only reason he wasn't already out was because of his teammates helping him out.

"I've got an idea." Lucy said before suddenly picking up Kurita by the legs and spinning him around, using him as a weapon as he yelled in surprise while also using him as a club as well. The opposing 7 were forced to keep their distance from them because of it.

"I really feel bad for Kurita. To be used like this? She didn't even bother to tell him beforehand." Julie said.

"Don't be." Shiro said. "It's a battle for survival. Especially with that scorpion's appearance. In the wilderness, when it comes down to absolute survival, the only thing you care for is yourself and those closest to you. And in her case, she's doing whatever it takes to make sure she and the rest of her team survives."

"I guess but, at least warn him first."

"Forget warnings! No one has time for that!" Hiruma yelled out. "He already knew what he signed up for. There's nothing anyone needs to be concerned about with him. Do what you have to do to win squirrel girl!"

Mr. Wolf shot a grenade at them but it was swung back at him by Lucy, using Kurita like a bat as it bounced off his body. The wolf ducked for cover, avoiding being blown to bits by his own grenade as it exploded on one of the chains on one of the other cubes.

"Enough of this." Eliza said before preparing cast a magic attack after having to avoid getting hit and more than likely rung out by the pair.

Several undead hands were raised from below them, grabbing the entire team before they all used magic to escape. Lucy and Kise turned into the same invulnerable mist that Libby had turned into earlier while Becky had created a shield around herself. Kurita had also turned into mist.

"You can't keep doing that forever." Eliza said.

And she was right, Libby had followed up with her own attack, this one, instead of creating hands, used a dark, intangible replica of Lucy as Squirrel Girl made of dark energy to attack the four. And the first one the clone targeted was Kise, as if it smelled who had the weakest blood.

"Kise!" Becky called out before running to help. She suddenly felt a sharp pain on her neck. She immediately tried to reach behind her and her hands grabbed something. It was a smaller black scorpion, something that made her yell the second she saw it before it got on her face. A second one had gotten in Lucy's tail before it stung her.

And that wouldn't be the only one that would join. Even more joined it as they crawled up the cube to the horror of the remaining 11, and seconds later 10 as Kise was beaten from the combination of the Lucy clone and the scorpions which began to relentlessly pierce his body.

"The big scorpion's a 'she'?" Huey said.

"Oh yeah, let's say this as a guy gets helplessly stung alive by a bunch of baby scorpions!" Todd said sarcastically

Kise reappeared back on the island not long afterwards, free of all the scorpion stings he had covering his body seconds ago. After quickly looking at himself, he could only sigh.

"Kise, are you alright?" Akashi asked, genuinely concerned for him.

"Looks like I am now." He replied.

"Hey Aomine, are you okay?" Ruby asked, seeing Aomine grabbing and scratching his arms nervously and just a split second ago his neck.

"Huh? Yeah." Aomine said, quickly putting his arms back down.

"You sure?" Yang asked, genuinely serious.

"I'm good." Aomine insisted. "We need to be asking if they are." He said, referring to the remaining ten as the scorpion infestation on the cube continued.

God of War Ascension Soundtrack – The Encounter (Enter the Gorgon) Plays

"Run Libby! Get outta there!" Scratch frantically yelled.

"Like I said, I really don't like this type of divine intervention!" Dwayne commented.

"But I do. This is definitely a suspense builder." Chris said.

"Because seeing people potentially getting stung to death is a suspense-builder!" Reagan said sarcastically.

Eliza stepped on several of them and even picked up on some others and threw them off. Courtney kicked and threw some off the cube as well while Weiss popped off an arm and used it to swing at them. Tsukishima, Mr. Wolf and Launch shot at several of them while Libby tried to kick them away.

"Wow. I can't believe that was going to come in handy." Louie said. "I am a genius!"

Weiss was then heard yelling off-screen as one of them had gotten the bright idea to jump in the arm socket. Too shocked to defend herself, she was overwhelmed by several more.

"Weiss!" Courtney yelled out.

One of the scorpions had pinched Launch's nose, causing her to sneeze. As they were surrounding her, her personality changed.

"Oh hell no! If you think I'm gonna let you take me, you got another thing comin'! Now take this ya ba[censored]rds!" Launch said. She was now wearing a red and white cap with wings and a white and red t-shirt that said "Arale" on it. Using the power of Ares' magic, she delivered a powerful, flame-fisted punch that sent several of them flying, setting them on fire before they exploded afterwards, setting even more of them on fire and causing a chain reaction. They began to scatter, leaving the cube by either crawling to the bottom or jumping to another.

"Somethin' tells me they're gonna be back. We need ta finish this now." Launch said.

"I agree." Eliza said before seconds later, a fire ignited under them, burning Mr. Wolf, Tsukishima and Launch via a trap lever that she pulled as everyone was distracted by the retreating scorpions.

While the latter two were able to escape via magic, Mr. Wolf wasn't as the Zeus magic wasn't strong enough to keep him protected or escape the fire trap.

"You dirty- I'm gonna make you pay for that!" Launch yelled before the battle was put to a halt.

"You're not gonna get away that. Mark my words!" She declared as the scores were added. They disappeared when a few seconds later, the larger scorpion appeared. It looked around and saw no one before it leapt away.

"Be prepared. For this should only be one victory of many." The announcer said to the Breakers.

"Defeat is not the end." The announcer said to Rats.

"Remember, Olympus is watching." The announcer said to the Kings.

Forum of Hercules

"Within Mount Olympus the theater of the Gods reveals its greatest warriors. Its walls have witnessed countless champions reveling in glorious triumph or humiliating defeat. Which will you be?"

An elephantine, tanned skinned man was seen up above in the forum, watching from above. He had a muscular build and only wore shoulder protectors and a lion helmet akin to a centurion along with a large white belt cloth reaching knee length along with sandals. On his fists were the Nemean Cestus, a pair of large metallic gauntlets with no fingers but instead had the head of a lion on them. This man was the legendary demigod, Hercules(VA: Kevin Sorbo).

The 8 remaining warriors dropped down for combat.

"So the Gods have chosen you to fight this day? Do not disappoint!" Hercules called out.

"Begin!"

"Hercules? He looks completely different than the movie." Kagami said.

"You're thinking of the Disney movie. That's probably why." Rei said, now awake and scaring him in the process.

"Good, you're alright." He said, smiling.

"As alright as I can be." She said, holding her head as she was still sitting on the cloth that Mamori had laid out for her. "Next time, I'm fine with you just scratching me or throwing me around with your tail." She said to Razer.

"Sorry. I didn't expect the effects to be so strong." Razer said.

"It's fine. I know you didn't mean anything by it. I'm just glad I don't have to deal with it anymore."

"Here. You need hydration." Mamori said, handing her a water bottle.

"Thanks. Really appreciate it." She said before opening and drinking the water.

"Before anyone gets confused, that's not how Hercules looked either. At least in official Greek Mythology. This is definitely a case of alternate universe. One where apparently he's freakin' ripped." Doyle said.

"Wow, look at all of those scars. He must have been in a lot of battles." Asta said, noticing all of the scars on his chest.

"He's a Demigod. Of course. More than likely, this one still went through trials."

"You all play nice. And do your best. Don't let Hercules' words bring you down." Hera said, She was a goddess with short brown hair tied in a ponytail and wore a white and blue dress and an emerald necklace said before leaving.

(A/N: Since this is before GoW III, her first canon speaking appearance, more than likely she's in a much better state and appearance compared to then)

Of course, the 8 were doing the exact opposite of that, trying their hardest to knock each other out of the game, with an announcement that the gods had intervened, spikes lowering in a tunnel at the front of the arena.

"I told you, you were gonna pay!" Launch said, swiping at Eliza multiple times with the gladiator sword she wielded before using her newly found acrobatic skills to flip in the air and mightily slam the sword down afterwards.

"A sword is completely different from your guns." Eliza said, dodging the slam before kicking her into a wall.

"Guns, swords, it could be fisticuffs for all I care! I'm gonna make sure they all hurt you!"

She made two slashes before quickly dashing back and delaying her next attack, which instead of another sword strike, was a sword throw, which Eliza still dodged. Angered, Launch leapt off into the air, out of sight.

This gave Eliza was the chanced to pull down another trap unhindered, this one being in the tunnel that served as the entrance for the arena. Seeing this, Hercules smirked before raising an arm.

"Archers!" Hercules called out as his arm was also the signal.

"What's- move out the way!" Lucy called out, seeing the arrows about to rain down from above. But it was too late. The arrows came down quick, and they covered the entire arena in seconds. Everyone was hit and no magic could protect them as the arrows relentlessly rained down for about 5 seconds. Well, everyone except Launch who came back down to the ground and slammed down on Hercules and Lucy, who was protected by Kurita using his own body as a shield. He blinked a couple times, his body full of arrows before falling to the ground and was taken out of the arena seconds later.

Although the archers seemed to conveniently make sure Courtney was never the one that was hit.

"Back to the fight Mortal!" Hercules said to Launch after throwing her off.

Before Eliza could even come out of the tunnel, she was headbutted and kept on the back wall by Launch. Soon, the fire torch that lit the tunnel blew out.

"What are you doing!?" Eliza asked. She wouldn't say it, but she was genuinely afraid of what was about to happen as they had already seen what the tunnel looked like with no lights.

"I told you you'd pay." Launch said, grinning before spikes were seen coming up the tunnel floor. Neither of them would come out of the arena, leaving only Courtney and Lucy.

"So it's just you two. Let's see which one of you will survive the day!" Hercules said before raising an arm. Undead warriors began to enter the arena with swords and shields.

"You want to see who'll win but you'll send these guys to try to fight us? That makes a whole lot of sense." Courtney said.

"A giant scorpion and its babies tried to take us out earlier. Logic was thrown out the window then I think." Lucy said.

"Less talk, more blood!" Hercules called out before jumping down and slamming the ground with his Nemean Cestus, creating a shockwave that both of them had to jump to avoid. Afterwards, he jumped back out of reach to spectate again.

"I don't know about you, but I'm starting to get sick of this guy." Courtney said to Lucy as more skeletons appeared to replace the ones he sent flying out of the arena with his shockwave slam.

"I think I've been around you for too long, because outside of the anger issues I'm starting to catch what you've got too." Lucy replied.

Both of them began to attack the soldiers, dodging their sword attacks and making sure that they both stayed on the move to avoid getting overwhelmed by the numbers of the soldiers.

"Fight! Fight for the glory of the Gods!" Hercules called out.

Not long after they had disposed of more soldiers, more appeared, along with weapons.

"Are they putting themselves back together or something? It's like they won't stop!" Courtney said, putting on golden boots with wings that appeared, these boots being none other than the Boots of Hermes.

"We're doing something right, otherwise, these weapons wouldn't have shown up." Lucy said, picking up a bow and arrow. This being the Bow of Apollo. "Just keep going! Unless you're tired. You can always take off those boots and leave everything to me."

"I am NOT TIRED!" Courtney roared out before using the boots to run through the soldiers, literally. She coughed several times after taking out another wave of them. "I think I just swallowed and inhaled dead people. And it's just as disgusting as I imagined."

"Exactly why I'm not chewing through them unless I have to." Lucy added, keeping them at a distance with the bow and arrow and shooting them down as they crumbled to pieces. Fountains for magic replenishment appeared.

"Ew! Why would you even consider doing that?"

"It's either that or have this guy laughing at us. It's not even the losing part, I just don't want to see him happy as petty as that may sound."

Another wave appeared, this time with archers.

"Great. Now they've got archers. Why did you have to open your mouth?"

"That's probably pure coincidence."

"Coincidence or not, I don't want this harder than it has to be." As she ran through more, the boots suddenly disappeared, causing her to fall to the ground mid-run. The soldiers saw this and quickly began to dogpile her.

"Court-" One of the archers shot Lucy in the leg, but it was traded by a shot to the head from her. She downed three more before several unarmed warriors began to surround her, there being too many.

"It appears no one wins. A shame. On your part that is!" Hercules mocked.

Suddenly, red began to appear below one of the piles before a slightly enlarged Courtney appeared. Using her bare hands, she threw off and punched several others, letting out a mighty roar as she did.

She then went over to the other side of the arena and slammed the ground before slamming it again as explosions were seen, causing a massive amount of bones to be scattered all across the ground. After grabbing Lucy before she fell out of the arena from the slams, she put her down.

"Thanks. I was going to use my magic to get out but-" Lucy started before Courtney cut her off.

"You probably should have done that earlier. But, it's fine. I don't really care now."

"Why would you save her you idiot!?" Todd yelled out, putting his hands on his head.

"Enough of this! This comradery from enemies was unexpected. But that's fine with me. If you won't fight each other, then you'll fight me! I hope you'll be a good challenge!" Hercules said before letting out a warrior's yell and jumping down to the arena.

God of War III Soundtrack-Glory of Sparta(AKA Hercules' theme in this game) Plays

He slowly advanced towards the two, carefully observing what they were going to do. Additional weapons appeared in the arena, from two chained blades, to even an axe. Magic fountains also appeared. And that was the first thing Courtney went for.

While she was doing that, Lucy tried to shoot at him with arrows but he blocked every single shot with his gauntlets.

"Is that it?" Hercules said before continuing to advance towards them.

The second Courtney tried to run to get a weapon was when Hercules did too and shoulder charged her into a wall.

"Predictable!"

"Is that all you have? I fail to see why the gods chose you."

Courtney jumped on Hercules' back. Before he could throw her off, Lucy shot him with multiple arrows. Ones that he was unable to block.

"If you have to resort to desperate tactics, then you stand no chance against me!" Hercules said before slamming Courtney to the ground. Before he could land the killing blow, she unleashed a torrent of fire in front of herself and quickly performed a backflip to escape.

Lucy continued to shoot arrows at him.

"Is this some sort of joke?" Hercules remarked, blocking the arrows with one gauntlet with ease.

"Arrows aren't gonna work against this guy. They're gonna have to get up close and personal. Man I hate that I can't help!" Natsu commented.

"They can beat him. There's plenty of weapons there. And they have their magic. They just need to be smart about their attacks." Jotaro commented.

"Arrows aren't going to work against him. We need weapons. But he's not going to just let us get them. And there's nothing we can really do to get past him to do it. And he knows that too. That's why he's going so slow." Lucy thought. "Usually my spirits would hel-" She then remembered the soul of her that was summoned. "That's it!"

Lucy, using magic, summoned the souls of multiple small scorpions and undead warriors to assist.

"Go get him boys!"

"Your illusions do not phase me!" Hercules said before dodging and/or blocking their attacks. She then summoned even more scorpions and a few archers as well.

"You're telling me she can summon all those scorpions but all those other things take up so much more magic?" Natsu commented.

"It probably varies depending on strength. Those warriors and scorpions aren't strong without numbers. And because of how weak they are, she can probably summon a lot of them, especially scorpions before she exhausts her magic." Diana explained.

"You think she'll be able to just do that over and over again until he gets knocked out?" Todd asked.

"Yeah I can definitely tell you're one of those people that will just spam or cheese your way to wins online with no shame whatsoever." Toxsa said.

"The objective is to win. It's not like it's cheating so who cares?" Louie said.

"If you want them to stop, make them stop, greeny!" Hiruma said.

"Duh. You think I haven't dealt with those type of people online? You just find a way to counter it. Most of those people are noobs with a lot of holes in their game. Doesn't make it any less annoying." Toxsa replied.

"Enough!" Hercules said, starting to grow annoyed of the constant souls attacking and hounding him. He charged at Lucy, fully intent on using his large frame and brute strength to truck her. But she immediately disappeared. As in becoming completely invisible. Hercules looked around.

"Come out! You cannot hide from me forever!" Hercules called out before making a quick sidestep around arrows from the souls of archers that still remained, with most of them disappearing. He saw Courtney and smirked.

"Well then, I guess you'll be the one I crush first!" Hercules said before running at her. She was fully prepared on using the Blades of Chaos that she now wielded on him but he was slowed down before coming to a stop as Lucy had appeared on top of him, using her mouth to pry the helmet off his head and tried to force off his shoulder plating too before he grabbed and flung her off to the edge of the arena. Fortunately for her, she was able to land on her feet before she disappeared from sight again.

"You think that will work against me a second time!?" Hercules yelled out, looking as if he was ticked off about the fact that she tried it again more than anything else. He put both of his gauntlets together, creating a vibration that run throughout the entire theater, disorienting both of his adversaries.

When she regained her vision, Lucy saw Courtney getting grabbed and punched in the face before she attempted to get him off.

"It's laughable how you struggle. You can't escape!" Hercules said before punching her again and throwing her down to the ground.

Lucy ran at him and tore off his clothing with her teeth. Besides the shoulder plating, he was completely naked.

Music Stops

"What?" Hercules said, at a loss for words for what just happened. And he wasn't the only one.

"I cannot believe she just did that….." Emma commented.

"Wow..." All three of the Chicago trio in May, Rally and Becky said simultaneously, all of their cheeks red as they covered their eyes.

"Hiruma, you look surprised too. You wouldn't do something like this if you had to?" Miyuki asked.

"NO!" Hiruma yelled out, eyes now closed. "Dumba[censored]…." He then suddenly turned around and yelled, "WOULD YOU!?"

"Probably not." The catcher replied before laughing a little.

"I cannot believe I just did that..." Lucy said to herself, having to make sure to look up as her face was beet red.

Hercules, after snapping out of his stupor, was enraged. "At first, my banter with you was simple warrior banter in the heat of battle. In fact, I was starting to commend you for your persistence and craftiness. But now you have made a fool out of me in front of the Gods! In this And now….. YOU'LL PA-" Hercules yelled out before he was suddenly stabbed in the arm by Courtney via the Blades of Chaos. She immediately tried to pull on the gauntlet from the same arm and Lucy quickly ran, on all fours, like a squirrel, over to help her, using the hammer that she had picked up and hit Hercules in an area that not even being a Demigod can help reduce the pain of when hit there.

He tried to suppress his pain, but it definitely hurt. And it could be sensed from his body language.

Both Courtney and Lucy, using all the strength they had as she the former stabbed him with the other blade, ripped the gauntlet away from his arm.

Courtney pushed Lucy aside before putting on the gauntlet herself and ducking a punch from Hercules and hitting him in the face. She didn't even give him time to get up before she repeatedly hit him in the face over and over again.

"Get the other one and put it on!" Courtney said to Lucy.

"Actually-"

"GET. THE. OTHER. ONE!" Lightning struck as rain began to come down. "Don't you remember what he did to Kurita!?"

"Even so, I-"

"I'm not stopping until he's not moving anymore!" Courtney said, continuing to punch him in the face.

"Oh my ninja!" Randy started.

"She's gonna kill him!" Ben said.

"Or at least try to. Not sure if she's strong enough to do that, even with the one gauntlet." Doyle said.

"Continue to channel your rage! Make him suffer as you have for years! And for the pain he has caused you!" Ares said to Courtney.

"Okay, I'll get it." Lucy conceded.

"Good! You can take the chest. I'll keep his head!" Courtney said as she continued to punch Hercules before she was suddenly punched by Lucy who quickly ran to kept her on the grabbed and grabbed the gauntlet, with full intent on taking it from her.

Hercules was still on the ground. He wasn't dead, but he definitely wouldn't be getting up for the next few hours.

"What are you doing!? Let go!" Courtney shrieked, trying to pull the gauntlet back. And believe it or not, she was not only holding her own, but she was actually beginning to win.

"Ares' warrior is winning mortal! Fight back!" Hades said to Lucy.

"I'll show you how I'll fight back…" She grumbled before using her tail to mess with sensation was Courtney's nose. The sensation was enough to bother her and give Lucy the opportunity to take the gauntlet from her before punching her in to a wall hard. Even with that, she still got back up, bloody face from Hercules' punches and all. She went to pick up the blades but was stopped by Lucy, who slammed the gauntlets together, disorienting Courtney before knocking her into a wall and hitting her multiple times before she was knocked out.

Lucy breathed a sigh of relief. "I really hated every second of those punches. But I had no choice. I-" She got up again.

"I'm… not….. going….. to lose! I…. don't… want… to… not… again…." Courtney said before her eyes, which were noticeably a fiery red, changed back to black as her body simply couldn't take it anymore, even with the extra boons granted by Ares as she closed her eyes and fell to the ground as rain started to pour down. Thunder was heard as well.

"I know you don't." Lucy said before shaking her head. "And it's not over yet."

The scores were tallied before the final two remaining warriors in the arena were brought out.

Rats: 370(+200 for defeating Hercules)

Kings: 140(Hercules bonus was halved due to Courtney's defeat)

A/N: The arena spikes are considered to be a non-user controlled world hazard in-game, hence why only Courtney's score counts and Launch scores nothing.

"What the heck happened to you Courtney?" Ben asked.

"I guess….. I actually was angry." Courtney said, after returning, bruise free.

"Her eyes. I know we didn't see it or know what happened in there, but she chose Ares. It was like there was fire in them. More than likely his influence on her got too strong and it took over." Jotaro explained.

"Makes you wonder if the others feel the same thing." Rei said.

"I did have Hades telling me some stuff a couple times. It was like, I could hear souls too sometimes. Like I had a connection to the underworld. Really immersive. And creepy." Kise said.

"Zeus told me some stuff too. Mostly stuff that would boost people's morale than anything else. Encouraging stuff. Nothing too crazy." Mr. Wolf said.

"He told me some stuff about weaponizing my frustrations about the past. About not having any tricks or boasts either. Just the power to 'crush my enemies'. All of that was enticing enough for me to choose him. And I guess that was what Ares used to get in my head. He kept hammering that point about using my rage to help the team win over and over again. Combine that with my actual frustrations pertaining to Hercules, and…. you get that." Courtney explained. "That escalated way too quickly. And way too much. I can't believe I was driven to wanting to kill someone….."

"Trust me, we can't believe it either." Yang said.

"Your rage can be a weapon, but it can also be your undoing if you lose control of it. Like many weapons, most just think about the danger it can cause to others, but not themselves." Saladin said.

"Saladin is correct. I respect your will to want to win. But, fighting just to do so, aimlessly, with no purpose is ultimately poisonous. To the body. And to the soul. I won't attempt to try to tell you a purpose. That is not my right. That, is for you to identify." Caiatl said.

"Most people are clearly here for the money Empress. Let's not overthink this." Todd said.

"Not entirely true. Blue Lock sent me, Bachira and Kunigami here." Isagi said.

"Money's not the highest priority on my reasons to come here honestly." Maki added.

"I could care less about your human currency. Although, now that I think about it, winning it would allow me to get boundless meals of chili cheese fries. I wouldn't ever have to work at one of those lowly jobs ever again!" Albedo said.

"Okay, timeout. You still never told me why you're here. If you're just thinking about the money now, why did- wait. Wait,wait, wait, wait, wait, wait. Lowly job? You have a job? That's not the acting thing you did impersonating me?" Ben asked, all types of confused. "Where do you work?"

"None of that is your concern!"

The announcer was then heard explaining the next arena of battle, this one taking place in the Rotunda of Olympus, this arena also being the final arena they would do battle in.

The remaining five dropped down to the ground.

"Begin!"

After hearing this announcement, everyone's eyes was glued onto the game.

God of War Ascension Soundtrack-Prison of the Damned Plays

Several weapons along with magic replenishment fountains awaited them along with chests.

And the magic was the first thing most went for over the weapons. A frag grenade rolled at Eliza's feet and she was immediately forced to turn into dark mist to avoid getting launched.

"I pretty much already knew you and everyone else would go for the magic over the weapons." Tsukishima said to her when she prematurely returned back to her normal self.

"So you made me use some of my magic early. You act as if you've won the game." Eliza said, dodging bullets from him before being headbutted by Launch.

"Maybe not yet. But we'll start by gettin' rid of you first!" Launch said, fully intent on sending her out of the game early by ring out.

"Don't think you can get rid of me that easy!" A soul replica of Mr. Wolf appeared and pulled out an assault rifle, fully intent on shooting her with it before she was forced to have to defend herself and drop Eliza, allowing her to grab onto a ledge and recover back into the main arena.

Lucy tried to use her speed to her advantage, but that was easier said than done when outnumbered, and with constant bullets being shot from Tsukishima. And a copy of herself also running after her via Libby.

"Really hoping I didn't have to use it this early but, I've got to do something to overcome this number disadvantage." Lucy thought.

She created several small scorpions again along with a couple of undead archers.

"Great. These things again?" Launch said, having to jump to avoid getting overwhelmed by them.

Using the sword that she picked up, Libby swung at the scorpions in an attempt to deter them, which didn't work. "Guess I have to fight fire with fire!"

She summoned her own group of scorpions to counter Lucy's.

This hectic battle continued throughout the arena. Despite being outnumbered, Eliza and Lucy held their own.

But, another warrior would drop down to even things up, the same way the others did. At least in terms of the number of warriors, bringing them up to six.

This person had pale skin and was wearing Gladiator Armor and had a sword in his hand.

"Who's that?" Libby asked. Immediately after dropping down, he began to attack everyone in the arena.

"Well, he's definitely not a friend to anyone here." Tsukishima said before shooting at the warrior, who blocked the shots with his sword.

Although his attacks were obviously weaker, unlike Hercules, he was a whole lot faster with his movement speed and attacks.

"Who are you exactly?" Eliza asked as she dodged a whirlwind-like attack from the warrior before she tried to counter, with him sidestepping the spear swings from her and bullets from Tsukishima.

"A warrior that will show his superiority by defeating all of you in battle!" He declared boldly. He then quickly dashed back before spinning in the air and slamming his sword down the same way Launch did.

"Then maybe you should start by using moves that can't easily be dodged." After dodging the attack, she hit him with quick swings and swipes from the spear that she wielded.

A split-second later, he began to flash white. Eliza attacked again and was thrown back from a successful from the warrior. He took advantage of the parry and attacked her with multiple slices. Launch attacked the warrior from the side with him sidestepping out of the way to avoid it, causing her to hit Eliza instead with the sword attacks.

"Come on!" The warrior taunted.

"Libby! Get over here and help me!" Launch called out.

"But-" She began to protest.

"He can handle himself! We need to take this guy out before he really starts to become a problem!"

"Leave me with the person that almost drained me last time. Really appreciate it." Tsukishima said sarcastically before tapping the javelin he had on the ground twice before aiming it at Lucy to throw.

"Trust me, I'm not going to drain you again. I'm just knock you out!" Lucy declared as she ran at him.

"You would have done better with draining me. You really think I'm gonna just let you get through my shield? You struggled with it last time." He said before throwing the javelin up in the air.

"Woah!" Lucy said, dodging a rain of spears from above. They began to exchange a multitude of punches and kicks. While Lucy was stronger, more experienced, and faster than him, his overshield, and the occasional interference of the mysterious warrior kept him alive. "Really bold from the person that needed someone to bail them out. You should have been gone in the forum."

"Facts are facts. You still needed a plan and teamwork to get me down to my last breath."

"You're getting way to big for your britches! More than to my liking!"

A large explosion was seen in between the two, causing Tsukishima to go into a pillar and Lucy to have to evade to avoid getting hit like he did. The source being Eliza with a club that she discarded by throwing it.

This allowed Tsukishima to pick up a shield and for Lucy to pick up the Boots of Hermes.

"The Boots of Hermes? It would appear you are smiled upon this day. Or maybe sheer luck." The warrior commented.

"Maybe a little bit of both. But let's see if any of you can get around this!" Lucy said before running quickly with the boots around the arena to attack others. After running and stopping on a dim, she unintentionally learned that she can stomp with the boots too after putting her food down hard to plant and attack with her other foot with a kick. It stunned the warrior and sent Launch back, who let out a mighty yell, taking away Lucy and the warrior's defenses temporarily. She then became enlarged and began to attack the two and Eliza. While Lucy was able to avoid the attacks, Eliza and the warrior weren't so lucky.

After being hit a few more times, the warrior let out a warrior's cry before his body was covered in red aura, entering an enraged state. Not only would his attacks hit harder, but he would be able to move even faster.

The first person he would use this on was Libby, who he tried to overwhelm with a plethora of attacks.

"Of course you'd pick me out of the five of us to attack first!" Libby said before doing her best to try to fend him off with the sword that she had. He flashed white again for a parry, anticipating a response but there was none, and he was open to attack. Eliza saw this and used the chain blades that she just recently picked up to grapple onto him and throw him onto the ground before kicking him forward, sending him rolling across the floor a bit.

"Soon as they're close enough, I'm ending this." Tsukishima thought.

"I hate to do it but, I think this might be the only way to get rid of him. Please let this challenge be over after this." Lucy thought.

She quickly ran out of the battle from Libby, the warrior and Launch to attack Tsukishima and pouncing on him.

"What…. are you doing!?" Tsukishima asked, trying to fend her off.

"Getting you…. out of this game!"

"Well, sorry, but that's not going to happen!"

"Meet your end!" The warrior declared to Launch, seeing a perfect opening. But it was just a feint and he bit. She jumped over the attack completely before grabbing onto him and slamming him onto the ground.

"Who's superior now, huh!?" Launch said before getting him into a hold that he couldn't get out of, about to finish him off.

Meanwhile, Lucy was chipping away at Tsukishima's armor, literally with her teeth.

"Damn it. Damn it!" Tsukishima thought before the air around them began to get cold.

A typhoon, slightly taller than all of the contestants was seen in Tsukiahima's location before sending him, Lucy and sucking in Eliza, Libby, Launch and the warrior, despite the first of the four's attempts to get away. All of them were sent flying out of the arena afterwards, yelling as they did.

Music Stops

It was nothing but silence. From the Rotunda and from back on the island.

Everyone was brought back to the island.

"Alright Chris. I know you tallied the scores already. Who won?" Launch asked.

"Wait, where's Lucy?" Happy asked.

"Hey you're right. Chris, did you forget to bring her back?" Natsu asked.

"She should have already been back. What's going on?" Chris said, just as confused.

"Victory! Your efforts and feats have not gone unnoticed." The announcer said to the Rats.

It was revealed that Lucy was able to win, by the skin of her teeth. Literally. Her strong teeth on the side of the platform allowed her to avoid falling off like the rest.

"Well, we just calculated them now thanks to Lucy being revealed that she actually survived. Rats are the only team that got points and that's 20. Apparently Tsukishima sent himself, his teammates and everyone else, except Lucy, out the arena with his own magic. " Heloise said.

"And with those scores, the Rats win!" Chris announced. Several people from said teem cheered and celebrated.

"Thanks a lot. Really appreciate it." Sucy, one of the few people that didn't celebrate, said to Tsukishima.

"Whatever. Tell your teammate to stop ripping off people's clothes." Tsukishima said..

"I didn't want to do that to Hercules! Nor did I want to do it to you! But I had to do something!" Lucy insisted.

"We really did not want to see that. The former anyway. At least Tsukishima was wearing a shirt." Emma said.

"Being shirtless is completely different. I've seen Kagami shirtless." Rei said.

"Oh you have huh?" Aomine remarked, grinning.

"Shut up! That's not what I meant!" She quickly yelled out, face red.

"Last place goes to the Kings." Heloise said.

"Wow. Courtney literally went berserk and tried to kill a Demigod for nothing. That's gotta sting. And I really do mean that." Randy said.

"You know what? I'm just too mentally exhausted to be upset." Courtney said.

"Sorry to hear that. Not really. But even if I actually was, it's still not going to change the fact you gotta send someone home tonight." Chris said.

"We know that. No reason for you to be a jerk about it." Huey said.

"Then if you know that, why don't you guys go ahead and get together to figure out who you're gonna get rid of? Right now?"

"In battle, there are winners. And inevitably, there are losers. Do not be ashamed of your loss. You all fought well, and with valor. Instead, grow from it, so that you will be the ones to taste victory." Caiatl said.

"We literally have won several games before you came here. I think we'll be alright." Louie said.

"Then you should know that victory isn't always guaranteed, no matter the team." Saladin said.

"Uh… okay?"

"Maybe you'll figure out what I mean soon enough. Rest on it."

"I must say that I am genuinely impressed with what I have seen today. I do not regret making this request to observe the first and second game. I only regret not being able to watch you all battle sooner." Caiatl said.

"Actually, you probably caught us at the right time, to be completely honest." Rex said.

"How is this any-oh." Bobo said, realizing what Rex meant. "But still- nah. He's right. Ignore anything I was gonna say."

"Farewell warriors. You all have my best wishes for the rest of this competition." Caiatl said before she and Saladin walked through a portal that Chris opened.

"All right. Now that that's taken care of, everybody but the Kings, go home. I've got some things to take care of, so eliminations are about to happen in a bit." Chris said before he and Chef left. But the former quickly came back with the latter following. "Almost forgot." He promptly took the powers and outfits away from the 24 participants and Scratch, Beta and Happy.

"Anything for us to help out?" Doyle asked.

"Uh… honestly? No. You guys can chill here if you want. Heck, Chef can too."

"Don't mind if I do." Chef said before deciding to help himself to some snacks.

"Wait, what's our prize? No offense, but I'm-" Rei started before her mouth was covered by Sendo.

"Really impatient and she wants it now." Sendo finished.

"Well, you're not gonna get it til tomorrow. I got some stuff I really need to take care of. Now go home."

"What kind of stuff?" Louie asked.

"Promotional stuff. You know, things to get extra funds for the season."

"And funds for you. Don't forget that part." Rally said.

"Honestly, I thought he was hiding something." Becky B. said. "Given how he was talking."

"Yeah well, you thought wrong. Now go home!" Chris said.

"That was not what I was trying to say you idiot!" Rei yelled.

"I know that! That's why I was trying to stop you!" Sendo yelled back.

"Guys, chill! We won!" Kagami said, getting in between them.

"Don't you think we know that!?" Both shouted in both his ears.

"Then why in the hell are you arguing!?"

All three were pushed in a portal by Lanolin before several of them started to close.

"Problem solved." She said proudly.

"You do realize they don't go in the same portal right?" Lanolin asked.

"I thought they all live in Japan?"

"They do, but they don't live in the same area."

She immediately facepalmed before she ultimately had to go home to her own portal, nothing further she could do.

It's the fact that I have no clue what Echizen was doing and he handed the other teams invincibility on a silver platter. I don't like to lose regardless, but I'd rather have lost and put up a fight than to just raise my arms in surrender. Trust me, I have firsthand experience of a guy straight up turning on us just to save his own skin in Blue Lock. He made up for it, but none of us ever fully trusted him again after that. As much as I like Echizen, I don't want to be going through that with this team."

"From the looks of things, I've still got a ways to go." He answered.

"After what you just did? You've got more than 'a ways' buddy." Bobo said.

"Still though, something's better than nothing." Echizen raised a hand, signaling goodbye. "Later." He grabs his tennis bag before putting it over his back and leaving.

"Even in this elimination he kept his cool. Crazy. Anyways, everyone else, go home. Now." Chris said.

"Echizen doesn't seem like the type of person that would just suddenly lie. That's-"

"Jotaro! What did I just say?" Chris called out.

"Fine! I'm going!"

Well, this took longer than it should have. Curse you responsibilities and housework lol.

Both of these games were scrapped ideas I had. Rift for a challenge for the crucible this season and the God of War Ascension Multiplayer arenas being a scrapped idea for a finalist challenge in Multiverse Edition. I thought about having Rift for when Competitive Crucible returns this season, but decided against it.

I didn't really mind it in the official game as a lot of people had differing strong opinions about 3v3 Rift it seemed, but Rift's always been better with the chaotic large-scale than the smaller scale competitive matches IMO, both of which have had time in the limelight as game modes.

As for the GoW game, gotta admit, it wasn't going to be as thought out as it was here. Nor was I going to take as many creative liberties to add things for magical abilities like I did here. For example, afaik, the last time I played it, you can't use the souls of defeated enemies as magic like shown here. Smaller scorpions don't show up to attack you in the Labyrinth in the actual game either. Only their mother. But the archer and fire traps do exist.

The Forum to fight Hercules and maybe the Rotunda were going to be the only places I'd use instead of also having the Labyrinth and Walls of Troy. As for the mysterious warrior, his official name in game is the Olympian Sentinel, a boss exclusively for the MP mode that has the same abilities and attacks a player would instead of the other bosses, hence why he drops down like a player. But of course, without most of the drawbacks of being a player character. Or the ability to use magic from any of the four gods.

Also, Courtney hitting Hercules constantly is a reference to both his boss fight in the PvE Trial of the Gods mode, where you, by yourself, or with a second person, do the same thing, constantly hitting him in the face after you win until he's knocked out and his boss fight in III where Kratos does the same thing with the gauntlets until he dies.
