Tides of Eternity

When Annabeth Chase dies saving Percy from Kronos, Percy defeats the Titan lord, fulfilling the prophecy. Declaring him their champion, the Olympians grant him a unique blessing from each of them. Percy is given the choice to live a normal life, with the option to accept godhood later, but with the Second Giant War approaching, he must decide where his true loyalty lies.
