Happy Birthday KeJae! KeJae requested that this year's birthday fic give Neal a twin sister and write a story displaying their relationship with each other. This is a oneshot so it may feel rushed at times but I hope you enjoy what I did with the prompt you gave me. But there's hopefully lots of family fluff in here.
