Chapter 7: Vlad's Schemes

Reginald Loadman had just arrived home.

More often than not, he'd work until much later, usually not arriving until dinnertime but he had left some documents at his home office and needed to get them before he could continue laboring any further. Usually, he'd order his assistant to do so, but he had been planning to take his lunch break around this time and decided to grab the documents himself and kill two birds with one stone.

"Looks like they are all here..." Reginald thought, glad that his paperwork seemed to be in order.

He put them in his briefcase and after having a quick lunch, was on his way out. However, he ended up running into his son Donovan.

However, Reginald was shocked to see that his son now had several expensive items on his hands, going from a gold watch, a new phone, to a new laptop. The boy saw his father, the surprise was short lived as Donovan now has an arrogant smile on his face.

"Oh...hello, father. Didn't expect to see you so early today..." Donovan said smugly.

Reginald snapped out of his shock and frowned.

"Donovan, where did you get those things? You know that your credit cards have been cut off and you don't get an allowance anymore?..."Reginald asked, wondering how he got them in the first place.

His son just sent him a smirk.

"Oh, just went on a little shopping spree after I got paid..." Donovan bragged.

Reginald raised his brow and then frowned.

"Do not lie to me. I just got informed that you got fired from the Nasty Burger, even though your godfather was kind enough to use his connections to get you the job in the first place..." Reginald said, since Donovan's godfather work as the vice president at headquarters and pulled some strings for them.

His son, however, merely scoffed and continued to look smug.

"Oh, I got a new, better job and one that pays much more handsomely than that peasant infested hut I hope NEVER to set foot in ever again. A job that I actually deserve as an elite..." Donovan said in a mixture of arrogance and contempt in his voice.

"Well, what is this job of yours? I certainly hope you won't slack off or cause trouble for your coworkers again..." Reginald said, recalling all of the times he had to apologize on his son's behalf for his misbehavior.

His son just scoffed before he smirked evilly before he answered him.

"Don't freak out Father. Those two idiots are fine, they're working with me now..." Donovan replied.

"Where exactly?..."Reginald demanded to know.

"I'm working for Vlad Masters for his newest business endeavor..." Donovan gloated.

Of all the things Reginald could have heard, the answer his son gave him was not even one that would have come to mind.

"Vlad Masters?..." He asked, surprised.

"Oh yes, you heard that right father...the Mayor unless you know of any other Vlad Masters in this cesspool of a town..." Donovan glared at him.

"Donovan, I am still your father and will still treat me with respect, so watch your tone..." Reginald said strictly, while his son rolled his eyes.

"Be that as it may. I don't need your money anymore; I finally found my calling and as long as Mr. Masters requires my services for his latest plan to make Amity Park better...it takes an elite after all to accomplish his dreams..." Donovan said arrogantly.

"Are you serious?..."Reginald asked, raising a brow.

"Sure I am. I'll be rolling in cash, so guess I'm not such a failure anymore in your eyes, anymore huh?..."He said, the last part in bitterness.

"Son..."Reginald said as he tried to reach out to him but was met with rejection.

The Loadman father felt sad about this, but Donovan didn't care to hear what his father had to say, he soon left, after all he felt invincible and ready to make millions with so little effort, this made Reginald seem even more concerned now.

"I have a bad feeling about this..." He thought, worried about what might happen to his son.

The wealthy man then glanced at a certain large portrait that decorated their living room. It was a portrait of him with a beautiful woman with long black hair, freckles and gray eyes, with a lovely smile on her face. It was his late wife, along with Donovan when he was a little boy, about five years old. Back when she was still with them.

The Loadman patriarch felt some sadness as he saw the portrait, as it reminded him of happier times before he sighed.

"Darla. Forgive me for being such a failure as a parent but I am trying to make up for my mistakes. Please...just keep watching over our son..."Reginald pleaded internally as he stared at the portrait with sadness in his eyes.

He remained like that for a while, before another work call got his attention and the reluctant man soon left.

Meanwhile

Vlad felt victorious right now.

Not only that, he felt like King of the Ghost Zone right now, a title Vlad believed he would take from Pariah Dark soon enough, but that was a thought for another day. Right now, as he glanced at the prize in his hands, an evil smile formed on his face as he began to imagine the potential of what he could do with it now.

After all this time, he finally had the Infi-Map in his hands.

"At last. It was about time..." He thought, smirking as he looked at the magical artifact with hunger in his eyes.

Hunger for power... And maybe "love".

"I spent enough time living under the shadow of that orange oaf, so it's time to correct some mistakes and prevent some crimes others got away with..." Vlad thought with twisted determination

He glanced at the map that he believed held the key to his destiny.

"Ok map, let's get started, shall we? If you don't, you know what will happen to you..."Vlad said with an evil smirk on his face.

No sooner he said that the map glowed in his hands.

With our heroes.

Danny and the others were still trying to look for the cheesehead and the Infi-map.

"Any idea where he went?..."Danny asked, as he carried Star bridal style.

Tucker checked the device that Frostbite had given them.

"According to this, The Fruitloop seems to be on the move, heading towards his mansion on Ultra Posh Polter Heights..." Tucker said.

"And that's where we're going next..." Star said.

"Let's get going!..." Sam said just as quickly.

The heroes moved fast and soon arrived at their destination, but were too late as they saw a certain fruitloop jump inside a natural portal.

"Come on! After him!..." The Ghost Boy ordered.

"Right beside you, Boo!..." Star said as she held on tight.

The heroes soon went through the natural ghost portal, chasing after the fruitloop who didn't realize he was no longer alone.

"This won't be easy. But I'm not about to let the cheesehead do whatever he wants with the Infi-Map!..." He said, chasing after the fruitloop who was still up to nothing good with time travel.

Meanwhile

While our heroes were on their adventure, a certain chief of the far frozen was in the middle of his own. Namely in the form of babysitting a happy go lucky human child.

"Well, how hard can it be to watch over a human child?..."Frostbite had thought at the time.

He eventually would take those words back as he saw for himself that babysitting was one of the most difficult tasks of his life, or afterlife, depending on how it is for ghosts.

Anyway, just as he said earlier, he and his warriors had brought Little Pierre to one of the huts and placed a heating spell to keep him warm. They also placed him in the playpen that somehow had been available from his diaper bag, all from a push of the button.

"Teddy!..." Pierre said as he began to chew on a baby biscuit from his diaper back.

The blonde child was currently inside the playpen, while the chief of the Ghost Yeti's looked at him with curiosity as this was the first time he had been in the presence of a human toddler.

Pierre was now playing with a rattle, but then an idea entered his young mind, and threw it across the room, once seeing that, which resulted in the child clapping cheerfully.

"Fly! Fly!..." Pierre said.

"So...um...here Little one. I believe this is yours..." Frostbite said, trying to be gentle as he handed him the toy that had been flung across the room.

Pierre giggled, while the other Yetis looked curious.

"Sir, what are your orders?..." His second in command, Polar, asked.

Frostbite was unsure what to say or do next as this was out of his area of expertise, however the answer soon came when Pierre giggled, looking at the ghost Yetis with wonderment in his eyes.

"Obviously. Watch over the baby until the Great One and his lady friend return..."Frostbite answered, while the baby began to giggle again.

"Teddy...snow...gaga..." Pierre said in baby talk, as he wanted to play.

The ghostly chief smiled as he saw Pierre giggling as he crawled around the playpen and trying to figure out what was inside his surroundings and beyond almost as if he was inspecting everything around him. Which was something the chief of the Far Frozen didn't know how to handle but still managed to let out a chuckle. To the chief and the rest of the ghost Yetis watching the human child, it seemed like Pierre was having fun and was still curious of his surroundings.

"Okay...The great one's lady friend left us some instructions...and this book does have a lot of information on how to care for the child..."Polar said, as he read the information that Star had given them before they had left.

Pierre suddenly began to cry, the yetis panicked in response.

"Oh no...what's wrong?..."Frostbite asked, worried.

They didn't smell anything bad, so he didn't need to be changed. He also rejected the baby food they tried to feed him, so he wasn't hungry.

"Okay...he's not hungry. Now what?..."Frostbite asked, worried as he tried to tend to the crying child.

Polar checked the book and spotted something.

"Maybe he needs to be burped?..."He suggested.

Frostbite did so, being careful and gentle as he did so. Pierre let out a small burp and stopped crying. He went back to giggling and looking happy again.

"Thank goodness...any louder and his cries might have caused an avalanche..."Frostbite said, as he placed the child back in the play pen that was comfy.

However, Pierre wasn't done as he grabbed some of Frostbite's fur from his face and began tugging on it.

"Fluffy..."He said with a giggle.

"Uh...It's Frostbite, little one..."The chief said, while the child to keep giggling.

The ghosts barely knew what to do, as they relied on the book and instructions left by Star to take care of the child. Even so, Frostbite was still a little nervous about his new role as this child's babysitter. He briefly handed Pierre to one of his soldiers, who held the child in his arms, while Frostbite tried to continue reading the book.

"Now, according to this book that the great one's lady friend left us...this child prefers the chicken baby food more than the mushy carrots...but we must use a toy puppet to get his attention in order to get him to eat the latter..."Frostbite said as he checked the instructions, as he knew that he had to do a good job.

"So, we will have to do that when it's his next mealtime..."He added.

"Understood, chief..."Polar said, while Frostbite kept reading the book.

However, it was a very big book that has a lot of information on how to care for this child, and has many things such as his allergies, food preferences and other things one needed to know to care for a small child.

"My oh my, Lady Star and this child's mother really have many ways and extensive knowledge of caring for an infant. And apparently humans have many more devices for childcare compared to when I was a child. Fascinating..."Frostbite thought, still uneasy but trying his best to take care of Pierre.

He needed to take care and protect this child, just as he was requested to by the great one's lady friend. All the while, the child kept playing or letting his curiosity get the better of him. The little child meant no harm and kept wanting to see everything.

Pierre didn't know when to stop as he kept exploring the area and getting into harmless mischief. There were so many shiny things and big teddy bears were his baby-sitters now, and he thought that this would be so much fun. The tiny toddler thought that he was having the best time ever and wanted to have as much fun as possible before his mommy or big sister came back to take him home.

"So neat. There are big teddies wherever I go. Fun..."The toddler thought as he looked around, his curiosity continuing.

He really wanted to play and go out into the snow, but he kept finding lots of shining things inside and his curiosity got the better of him.

The little child had gotten to nearly every corner of the hut in a manner of minutes and Frostbite had to be careful and keep an eye on him so far, but no one was angry at him, and some even amused by his innocent acts.

"Quite the explorer in the making I see..." Frostbite thought amused.

Pierre then spotted something shiny in the hut that caught his attention. It was a decorative relic that was on the wall that had a shiny gemstone on it that caught the child's attention.

"Toy!..." Pierre let out as the Yetis were curious.

"Oh, you want a toy, little one?..."Frostbite said as he went to check the diaper bag to give him one.

He managed to find a stuffed animal and was about to hand it over to Star's little brother. However, just then, the human child crawled around the hut and began to play around with some high-tech decorative relic that was on the wall. The chief and his warriors saw this and stopped him.

"Wait...no...sorry...but this is not for young humans, little one..." Frostbite said nervously, but Pierre just crawled to another part of the hut.

He kept looking around and tried to find things to play with, while the ghostly yetis kept trying to protect him and keep him out of trouble. Frostbite picked him up after stopping him reaching for one of their tribe's relics.

"Sorry little one, but the amulet of a thousand blizzards is not for babies. Its purpose is to help one travel through dangerous storms in the Far Frozen by lighting the way to the safest path towards their destination. It's not a toy..."Frostbite said, while Pierre yanked on his fur a bit, but Frostbite didn't mind.

"Sir, you are aware the human infant cannot understand you, right?..." Another yeti, Iceberg pointed out.

Frostbite wanted to say something, but the human child then laughed loudly and got their attention again.

"Nosey!..." He said in baby talk, as he touched Frostbite's nose with curiosity and then began giggling happily.

"Uh...yes...that's indeed my nose..."He said, as the human child kept giggling and pointing at his nose.

Pierre wasn't done yet as he began to fuss and squirm. Even grabbing and tugging on Frostbite's white fur, although the action didn't really bother the chief at all really.

Not even when Pierre began tugging on his white fur again or threw a little tantrum due to still not being used to his new environment, but after the yeti's calmed him down, he went back to his happy, playful mode like nothing happened.

However, it didn't take long for him to get fussy again.

"Oh my...use one of those toys...try the one that sings those silly little songs..."Frostbite suggested.

Iceberg did so and found a toy that let out songs that were for small children. Pierre's eyes lit up and he quickly applauded his hands, before he played with it, along with all the other toys that had been from his baby bag.

"My, look at all these things. I don't know about humans. When our people last had offspring five centuries ago, we didn't need stuffed bags of cloth that vaguely resemble animals to sing to us to amuse ourselves with. All we needed was food, shelter and the proper education to take care of us, along with all the snow to play with...and if we wanted a toy, they were made by our people's hands, but half of these child's toys looks like they are a small fortune each..." Iceberg said, amused.

"I know, I know...but apparently times have changed, and humans do things differently compared to us..." Frostbite acknowledged as he placed a baby mobile in the crib they had made for Pierre for his nap.

However, Pierre didn't want to take a nap yet and wanted to keep playing.

"Fun..." Pierre thought as he kept trying to grab onto Frostbite's fur and tried to climb on his arm, thankfully it wasn't the one made of ice but the yeti chief stopped him and held him.

Frostbite chuckled.

"Brave little thing aren't you?..." He asked after taking a knee.

"Ga ba ba...Teddy..." Pierre answered.

"Again, that's not my name but you'll learn..." Frostbite said, thinking Pierre was calling him "Teddy".

The little human infant just couldn't stay still for very long, but who could blame him? After all, he was currently at a place that he didn't know and wanted to explore his new surroundings, especially the big creature that he calls Teddy.

"Teddy! Big!..." The child thought, smiling and giggling innocently the entire time.

"Human babies are curious indeed..." Frostbite thought as he patted the baby with his non-ice hand.

This of course was something the chief of the Far Frozen didn't know how to handle, but he still managed to let out a chuckle again as Pierre kept moving around and being amazed by the exotic and strange new environment he was in.

"Quite the energetic little one, isn't he sir?..." One of the female ghost yetis, Frigid said, looking amused.

"Quite so he is. And fearless too..." Frostbite said as the human child kept playing with some of the stuffed animals that the Yetis gave him to keep him occupied.

Pierre spotted one of the murals on the wall, one dedicated to Danny Phantom and the little boy smiled.

"Danny!..."Pierre let out with a gurgle before giggling.

Frostbite heard this and saw that he was looking at the mural on the wall.

"Why yes, little one. This is indeed the Great One, when he first defeated Pariah Dark, the dreaded Ghost King..." Frostbite explained as he picked up and held the child.

Pierre's eyes then landed on the picture of Vlad when he stole the skeleton king.

"That's the scoundrel Plasmius, a scoundrel who I hope you will never have to meet..."Frostbite said, while the child let out a raspberry.

"Yucky..."Pierre said, frowning and the Chief of the Far Frozen seemed surprised as he looked at the child curiously.

"Hmm...so young and yet he can already recognize the great one...and can tell what a piece of scum Plasmius is..." He thought, looking impressed.

"Huh this is quite fascinating given your age's cerebral development. Along with prodigal verbal and fine motor skills given your physical development..."Frostbite said, as he placed Pierre back in a safe area to play with.

Pierre looked at him confused, looking lost at what he just said. A face Frostbite had never seen on an infant human of Far Frozen. Then he decided to use smaller words for the young child.

"You're very smart, little one..." Frostbite modified his language so his young charge would understand.

The small blonde child then giggled again and clapped his tiny hands as if he understood Frostbite.

And this time Pierre began playing with some snow and made a rather crude snow creature which the Yeti ghosts had difficulty to identify at first until the young child with his limited vocabulary said it all with one word.

"Teddy!..." Pierre said happily.

Something that amused the leader of the Far Frozen.

"Quite an incredible likeness, young one..." Frostbite said.

Pierre clapped cheerfully and continued to play in the snow.

"This takes me back to when I was a cub..." Frostbite thought as Star's little brother continued to play and have fun.

"Wheee!..." Pierre shouted before he started playing with the snow.

Even trying to build a far frozen out of snow, and the snow Yetis all enthralled by what they were seeing. Even so, Frostbite was still curious about his level of intelligence, still seeing a lot of potential here.

"This child may have some skills in the making. If they're given a chance to be perfected, then he might just be an ally not just to the Great One but to us in the future..."He considered, while Pierre's stomach started growling and he cried for food.

The yeti's began to feed him some of the baby food that was in the diaper bag and tried to care for him, all the while following more of the instructions that Star had left for them.

Elsewhere

While everyone was having their own respective adventures, Jack and Maddie were having their own little misadventure.

They had hunted ghosts and Stella insisted on tagging along so she could "help" them out. And she still hasn't given up yet. Now, the Fentons had arrived home and wanted to go to the lab and go back to their ghost hunting research.

However, for some reason, Stella insisted on being here and helping out. They didn't count on Stella to decide to hang around some more with the Fentons at their home.

"Oh, my...it's been a while since I've been in your home. My, this lab is really so...retro and uniquely advanced...in a good way..."Stella said in a cheerful way.

Jack and Maddie stopped working on their invention for a moment, before turning to the blonde woman.

"Um...Stella...maybe we should have a break and shouldn't you be heading out to do... Whatever you do in your free time?..."Maddie said with some hesitancy, mostly to give her a hint to leave but unsure on how to word her question without sounding rude.

"Yeah, I mean...it's about lunch time and-..."Jack tried, but Stella cut him off.

"Oh, don't worry. I already have lunch for us covered..."Stella said cheerfully.

"You...do?..."Maddie asked hesitantly.

It was then that the doorbell was heard and Stella smiled.

"Oh, it's here already..."Stella said as she ran upstairs to answer the door.

Jack and Maddie, being curious, followed her upstairs. Once there, Stella opened the door and soon some fancy looking caterers appeared with several carts of expensive looking food.

"Bonjour Madame Bevier. We have brought you your order..."The server said in a professional sounding voice.

"Merci, Jaques. It looks exquisite as always..."Stella said, as she showed them her credit card to pay for it.

Jack and Maddie seemed speechless.

"Stella, what is all of this?..."Maddie asked.

"Oh, I already told you. I got us lunch. Don't worry, it's all on me..."Stella said, as the servants all brought the expensive catered food that she just purchased for them.

"Um...Stella...I was gonna make some macaroni and cheese for lunch..."Maddie said, and the blonde woman didn't see anything wrong.

She simply waved her hand as if that was enough of an explanation to say that wasn't such a nutritional meal.

"Oh, no need Maddie. I've got it covered. And this will save you some time..."Stella said in an oblivious manner, while the woman frowned slightly.

She then presented the fancy gourmet lunch of caviar, Filet Mignon, Beef Wellington, cheese souffle, lobster, foie gras, some expensive looking cheeses, escargot and some fancy looking salads, as well as chocolate mousse and Baked Alaska for dessert, along with some expensive looking drinks as well.

"I wasn't exactly sure what you both would prefer, so I ordered a la carte. So, feel free to try anything here..."Stella said in a perky manner.

The food looked very expensive and well out of their usual price range, that's for sure.

"I haven't seen a fancy meal like this since that dinner at the country club..."Jack thought.

"I'm pretty sure the appetizers here alone cost more than our grocery bill..."Maddie thought, while Stella ordered the servers to set the food in an elegant way on the kitchen table.

Once done, Stella tipped each of them generously before they had left.

The Fentons didn't know exactly how to respond, on the one hand they were famished but on the other they felt out of their element as this was a meal that screamed "rich" in their minds.

"You both need to really try the caviar. It's imported all the way from France and is to die for..."Stella said.

"Uh...we're good..."Jack said, since he knew they were just fancy fish eggs.

Stella smiled in a strange way as she began to eat some of the appetizers and encouraged them to do the same. The Fentons were still unsure. Still, they decided to at least accept the generosity from their friend. Albeit they still felt awkward about doing so.

"I'm sure you'll like the lobster. It's divine..." Stella said

"You can have lobster delivered?..." Jack wondered in his head, as the rich woman continued to pour their drinks and encourage them to enjoy this fancy gourmet lunch with her.

"Yes. There's also chocolate moose, who doesn't like a chocolate dessert? And if not that, baked alaska is quite heavenly. Made by the finest pastry chef in the town..."Stella said in an unnaturally cheery way before enjoying some of the expensive appetizers she bought for them.

Jack and Maddie soon found themselves eating a fancy catered lunch they didn't want nor expected, as Stella continued to chat with them and act like this isn't unusual while she continued to tell them about this high society meal and act like this isn't a big deal.

She also began to talk about various topics and it was soon made clear she had no intention of going home soon.

"This is going to be a long day isn't it Mads?..."Jack asked his wife in a low whisper, while Stella went to make a quick phone call.

"I'm afraid so Jack..." She replied with equal concern, as this unexpected gourmet lunch continued.

"At least we'll be eating good today..."Jack said, trying to be optimistic as he began to eat the fancy meal, while Stella soon returned to chat with them and try to see if she and the Fentons had anything else in common.

And Jack and Maddie couldn't help but notice how...pushy...she was being the entire time.

More so than she usually is too.

Back with Danny

Our heroes had passed through the portal and were now near a certain university that was where Danny's parents once attended.

"Where are we?..." Star asked, looking around.

"I think WHEN is the bigger question..."Sam said, since they have already dealt with this before.

Danny looked around and saw some wild fashion choices, similar to the time of his parents' college days.

"Oh great, back in the fashion disaster that is the 80's..." Danny muttered.

"The 80's, you mean we actually traveled back in time?..." Star exclaimed in shock.

"Looks like it..."Tucker said, as he saw some of the wild fashion designs for clothing of the decade.

Star blinked, before she realized what just happened.

"We actually traveled through time. Oh my gosh, this is so cool! This is a time travel adventure! YES! I finally get to go on one! That's another check on the superhero bucket list! I've got only a few things left!..." Star said, while people sent her looks.

"You keep a list?..."Danny asked.

"Yeah. And again, this is pretty cool..."Star repeated.

"Trust me, they stop being cool after a bit..."Tucker said, recalling their own past experiences with time travel.

"Yeah, after about the third or fourth time..."Sam said, while the blonde girl blinked.

"Oh right, I forgot that for you guys, this is just a regular Tuesday..." Star commented. "I suppose the warranty on time traveling expired on you three a long time ago?..."She added.

"Yeah, kinda..."Tucker shrugged. "For me the Salem Witch Trials were the worst...in more ways than one..." He then clenched his stomach at the mere memory of that particular event he went through.

Before the blonde could ask more on that subject, Danny interrupted the conversation as he saw that they were at his parents' old college campus and he began to panic, a cold sweat went down his spine.

"Oh no no no no no no no no no no no no!..." Danny said, as he realized what Vlad's plan here must be.

"Danny-boo, Are you okay?..." Star asked, seeing her boyfriend freak out like this was never a good sign.

Sam and Tucker shared a look, since they DID know why Danny was freaking out right now.

"I promise that I'll talk to you about this later, but right now I've got to save my parents before Vlad changes the past for the worst like I did once..." Danny explained.

"Say what now?..." Star exclaimed, wondering what that meant.

"Again, we'll talk later. Right now, I got to save mine, Jazz's and Danielle's existence. Stay here and don't do anything that messes up the future..." Danny said.

With all that said the half ghost boy left his friends behind to deal with his archenemy.

"So, how do we NOT mess with the future?..."Tucker asked.

"Act inconspicuous and people won't bother talking to us. It's not like we have family here anyway..."Sam said, and the others nodded.

Sam, Tucker and Star remained silent, until one of the college students noticed Sam.

"Totally awesome outfit..."One of the girls, who was dressed similarly, compliments after seeing Sam's goth outfit before walking away.

The goth girl blinked as she looked at it.

"I actually blend here. I'm not even sure if that's a good thing or not..."Sam said, unsure how to think.

"I guess not everyone has a good eye for fashion..." Star thought but chose to keep her fashion opinions to herself, as they waited for Danny.

With the ghost boy

Turning invisible, Danny headed into the science building, desperate to stop the fruitloop from recreating the "Maddie Masters" incident.

Danny noticed that in a bulletin board there says nothing about a Ghost Portal and in fact if he remembered correctly, they arrived much earlier than the whole fiasco that gave Vlad his ghost powers.

Vlad must have another plan altogether, but what was it?

"Huh? So the portal isn't ready yet? So, Vlad's not trying to meddle with that? But what is he doing then?..." Danny quietly wondered out loud.

He went to investigate outside, to where his friends and girlfriend were.

"Hey...did you stop the fruitloop from turning your Dad half ghost or something?..."Sam asked.

"No, apparently we're about a week before that accident even happened..." Danny explained.

"Why would Vlad go to this time specifically?..."Tucker asked, not understanding and he wasn't the only one.

"That's what I want to find out. Good thing is that he apparently hasn't gone after my Dad yet...but that just means that he's probably looking for my Mom right now..." Danny said in concern

"That guy really needs to get a healthier hobby. One that isn't obsessive and creepy..."Tucker said dryly.

"Like that's ever going to happen..."Sam said sarcastically. "Obsessive and creepy is Vlad. M.O..."She said in a flat tone.

"We can all discuss how desperate the Fruitloop is another time!..." Star said seriously. "Right now we have to find and stop him before he changes the future for the worse!..."She reminded them.

"Ditto on that, Starlight..." Danny agreed, as he then spotted the fruitloop stealthily enter and overshadow his younger self.

"Oh geez, now what's he doing?..." Danny asked.

"I don't know, but it can't be good..." Star said, as they all tried to follow him.

The heroes tried to find that fruitloop, before he caused any changes to the timeline.

One "Maddie Masters" timeline is already one too many.

Danny kept searching for his arch enemy. He then spotted him outside near the cafeteria. The younger version of his mother was currently looking at some notes, while Vlad's younger self kept sending her goo-goo eyes that she didn't notice. And unknown to the older halfa, Plasmius was being spied on by the teen heroes nearby.

"There he is..." Danny said, ready to stop him but his enemy already made his move.

Vlad then went to where Maddie was. She was going over the blueprints for the proto portal they were still working on.

"Hello Maddie. It's...lovely to see you..."Vlad said, being a little overconfident in how she would react to his "confession".

He didn't notice that she was barely paying attention to him.

"Maddie, could I ask you something?..."Vlad asked Maddie, who was looking over her notes.

"One second Vlad..."Maddie said, as she pulled out her pager and quickly began typing something.

"Jack, come here, I need your help. Please bring over the ecto samples, I wanna double check them on their componency again..."Maddie typed quickly.

She then got a reply and smiled when she read it. Vlad saw this and frowned, before he cleared his throat again.

"Um...Maddie...Can I have your attention now?..."He asked, trying to hide how impatient he was getting right now.

"Sure, Vlad. What is it?..."Maddie asked, while Vlad tried to gain courage to correct his past mistake.

In the past, he had tried to confess to Maddie multiple times before the tragic accident that ruined his life, but he always chickened out. Not this time, he was correcting his past mistake before Jack ruined everything for him again.

"Well, you see...I was wondering if you would like to go to dinner and a movie with me tonight..."Vlad, overshadowing his younger self, asked, sounding overconfident and his idea of suave.

Team Phantom saw this and soon realized what his big plan was.

"Are you kidding me?!..." Danny said, while remaining invisible with the others.

"Is he serious? He stole an ancient treasure and traveled through time and space...just to ask your mom out on a date back when they were both college students?..." Star asked in disbelief.

"I don't know if that's freaky...or just plain sad..."Tucker commented.

"It's both..."Sam said, frowning.

Team Phantom continued to watch, not worried as they already had an idea on how this would end. Maddie saw her friend had asked her out and felt awkward before she sent him a gentle, but stern look on her face.

"Vlad, I'm afraid my answer is no. I'm sorry, you're a good friend and a great colleague, but I just don't see you that way..."Maddie answered, while Vlad smiled.

"Wonderful, now there is a great cafe near here that I can-..."Vlad paused, only to see that she had rejected him.

"Did you just say no?..."Vlad asked, trying to hide his shock and anger with a mask of confusion.

"Yes..."Maddie said.

"You said yes..."Vlad said hopefully, while his college crush frowned at him.

"No, I mean that I actually said no..."Maddie corrected, but Vlad looked alarmed.

"B-But...w-why?..."Vlad asked, having not expected her to actually say no to his invitation.

Maddie sighed.

"Vlad...I'm sorry but...you're just not my type. Also, you know that Jack and I are dating. How do you think he'd feel if he found out about this?..."Maddie said, unaware that saying that name made Vlad angry.

College Maddie, unaware of his thoughts, just continued to turn him down.

"Vlad, since you are Jack's best friend and he thinks the world of you, I won't tell him anything about this but you gotta stop this. I hope that this doesn't hurt our friendship...but do me a favor and let's pretend this never happened. I'm also sure you'll meet someone nice who actually wants to date you soon, so bye..."Maddie said, as she left the area.

College Maddie didn't notice the dark look that went over Vlad's face, but Danny did. However, he was just proud of his mother's actions.

"Way to go, Mom..." Danny commented, proud of her.

"Glad to see that having good taste runs in your family..." Star said, smiling.

"But sheesh...that was just sad and painful. Have I ever looked that pathetic asking a girl out?..."Tucker asked.

"Give yourself some more credit. You could NEVER be anywhere as pathetic as Vlad was just now..."Sam said.

Team Phantom saw Vlad leave his younger self, looking furious and sad, while his past self seemed confused and in a daze right now.

"Like...why do I feel so whack...and why do I feel like I just experienced a humiliating failure at love?..."The young Vlad asked as he stumbled away, while his older self was invisible and snarled.

"Stupid Jack. Even when he's not here, he ruins everything!..."Vlad grumbled before he tried to think of a next move.

"You may not love me now, but you will in time..."Vlad swore as he flew off.

Phasing out of the building and in an empty campus storage room. However, a certain group of heroes refused to let him get away again.

"Get back here, cheesehead!..." Danny said flying off after him, while the others followed.

The evil halfa was about to use the map to leave, but Danny sent an ecto blast at him, getting his attention.

"Plasmius!..." Danny shouted.

Vlad saw him and the others and frowned.

"Oh, seriously? You followed me in time again? How original!..."Vlad shouted, while the heroes glared at him.

As it wasn't bad enough that Vlad failed, but his enemies saw it and criticized him for it.

"We saw the whole thing. I have no words to describe how disgusting and sad what I just saw for myself was..." Danny said in a very blunt manner.

"Daniel, you know nothing! Nothing of what your father did to me! Go away! I'm busy!..."Vlad snarled.

"Oh please, we saw that epic disaster you just had with my Mom just now. I can't believe it. You actually thought you could just ask her out and she'd agreed?..." Danny asked, shocked that Vlad was actually THIS delusional.

"If she had any good taste, she'd realize that she was better off trading that oaf for me..."Vlad shouted.

"And I thought Colette was a narcissist..." Star muttered.

"They both are..."Sam muttered, and Star agreed with her statement.

Vlad just sent them annoyed glares.

"Shut up, you little brats. None of you know the burdens I've suffered through! I only wanted true love and instead I was cheated out of the destiny that should have been mine!..."Vlad snarled, still angry and his pride hurt from the unexpected rejection he just faced moments ago.

Danny still couldn't resist mocking him for it.

"All this time blaming my Dad for the accident that gave you powers and "stealing" my Mom, you never considered she'd say no because she already had a boyfriend!..." Danny shouted at him, metaphorically pouring salt on Vlad's wounds.

"That's a violation of the bro code and the geek code!..."Tucker said, having a weapon trained on him.

"How dare you! I am NOT a geek! Besides, neither code was worth keeping anyway..."Vlad snarled in anger.

"But it's okay to violate the laws of space and time?..." Star asked sarcastically.

"And I'm pretty sure there are other single girls in this school's science department, Plasmius. There might be some of whom may actually be single..."Sam added as her own blaster was aimed at his head.

"Though who'd actually go out with a creep who'd knowingly try to ask a girl who was already spoken for is anyone's guess..."Star said in a harsh tone.

"And whose friend was the one to speak..."Danny added, while the evil halfa snarled.

"Not a sane person, that's for sure. Honestly, who'd be desperate enough to settle for a jerk like you..."Sam muttered.

"Probably my aunt, that definitely sounds like her type...rich and desperate..." Danny added, while Vlad started yelling again.

"You have no idea of my pain!..." Vlad declared.

"Yeah, I do. I saw it with my own eyes. How do you think I saved your psycho butt when you infected my friends with ecto-acne. Clockwork even shows what really happened that fateful day. My Dad meant no harm... IT WAS AN ACCIDENT!..." Danny repeated slowly. "Something you should have known since day one!..."He added.

"Yeah and two words Vlad... LAB SAFETY! You think a science student would know that..." Sam said, since Danny told them all about what happened during that adventure.

"And what kind of college student sticks his head in front of a prototype portal in the first place?..."Tucker mockingly questioned, angering Plasmius further. "We are taught not to go near dangerous things since kindergarten!..."He added.

The evil halfa growled at them, refusing to accept accountability for his mistakes and instead decided to make Jack the scapegoating of his own deluded mind.

"IT WAS ALL HIS FAULT! He knew I loved Maddie and still stole her from me!..."Vlad shouted.

"My mom and dad were already dating before your accident, and you know it! And you just saw for yourself that even if you did make a move on my mom back then, she'd NEVER leave my dad for you..."Danny reminded.

"Shut up! Shut up! Shut up! Maddie is just...she...she's just confused..."Vlad said, sounding both angry and desperate.

"And I thought Toadman was delusional when it comes with girls..."Star said with a glare.

"SILENCE! That fat oaf stole my woman and sent me to the hospital for years thanks to his blunders. I don't care if it was an accident! He ruined my life and needs to pay for it...and I deserve someone as beautiful as Maddie more than he does! Why can't any of you just understand that all I want is love and to finally be happy! Is that so wrong?!..."Vlad said in a deranged manner.

"Stop it, Vlad. You had lots of chances to find real love and find some happiness, but you threw them all away over your grudge and because you can't get over the fact that my mom doesn't like you. Also, any pity I might have once had for you was destroyed after what you tried to do to Danielle and tried to do to my friends with the ecto-acne! You want someone to love so bad, huh? You don't even know what love actually is!..."Danny shouted at him, while the villain snarled.

"SILENCE!..."Vlad yelled as he fired several ecto blasts at his enemies, who tried to dodge his derange attacks.

"It doesn't matter what you brats think, I WILL get the love and happiness I deserve. And soon. I just need to fix another point in time. I will make sure that Maddie and I achieve our destiny together, then I'll have the perfect life I deserve, with the perfect wife and hopefully, I'll also have a proper son instead of an immature child who wastes his incredible gifts by "doing good" for people who hate him and scorn him like you and your sister. He'll be like me..."Vlad said, determined to use the map to change his past.

"So not happening!..."Danny shouted as he charged at him, determined to take the map by force.

The last thing the young halfa needed was the fruitloop messing with time and accidentally causing some kind of timeline where they end up becoming father and son or something. Danny shuddered in horror at the mere mention of that becoming a possibility.

The two half-ghosts began to battle and took their fight to the sky, mostly to avoid being spotted by more people from the past since Danny didn't want to risk any more changes to the timeline. After all, he knew from experience how much things can become so vastly different from making one little change in the past.

"We gotta make sure no one sees Danny and Vlad..." Star said before looking around.

"But how?..."Sam asked.

"Maybe we can pull a fire alarm or something..."Tucker suggested, while the girls sent him questioning looks. "What, it's an option...and we can't get in trouble since we're not even born yet..."He explained.

"Let's try and think of something that will get LESS attention from people..."Sam said, shutting down the suggestion.

"Like what, showing everyone a movie on a random wall like some kind of drive-in theater?..." Tucker asked out loud.

"Let's use that as a plan B in case things get too crazy. Right now, we got to make sure no one notices Danny or that sicko..."Star said. "Maybe that movie idea might not be such a bad idea..."She mumbled that last part.

"Great, you two work on that, while we help Danny get that map away from Vlad..." Sam said, as the team split up to do their respective tasks.

"Just be careful Sam..."Tucker said.

"I will, now go on, we don't have time to waste!..." The Goth said.

"Heh, a time pun, good one, Manson..." Star said.

"It was unintentional..." She shrugged.

As Star and Tucker went to do their respective tasks, The Goth meanwhile fired a shot at Vlad as Danny ducked to the side just in time, letting the evil Half-Ghost get blasted in the chest.

"GAH!..." Plasmius cried out in pain, but quickly recovered.

He then got angry.

"Big mistake..."He said, furious.

The evil halfa then began to attack by firing his red ecto-eye beams. Danny's eyes glowed blue as he made a wall of ice blocking the blast

Star leaped at the fruitloop swinging her saber as Tucker aimed a thermos behind his back before, however the older halfa saw this coming and reacted quickly. A second head popped out between Vlad's shoulder, firing a blast from his eyes and knocking the thermos out of the techno geek's hands before he could use it.

"Hey, no fair!..."Tucker complained.

"All's fair in love and war...and I always fight to win..."Vlad snarked, before he fired at him but Tucker managed to dodge and avoid the attack.

Vlad then channeled some of his ecto energy into a ball on the palm of his hands, before he turned the ghost energy ball and formed a blade of that same energy that blocked Star's downward slash before firing a blast.

Danny and Star moved in sync, as they both moved out of way. While Sam and Tucker respectively fired their anti-ghost weapons at Vlad, which he deflected back at them with his ghost shield. They both pushed the others away and got Star and Tucker respectively out of the way.

"You okay, Starlight?..." Danny asked, concerned.

"I'm fine. No damage..." Star said.

"How about you, Tuck?..." Sam asked her friend.

"Other than a bruise, I'm fine..." The Techno geek replied, while Vlad began to gloat again.

"Still using others to make up for the difference in our power Daniel? I see that you're finally learning how to play chess..."Vlad sneered.

"I'm not using anyone, I'm not you or WORSE, Colette by relying on minions to do your dirty work. I never force anyone to help me fight my own battles unless they want to. I can be a real friend and I will always have my friends and my girlfriend backing me up..." Danny said.

"How disappointing, I expected more from you little badger..." Vlad said dismissively.

"And I expected that you would finally take the hint that my Mom will NEVER fall for someone like you, especially since she'll always love dad!..." Danny said evenly "But I should have known better considering you named your lonely guy cat after her! So, I guess we're both disappointments in each other's eyes..."He added in a mocking way.

The young hero then flew with so much force towards Vlad, punching him in the face as they phased through the roof and out of the building.

"Don't you dare bring my Maddie into to this!..." Vlad shouted as he was talking about his pet cat.

"I'm with Danny on that one! I mean the fact that you actually NAMED YOUR CAT after your college crush that rejected you more than once? I'm sorry, but no words can describe how sad and pathetic that is..." Star said, shaking her head in disgust.

"I'll make you regret those words, you insolent girl!..." Vlad shouted as he sent a blast at her, which Star managed to dodge just in the nick of time.

"Stay away from her, you fruitloop!..." Danny ordered angrily, as he sent a ghostly ice blast at his foe who quickly used his powers to melt the ice.

It didn't end there as the evil halfa continued to attack them and the heroes avoided him and kept taunting him too.

"Geez, somebody's rusty..."Tucker said, as he dodged one blast.

"He's gotten way lazier and less threatening since he cheated to become mayor. Like a horror movie villain that gets so overused that he's become lame and is only remembered for being a joke instead of an actual threat..."Sam snarked, getting under the evil halfa's skin.

"No one cares for the opinion of the whiny toothpick empire princess poorly playing the role of rebel teen. No wonder your parents don't actually love an ill-behaved brat like you..."Vlad sneers, striking a nerve too.

"Don't listen to him, you know that he's lying..."Danny said quickly, knowing those words hurt Sam more than she'd admit.

Before Sam could yell at Vlad, the evil halfa duplicated himself and began to attack the heroes by firing ecto-blasts and ghostly eye lasers at all of Team Phantom.

"Get behind me!..." Danny said, as he created an ecto shield to block more of Vlad's attacks.

"All so, you can all face your doom together! You are all ignorant, peasant brats who aren't on the same level as me!..."Vlad said hatefully, making the teens frown more.

"Did the Fruit loop and Psycholette read the same book of snobby insults?..." Star asked with an eye roll.

"Maybe Jean Puke cheated on a witch and placed an unbreakable curse onto Psycholette to make her more Vlad-like as revenge. That or they actually share some DNA..."Tucker theorized, mostly as a joke but it made Danny cringe.

"That would explain so much and I hope that's not true..." Danny shuddered, still glad that he won't have to deal with that person anymore.

"Stop mocking me. I am not now, nor have I ever been related to those idiotic Beviers. Besides, not one of them is even a football fan..."Vlad snarled.

"Good to know. Having a few badly rotten branches on my family tree is bad enough..." Star said as she is very glad to know that her family has no ties to the Masters.

Danny and the others were also aware that Star doesn't share a hint of any family ties to Vlad.

"Shut up! You don't know what I've been through!..."Vlad said, almost frothing in anger while the heroes kept glaring at him.

"Geez, all this just because you couldn't let go of your college crush, so pathetic. You're even worse than Toadman when it comes to dealing with rejection..." Star said with disgust.

"I'd say try blind dating but the papers, society sections and the tabloids are, for some reason, convinced you're secretly married, so I guess that's out..."Sam mocked, still unaware of the truth.

Vlad internally panicked upon hearing that.

"Oh no! Don't tell me these little brats found out about-..."His thoughts were cut off as Team Phantom continued to mock him.

"Don't take these rumors seriously, Sam. They say Vlad's wife is a former pro-wrestler and they went to France for a honeymoon. But we all know there is no chance that would ever happen since I think someone like that is out of your league..."Tucker added, also unaware of the truth and also not wanting to miss a chance to mock Vlad.

The thought of former female wrestler briefly made Danny think about his aunt. He worried for a moment before he decided Puck wouldn't do it, because it'd be too cruel...to Alicia.

"There is no way that would ever happen. Besides, Aunt Alicia would have let us know if she ever actually manages to somehow get Vlad to marrying her. She'd probably gloat about it to Dad forever..."Danny thought, trying not to think about it.

"I swear those tabloids come up with some really weird rumors. There was even some about Danny's superhero self being the ghost of the son of the founder of Amity Park..."Sam added. "Although none of them are as near as weird as what they say about Vlad..."The goth said in a mocking way, still believing it's all lies and exaggerations.

Vlad snarled.

While he was glad that his enemies still had no idea about his situation with a certain hillbilly woman, the mere mention of Alicia made him furious. And even if they don't know the truth, they were still mocking him, and he was already about to snap.

"Yes, like you and your "fictional feelings" for your Boo. You were only attracted to the little badger after finding out about his powers..."He mocked. "But of course Daniel would jump at the chance to upgrade from the so-called Goth who claims to be an individual, but we all know she's nothing more than a glorified Vegan pest and you only settled for him just because you were one of his little fangirls..."He said spitefully.

Team Phantom knew the truth, which is why they glared at him.

"You know that's not true. I already had feelings for Danny before I knew about his powers. Heck, I even turned down his ghost half because I had feelings for his human half before he told me the truth..."Star revealed.

"And Sam and I are just friends. We were never a couple in the first place..." Danny said, tired of everyone assuming they were ever a thing.

"Do we really need to explain this to the bad guy who doesn't know what a true relationship or friendship is?..." Sam said as she rolled her eyes.

"I don't think he would get the message if he tried." Tucker said sarcastically.

"ENOUGH! This ends now!..." Vlad bellowed.

"For once we agree on something Plasmius!..." Danny said seriously.

The two halfas then took their fight to the skies again, neither willing to let the other one win.

"We should get out of here before we accidentally run into younger versions of our parents and risk erasing ourselves out of existence... " Tucker said. "I mean I don't think they're here but better to be safe than sorry. And it might cause some problems if Mr. And the future Mrs. Fenton saw them..."He added.

"Agreed..." Sam and Star said, before they left the place to avoid causing any more changes to the past.

And be there to help Danny in case he needs it.

With the Halfas.

Danny was still fighting with Vlad in midair.

The two arch-enemies were sending blast after blast at each other and avoiding or deflecting the other's attack. Both of them now were trying to grab the Infi-Map.

"You obnoxious, little delinquent brat!..."Vlad yelled as he tried to keep the map away from Danny.

"YOU LOUSY, MISERABLE, DERANGED FRUITLOOP!..."Danny yelled back as he tried to send more ice blasts at him.

The two half-ghosts were still fighting over the map, refusing to let the other have it.

"Why is it too hard for you to understand that I'm just trying to find love, you brat?!..." Vlad shouted.

"You travelled back in time just to get a date! How desperate can you get?..." Danny said in disbelief. "What you're doing is not looking for love, but a cry for help! I seriously recommend that you seek therapy, Plasmius..."Danny said, not so much as mocking as much as it was a real recommendation.

"Mocking my mental health?!..." Vlad sneered "That's the best you got Daniel?..."He said with a frown.

"There are worse things I could say about you Plasmius, but I'd rather not stoop down to your level..." Danny said "So, instead, I got a question for you..."He began.

"And that would be?..." Vlad asked with narrowed eyes.

"Why don't you do what most bitter lonely middle-aged millionaires do? Find a trophy wife half your age and buy a sports car to overcompensate for your lack of a love life. I'm pretty sure there is at least one gold digger out there willing to put up with you...at least for a while..." Danny retorted.

"Do I look like that pretentious peacock Jean Luc Bevier and his embarrassment of a daughter? That's an insult in itself!..." Vlad said disgustedly before he sent out an ecto-blast in his anger.

"I don't know... I mean you two would probably get along just fine, you're both delusional Fruitloops who don't understand the meaning of the word no..." Danny said with a glare as he deflected the blast.

"And on that note from the way Psycolette acts, I would think she's your long lost relative or something..."He added.

"That psychopath and I are nothing alike!..."Vlad shouted in anger.

"You haven't exactly proved me wrong, Plasmius. And really, ever heard of the pot calling the kettle black..." Danny said with contempt.

"You'll regret comparing me to that, you brat!..." Vlad said darkly, as his eyes glowed a deeper shade of red.

With Team Phantom

While Danny fought Vlad to get the Infi-Map, as well as making jokes out of the older Halfa's expense. The trio were hoping that their friend would succeed in getting the Infi-Map before the worst came to happen.

It wasn't easy.

"Come on boo, where are you?..." Star asked, as they looked for him.

She was really worried about him, hoping that he's okay.

"I sure hope that he can get the map, so we can go back home. Time traveling is cool and all, but I really don't want to accidentally change the past or worse let Vlad succeed in his deranged mission..." Star thought until she heard a familiar voice calling her.

"Stella, is that you?..." A familiar voice said.

Looking around, she saw a younger version of her maternal grandfather Richard Traville, walking over to her.

It really did look just like him, except that he was younger with less wrinkles and his blonde hair was only starting to gray right now.

"Oh no, it's grandpa! What's he doing here?!..." Star thought in a panic, worried and pretended not to have heard him, not wanting to risk any possible paradoxes.

"If I talk to him, does that mean I won't be born or something. I so don't want to find out, but I would definitely like to know the rules of time travel..."She thought, panicking.

As she recovered from the shock, she realized he was mistaking her for her mother's younger self.

"Stella, didn't you hear me calling you?... Richard asked before he saw her.

"Um...sir...I think that must be mistaking me for somebody else..."Star said, knowing she can't keep ignoring him as he kept talking to her.

Taking a closer look and adjusting his glasses, he realized that, in spite of the similarities, the lady in front of him wasn't Stella. While she looked like his daughter, this girl was much younger, probably in high school at the most and had some slightly different features, but the resemblance was still uncanny.

"I'm terribly sorry, young lady..." He said, being a gentleman. "You're correct. I thought you were someone else..." Richard said realizing that she wasn't his daughter Stella, though there was certainly a similar aristocratic air about her.

"If not for those eyes and her age, she'd be a dead ringer for my little sweet pea..."Richard thought, using his childhood nickname for her but only in his head.

"It's all right sir. Mistakes happen..." Star said, putting on her best innocent face.

Still, the younger version of Richard still apologized to her.

"I'm sorry, but have we met somewhere before? You look incredibly familiar for some reason..."Richard asked, as he found her familiar and not just because she looked like his eldest daughter.

"I do?..." Star asked, playing dumb.

"You sort of resemble my eldest daughter, Stella. She is here for a skating competition and I'm here to watch it..."The wealthy man said, looking proud as he spoke of his daughter.

"Stella? Stella? Stella? Nope, don't know anyone with that name..."Star lied through her teeth.

"I see...I do apologize for interrupting your day. It's just that you look very much like she did when she was still in high school..."Richard explained, feeling embarrassed by his mistake.

"I guess that I just have one of those faces..." Star said vaguely, hoping her acting skills were working right now.

"Yes, I suppose that may very well be the case..." Richard said.

"Well, have a lovely day, young lady. I really should get to that skating competition before it ends. My daughter is going to win it, I just know it..." The middle aged man said politely and kindly.

He also noticed Sam nearby and noticed that she seemed familiar too.

"Young lady?..."He asked, and Sam flinched.

"Y-yes?..."Sam asked with a forced smile, hoping she didn't accidentally reveal who she is.

"I'd hate to make the same mistake twice but by any chance are you related to an Izzy Manson, you look very much like my old friend Ida..."Richard asked and Sam tried to act normal.

"Uh no sorry my name is...Raven..." The Goth lied awkwardly.

"Ah well nice to meet you, young lady. Richard Traville..." Richard said politely, before turning to Tucker.

"I'm..."Tucker's eyes landed on some agriculture students with tomato plants and got an idea. "Tom..."He said, hoping that he sounded convincing.

"Nice to meet you, young man. I hope you all have a productive and wonderful day on campus..."Richard said kindly, while Star noticed that despite being a big-time oil tycoon, he was still so polite and courteous to even people he just met.

"Even back then, Grandpa was still so nice..." Star thought, smiling slightly at him

"RICHARD!..."A familiar voice shouted shrilly, one that Star hoped she'd never have to hear again.

"Oh no, not her!..." Star thought, seeing a younger though just as rotten Beatrice.

She looked basically the same, but with less wrinkles and brown hair, adorned with fancy clothes, overpriced jewelry and hats, along with a fur coat, despite it being sixty degrees.

"That coat probably costs more than a car and knowing her, she'll probably toss it out if it gets even a small stain...like always..."Star thought in disgust, since she had done than once when Star was a kid.

Sure, she wasn't as passionate about the environment as Sam was but even as a kid she knew it was beyond wasteful.

The old bat didn't even seem to acknowledge them as she began to bark orders at her husband, acting as rude and impatient as ever.

"Come on Richard, get away from those peasants. We're only here to do business with the local elites in this lowly county, now hurry. I swear that I can smell the surplus of milkmaids and peasants farmers..." Beatrice shouted in a snooty voice, just as rotten as ever.

"Coming dear..." Richard said, before turning to the group of time travelers.

"Have a lovely day you three. And sorry again..." Richard said, before he walked off going to his wife.

All the while, the teens could overhear their conversation. Not surprising, given how loud Beatrice is whenever she complains.

"Honestly, why did you allow my daughter to come to this hovel to compete in some silly skating competition when she is better off going on our trip to Europe and meeting the suitable bachelors I wanted her to meet?..."Beatrice complained.

"She wanted to compete, Dearest. She says this competition is important..." Richard said, placating while his wife continued to complain.

"She really needs to spend less time on her hobbies and focus on finding a proper husband. Preferably one like that nice Reginald Loadman boy or maybe someone from a nice noble family in Europe..."The old bat said in a shrill manner, not caring who heard her.

"Also, I just met some delightful youngsters, and one of them bears an uncanny resemblance to our darling Stella back when she was still in high school..."Richard said.

Beatrice had seen the group her husband had talked to and frowned, not even bothering to look back at the random people she insulted.

"Oh please, don't be daft, Richard. That girl clearly has peasant ancestry, just look at what she's wearing. Our Stella is an aristocrat and wouldn't wear anything that horrible. Traville's have far higher standards in what clothing we wear..."Beatrice said in a disrespectful way, as expected from everyone who knew her.

Richard was used to this attitude from his wife and sighed, mentally planning on apologizing on her behalf later. Like he always does.

"Now dear, let's not be rude. Also, another young lady resembles Ida Manson back during our younger days..."Richard said, and there was a noticeable frown on his wife's face at the mention of that name.

"That hooligan daughter of a sandwich monger peasant who tried to steal you from me..." Beatrice sneered snobbily. "Any girl who resembles that woman there certainly is not in any way someone people of our class and breeding should find delightful..."She added hatefully.

"Darling, Ida and I are just friends. You don't have to be so jealous..."Richard tried but his wife kept nagging him or "speak her mind" as she saw it.

"I'm not jealous, don't be ridiculous. I'm cautious. In fact, I haven't even begun to voice my real thoughts and feelings about that woman..."Beatrice said, frowning and didn't seem to notice that the teens heard her.

"I somehow hate her more...enough I'd be willing to talk to Puck to make her punishment longer when we get home..."She added.

"Ditto..."Star said, as glares at the retreating head of her hated ex-grandmother.

"This just confirmed what I already knew..." The blonde thought in contempt.

"That the old bat was always bitter, no surprise there, I really should ask Puck to send her a message in Hobo town that if she wants to be free from the poor house then she better get a job, otherwise she won't be allowed out..."She added.

Beatrice continued to act snobby and rude as ever as she kept complaining. Her husband sighed but said nothing as they both entered a limo and soon left. Star continued to glare the entire time. Tucker and Sam did the same thing too.

"How can he stand to let her talk to him that way?..."Star said hatefully, glaring at the old bat who just left.

"Why am I not surprised she's just as "charming" now as she is back home?..."Sam said sarcastically.

"Hard to believe she's not Colette's grandmother. They are so alike..."Tucker snarked, frowning.

Just then, Danny crashed into the ground near them, with Vlad still fighting him.

"Hand over the map, Plasmius! It's not meant to be used for your twisted delusions!"..." Danny demanded.

"I am NOT delusional, you are just an annoying little pest! This map is the key to achieving my goals and one way or another I will succeed in getting the woman I love!..." Vlad shouted desperately.

"Oh please, what you call love, everyone else can see it for what it truly is... Manipulative control!..." Star said with disgust. "Not surprised that you can't tell the difference; you really remind me of Colette!..."She yelled.

Vlad glared at the young blonde, the cheesehead took offense at the insult, especially since he was nothing like that sociopathic fake redheaded menace.

"And what are you gonna do now? Go back an hour earlier and try to hit on Danny's mom again and again? Even though she's obviously going to keep turning you down no matter how many times you ask?..." Star asked sarcastically.

"No. I realize now that Maddie has been blinded by that buffoon...so I have to try again at courting her BEFORE she makes the ultimate blunder of getting close to that fat oaf and makes the biggest mistake of her life..."Vlad said, still delirious.

"The only mistake my parents ever made was meeting you, Plasmius!..." Danny said, as he blasted an ice beam at him. "Face it, their lives would be much better without you in it!..."He yelled.

Danny knew that he might have gone too far by that comment but right now he didn't care, he was just too angry with Vlad since he was attempting to change history for his benefit and refused to accept things for what they were.

Speaking of the cheesehead, he deflected the attack Danny sent his way. Holding out his arm as a fireball the size of a baseball appeared in his hand, with a quick toss Vlad tossed it, and the fireball grew inside as it flew towards some random kids.

Danny broke his grip on the Infi-Map, and thought quickly. He then blasted the fireball before the kids noticed.

"You're predictable as always, little badger. Always the hero..." Vlad mocked, before flying off.

Danny hated how Vlad just used his hero complex against him.

"You coward..." Danny said with contempt.

Vlad however didn't bother acknowledging his enemy's comment, and instead he used the infi map to create another portal and escaped through it.

"Oh no, not again!..."Danny said.

"After him! Quick!..."Sam shouted.

"Yeah, before he destroys history!..."Tucker shouted.

"Especially OUR history!..."Star added.

"Here we go again..." Danny thought as he, Star and their friends raced towards the portal.

The teenagers screamed in surprise as they were sucked into the portal.

"I'll be glad when this is all over..." Star thought, knowing that this adventure isn't anywhere near finished.

The heroes ran into the new natural portal, chasing after the evil half ghost with delusions of grandeur. Team Phantom didn't know where and when they'll be dropped off this time around.

...But what they did know was that they couldn't let Plasmius get away with his endgame.

REPLIES to my loyal and totally awesome reviewers:

Fiction Realm: I guess that we will have to wait and see what happens.

RonaldM40196867:

1) Danny might have been suspicious, but he doesn't see Toadman and his friends as a threat.

2) Even so, Colette refuses to accept that Danny actually hates her and just sees it as him "playing hard to get".

3) No.

Jebest4781: Thank you :)

Luiz4200: Well, Toadman and his friends are pretty dense.

Pokemon fan 1991: Thank you :)

Invader Johnny: Yeah.

JDF Legacier Morphicon: Thank you :)

1) I liked how Val was able to fight Technus when he took control of her ghost hunting suit.

2) Not sure.

3) I'm not sure.

4) I think that Wulf would do everything he can to protect his friend.

5) I think Dani sees Wulf as a good friend at the most.
