Chapter 6: Help!
Vlad Masters was waiting in his mayor office, in a good mood. He was expecting a certain delivery soon and he knew that it was a matter of time.
"Okay...according to my spy bugs...those little fools should be delivering the Infi-map right about...now..."Vlad said with a smirk.
No sooner than he said that his trio of new minions soon zoomed into his office, each one holding onto the Infi-Map and looking almost whiplashed and dizzy.
Donovan and Vivian were shaking, while Theodore was grinning for some reason.
"Wow! That was even better than that roller coaster ride we went on last summer!..."Theodore said.
"Man, this virtual reality is almost too realistic..."Donovan said.
"My hair!..."Vivian said as she pulled out her mirror and quickly fixed it.
The trio didn't even seem to notice where they were until they heard someone clapping and they saw it was their boss.
"Hello, Masters Blasters. Have you been successful?..."Vlad asked, already knowing.
Donovan, wanting to take credit as the team leader, grabbed the map from Vivian and handed it to their new boss.
"Sure are. Here it is, Boss..."Donovan said as he handed it to the billionaire.
Vlad grabbed the Infi-map and smirked widely.
"Unbelievable, they actually got it. If this was that easy, I would have fired these fools a long time ago. Oh well, live and learn..."Vlad thought, pleased as he closed the map and turned to his newest employees.
"Well done, you three. You passed your final test with flying colors..."Vlad praised, being somewhat sincere.
"Well, was there ever any doubt? We ARE The Masters Blasters after all..."Donovan said with pride.
"Yeah! Masters Blasters stop disasters!..."Thrash said, getting looks from everyone.
"What? I thought it be a cool catchphrase that we could use since we are going to be heroes..."Theodore said, a little self-conscious right now.
Donovan was about to criticize him, but Vivian spoke up.
"It actually does sound kind of catchy. And I think that it could be pretty marketable..."Vid said, and Vlad started to get ideas.
"Hmm...It does have a nice ring to it. It's bold, dynamic and heroic sounding. It would make a nice slogan and even look great on a shirt. I'll pass that long to my marketing team..."Vlad said, already getting ideas.
Thrash smiled, happy that they liked his idea while Donovan frowned, not liking that the attention wasn't on him, so he spoke again.
"Anyway, we already got that map thingy of yours in that super VR thingy, so that means we're hired, right?..."Donovan asked and Vlad nodded.
"Of course, my young friend. You're in. And as a reward for doing such a good job, here's a little bonus for your three. Just my way of saying thanks for doing a good job on your first day of work..."Vlad said as he pulled out a brief case that was filled with several thousand dollars.
Thrash, Vid and Download's eyes widened when they saw all that money. They had seen more money that this before back when they were living in luxury as their parents' heirs, but after months of humiliating part time jobs and earning minimum wage, this was gold.
"Alright! I'm rich again!..."Donovan said as he grabbed his pay.
"Hey, a lot of that money is mine too!..."Vid argued, not wanting to be denied her share.
"And mine too! I was actually the one who found that stupid map thingy!..."Thrash yelled as he tried to get his.
Vlad rolled his eyes at their actions and cleared his throat, getting his newest trio of minions' attention.
"There is about $15,000 in total. Each of you are entitled to $5,000..."Vlad said, just wanting to end this stupid fight.
The trio of teenagers stopped their fight and then quickly divided the money in equal amounts. They each had greedy smiles on their faces as they stared at the small fortune that they "earned" today.
"Alright. We're financial superior to our peers again! To the mall! I'm buying new clothes and jewelry and it's way overdue!..."Vid cheered as she ran out, planning to go to Abyss since she hasn't been able to shop there since she has been disinherited.
"I'm buying a new watch and the new cell phone that I so deserve!..."Thrash said as he left with his own money.
"I can't wait to see the look on Dad's face once he sees how well I'm already doing at my new job!..."Donovan said, having his own plans for this money.
Once the teens left to go spend their "hard earned money", Vlad rolled his eyes.
"So easy..."He said, as he turned his attention back to his newly acquired tressure.
The infi-map.
"Finally. Now, I better get to work and move on to phase 2..."He said, already having plans for it.
Meanwhile
Danny, Star and Val were at Lake Eerie.
They managed to locate the ecto-ranium and Star had been the one to get rid of them by burying them underground thanks to Wulf using his claws and Danny using his ghostly super strength to create a big whole, though they both kept a distance to avoid getting hurt by the anti-ghost element while Star and Val were the ones to drop the dangerous anti ghost rocks in there.
Once done, they buried it, they turned to each other.
"Okay, I think that's all of it...are you sure that buying them 20 feet underground is enough?..."Star asked.
"Don't worry. My dad says that distance and lead is the only thing that can counter the ecto-raniums effect so I doubt even Vlad will be able to track it now that they are in that special lead case from the lab and burying it deeper underground should help..." Danny said.
"I hope so. How's the fake ecto-ranium coming along Star?..."Val asked.
"It's all ready. I also added some dirt, mud and pieces of stuff I found in the woods so they would look more natural. I'm just glad that the paint dries quickly, and that it's waterproof and can withstand the elements..." Star said.
"I'm just glad your art skills are impressive enough that even I almost mistook your phony glowing glow rocks for the real deal. Granted, given how rare ecto-ranium is...I haven't seen it since elementary school but I bet that Vlad hasn't either. Thankfully it looks exactly like it does in the pictures..." Danny said, since Star's art skills were that good and her phonies did look realistic enough at first glance.
"Aw, thanks Boo. You're so sweet. I just hope Vlad mistakes them for the real thing too..." Star said.
"I just hope that this whole plan works..." A shy voice was heard.
It was Dani.
Sam and the others had informed her about the bad news and now they had to get out of here since Vlad is up to his old tricks again.
"I'm sorry Dani but for the time being, it's best that you relocate, lay low and keep quiet. For your own safety..." Danny said.
"I know, Danny. I know this isn't the first time I've relocated when one of "dear old dad's" operations got a little too close but...it's just...I was finally starting to feel comfortable at this place and now we have to go. That Fruitloop always ruins everything..." Dani said, looking bummed that her "dear old dad" was causing them trouble again.
"Yes, he does. But this will be temporary. I promise..." Danny said.
"And here's a message from your landlord Sam, you are still welcome to the lake house any time and as long as you want...but this is just a precaution in case Vlad DOES know you're here. We just gotta play it safe for a while..." He said reassuringly, knowing it's better to be safe than sorry.
"But I have no place to go until then. Should I just fly off into the sunset dramatically again?..." Dani said, wondering where she'll go now.
"No need. My grandpa owns several properties all around the country. There's a cottage in Upstate New York that hasn't been used in years. My grandpa bought is as a sort of summer home for the family, but the old bat that he calls his wife never liked it and my aunts and uncles are all super busy with their own careers and family's that they hardly ever go there. It's perfect for laying low until Vlad gives up or we find a way to get rid of him..." Star said.
Dani sighed.
"Okay..."She said.
"Dani, vi estos bone. Mi estos tie por vi, mia amiko..."Wulf said. saying "Dani, you'll be fine. I will be there for you, my friend" in Esperanto.
His friends all sent him a grateful look.
"We really appreciate you going with her, Wulf. I know that this forest is your home, and you are doing us a big favor by going along with all of this..." Danny said.
"Tute ne estas problemo. Wulf faros ion ajn por amikoj...kaj ankaŭ Danielle estas amiko..."Wulf said, making the teens smile.
"Aw, Wulf. Thanks..." Dani said, hugging the werewolf ghost she saw as her friend and Wulf hugged her back.
"What he say?..."Val asked, since he was speaking in Esperanto.
"He said, and I quote: "No problem at all. Wulf will do anything for friends...and Danielle is a friend too..."Star said, getting looks from her best friend.
"What? Danny's not the only one learning Esperanto in his spare time..." Star said, making Danny smile at her.
Her best friend just shrugged, making a mental note to learn some Esperanto later. She then hefted the case of "ecto-ranium" onto her board.
"Okay, are you sure that these rocks will be enough? What if Vlad figures out you were the one who made them?..."Val asked, referring to the fake ecto-ranium.
"Relax, I used gloves the entire time so it's not like there are any fingerprints on that stuff. And what matters is that by the time Vlad figures out they are fake, Dani will be far away and safe..." Star said, since she wasn't afraid of that Fruitloop.
"Okay, I'll be on my way to deal with the fruitloop. You guys make sure Dani makes it to her new hideout safely..."Val said.
"On it..." Danny and Star said, ready to head out and take Danielle and Wulf to their next new hiding spot.
Val soon left, but she waited until her friends were a distant away from summoning her ghost hunting armor, since she still wasn't sure how much Vlad would or could spy on them. After all, she wasn't completely sure that her friends plan was the best for her safety and she also wasn't sure if her ghost hunting gear was bugged or not, which is certainly something that she have to check on later once all this is over for now.
But right now, she has a job to do.
"I hope this works. Acting skills don't fail me now..."Val thought as she flew away on her hovercraft, ready to do her part in keeping Danielle safe.
In Amity Park
Jack and Maddie had been hunting the ghostly weasel.
They managed to catch it in the Fenton thermos but it got away and they were after it again, but it was a slippery little ghost and had grow a bit wise to their tactics and tried to avoid them.
Even now, their new "assistant" was acting a little too enthusiastic as she voluntarily continued their ghost hunt. She even looked over the inventory as they drove in the RV, while Stella was looking around their mobile lab like some sort of shopping mall.
"Oh, this RV of yours has move gadgets in it than all the ones Daddy owns combined..."Stella said as she looked around, seemingly impressed with the Fenton's ingenuity.
Stella then spotted a photograph of Jack and Maddie capturing their first ghost together in their younger years. It triggered memories and she tried to be cheerful and optimistic as she spoke to those she viewed as her friends.
"Oh my. This reminds me of my grandpa's photo safari stories...though with no chance of a Lion attack...possibly..."She joked.
Both Jack and Maddie looked at each other and wondered why the rich blonde woman was so adamant on associating with them today. They liked Stella and viewed her as a friend...sort of...but she was being rather odd today and they honestly weren't sure how to make of this sudden interest of hers in their work.
"Uh...Stella...you know you don't have to do this. We can easily give you a ride home and-..."Maddie was cut off.
"Oh, that's not needed. I'm happy to help. It's no trouble at all..."Stella said cheerfully, as she continued to act oblivious to how they were really feeling about her presence here.
The ghost hunting couple noticed she was acting odd today, even by their standards.
"Stella...are you...feeling okay?..."Maddie asked, and the blonde woman just sent her a smile.
"Of course I am fine. Everything is fine and it's a fine day to hunt ghosts..."Stella said in a chipper way.
The Fenton patriarch and matriarch both showed signs of concern for the mother of their son's girlfriend. After finding out a girl you raised was a complete utter lunatic, there was no way that she was "just fine" but the blonde woman insisted that everything was fine and kept acting chipper about something.
Stella then continued to walk around the RV like she owned the place and kept commenting on their weapons and looking at them curiously. Stella spotted the ghost gauntlets and eyed them with curiosity and interest.
"Oh my, these glove thingies look pretty high tech. If you change their colors and add some different sizes and maybe add some accessories and maybe add some gems on them, I can see these flying off the shelves..."Stella said, not so helpfully.
Maddie rolled her eyes.
"We'll put that on the list..."She said sarcastically, as their "helper" was still tagging along with them.
"This is going to be a long ghost hunt, isn't it? I wonder what our kids are up too right now..."Jack mentally asked himself.
They continued their ghost hunt, while Stella continued to talk and "help" them with their ghost hunting...which ended with some unique results.
A little later
With our heroes
Danny, Star, Danielle and Wulf were now in the cottage in Upstate New York.
They arrived here due to Wulf using her claws to cut through a short cut through the Ghost Zone and now they were here, helping Danielle move into her new "home".
"Wow...this place is a cottage?!..."Danny questioned, since he felt like that description wasn't enough.
This place was almost like a mansion that was two stories high and it just happened to be near the forest.
"It is by the Traville family's standards..."Star said as soon as they arrived and checked the place out.
They were also a lake near the house and Wulf already found a cave that he liked and basically moved in there. He wasn't the only one getting used to this sudden move as Danielle was quiet as Star explained things to her.
"Okay, the main bathroom is here...the kitchen is through these doors, and this place has about 7 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and it's fully furnished with light and running water since my grandpa pays for it since he always likes having this place being ready for vacation stay at the drop of a hat. I already fully stocked the pantry with several weeks' worth of food and water. I also got a new first aid kit in case you need it..."Star said as she showed Danielle where they were.
"BTW, the grocery stores aren't too far away from this place. Here are the keys and Danny already set up one of his dad's portable ghost shields just in case. It's a privately owned area, so nobody will be wondering in here and any ghosts on Vlad's payroll sniff around, you've got a phone to call us if they do. So, call us if you need anything..."The blonde girl said, as she pointed to the various items as she said this, while also sounding like an overprotective big sister.
"Okay, that should be everything. I also left a little extra of your allowance. Try not to spend it all on junk food again..." Star explained, as she looked around and making absolute sure that she didn't forget anything.
Once done, she turned to the young ghost girl again.
"Okay. That should be everything..." Star said, wondering if there was anything she forgot to mention but it seems that was it.
"And remember, if there is any trouble, you know how to contact us and listen to Wulf. No reckless risk taking, got it?..." Danny asked, and the young clone nodded.
"Thanks guys. I'll stay put. Besides this place looks pretty fancy and roomy. I'm sure that I'll like it here..." Dani said, appreciating their help.
"Neniu damaĝo trafos Danielle sub mia gardado..."Wulf said to reassure his friends of Danielle's safety.
Knowing that he just said that "No harm shall befall Danielle under my watch", the ghost boy sent an appreciative look to his friend.
"Thanks Wulf..."Danny said, meaning it before turning to his little clone/cousin.
Once Danny and Star stared at Danielle, they both recalled how each of them met the little half ghost girl respectively. Making both teens get a little emotional and vowing to make Vlad pay for this.
"Kick Vlad's butt for me..."Danielle said, looking upset as she said that man's name.
"Don't worry, we'll kick his butt, along with a bunch of other stuff he deserves..."Danny promised to give his archenemy some long overdue payback for the stuff that he's put all of us through.
"And I'll make double sure to kick him right in his overly smug face..."Star said, looking determined while the young ghost girl sighed.
"Thank you, both of you..."Dani said, wishing she didn't have to worry about that Fruitloop anymore.
With the atmosphere getting a bit emotional the young teens could feel their eyes beginning to get a little watery, so was Dani's who tried not to show it, but her cousin and his girlfriend knew better. Danny and Star immediately hugged Danielle and before anyone said their temporary goodbyes.
"I promise. This won't be forever. One of these days, we'll deal with Vlad for good and you won't have to run or hide anymore. Then you can return to Amity Park and everything will be better..." Danny vowed to her.
"I hope you're right, Danny..." Dani said, still looking uneasy.
"He is. Don't worry Danielle. If there is one thing that I learned is that sooner or later, people like Vlad will eventually have to face the consequences for their action's and they won't be feeling so pretty when it happens..." Star said, recalling the downfall of Colette.
"Yeah, sooner or later Vlad's crimes are going to bite him in the butt, and we'll make sure that he faces the music..." Danny said, wanting to make sure that Vlad get what's he deserves.
"That day can't arrive soon enough..." Dani said.
"You got that right..." Danny muttered, and Star nodded in agreement.
"I have not met this Vlad, but even I agree that the day of his eventual dishonorable downfall shall arrive sooner or later..."Wulf said in English this time.
"I couldn't have said it better, Wulf..." Danny said, before he and Star let go of Danielle and wiped away any tears that were on their faces.
"Stay safe and lay low. We'll visit you again as soon as we can..." Star said, as she gave Danielle one more hug like a big sister worried about her little sister.
"Thank you. Really..." Dani said, as she hugged her and Danny again before they finally said their goodbye for now.
Later
The two teens soon returned home thanks to Wulf's short cut again. They were now in Amity Park, in Star's living room to be more precise.
"Thanks again, Wulf. You're way better than a private jet..."Star complimented.
"No problem. See you guys later..."Wulf said in English, before going back through his portal and returning to his temporary home.
"I hope they'll be okay..." Star said.
"No worries. Wulf is strong and he won't let anyone hurt Danielle..." Danny said, trusting his friend.
"You guys are back..."Tucker said, having walked in from the other room.
"Finally..."Sam said, carrying Pierre in her arms.
Danny and Star blinked when they saw the state their friends were in.
"What the heck?..." Danny and Star both asked in sync.
Pierre was giggling as he held his crayons in his hands, while Tucker and Sam both looked like they had just been through something crazy. There was even still like pieces of paper and some finger paint in Sam's hair and Tucker's hands and shirt had them as well. There was also scribbles all over the place, especially random places on their bodies.
"What happened to you guys?..."Danny asked, almost chuckling.
"Let's just say that apparently being an artist runs in Star's family..."Sam said sounding tired, as Pierre kept giggling and looking innocent.
Earlier, he wanted to finger paint, and both Sam and Tucker let him. Since there was some in his diaper bag and before they knew it, Pierre let out his inner painting artist by trying to paint on everything and anything he could get his little hands on.
"I only took my eyes off him for one second to look at something on my PDA and before I knew it, he just dumped his crayons on the ground and threw paint like it was made out water and basically covered both us and the living room in the stuff..."Tucker said, since they had spent the last 15 minutes cleaning the living room before anything was stained.
"He's not even exaggerating. I'm just grateful that paint could be wiped away with water. Geez...real kids are way harder to take care off than a stupid flour sack school project..."Sam muttered, but didn't have the heart to stay mad at Pierre since he didn't mean any harm and was just being curious.
"Like I said, welcome to the world of babysitters..." Star said as she took Pierre from Sam and held her baby brother in her arms.
"But you didn't mean that, did you Pierre? Did you? You didn't mean to, Right?..." Star asked in a cooing voice while her baby half-brother giggled.
Danny smiled at her as he watched her interact with Pierre.
"She really is an awesome big sister, isn't she?..." Danny thought in fondness.
However, the fun was cut short when something happened. They suddenly felt a cold wind starting to rush in the room.
"Hey, who turned on the AC?..."Tucker complained, as he and Sam looked around confused.
"What's going on here?..." Star said, as she held her baby brother in her arms while her boyfriend kept his guard up just in case.
Soon, a large light blue portal had opened and suddenly a strange flying device flew out of it. They saw that it was a flying saucer flew to Danny. It started glowing and beeping as soon as it appeared in front of him.
"What is that?!..." Star said, as she tried to protect Pierre.
"Oh man, get behind me!..." Danny said, as he changed into his ghost form and was ready to fight, while his friends did as he said.
However, the device began to speak and soon a hologram of a familiar face appeared. A friendly face that they all recognize greeted all of them.
"This is a holographic recording for Danny Phantom. For those unaware of who I am. It is I, Frosbite, trying to reach the savior of the Ghost Zone..." Frostbite's holographic phone said.
"FROSTBITE?!..."The teens all yelled, while Pierre only watched in curiosity at the holographic image.
"Oh Great One. The Far Frozen is greatly in need of your aid. The Infi-map has been stolen by that wretched Plasmius yet again!..."The recording said.
"The infi-map?!..."They all exclaimed, panicking as soon as they heard that.
"Great one, please head to the Far Frozen immediately. Hurry. Time is of the essence..."The recording said, before vanishing.
The teens were shocked, but Pierre, not understanding what was happening, just clapped.
"Again...again..."Pierre said, thinking he just saw a cool show.
"Oh man, this can't be good. Vlad and the Infi-map just screams bad news..." Sam said, recalling what happened the last time he had it.
"No kidding. He already caused a lot of trouble the last time he got his grubby hands on it..." Danny said. "We gotta go there. Come on..."He said, about to leave.
"Wait!..." Star yelled, getting everyone's attention.
"In case you forgot, we're babysitting. We can't just leave all of of a sudden, ya know. What are we going to do with Pierre? Plus, we also can't just go without saying anything..." Star said, as they still had priorities here.
She quickly left a note for Georgia and then turned to the others.
"Okay, Georgia is going to think that we've all gone to the park to take Pierre. But we can't just take him with us while we go deal with Plasmius. Plus, my mom won't be back from her meeting for another few hours, so what are we gonna do?..." Star asked, as she held both her baby brother and his diaper bag in her arms.
Before Danny could say anything, a strange aura surrounded all of them.
"Oooh..."Pierre said with awe, as the aura surrounded all of them.
"What's going on now?..." Danny said, as he was now suddenly wearing the same winter wear he usually wears at the Far Frozen.
So was everyone else, including Pierre who for some reason was wearing a mini version of it.
"What the?!..."
"Ooooh..."Pierre said, before giggling again.
Suddenly a ghost portal appeared and transported them all out of Star's living room, before they even had a chance to protest.
Just then, Georgia returned home, carrying her groceries.
"Star, kids. I'm back. I brought some chips if you want some snacks..."The kind housekeeper said as she walked inside only to see the house is empty.
"Huh? Star?..."Georgia called out.
She soon spotted a note on a nearby desk that was in Star's handwriting. She quickly read it and it explained that Star, Danny and their friends took Pierre to the park and will be back later.
"Oh, I see. Well, it is a nice day and I suppose that a little trip to the park is alright. What kind of shenanigans can those kids get into from one little trip?..."Georgia thought, before she took the groceries to the kitchen.
She was sure they were having fun and Star, and her friends are very responsible kids and she was sure that Pierre will be fine with them.
The housekeeper happily began to get ready to make dinner, completely unaware of the supernatural event that just occurred in this house.
Meanwhile
The portal teleported the teens and baby to the middle of the Far Frozen.
"Geez, what happened?..."Tucker complained.
"Are you okay, Pierre?..."Star said in concern for her baby brother, who just laughed.
"Again...again..."Pierre said cheerfully, having found the experience fun.
"Great one. Thank goodness. You're here..."Frostbite said, as he and his soldiers rushed to him.
"Frostbite, what's the deal? What was that crazy thing just now?..."Danny asked, just glad no one was hurt.
"My apologizes, but we were desperate and couldn't wait long. We needed to talk to you in person as soon as possible..."Frostbite said, while Pierre's eyes landed on him and he smiled.
"Teddy..."Pierre said, mistaking the ghost yeti for a bear.
Frostbite was about to explain his reasons for suddenly summoning all of Team Phantom, until his eyes to land on the baby.
"Uh...who is that?..."Frostbite said, as he pointed to the baby.
"This is Pierre. Say hello to the nice ghost yeti, Pierre..." Star said to her baby brother.
"Hi..."Pierre waved and giggled.
"An infant?..."Frostbite questioned, as he turned to the savior of the Ghost Zone.
"He's Star's little brother...uh...half-brother. We were babysitting him..." Danny explained.
"I see..."Frostbite said, as the child fussed and demanded to be on the ground.
Pierre, now wearing the magical snow suit provided by the Far Frozen, went to happily play in the snow and was soon playing with a snowball he made and giggle as he did so.
"How...cute..."Frostbite said, not sure what else to say.
"Anyway, we need your help. We had just been ambushed by Plasmius and his robots. My warriors and I managed to defeat every single one of them but our efforts proved to be in vain since he somehow managed to steal the Infi-map and it's gone. We only know it was Plasmius because his robots had his symbol on it. Even worse, he placed some sort of shield that makes it impossible for us to leave here..."Frostbite said as he pointed to it.
"A shield?..." Danny said, as Tucker walked through it and had no problem.
"Well, it seems to just be for ghosts..."Tucker said, before recalling why that is a problem for Frostbite and his soldiers.
"That's the problem. My people can't escape here. Our top scientists have examined it, and it seems that this shield won't go down for another 6 hours and who knows what sort of chaos Plasmius can do in that time..."Frostbite said.
"Don't worry, we won't let that happen. We're already in the midst of interfering with whatever Vlad is plotting underway..."Danny said, referring to the ectoranium they thankfully managed to get rid of.
"As expected from the Great One and his valiant companions..."Blizzard said, impressed with Danny and his friends already taking steps to thwart Vlad's scheme.
"Ectoranium and the infimap, what's the Fruitloop up to this time?..."Star wondered, not liking either implications.
Whatever it is, it can't be good.
"Looks like we're all going to meet up with our less favorite Fruitloop sooner than expected. Let's go..." Danny added.
They had to hurry.
"Before you go, take this with you..."Frostbite said, as he handed the half ghost hero a device that kind of looks like an old school video game.
"What's this?..."Sam asked.
"It's a device that we created to track down the Infi-map's location. After the last time Plasmius stole it, we had it made just in case we had to recover it again..."Frostbite explained.
"Way to think ahead..." Danny complimented.
"Thank you, Great One. But let's just hope that it works as well as it's designed to..."The chief of the Far frozen said, knowing how serious this situation is.
"I think that it's best if I hold on to that..."Tucker said, as he gladly volunteers to hang on to this new ghost tech device.
No one really objected.
Within a matter of moments, a large icy blue portal was made from the effects of Winter's Wand that the chief of ghost yetis was holding within his hand made of ice.
Unfortunately, thanks to Plasmius's shield's effects, they couldn't use it since they were full ghost but that was not a problem for Danny and his friends.
"You all best hurry. Remember that the Infi-map is capable of traveling to anywhere and anytime as well. Who knows what the evil Plasmius will do with it ..."Frostbite warned, as he kept the large icy blue portal open for the young heroes to enter through.
The teenagers all shared a look with each other and then at Pierre as they recalled he was still in their care. Team Phantom were at a bit of a lost, until Star just thought of a great idea.
"Hold on, give me a quick minute..." Star said, as she picked up Pierre and the diaper bag and walked towards Frostbite.
"Do you need something?..."The chief of the Far Frozen asked, wondering what this is about.
Star walked to the chief of the Far Frozen and showed him her baby brother. Frostbite, wanting to be careful, retracted his claws before Star handed him Pierre and placed him in the yeti ghost's arms. She then handed the diaper bag to Blizzard, who seemed confused.
"Okay, Pierre just had lunch, and his diaper has already been changed, so you should be good for a while. He should take his nap soon. I also recommend using one of those spells of yours to make one of your huts warmer for him since I don't want him to be cold..."Star said, more like an order as she then pointed to the diaper bag.
"In his diaper bag, there are lots of diapers, baby wipes, powder, baby food and bottles, along with his favorite books and toys to play with. If you need any help, I wrote my cell number down, so just give me a call in case something happens..."The blonde girl said as she gave them instructions and quick guidelines of what to do when babysitting her baby brother and even showed them how to properly hold a baby.
The ghostly chief of the Far Frozen just looked at the child and then at the teenagers in sudden shock. The yeti ghost didn't like where it was going.
"Pierre?! Nap?! Diapers?! You can't possibly be thinking of leaving this child here?! Are you?!..."Frostbite said, almost alarmed now.
"Well, we can't exactly take him with us to deal with Vlad..."Sam pointed out the obvious, and Tucker nodded.
"But...I...but-..."Frosbite tried to say but Danny interrupted him
"You'll be fine. We trust you, Frostbite. If you can train me to master my ice powers, then I'm sure you can handle babysitting for a few hours..."Danny said confidently, knowing his friend would never let anything happen to Pierre.
His girlfriend continued to give instructions on how to take care of his little brother to the Chief of the Far Frozen and his warriors, as well as mentioning what Pierre likes and doesn't like, as well as other important information they should know if they were going to care for him for a few hours.
"Okay, my mom left a book with all of Pierre's schedule and habits on it and like I said earlier, there are still plenty of diapers and baby food in his bag. If anything goes wrong, check the book or just give me a call. We won't be long with Vlad..."Star said, as she turned to her little brother.
"Okay, Pierre. Big sister has to go on an errand right now, but we'll be back soon. Be a good boy for the nice ghostly babysitters and listen to them. Okay..." Star said sweetly as she kissed his forehead, making the baby boy giggle.
"Star...Danny...snow... teddy..."Pierre said in baby talk, still giggling as he remained in Frostbite's arms while his sister giggled.
"We'll be back as soon as we can..."Danny said.
"Watch over him until we get the Infi-map back from Vlad. And remember to make sure his milk is warm but not too hot. Also, he always needs his toy tiger for his nap, and he doesn't like clowns, so no clowns. Okay. Thank Frostbite!..." Star said, rejoining her Team before the chief of the ghost yetis had a chance to respond.
Team Phantom soon left through the large mystic icy blue portal to go after Vlad to get the infi-map, leaving Frostbite and his people in a state of shock...and leaving Pierre with them.
Frostbite and his warriors looked at Pierre with some hesitation, while the human child looked at them curiously.
"Well...uh...let's get you inside. Blizzard. Just as the Great One's lady friend said, go place that heat spell to make one of the huts warm enough for our...guest..."Frostbite ordered awkwardly.
"Yes, chief..."His second in command said as he went to do so.
All the while, Frostbite held the human child with an awkward and almost nervous look on his face.
"So...uh...W-welcome to The Far Frozen...small one..."Frostbite said, as the human baby just stared at him curiously.
"Teddy..."Pierre giggled, as he reached out to hugged what he thought was a giant polar teddy bear.
"Oh, Chief Elder Cold. Help me..."Frostbite thought in a slight inner panic as he somehow found himself babysitting an infant human that was also the brother of someone very important to the Great One.
Still, he went to take him indoors while the Great one and his allies went to go after the Infi-map and stop Plasmius and his evil plans.
Yet again.
