Previously on this story,
All Might clarified his meaning when he said that Isogai had murdered several individuals. Jirou's internal issues were then addressed by Nagisa. Two teachers arrived. When the former 3- E eventually reunited in their covert headquarters, Isogai clarified the reason why they were present,
"The reason why we are here is because we have a mission of infiltration and assassination of the man in infront of you."
NARRATOR'S POV
Everyone was sitting in their seats and listening to what Isogai was saying, because it's rare for them to be given this kind of job, as they are unofficial agents whose existence is known only to Karasuma and Irina. They are given tasks as a last resort when the Ministry can't do anything to powerful individuals.
"Last month, there was a mall hijack incident; fortunately, I was there and rescued all hostages. But it was very odd and suspicious, which are:
How can a group of 50 armed terrorists not get noticed when they entered the city? How did they plan all of that when their boss was arrested just 2 weeks ago? Where were the heroes of that area, which is at the centre of the city?
To clear my suspicions, I killed all of them except their leader for interrogation. About their leader being alive is only known to a handful of people whom I trust because I have doubts that an agent is also working with them. After several days of interrogation of the terrorist leader and the boss, we found our answers:
The boss is the leader of a major human trafficking syndicate that has been active for many decades, and their major exports are kids who have strong quirks to a group for a long time, but he also does not know about their true identities.
The leader of the terrorist group was helped by that same group to prevent any leakage of information. Regarding entering the city mall and the absence of heroes from the area, he named a couple of heroes who each took a handful of heroes of the area on a separate missions, an agent who got them clearance to enter, and a businessman who provided them weapons and funds.
"But Isogai, are you sure that it was all true? There is a possibility that the terrorist could be lying." Takebayashi asked.
"We also thought about it; therefore, we asked Toka-san, Akari-san, Mimura-kun, Okajima-kun, and Sosuke-kun to gather information on these individuals. And my suspicions are correct."
"Then why didn't you arrest them?" Takebayashi asked.
Isogai sighed, "Because they are powerful figures with connections that reach high up in the government. It would have caused a political uproar if we had made a move against them without concrete evidence." Takebayashi nodded in understanding, realising the delicate situation at hand. "Even if there is a chance of arresting the businessman, heroes' arrest is going to be a huge problem because of the HPSC."
Everyone understands what Isogai meant to say: HPSC will do anything to maintain the good image of the heroes, even if they have to make someone else their scapegoat as they had done previously.
"We understand Isogai, so when should we have to start this operation?" Nagisa asked Isogai.
"Tomorrow night. That agent has already been arrested, so left are 5 Pro heroes and a businessman. So here's the grouping:

Manami (Manam Okuda), Yuzuki (Yuzuki Fuwa), Toka (Toka Yada), and Hiroto (Hiroto Maehara) . Your target will be in a Pub. Ryoma (Ryoma Terasaka), Kirara (Kirara Hazama), Taisei (Taisei Yoshida), and Takuya (Takuya Muaramatsu). Your target lives in a house with high security. Tomohito (Tomohito Sugino), Rinka (Rinka Hayami), and Ryunosuke (Ryunosuke Chiba). Your target is going for a meeting in a building. Yukiko (Yukiko Kanzaki), Hinata (Hinata Okano), Akari (Akari Yukimura), and Hinano (Hinano Kurahashi). Your target is a playboy who goes to this club regularly. Further information in the file. Okajima and Mimura will be on my team. Lastly, Sosuke (Sosuke Sugaya), Karma, and Nagisa will be on the last team. Your target is the businessman.
"Sugaya, Karma, and Nagisa, we want the businessman alive for interrogation about the dealer of terrorists." Karma's face lightened up when he heard the word 'interrogation.' "Therefore your mission will be the hardest one. Itona and Ritsu will provide technical support.
Now you're free to do planning for your mission. Good luck to all of you."
Everyone started planning with their groups. Ritsu provided them the maps and escape routes of the buildings their missions are going to be. Itona started checkup and adjustments on the nano-suits for the mission. He made their weapons very durable and stealthy so that they cannot be noticed easily.
Ryunosuke and Rinka visited the armory to explore their weapon options. The armory houses an extensive selection of firearms, ranging from knives and pistols to heavy artillery. Itona, Ritsu, Chiba, and Rinka work together to modify and enhance these weapons, ensuring they meet the specific needs of their missions.
They all stayed till sunset and went home at night.

"Are you all ready for your mission?" Isogai asked everyone one last time. To which everyone nodded.
Everyone was wearing an outfit required for the mission.
Teams 1 & 4 were wearing dresses fitting for a pub. Team 2 was wearing a suit that can also shift into the most durable combat suit out of all of them. Team 3 was wearing casual clothes, which can turn into camouflaged suits. They also have a suitcase that has disassembled sniper rifles. Team 5 was wearing a stealth suit. Lastly, team 6 was wearing cleaners outfits with a bag and IDs. But everyone has one thing in common: a photostatic mask to hide their identity.
Everyone went on towards their location in different vehicles.
Team 1
They left the car and entered the pub. They all went according to the plan. Manami sat in front of the bar counter, and Maehara and Yuzuki started analysing the pub on how to escape the commotion. Toka was finding their target, and when she found him, she whispered to him,
"Hey, aren't you the famous hero Black Sun?"
"Oh! A fan, I guess? Yes, I am the pro hero Black Sun," he said that with a hint of pride in his voice.
"Yes, I am a fan of yours." She said false excitedly.
"Oh! Is that so? How may I help you then?"
"I came with a friend of mine, but we are very lonely here. Can you please have a drink with us?" She said that with a slightly seductive tone. And he fell for it.
"Oh! Sure, why not? I can do this much for my fans." and he started following her towards the bar counter.
"Wow! You really are the famous hero Black Sun." Manami acted excited.
"Enough of that hero and fan conversation. I am here as a common citizen to release the stress, so I ask you to not tell anyone about this. In exchange, I can give you my autograph and take a selfie with you in my hero costume."
"It's much more than we could have asked for. Don't worry; we will keep it a secret. But you also keep your promise." Toka said the last part teasingly.
"Haha, a hero always keeps his promises."
"Can you have a drink with us?" She said, showing two glasses of alcohol and giving him one of them.
"Sure,"
"One more of this same drink, please." Toka said that to the bartender.
"Very good choice, ma'am, this is the strongest drink we have." The bartender said and provided them one more glass of drink.
"Cheers!" they all said and drank it in one go.
"You're right, this is really the strongest drink I have ever had," he said with a bit of dizziness.
"Thanks for the compliment, sir." The bartender said to the hero.
A minute later, Hero collapsed onto the table.
"I think he couldn't handle it." Toka said.
"I think you are right," the bartender and Manami both said.
They both took him to a nearby free table and placed him there. They signalled their other members and left the pub soon after.
"Has the work been done?" Maehara asked when they got out.
"Yes, the poison I put in his drink works on strong alcoholic medium. It reacts with the alcohol and acts like a strong sleeping drug, and an hour later, the job is done.
The pub was going to close; everyone had already left except for that hero. When an employee went to ask him to go, he found him motionless and breathless.
Team 2
The target is a pro hero who lives in a big mansion; he ranks in the top 50 and has ties with many big companies. Every weekend he comes to this mansion for chilling with girls. There are more than a hundred guards patrolling inside and outside the mansion. Behind the mansion is an ocean and a high cliff, which climbing is impossible, except for a group with tech and skills who are trained in doing impossible tasks.
This suit belongs to Terasaka. It is designed to absorb the kinetic energy when he uses his quirk and convert it into energy, which is used by his blasters and other arsenals.
{Terasaka's[Quirk: Kinetic Energy(Awakened)in the past allowed him to take all the kinetic energy when he got hit but couldn't release it directly, for that he has release it bit by bit using brute force. That made him a brute and delinquent; he cannot get hurt through simple means and have to release it through fighting. But there was an upperlimit upto how much he could absorb, after that his limit was touched he can get hurt like a normal human.
After he, unintentionally, caused the pool incident, he made a resolve to be the shield of the class. This resolve got strengthened after Koro-sensei's departure and allowed his Quirk to awaken. Now he can channel the whole Kinetic Energy in a huge blast like Kamehameha and can store the energy for how much he want. He also has upperlimit but the limit can be broken after training multiple times.}
The suit belonge to Kirara is designed specifically for her agility, mobility, and stealth. It is more durable and resistant than any female suits. She carries a nano-sword made with highly condensed nanomachines.
The suit belonged to Taisei Yoshida is made to withstand high impacts from powerful enemies and for hand-to-hand combat. Using his suit, he can can even fly by continuously regulating the rpm of the turbines present in the wings.
{Yoshida's[Quirk: RPM (Awakened)] lets him control the RPM of any object. Initially he had a limit of increasing the rpm to only 2 times but now that limit is lifted. He is also the source of energy in the base. Using his quirk, he can generate power by rotating the turbines.}
The belonged to Takuya Muramatsu is designed for repulsor and laser firing like Iron man's suit and equiped with multiple plasma blades for cutting and slicing. This suit is also very durable and resistant.
{Muramatsu's[Quirk: Profit-Loss (Awakened)], grants him the ability to calculate the profit and loss for any business venture he is involved in with incredible accuracy. This quirk also allows him to make strategic decisions based on financial data, giving him a significant advantage in the world of commerce. Previously, it only let him calculate for a short period of time, but now he can plan for long-term investments.}
They climbed the cliff with their camouflaged mode on; the night also helped them in sneaking. As soon as they reached the top, they made sure no one was there. They attacked 4 unsuspecting guards, impersonated them, and disabled the security cameras before making their way into the mansion. They knew they couldn't get near the target's room without the special access, so they raised the fire alarms for commotion, and soon every guard around the mansion went running towards the target's location to escort him out of the danger; unbeknownst to anyone, 4 assassins were also with them. They shot him with minuscule guns inserted in their index fingers just like that of the one used by Reaper. These shots targeted his aorta. The initial wound is very tiny but gets torn larger with every heartbeat, causing excessive bleeding from the target's heart.
Target knelt down from the pain in his chest and collapsed. Everyone's attention was on him when the 4 of them sneaked their way out. They jumped off the cliff and dove into the ocean with their super durable suits. They switched into their diving gear and used a propeller controlled by Yoshida to reach the boat they had parked far away.
Team 3
TARGET'S POV
I got out of my car and went inside the building.
"Good evening, sir. The boss is waiting for you at the top floor." The female secretary greeted and said. To which I followed her.
'I made a huge deal with this construction company. According to this deal; I cause a lot of property damage, the government men pass the tender of reconstruction to this company, and this company gains profits and gives me 20% out of it and the men who give them tender 20%. To cover the deal, this company'donates'this money to my agency annually. In this way, they hit 2 birds with 1 stone. They get the money and reputation of being generous to help agencies grow.'I was thinking about my relationship with the company.
'I should be thanking the HPSC for being as they are now, because of them, heroes like me can do things like this without worrying about reputation, given that they will do everything to maintain the good image of the heroes as long as I am a high ranking hero.'I was internally chuckling thinking about this.
We reached the room where the meeting will be held. There sat everyone who are part of this deal. The boss, behind him, stood his secretary and on the other side, government employees who provide tender. I sat in the free seat. Then the secretary announced the reason why we are all here.
"Good evening, everyone. As you all are aware, the reason for this meeting is the renewal of our contract. If you have any changes you want to make, please tell us."
No one said a word; they are gaining free money without any real effort anyway. So, we begin reading our contract.
"If you do not have anything to add, please sig—*BOOM*." She was saying when suddenly the glass shattered and something launched towards us.
NARRATOR'S POV
A few minutes earlier
Three individuals were on the roof of the building opposite of their target's. They were in a camouflaged mode and reassembling their sniper rifles.
"The target has entered the building," Sugino announced. He was using binoculars to observe.
This suit belongs to Tomohito Sugino and is specifically designed for his quirk. This suit lets him calculate the trajectory for long range attacks and set his posture correct for throwing projectiles.
"Roger, Sniper rifles are in their position. 6 targets are locked on." Both snipers also announced.
This suit belongs to Ryuunosuke Chiba. This suit is for sniping, and lets him correct his posture and is also made for combat.
The guns they are using are plasma guns which use plasma accelerated bullets that reduces the sound and increases the impact. This gun can be disassembled and reassemble into two other variations for more power.
"I am ready to break the glass. 3...2...1...HYA!" Sugino threw a metallic ball to break the bulletproof glass with controlled speed to minimise the damage and leave the buildings next to it.
"Windows are shattered.*BANG**BANG*BANG*Target 1, 3, and 5 are down." Runnosuke announced in a low and calm voice.
{Ryunnosuke Chiba's[Quirk: Motion Calculation (Awakened)]in the past let him approximate the kinematic and ballistic calculation at a fast rate. But in awakened form, he can control the trajectory & velocity of anything that has been propelled through ignition, like bullets and mini rockets. The only drawback is that his control over projectiles inversely depends upon the size and mass of the object, which means he cannot control the object that has a very big mass, like big missiles and jets. Like most of the E class, his quirk awakening is not registered.}
"*BANG*BANG*BANG*Targets 2, 4, and 6 are also down." Rinka announced.
The suit belonged to Rinka Chiba(Rinka Hayami) may not look much but is excellent for agility, sniping, and balance which she is famous for. When she and Ryunnosuke have same targets, then the mini computer automatically calculates and told them who is targeting whom.
{Hayami Rinka is[Quirkless], but her excellent balance and kinetic vision gained her the reputation of being the best sniper in the whole Class E.}
"Sending miniature drone for confirmation," Sugino said. Launching a miniature drone.
The drone flew and reached the collapsed floor and sent the video feed of what it was seeing.
"Deaths confirmed. Mission successful. Returning to the rendezvous point." Sugino announced.
They disassembled their weapons and reached the ground floor, where a crowd was gathering to see what happened to the building.
Team 4
Team 4's plan was the same as Team 2's. Yukiko and Hinata will seduce him and take him to a secluded area; Akari and Hinano will make sure that no one notices them.
When the hero was flirting with Yukiko, Hinata kicked him in the jawline and broke it, causing him to collapse to the ground.
Akari and Hinano quickly killed him and hid the body before anyone could notice. The team then made a swift exit, blending into the crowd seamlessly to avoid detection, and went to the rendezvous point.
Team 5
Team 5's mission was the same as Team 2nd's; they infiltrated the house impersonating and avoiding all guards. When they arrived at the target's room, Okajima and Mimura executed the target while Isogai copied all the information and inserted a virus into the PC. This PC is on an isolated cloud server and has all the evidence they needed to prove the corruption of these heroes and if someone tried to enter this server the virus will notify them.
This suit belongs to Yuma Isogai. This suit is designed for agility, speed, mobility and fighting. Karma's and Isogai's suits are the best in the team for combat. He has special cables as support item and weapons. He also has guns, knives, and claws in case weapons do not work.
Team 6
Karma, Isogai, and Sugaya entered the building as cleaners and signalled Ritsu to hack the CCTV and play a false video feed. They entered the bathroom and used an encrypted call to call the businessman, impersonating the hero who he had worked with.
"Hello, Magnus here." Sugaya said, changing his voice to that of the target killed by Isogai.
Target: Yes, Magnus, what is it? Why did you call me at this time with an unknown number?
Magnus(Sugaya):The 4 heroes who worked with us on last month's job had been killed. Someone tried to kill me, but I was lucky my guards saved me. My guess is that their next target would be you. So try to leave the city as soon as possible.
Target: Are you sure about that? The businessman was really scared.
Magnus(Sugaya): I am sure. I confirmed it. Their guards picked up and told me. Only you and me are left, I am going to leave tomorrow morning, but I advise you to leave now. Bye.
Sugaya ended the call and from his bag took out his special equipment. Karma and Nagisa also did the same and left, leaving Sugaya.
Karma and Nagisa reached outside the target's room with a cleaning trailer and opened the door and peeked inside the room where the target was sitting in the chair sweating crazily, and beside him were two guards.
Karma and Nagisa exchanged determined glances with each other, wore masks, and quickly fired three rounds of tranquillizer bullets, but the guards had durability and some level of muscle quirks, which protected them from the bullets, but the target had been shot.
They expected that and took out their knives. Karma was fighting the one with the durability quirk, and Nagisa was facing the one with the muscle quirk. Guard 1 was punching Karma, but not a single one of the punches landed on him while Nagisa, after some blows, adapted to it and outmatched the guard in a few blows. Guard 1 was still punching, but suddenly he felt dizzy and collapsed.
"You're durable against darts, but that does not mean you're durable against gas too. We had thrown a odourless gas containing ball too, at the start." Karma explained to the knocked out guard.
"Karma, enough talking; let's complete the task." Nagisa said, going out and bringing back the trolley.
They quickly put the target inside the trolley and left the room. As soon as they went outside the room, someone came.
"Hey, has the first part of the plan been completed?" The man asked.
"Yes, now begin the second phase of the plan." Karma said to the man.
The man in front of them is none other than Sugaya in the disguise of the target.
Sugaya went inside the room, and Nagisa and Karma went outside towards their cleaning truck with the trolley. As they loaded the trolley into the truck, Karma whispered to Nagisa, "Let's hope the next phase works as planned." With a nod of agreement, they drove away from the building, leaving Sugaya to carry out his part of the plan.
Sugaya put the two guards on the sofa and waited for them to wake up.
"W-what hap-pened to m-me? I was fighting and then... " Guard 1 said.
"Oh! You both woke up?" Sugaya, in the disguise of the target, asked.
"Boss? No, I don't think so. Are you really the boss?" Guard 2 asked.
"No, I am not your boss. You don't know about me, but I know everything about you. About your personal life, social life, your family, and their personal and professional life too." Sugaya said, giving them some papers containing what he said just now.
"Why are you telling us?" Guard 1 asked with courage, but deep down he was scared of what would happen to his family.
"As a form of warning. You do as I say tonight, and nothing will happen to you or your family, and I will give you a large sum of money so that you don't have to work here. So what do you say?"
The guard hesitated, weighing the risks and rewards of the mysterious offer. He knew that accepting the money could mean leaving his job and providing a better life for his family, but he also feared the consequences of getting involved with someone who had such intimate knowledge of his life.
"I a-agree," both guards said.
"But how can we trust you?" Guard 1 added.
"As a form of trust, I can only tell you why I came here. Your boss was involved with a terrorist group that attacked last month; we are here to get information, unofficially. If you don't believe, see this." He said, showing the laptop containing the meeting with the terrorists.
"So what do we have to do?"
"Not much; don't tell anyone what you know here except for what I tell you to police authorities when they ask. And take me to this place 2 hours later." He showed them the location.
(Timeskip: 2 Hours Later)
Those 2 guards with 6 more guards in 3 cars (3 guards in the front car and 3 guards in the back car) reached their destination. He went out of the car with his guards. There were 6 people standing with cars.
"Hello sir, we are here to take you out of Japan for safety as soon as possible." The unknown man said.
"Okay, guards, you can go now, and don't tell anyone that I am going out of Japan. I am transferring money into your accounts to keep your mouth shut." Sugaya said and left with the men.
(Timeskip: The next day)
"Mission was a success, everyone," Isogai announced to everyone.
"Yeah, then about that interrogation, when should we begin that?" Karma asked, his inside devil surfacing.
"About that, the interrogation will begin at noon, when Karasuma-sensei and his trusted subordinates arrive at the location I sent." Isogai informed, to which Karma's face got dejected.
"Shit, today is an important meeting at noon; I don't think I can be there. But I guess it's a sign that I shouldn't be there as I wouldn't get any fun torturing an old, corrupted geezer who pissed his pants when we entered his room."
"Actually, I wasn't going to call you for interrogation anyway, Karma. You would torment him to death."
"Aww, you think like that about me, Isogai? I am heartbroken. Just kidding, you're right about that. Regarding my meeting, Nagisa, I may not be able to take today's class, so you will be today's substitute." Karma said to Nagisa.
"Yeah, I also cannot take today's class because of interrogation." Isogai also said to Nagisa.
"Don't worry, I will take care of it." Nagisa replied to both of them.
"Isogai, what will be your next plan?"
"We will say that the deaths of these heroes and the disappearance of this businessman are suspicious, so we will force the guards of him to tell us; they will say that he got a call from one of those heroes about killing attempts on them, and he quickly talked to someone about taking him to safety, which will be verified. Later on, we will investigate the connection between these 6 people. Then after having that evidence, we will release an arrest warrant and publicly announce the corruptness of these heroes. But this all will take months."

Attendance has been taken.
"Today Karma-sensei and Isogai-sensei won't be able to take today's class, as both are busy in meetings. So, I will take over for them. Do you have any problem with it?"
To which class shook their heads.
The substitute teacher smiled and began the lesson, trying to keep the students engaged despite the absence of their regular teachers. As the lesson progressed, the students couldn't help but wonder what was happening behind the scenes with Karma-sensei and Isogai-sensei. Little did they know about the whole mission.
