It was another typical day at Lumiose High for most of its students. But not for Ash. The race between his slave Hilda and their Prospect's adversary, Xavier was fated to happen in the late afternoon. Ash knew that his faith could be placed in Hilda to race as best as she could, but through rumination did Ash realize: regardless of what happened in this race, he needed to get stronger, both as a trainer and a person.
Ash looked bitterly back on the other day where his Mother was approached in the park by a pair of Prospect gangsters. He fought as best as he could, but if it weren't for a lucky chance to sucker punch his opponent, who knows what could have happened. And then there was his newly evolved Greninja. A fully evolved Pokemon makes for a fantastic partner in battle, but Ash could sense there was more to his first Pokémon.
In nearly every battle Ash had with Greninja throughout its evolutionary line, Ash felt some strange connection. Some...phenomenon the duo shared together. In his latest battle, Ash noticed the form of his Greninja change shape, though between how quick it came and went, as well as a massive, spiraling sphere of water that surrounded his partner obscured Ash' chance to get a good look at his Greninja.
One thing was certain, however. When he and Greninja seemed to get pumped up for battle, it was as if their sight, hearing, all their senses, even their minds and souls merged together to form a powerful union. Ash had no idea how he went about doing this, if he was even responsible for this phenomenon, so as soon as classes ended, Ash pulled aside his favorite teacher and first ever sex slave, Cynthia, to have a chat over on the Lumiose Academy battlefield on the other side of the campus, Trevor, Alain and Clemont all accompanying him as well.
Having Alain and Trevor help catch Cynthia up on what happened the day prior, what with the duo having seen his battle woth Calem first hand, Ash finally finished summarizing his latest experience to his teacher, the gorgeous blonde closing her eyes in thought, her index and thumb pressed against her chin.
"Have you ever hearing about something like this before?" Ash asked, hoping to glean some wisdom from his studied teacher.
"...No, I'm sorry Ash. I've never heard of such a thing happening before myself." She shook her head. "But you lot bringing this up now does remind me of something."
"What's that?" Ash asked.
"When you were training with Gloria and Nemona when we were in Alola, I did notice something peculiar with you and your Greninja, who was a Frogadier at the time, and as an outside observer, it seemed like for a moment you two were mimicing each others' movements. When Frogadier had to dodge Nemona's Meowscarada's attack, he did so without so much as you giving a command to dodge."
"I remember now. He was completely outflanked...and then..." Ash hummed, reflecting on the experience.
"You pressed your hands to your face. I remember thinking at the time it was rather peculiar, myself, but once that happened, the two of you seemed to be in complete sync." Cynthia replied. "Nemona told me when the two of you battled on our field trip with Shauna, Astrid and Serena, when he was just a Froakie, he hid under the water during that battle. She told me how you just seemed to 'know' where he was under the depths to give him commands."
"So this has been going on with Ash since his starter was unevolved?" Alain asked, the young man intrigued by Ash's Pokémon.
"It would seem that way." Cynthia pondered, remembering a detail from a while ago. "Ah, I almost forgot. Back when we first handed out your starters, Froakie did seem to take quite a shine to you, Ash."
"You make that sound as if that's an anomaly." Ash chuckled, with Greninja emerging for his Pokeball on his own. "Oh, hey buddy. We were just talking about you."
"What I mean is, Greninja seemed to choose you, not the other way around." Cynthia continued.
"You're gonna have to run that by us a second time, Cynthia." Trevor responded.
"That's Ms. Cynthia to you, Trevor." Cynthia politely corrected him, reminding him that not only were they were still on school grounds for any to see or hear, but that only her Master and fellow slave girls had the privilege to address her so casually.
"You see, Greninja here was quite picky as a Froakie. In fact, Sycamore told me multiple students either had Froakie abandon them or just simply refuse to listen to his trainers." The enslaved teacher continued. "But I remember Sycamore saying himself that it was unusual to see such a picky Pokémon feel content in a trainer. Maybe that has something to do with it?"
"Is that the way you feel, buddy?" Ash turned to ask his Pokémon, Greninja croaking in what seemed to be affirmation. "Heh, I guess we were just meant to be."
"A strong bond between trainer and Pokémon isn't all that of an anomaly." Cynthia added. "What's got me hung up is this phenomenon you two go through. The way you've described it to me is that your senses and minds...'link', and you feel a surge of strength even in your own body when that happens?"
"Exactly. Not only that, but according to Alain and Trevor here, they said that Greninja seemed to change in appearance as well." Cynthia explained. "Were I to take a shot in the dark, I'd say this is some sort of Mega Evolution."
"Wait, are you saying Ash has a Mega Greninja?!" Trevor gasped. "Badass!"
"Hold on Trevor, that isn't necessarily true." Ash butted in, crossing his arms. "Mega Evolution requires a Keystone and a Mega Stone for trainer and Pokémon respectively. And I have neither."
"Glad you've been paying attention to my classes, Ash..!" Cynthia warmly smiled, her admiration for her Master barely kept withdrawn for the sake of public appearances. "You're right. You are missing the necessary tools to perform a Mega Evolution. That said, if Greninja really is Mega Evolving, there would be more signs, besides."
"Right. For example, when a Pokemon Mega Evolves, the Key and Mega Stones connect through bands of energy you can see in the air as energy leaves the Key Stone to cause the Mega Stone to activate." Clemont spoke up, the nerdy researcher showing he was no slouch to such knowledge. "When the actual act of Mega Evolving occurs, a massive ammount of heat is expelled from the reaction between the two stones: A side effect of the evolution as the Pokémon absorbs the Mega stone into their body. The heat is produced due to a Pokémon not being capable of absorbing all of the energy inside the Mega Stone, therefore residual energy is left behind in the atomosphere around it."
"Well, someone's been keeping up on their studies..!" Cynthia smiled. "I'll give you extra credit for my class for that one, Clemont."
"Well, I never felt any sort of heat when it happned yesterday." Ash added.
"If you don't mind, Ash. I'd like to test a theory. Could you and Greninja do what you do for me, right now?" Cynthia requested.
"I...can't." Ash scratched his head in defeat. "At least, I don't know how to. For all I know, I'm not even a factor in this. And even I am somehow the one to cause it, it's only ever happened in a battle."
"Then that leaves us only one option..."Cynthia smiled, humming to herself as she strutted over in her heels to the other side of the battlefield, pulling out a pokeball from her black pants. "Let's you and I have ourselves a battle!"
"With you, Ms. Cynthia?!" Ash asked, just able to break through his confusion to address his slave professionally.
"I can pull my punches, if you'd like..?" Cynthia teased her student with a playful wink.
"I'd rather you not!" Ash grinned, his excitement rising. "I'm not gonna lie, I've always wondered how the current me would fair against a former Champion! Don't hold anything back! We'll be sure to do the same! Ain't that right, Greninja?!"
Greninja croaked in agreement, the Ninja Pokemon shaking in excitement just as much as his trainer was. As the two walked over the their side of the field, Clemont pulled from his backpack a peculiar device. A strange tripod mounted piece of equipment looking akin to a microphone, with a scope mounted at the top of it, a cone wrapped around its muzzle.
"If Ash's Pokémon is giving off signs of Mega Evolving, my Mega Energy Sensor Device!" Clemont proudly puffed his chest.
"Mega..." Cynthia asked, perplexed.
"Energy..." Alain added to her confusion.
"Sensor...Device..." Trevor ended. "Lame name. And did you seriously have something like that already made, even for this such a niche occasion?"
"That's my brother for you. Making all kinds of wacky gadgets, even if you'd think they wouldn't matter." Ash chuckled, use to Clemont's antics far more than the others. "I'm not complaining. If you can somehow get any ideas of what this is Greninja and I have, I'll owe you one!"
"You owe me way more than one!" Clemont reminded Ash as he stuck he face into a laptop he also retrieved from his pack.
"I'll serve as a ref, then." Alain said. "Trevor, you got a keen eye and that camera of yours. Take photos of Greninja if what we saw yesterday happens again.
"Sure!" Trevor nodded, readying his camera.
As Ash and Cynthia got ready, Calem's Kecleon remained invisible, observing the group from atop a lamppost at a safe enough distance.
"Come on out, Garchomp!" Cynthia called, her ace Pokemon from back during her Champ days appearing, roaring aggressively, her neck adorned with a silver plated collar, a cut piece of Garchompite the centermost piece of attention on the silver colored necklace.
"Nice bling." Ash joked as Greninja took a battle stance. "Feel free to use it whenever."
"Oh don't worry, my beloved Master! I'll do my best to help push you to your limits!" Cynthia thought to herself, her own blood boiling in excitement, having finally get the chance to spar with her lover. "I hope this power you have is enough to exceed my own..! I want you to be my superior in every way..! Even in battle!"
"Begin!" Alain shouted.
"Use Cut, Greninja" Ash commanded, starting the battle.
"Draw him in and use Dragon Claw, Garchomp!" Cynthia ordered.
Greninja charged in, forming a blade of white energy. Garchomp took a battle stance, raising one of her arms up, the tip of her claw emitting a vibrant teal color, a claw of pure energy extending from the end of her arm.
Charging at each other, desperate to find an opening as they tried to outmaneuver each other, Greninja and Garchomp danced around fhe battlefield woth blistering speed, each one trying to outpace the other. Clashing blade and claw every so often, the pair of them seemed to be evenly matched at this point in the battle, with Garchomp changing the pace of the skirmish by halting her movement, brancing her arms upward to block as Greninja lept high into the air, his Cut come crashing down like a guillotine. The moves collided, the ground cracking underneath Garchomp as Greninja's attack landed. As their blade and claw crosslocked, Ash grinned as he saw an opportunity.
"Double Team!" He shouted.
Suddenly, several clones of Greninja spawned from thin air, all of them surrounding Cynthia's partner. Without saying but a word to signify the order, only giving Greninja a nod, the Ninja Pokémon's clones' tongues all unfurled, lashing at Garchomp's limbs.
Cynthia gasped in shock as one by one, Garchomp's arms and legs were immobilized, the clones holding tight to the ground as the Dragon struggled to escape its slimy grasp.
"Quite clever, Ash!" Cynthia grinned, proud of her student's creativity in battle beyond just using conventional moves. "But then again, I know how clever you are as a trainer!"
"I'm just getting started! Greninja! Water Shuriken!" Ash smiled, the original Greninja backing away to far enough distance, priming a series of ninja stars.
launching the compressed water weapons, Greninja flung one by one, the moves impacting Garchomp as she stood helpless, or so it seemed. Garchomo continued taking hit after hit before bending a knee.
"She's wide open! Greninja, use Acrobatics!" Ash commanded.
Greninja's body glowed with a white aura, generating wind around him to bolster his already blistering speed. As the Water type lunged in to score a flurry of attacks, Garchomp grinned.
"Bulldoze!" Cynthia called out.
Suddenly, Garchomp's tail, having not been restrained by the clones, began to slam the battlefield in a repeated, yet speedy rhythmic pattern. The ground underneath her and the clones began to upheave, destroying the doppelgängers and tripping up the original, causing his Speed to lower.
"Iron Head!" Cynthia followed up.
The top of Grachomp's head began to harder as hard as steel, the Dragon rushing the disoriented Greninja, jabbing him square in the chest with a headbutt, sending the Pokémon flying back.
Taking a moment to catch his breath, Greninja stood once more, the resisted hit not enough to KO him.
"Still up, eyy?" Cynthia grinned, playfully twirling the hair that usually covered her left eye. "Well, Ash? You getting that feeling yet?"
"Not that we can tell." Ash shook his head, realizing Greninja didnt feel different, either.
"Well then..." Cynthia giggled to herself, reaching into her jacket pocket, pulling out some lip gloss. "Let's take it up a notch!"
Quickly applying the gloss to her lips, Cynthia revealed to Ash a Keystone inside the stick. Pressing her finger to the stone, threads of rainbow colored energy lept from the stone as the Garchompite around her Pokémon's neck responded in kind.
The threads connected and Garchomp's body began to glow with rainbow colored energy. Its body began to undergo the transformation. Her chin and jaw became sharper and more pronouced. Her chest region became more burly and rigid. Her arms began to melt into scythes and her neck, tail and legs grew to be thick as tree trunks. As the light faded, woth the symbol of Mega Evolution lingering in the air as a cloud of light before it too faded, Mega Garchomp now stood there, powered up and stronger than ever.
As soon as the transformation completed, the air around Garchomp became intense with heat caused from the catalyst, its Mega Stone having been absorbed by her body, but just as Clemont described, the entirety of its energy couldn't be absorbed, lingering about. Clemont's device picked up the ambient energy wafting through the air, coming up on his thermal readings as he studied the data on his laptop.
"She went and Mega Evolved! Now we really can't back down now!" Ash grinned, the thrill of fighting such a mighty foe making the hairs on his arms stand on edge. "But I know Mega Garchomp's secret. It trades its impressive speed for sheer offensive prowess and bulky defenses. All that power will mean nothing if she isnt fast enough to catch us!"
"Wanna put it to a bet, Ash?" Cynthia chuckled, winking at her student, the teacher clearly knowing the Mega's drawbacks and how to work around them. "Bulldoze!"
Slamming her tail into the ground once more, Mega Garchomp began to upheave the earth once more, but this time, Ash had a plan to counter.
"Jump up Greninja!" Ash commanded, his Pokémon leaping high into the air to avoid the attack.
"Not bad, dodging my attack..." Cynthia complimented, her gaze turned upward as she began to grin. "But now you're in midair, unable to dodge my follow up. Scorching Sands, Garchomp!"
"What?!" Ash gasped, realizing he played right into her hand.
Garchomp's mouth opened wide, hundreds upon hundreds of grains of sand coalescing into a sphere of searing sand. Garchomp launched her move at the helpless Greninja, with Ash desperately calling to counterstrike.
"Water Shuriken!" Ash commanded, hoping the move would at least redirect the impending attack.
But even as Greninja threw shuriken after shuriken, the orb of super heated sand obliterated them, the sheer heat between both it and the ambient air from the mega evolution being too much for the water move to quench it. The move hit Greninja square in the face, the Ninja Pokémon falling to the ground. Struggling to get up, Greninja stared down Garchomp.
Ash knew what Greninja wanted. They both desired the same thing. The conquer and defeat any opponent they came across. They both wanted strength, strength to dominated, strength to crush any obstacle, scale any wall. Suddenly, Greninja's eyes widened, the Water and Dark type standing up.
"That's right, Greninja! Let's prove to those two who the better team is!" Ash called out.
Crying out in sync with his trainer, a purple and black aura flared up around Greninja's body. Pressing his wrists together, palms outward, a purple and black sphere formed in Greninja's palms. In his and his own trainer's deep seeted desire for dominance, their mutual selfish desire to prove themselves superior to all, a new move was born from the union between trainer and Pokémon.
"Dark Pulse!" Ash commanded Greninja, the Ninja Pokémon firing a beam of energy born from their dark thoughs, their ambitions made manifest.
"Scorching Sands!" Cynthia gasped, the beam hitting Garchomp before she even had time to react, the impact causing a black, malignant explosion around Garchomp.
As the dust cleared, Garchomp remained standing, not too phased, but still showed signs of damage. She tried to let loose a blast of Scorching Sands, but the impact of the Dark Pulse had a side effect. Greninja's dark thoughts, as well as Ash's, infiltrated Garchomp's mind, bridling her movement, momentarily flinching the Pokémon dead in her tracks.
"That was a suprise..!" Cynthia said aloud, her mouth agape. "You two just leaned a brand new move, right on the spot! You just never fail to surpise me, Ash!"
"I could tell Greninja and I wanted the same thing. We want to beat and crush any and all we face, to prove our might." Ash grinned. "I've once read in your class that move, Dark Pulse, is birthed from ones own dark thoughts. Being Greninja is now a Dark type, it only makes sense. I'm more than willing to use my inner darkness if that means Prospects is defeated, once and for all!"
"A move born from your darkest, depraved desires, eyy..?" Cynthia thought to herself, proud in her student coming to that conclusion on his own. "Yes, my Master! Use your selfish desires to your own ends..! Its exactly why so many of us have been broken to serve you, after all. Embrace it and make it your strength!"
"And we're just getting started!" Ash grunted, pumping both his fists, with Greninja responding with the same exact movement. "We're gonna keep getting stronger and stronger, Greninja!"
In that moment, the duo cried out in fury, throwing their heads to the sky, and then suddenly, Greninja's body became surrounded in a vortex that reached up several feet into the air. At this moment, Cynthia realized this was exactly what Ash meant when he told her about this phenomenon.
After the vortex began to turn into a spiraling orb of water around Greninja, Cynthia, Trevor, Alain and Clemont all looked in awe at Greninja, who stood, arms folded, before Garchomp. Calem's Kecleon remained concealed at a far enough distance, recording the event as it continued to play out.
"Trevor, snap pictures!" Alain reminded him.
"R-right!" Trevor agreed, aiming his camera.
"Clemont! How are we looking?" Cynthia asked.
"This is..." Clemont murmered before addressing Cynthia. "Im picking up Mega Evolution energy coming from Greninja, but its different! Unlike Garchomp, not even a smidge of energy is left unabsorbed! All of it is contained in Greninja...and I'm even picking up traces of it in Ash!"
"In Ash?! How's that even possible?!" Alain gasped.
"This..."Cynthia hummed, awestruck by Greninja's form change.
Despite the water obscuring some of the finer details, Cynthia could make out some markings on Greninja's chest, the color and pattern having changed. And it wasnt just that. On the sides of Greninja's head now grew two tuffs of raven black hair, the exact color of hair Ash had. Not only that, but two red lightning bolt markings inside the hair matched the very same birth marks beneath his trainer's eyes. On the top of Greninja's head, its top most crest had turned red, just as the markings in his hair did. Even its body seemed to turn a lighter color of blue.
All this besides, Greninja's eyes excuded a faint, yet piercing red aura inside his sphere of water. He was definitely more powerful from before, Cynthia's intuition as a former Champion made that clear enough to her. What was even more bizarre, however, was the change in Ash himself. His hair was standing up, floating about as if levitating and just like Greninja, his eyes glew a faint red. But Cynthia could tell in Ash's gaze that the teenager was hyper focused, as if he wasnt even present in his own body.
"Ash! You ok?" She called out to him, snapping him out of his concentration.
"Y-yeah..! I'm fine..." Ash stuttered, coming back to reality, looking at his hands, and even Greninja's hands through his partner's eyes, the duo once again synced up through all their senses and minds. "It's just...this power..! It's overwhelming..! It feels even stronger than last time!"
"Its power increased exponentially. Clemont said there is somehow Mega Evolution energy coming from both of their bodies, and yet they don't expel excess energy like a traditional mega form..." The teacher thought to herself. "I don't know what exactly is triggering this transformation, but one thing is clear...this is far stronger than mega evolution. To gain so much power without even a Mega Stone is just unheard of! Oh Master, you always find ways to make me love you even more!"
"Are we done fighting now?" Ash asked, noticing that Cynthia had stopped any attempt to continue the match. "We were just getting started!"
"R-Right! Sorry Ash!" Cynthia shook herself back to her sense, the teacher having been lost in thought, doting over her favorite student. "Garchomp, close in and use Dragon Claw!"
Lunging at Greninja, Garchomp brought down her mighty scythe arm, the appendage swathed in draconic energy. But just before the move connected, Greninja moved far out of range, jumping up high into the sky without so much as Ash giving a an audible verbal command to do so.
"How...did he just..?" Alain gasped.
"I think I...just spoke to Greninja through our minds..." Ash muttered, not even entirely sure how he did it, just knowing that he did was enough for him. "This power its..."
"Amazing, right?" Trevor asked.
"Untapped. I can feel it in me, just as Greninja feels it. This sphere of water is so damn heavy..!" Ash grunted, feeling as if a massive amount of pressure was levied on his body. "We feel so damn slow..!"
"I'm sorry, did you just call that slow?!" Alain gasped, looking up as Greninja entered free fall well over 200 feet in the air. "I barely even had the chance to see you dodge..!"
"I can sense it! There's more to this form!" Ash gasped. "Cynthia, keep attacking!"
"Right! Garchomp, Scorching Sands, rapid fire!" She ordered, her Pokémon obeying.
As shot after shot of searing orbs of sand launched into the air, Greninja veered and weaved around each one of them, the sphere of water firing a jet to counter Greninja's rapid descent to ensure he didn't crash, the Ninja Pokemon rushing down Garchomp.
"Bulldoze!" Cynthia cried, hoping to catch Greninja off balance.
Dodging a few speed bumps caused by Mega Garchomp, Greninja faltered for just a second, the weight of the orb around him getting to him, the last sweep from the Bulldoze tripping him up. Suddenly, Ash felt in his feet as if he had just getting tripped up himself.
"Huh?! What was that?!" Ash gasped, wondering where that came from, only to see through Greninja's eyes a quickly deployed Dragon Claw coming his way.
Hit square in the chest, Greninja got throw back. Right as it happened, however, a surging rush over pain overcame Ash, the teenager feeling as if he were struck across the abdomen with a blade. Clutching the area that hurt, Ash keeled over, groaning in pain.
"Ash?!" Cynthia gasped, wondering what just happened.
"He's clutching the same place Garchomp hit Greninja." Trevor noticed.
"Don't tell me...do we share the same pain..?" Ash came to the conclusion the others were coming to. "Oh...I see how it is now. We truly share all our senses, even the sense of pain...inconvenient...but thay won't stop me!"
"Ash! You shouldn't push yourself!" Cynthia pleaded her Master. "We don't know what kind of risks come with this form change you two have! Don't overexert yourself, please!"
"No, Cynthia. I need this experience. If I learned anything from that fight with that Prospects dick, I won't accomplish anything if I don't get roughed up along the way." Ash rejected Cynthia's offer to stop, the young man determined the continue observing his newfound power. "Keep going! We will do the same!"
"Okay then..." Cynthia obeyed, not one who would dare defy her glorious Master's wishes. "Garchomp, Scorching Sands!"
Garchomp fired another orb of sand, Greninja and Ash raising their arms to catch it. As the hot sand began to flay away at Greninja's hands, the orb of water surrounding him not able to cool it down fast enough, Greninja grunted in pain as the Secondary effect of Cynthia's move caused a burn, Ash groaning in pain as he felt the burning himself, his own hands suddenly sporting burn marks.
"Close in and use Iron Head!" Cynthia commanded
"Dark Pulse, Greninja!" Ash ordered a counterattack, regaining his composure.
Synced in their movements, Ash and Greninja clasped their wrists together, energy forming in Greninja's burned palms as they extended outward toward Garchomp. Releasing another blast of energy comprised of both Ash and Greninja's dark thoughts, Garchomp proceeded to take the blast head on, bracing her body as she walked toward Greninja. As the move exploded against the Dragon's body, still not having done enough damage, Ash and Greninja began to feel the weight of the sphere of water around them, the cacoon of water alone enough in suffocating, hampering Greninja's ability to move as well.
"As I figured. The form is still incomplete. That orb of water is a sign of it. The more the battle prolongs, the slower they get." Cynthia sighed. "Wrap it up for us Garchomp."
Standing above Greninja, Garchomp threw her head back, ready to headbutt Greninja in the face. His trainer could only watch through his Pokémon's eyes as well as his own as Garchomp connected, the force from the blow hitting Ash as well. As Greninja fell unconscious, knocked out by the attack, so too did Ash, the teenager collapsing on the spot as Greninja's form came undone, reverting to his base state.
"Ash!" Cynthia gasped, rushing to her Master's aid.
"I'm not detecting any more of that energy inside Greninja or Ash." Clemont added before coming to the aid of his brother.
Handing both Greninja and Ash a Max Revive candy, both teenager and Pokémon regained their strength, the duo coming too.
"I lost, huh..?" Ash realized, suddenly feeling the stinging pain of his hands being burnt. "Shit, that stings!!"
"I got a Burn Heal for you both." Alain offered, fetching a spray bottle from his bag, applying it to Ash and Greninja's burns, the medicine quick mending the burnt skin.
"Don't worry about losing, Ash." Cynthia assured her student. "The fact you were able to conpete with Garchomp, let alone in her Mega form is achievement in itself. If you develop that power, I've no doubt you could destroy me."
"About our power..." Ash spoke. "What could you gather?"
"I don't know how or why, but your transformation seems to occur in both of you, not just Greninja. Clemont said you had some energy inside you as well." Cynthia explained. "I don't know what this sort of bond you have between one another is, but that power is way stronger than Mega Evolution. I reckon I only won due to a lack of experience on your end. Your linked pain concerns me, though. I don't want to see you suffer."
"No pain, no gain. Thats what everyone says anyways." Ash dismissed the concern, the teen feeling that it was worth it for sich incredible strength. "I think I might know how we transformed, though."
"Really?!" Clemont asked.
"When Greninja learned Dark Pulse, I could sense we were both thinking the same thing. We both desire to become strong and wield power over our adversaries." Ash theorized. "Maybe when our thoughts come together we...fuse..?"
"Fusion, huh?" Cynthia asked. "Well, it wouldn't be that far fetched. After all, from my perspective, Greninja's form change seemed to resemble you in appearance."
Looking at Greninja, his Pokémon looking back at him, Ash pondered the notion of the duo fusing. Such latent potential, which as Cynthia theorized, was even stronger than Mega Evolution. If and when they perfected this power, Prospects would be a thing of the past. But as Ash thought of Prospects, he remembered his slave's race was soon.
"Since classes are over, I'm gonna leave campus for now." Ash told Cynthia, getting close to whisper. "I'd love to reward you for giving me much needed training, but Inhave to go. Until I can use your body, feel free to enjoy my other slaves in the spa club."
"As you wish, my glorious Master..!" Cynthia whispered back, her Owner's words like honey in her ears.
"Come on guys, let's jet. Rosa said she, Hilda and Calem are already on route to the starting point." Ash instructed. "I don't plan on letting this Xavier guy know I'm there, but I plan to make sure this race isnt gonna go south."
"Right, I'll go start up the car." Clemont nodded, walking back to his apartment to get his car keys.
After meeting up in the parking lot, the group of 4 took off, all of them anxious as to what will happen next.
Author's Note: hello once again, dear readers, YaBoySteven back again with a new chapter for the high school hypno harem, just in time for your reading pleasure for the holiday. In this chapter, Ash battles his teacher, Cynthia, to find out what exactly this Bond Phenomenon is between him and his Greninja. Will they master this power in time to fight Prospects? Will Hilda be able to beat Xavier at his own game? What exactly will this race entail and what sort of consequences will arise from it? Find out all of this and more in the chapters to come.
Now to other matters regarding Privatly Messaging me. I've notifed some have made mention of sending me PM's over Fanfic's website, but I realize I might not have been specific about that. When it comes to communication, the website/desktop version of the site doesn't communicate with the app version I use to read and write stories. For example, even if you send me a PM while you are using the Desktop website version, I am not able to view your PM's in the slightest.
The ONLY way I can seem to read your PM's is if I receive them through the mobile app version. So if any of you wish to communicate with me, you will have to download the app of FanFiction through the app store on your phone/mobile device. Only then will I be able to read it.
I understand this way to talk to me directly is inconvenient for your side of this, to say the least. I'm currently working on a way to circumvent this dilemma. Currently, I was theorizing making a Discord server to chat, but I see flaws in this as well, as posting my social media info online for any and all to see is problematic as well, hence why I removed my twitter @ from my bio.
If I were to specifically only allow only my consistent readers to be given permission to such a server, that only gives rise to another problem, as I'd have no way to privately give such info to said readers, because as I said before, PM's sent from the desktop version cannot be read by mobile users like myself, and vice versa.
Until I can find a more efficient way to circumvent this problem, I will unfortunately request any of you wish to leave me a private message over this website, please do so through the app you can download onto your phones or tablets, otherwise, I'd never be able to view your messages. Regardless, I hope you enjoy this chapter and the others to come. Sorry once again if I am not too terribly consistent with my updates, but I hope these chapaters are worth the wait, regardless.
Once again, thank you for your patience in your time. Have a happy holiday to you all, and I hope to see you in the reviews. Happy Reading!
