Chapter 1: Moving with the Flow
Introduction: This is a collaboration between a Godzilla fan boy and a DXD fan girl that mixed up some ideas and thought this would be fun. I am not knowledgeable of DxD outside season 1 and she has no clue on anything about Godzilla outside the Monsterverse 2014 and Skull Island.
Enjoy.

Everyone has a stray thought or two about doing something they shouldn't and right now William Calister was close to giving in. Each and every kick into his back made him want nothing more than for the plan to crash into a populated area. Or maybe if he had his laptop he could, *KICK* William had no shame in admitting he wanted the kid behind him to go missing.
"Excuse me Ms. Attendant." He waved to one of the flight attendants passing by. The tall woman leaned down to his eye level. "How much longer until we land?"
The lady smiled at him but her eyes held no such feeling. "We still have several hours to go. Maybe try to get some sleep." She walked off without waiting for him to respond in any way.
Leaning against the window, William sighed looking out at the clear night sky and getting an eyeful of the half moon. "Yeah right, sleep is the last thing on my mind." Going through his backpack he picked out his Japanese for Dummies: Part 1 book, opening to where he had left off and placing the bookmark under his thigh. "Relocation is the perfect motivation to learn a new language…..How the hell do you say this?!"
\\\\Two weeks ago\\\\
An eye for eye, a tooth for a tooth was a philosophy that fit well with William. Tolerating his friend being bullied was not, even if said friend didn't want him to meddle. While nothing to brag about when it came to fighting, the 17 year old had no issue letting his fist fly for a friend or if the person thought they were untouchable. But at the same time, why risk physical harm when one could just use their mind and a laptop. The plan was perfect and set to go against Rodger Philson, set to be the next class president for their year and a teacher's pet. Only some knew that underneath his smile of a model student and teen, was just another miserable bully that loved to pick on anyone he thought no one cared about. His process was simple: fake being their friend to find out their life, slowly dig for details, leak details around school, harass them for some "hush funds" and have them beaten up if they protest. His latest victim: Tyler Watson. Middle child of three, dorky but on the track team and the details that Rodger spread were about his mother. Having seen it for himself William didn't need to hear the other students talk to know what it was about, but he himself would never say anything about Tyler's mom. But Tyler hadn't wanted William involved, both because he was sure he could handle the situation and because William was already on a short leash.
However while William agreed initially, his fuse was blown when Rodger who was upset with only half of a payment decided to leak some photos of Tyler's older sister. So his promise went out the window and he dove into Mr. Phlison's life at home, and oh boy what he found made him almost feel bad. Almost. Checking his phone's clock William smirked as he then went to his files and prepared to send them to the school's chat system. Silently he counted down and then, "Send, enjoy your private life on display Rodger."
The rest was both a blur and picture perfect moment. Students were pinged and gasped at what they saw, teachers were furious, an investigation as to who could have done it was launched and Tyler was finally able to get peace. As for William, he quickly realized he had fucked up and forgot to cloak his signal and clone some his fellows ip addresses. Once he got home he tried to cover his tracks but he knew it was only a matter of time. Which meant…..
*SLAM* "Do you think this is a game?! Four counts of hacking this year alone, and you go and pull some shit like this!" Officer Cortez had practically tried to dent the table with his file. The cop was practically a common person in William's life at this point. Even sometimes wondered if there was a special reason he was always the one assigned to his cases.
"Hey I was helping a friend who was dealing with blackmail and had no one to turn to." Trying to defend himself, William pushed the file aside. "Besides, what was I supposed to do? Teachers wouldn't help him. And you pigs take too damn long to do anything."
Cortez groaned as he stood up, placing a hand on the glass window. "You can't take the law into your own hands. How many times do we gotta go through this? First, you're sending threats to a neighbor."
"He was a pedophile and I helped you catch him."
"Then you leak footage of a woman's affair."
"Only because she lied that I broke her window."
"And then you stole money from your mother's boss. Don't you fucking say it!" Stopping William from speaking Cortez pointed at him and had anger practically ingrained in his face. "You can't keep doing this William, as is you're looking at possible jail time. You've pulled this one too many times."
At the mention of jail the teens face dropped and worry crept into his eyes. William had pride but jail wasn't something he wanted to deal with especially since he had plans for his future. "Come on Cortez, sure we don't need jail…..Right? I'll stop, I swear on my dog's life!"
"You swore on your mother's last time."
"Then you should know I'm serious now!"
The door to the room swung open and a woman of pale skin, pudgy build and medium length dirty blonde hair stepped in. The frown on her face said everything to William and made him feel small, all his confidence gone in an instant. The woman practically glided over to him but made no move otherwise to him. "Hi Mom." He managed to get the words out.
Mrs. Calister narrowed her eyes towards her son but turned away from him as she spoke. "Officer Cortez, you look well. I had to leave work for this, so I want to get this over with quickly. Is jail time 100% a certainty?"
"Sorry about this Michelle, I would have done what you said but, gotta follow the law and all. No matter how much you may hate what he's been doing." The officer pulled William's file under his arms. "The chief on the contrary believes that the boy can still turn his life around. His father."
Michelle's brow furrowed upon hearing that word, her hands dropped down and gripped her son's shoulders. "What about him?" Though she asked, it seemed she already knew the answer.
Cortez simply shrugged. "Send William to live with his father for the remainder of his high school time. We take his toys away." He points at the young man with a determined look. "No more fucking vigilanty justice. No hacking, coding, I don't want to hear you so much as found a way to bypass your phone's systems to improve function. Do you hear me?"
Looking to his mother, William was met with a surprisingly sad face rather than the anger his mother had earlier. Not finding any answer from her he looked back to the cop, "So where would I go?"
\\\\\\\Present Day\\\\\\\\
Isaac Calister hadn't been in the life of his family for over a decade, he had formally said goodbye and left as though it was some official process to go through. Surprisingly birthday and various holiday cards were always on time every year along with gifts. Sadly William never knew where his father had gone or why, so the very idea of living with him was not only bizarre but seemed downright wrong. Leaning back in his seat as his thoughts of seeing his paternal family member raced in his head, William took solace in knowing the brat behind him was no longer actively kicking his seat.
\\\\\\\\\\\
Setting his luggage down and stretching his limbs, the seventeen year old lazily looked around at all the people walking around the airport. People hugging loved ones that they hadn't seen in awhile, co-workers happy or anxious to be off the plane and tons of fellow foreigners ecstatic to be in the country. Seeing some signs that were purely in Japanese letters, William felt a headache could erupt if he tried to read any of them. Going to find a seat he pulled out his new phone and going into his contacts, finding the one labelled "Sperm Donor" he hit call.
A few rings went by before a deep, gruff and tired voice spoke on the other end. "Hello…..w-w-what do you want?"
William nearly dropped his phone. "Well Pop, I landed and I don't see anyone here to pick me up."
"Pop? Who are you-FUCK!" Various sounds of stumbling and drawers being pulled open and slammed shut followed. "I'm am so fucking sorry son. I will be right there, 30 minutes tops." With that the call ended.
"Wow just wow." Laying on the other seats William chuckled at his situation. Placing his backpack under his head he decided to rest his eyes for the time. "Hello Japan." His eyes closed faster than he would have thought and remained closed as something akin to sleep took his mind.
Something was very wrong, looking to the sky and seeing the amount of comets soaring through the sky would make any person nervous. And yet, he felt a rush of excitement, he felt a wave of adrenaline wash over him. His thoughts felt like they were in multiple different places as well, part of him was calculating his next move, another wanted to just jump into the fray and destroy any he came across and another wanted….to keep eating? Attempting to look at where this sensation came from resulted in him simply looking behind as he picked the sound of a familiar growl. Standing to full height he attempted to make himself as big as he could as the source of the growl came closer and closer. His own growl erupted from his mouth as a warning, though his own thoughts were more hopeful of a conflict. As if responding to him the very sky lit up wit-
"-ke up. This is your last chance before I bop you on the head." A familiar voice urged along with the feeling of being shaken. Opening his eyes William blinked several times as he adjusted to the lighting of the airport vs what he saw in his dream. Standing over him was a tall muscular dark skinned man with a little smile on his face and a small bit of hair on his head. In him William could see his own future appearance though he wasn't sure about the goatee. The man hefted his suitcase and gestured to the long hall, "Time to go Sleeping Beauty."
Silence the constant companion for the car ride home for the two men, William wasn't even sure if the man driving was worthy of being called "Dad" or "Father" at the moment. Afterall what does a son say to his parent that walked out over a decade ago? For Isaac he wanted to talk to his son, chat up about his friends, potential girlfriends or even what he was into. However he didn't want to be weird and talk as if nothing had changed or that the events of his being here were more of a punishment rather than a vacation or nice getaway. The drive through Tokyo remained quiet even as Isaac pulled into a community area with dozens of houses. Coming up to a more western styled golden brown colored house with a gate around it, Isaac pulled out a card as they stopped at a console, pressing the card against it an audible *BOOP* went off and the gate opened with the two sides separating. William raised an eyebrow as the car stopped as he got a good look at the house; it was surprisingly big, a little too big for a man living alone in a foreign country. Probably contained several bedrooms and given how the gate went around the property it had a huge backyard.
"Mom joked that you sold drugs to send us the amount of money you give every event." Getting out William tossed out a joke as he approached the front door. "I always thought you were some black ops agent and you got a lot of "benefits" from your contracts."
Isaac laughed unlocking the door allowing himself and his son into his home. The inside matched the outside with its western style though the walls were beige and there was gray/brown carpet. "Welcome to your new home. Your room is upstairs, the last room on the right."
Nodding William took in the feeling of the house and the words, as this was indeed going to be his new home for the next two years. "What about you, where is your room?"
"Down here on the first floor. Also my walls are thin so don't try to sneak out."
"Could just use a window."
"You gonna hop over the fence with the sharp spikes? Good luck with that one."
Making his way to his room, the teen noticed the floor switched to hardwood flooring for the hallway and that there was a slight squeaking noise when crossing the first room. So I'll always know if someone is up here besides me. Opening the door to his room, William dropped his bags in awe at how big it was. His own room back home was pretty spacious and even filling that had been a challenge, even with his desk, bed, shelves for merch, dresser, tv and his closet near the back corner. This room could easily fit two of his old room in here and there was a second doorway that led to a bathroom. Probably the biggest surprise was that there was already a bed, desk and a dresser, the bed was unmade and looked to be king size. Could have used this when Rusk got big, a whole bed to myself. That's gonna take some getting used to.
"Bed arrived a few days ago with several colors of sheets and blankets. I didn't know what color you preferred." His father's voice behind him snapped him back to reality. The older man walked in, placing the suitcases on the ground before making an arm opening motion. "Whatcha think? Pretty big right? I told your mom you are gonna love the space."
Stepping in, William looked at his father with skepticism. "It's a bit much and why are you giving me all this?"
Isaac kept his smile but his tone changed. "I know how this looks. I'm not trying to buy your love or even get you to like me with what I can give you. But I want you to feel welcomed here. This was always gonna be your room, of course I had hoped you would be here on better terms."
"You never invited us. Never even knew where you were."
"I know, that's my fault. I thought it was better this way."
Not wanting to get into an argument or hear any excuse William placed his backpack on the desk. "Guess I got some customizing to do."
Taking the hint the elder Calister made his way to the door. He turned back towards his son, "Don't forget your probation, no messing with your devices. And we got places to go tomorrow."
Looking out the window William raised a brow due to the sun still being high in the sky. "Um what?"
"Jet lag is gonna hit like a bitch trust me. But anyway we gotta visit your school and buy your uniforms."
"School? I can't even speak, let alone read or write the language!"
"Relax." Isaac cracked his neck and fingers. "I can help you, you got one week before you start anyhow."
Palming his face, William spoke through gritted teeth. "One week is gonna mean little to nothing….What even is the name of the school?"
"Don't worry about that, living here you'll pick up the language quickly. I did. Oh and the school is called Kuoh."
\\\\\\Next Day\\\\\
The feeling that you were completely different from others was something that William had thought he had gotten used to. For instance being the only mixed person when visiting the black side of your family for holidays, or when you visit your mom's side of the family. But neither of those experiences could have prepared him for sitting in the hallway of a school filled with students that not only looked completely different from him but spoke a language that he couldn't even begin to pretend he understood. His father was in the office of the principal and it had been a very surreal experience to hear the fluent Japanese come out of the older man's mouth. Despite the hiccup of inexperience and lack of knowledge, William had been able to pick up a few things from the brief conversation. For one it seemed that William was already registered and the principal was surprised that he was here but not attending yet. The other thing was whether William would be a 2nd year or a 3rd year. Back home due to his intelligence William was in math, science, history and writing classes at college level. For all intent and purpose he was a senior in all but name, had more credits than most seniors and he was ahead of most people both in and out of his grade. Isaac had asked what William would want to do, but in truth the young man didn't know. Even the idea of any credits or completion of said classes wasn't something he was sure would transfer to a different country's standards. So he decided to leave it up to his dad, something he wasn't sure he should have done. But regardless the decision was made and he was sitting out here now for nearly twenty minutes.
"On your right."
Bolting up William felt his heart nearly leap out of his chest as soon as the voice registered to him. It wasn't like a whisper or someone speaking to him, but rather like a thought that wasn't his own. The students around glanced at him due to his sudden action and William felt a little annoyed now with their eyes on him. Sitting back down he peered to his right, only catching a glimpse of red hair as someone rounded the hall. The blood-red hair flowing was a curious site even if only for a moment as so far he hadn't seen anything like that, dyed hair wasn't uncommon but typically had a look to it. Wonder who that was. But the voice, was I talking to myself or something?
"Arigato." Isaac came out of the office to find his son still sitting but looking a little frazzled. A look of concern took over as he approached. "Everything okay?"
The teen nodded as he stood, ready to leave. "Yup no issues. Everything taken care of?"
Doubt was in his mind but Isaac let it go for now. "You'll take some tests on your first day. Your scores will determine whether you are bumped up a grade or if you will be a 2nd year. You should feel honored, the student council president, even thought you should be awarded for your efforts in the states."
"Yippee." With that the two made their way through the school and out to the front entrance. Upon reaching the front William looked back feeling a compulsion to gaze out over the school. This would be where he would spend the next two years of his life and if his mother's words rang true maybe even a good portion of life.
"Perhaps you'll want to stay there once you finish school. Be sure to call and write more often if you do."
Rubbing his fingers through his afro he went to turn around and catch up to his father but stopped due to seeing that shade of red again. This time he saw the face of the owner, and her blue-green eyes seemed to pierce through whatever she was looking at before they turned to him. Something William wasn't prepared for was this sense of judgement or analyzing she was giving off.
"Hey boy, bring your ass! We got some shopping to do." His father's words gave him pause before he could decide any course of action. A simple gesture was all he contemplated before he waved with a smile, then he ran to catch up and get in the car.
"Something catches your eye Buchou?" A raven haired woman asked, placing down a cup of tea in front of her friend.
The red head continued staring out the window even as the boy she saw left in a car. "Something possibly interesting." She picked up the cup, taking a sip. "Maybe even more"
Loading up another bag of stuff that William picked out for school, Isaac watched his son return from putting the cart back where it goes. "So like the look of the school?"
"Seems pretty intimidating, you said it was a private school right? And why so many girls?!" The teen plopped down in the passenger seat.
"Hehe got your blood pumping huh? I envy you." Starting up the car Isaac giggled at his son's reaction. "And yup, supposed to be one of the best in the country. So no fucking up. And you didn't answer my question."
"The school seems fine. I'm more worried about not understanding the language than anything."
"Don't worry the P.E the teacher is a friend of a friend, he'll help you out."
Against his judgement and what he thought, William decided to ask something he was sure his father couldn't answer. "Am I gonna be the only foreigner here?"
Giving an "Are you serious" look, Isaac patted his son's shoulder. "You're an American in the country of Japan, and you aren't an army brat. No connections other than me and whatever I share with you. But no, you won't be the only one. I don't know the whole situation but apparently some girl from a big family in Europe goes there. Ria something.
"I'm asking a grown man about the student body." William said, leaning his seat back. Rubbing a hand through his afro again he frowned, feeling the damp hair.
"You'll be fine." Looking at his offspring's head and reaction Isaac flipped his blinker on. "Your mom said you had been thinking of a haircut. We can stop by where I get mine cut at."
"If I do, I'm going straight bald. I'd rather not deal with this when it gets hot and my head becomes a wet mop."
"Oh." Switching lanes Isaac made a U-turn at the light to take them back home instead. "I got some clippers at home. Save us some money. After you cut your hair, we can continue your Japanese lessons."
"...damn it."
A Week Later
"You have your card for the gate and the key to the house?" Isaac's voice asked from the phone.
William played with the key hooked on his belt and double checked the card in his wallet. "Yes, for the millionth time. I'll be fine, you can go to work without worry."
"Hey you couldn't even read back the map for the route to school last night!"
"I was tired and you wouldn't let me go to bed. I'm almost at the entrance to the school now, so I'm hanging up." Tapping on his phone William took a moment to adjust his collar again and remove his head phones. Looking at Kuoh Academy he was met with a slight feeling of intimidation as he pondered that his future and his life were now taking a new turn.
"WHAT THE FUCK-Issei?!" The voice of one bald boy and one bespectacled boy screamed out in absolute agony as their stone-faced expressions were aimed towards the third member of their group. Though William couldn't make out the rest of what was said
This Issei had the biggest, most smug shit-eating grin on his face as he could muster. His joy and smugness practically oozed out of him as he stood next to a beautiful girl with long black hair. He rubbed his chin and chuckled haughtily, "Hehehehe, —- Matsuda-ku, Motohama-kun —-. —- young lady—-watch your language." Turning away from his friends, he faced and bowed respectfully to the young woman beside him, "I'm sorry about that, Yuuma-chan, —-."
Though it wasn't his business William couldn't help but study the group. Understanding a few words still allowed him to figure out the situation. The guy by the girl clearly had a girlfriend and the other two weren't happy. Either because of some twisted sense of the "Bro Code" or maybe some other type of code. But something was bugging him about the girl, for one her eyes. William would never say he was good at reading people but, he also would never deny feeling off about someone. This girl smiled and looked cute, but it was almost like an audition to him. A familiar feeling that one Cassidy of 8th grade invoked in him when she tried to worm into his heart. Back then young William had been too hormonal to notice any signs that he was being used, but luckily he had good friends. This Yuuma however seemed to be in the presence of boys that lead with their second head rather than the main one.
Issei's new girlfriend shined a pretty smile at her new boyfriend, though she noticed William staring at her."Hyoudou-kun—-", she pointed at the darker teen that was across the way from them. She quickly turned to the other two guys and bowed to them, "- we can get along very well in the future."
Issei bid Yuuma goodbye as she had to get going back to her own school. After she was out of sight, Issei turned back to his two friends that were still pale and frozen. He walked between them and approached William. "Oi—-"
Not expecting any sort of confrontation William held up a hand causing the other man to pause. Rummaging through his bag he found the paper that was to save his life until he had a hold of the language. The paper read in Japanese "Foreign new student. I understand very little Japanese and understand English. Sorry". It was kind of funny because William was positive it wouldn't help him much since his own thoughts about languages and other countries is that if one was to live there, they must learn the language.
"Oh sorry then." Issei felt a little embarrassed about his conduct towards a student that was already dealing with a lot. He rejoined his friends, to which they resumed their jealousy towards him as they entered the school.
"Oof what a great start."William sighed as he too went to enter the school.
Upon entering he was met with two girls that approached him. Both of them had glasses and black hair, though one had a short bob style and the other had long hair with split bangs. The girl with the bob style approached him with her arms crossed. "William Calister. Welcome to Kuoh Academy."
Caught off guard he eyed them with concern. "Hello…And you are?"
"Sona Shitori, Student Council President." Gesturing towards the other girl Sona introduced them. "This is my Vice President, Tsubaki Shinra. We are to escort you to your testing room."
"Ah huh. Wouldn't a teacher or staff member be better for that?"
"You mean like Taki-sensei? He is busy with one of the sports clubs at the moment." Sona said motioning for him to follow them. As they walked through the school she explained various things about the school's reputation and why she was assigned to escort him. "I don't know how schools in America are, but here at Kuoh our school prides itself on the students being able to take the advantage and press on without needing the staff to constantly guide us. Besides," she stopped in front of a room before moving to the side. "I wanted to meet the student who caused this special situation."
Looking at the room William looked to Tsubaki who merely nodded. He then stepped forward to enter, stopping just before he opened the door. "I'm not that special."
"Your grades say otherwise. Depending on how you do here, I may just invite you to the student council." Sona declared adjusting her glasses.
"Well regardless, the offer is declined. I don't enjoy that type of work." With that he entered the room.
Inside there was a large table with a female teacher on one end and an empty chair on another. Going to the table he sat down and the teacher spoke. "Greetings Calister." Her English caught him off guard. "I hope the journey to our school wasn't too difficult for you."
"Not so bad, got gps." William tapped his pocket with a grin.
The teacher pushed forward a stack of papers. "This is a series of tests to help us determine your education level and where to best place you. This is not a pass or fail type test. We were already prepared to give you some third-year classes, however the interest of the Student Council called for this instead."
"Already told her not joining."
"Regardless." The teacher looked at the clock. "As today is Saturday, take your time. Classes are half today and tomorrow you have off. That means on Monday we will have your placement. Are you ready?"
\\\\\\\\\\\\\
Crunch crunch crunch* Stuffing his face with some chips William meandered around the city to spoil himself a little. The tests had been a bit tougher than he anticipated and had even considered giving a half assed attempt when the math began to look like a foreign language. But he powered through it and had even finished before the classes were over. A quick stop home, a message to his dad and he had hit the town to enjoy his day. With his map app at the ready to take him home at any time, he visited many different shops and public places. Even as the sun began to set he continued to be intrigued by all the different but still similar sites of a thriving city. Even being able to put some his more negative and skeptic thoughts aside for the few hours.
Today was the best day of Issei's entire brief, woman-less life. In just one date with his new girlfriend, he had effectively ended a seventeen year relationship with his right hand. And despite the good times, he was absolutely sure that the times ahead would be even better. Yuuma-chan was, in no uncertain terms, the perfect girl for him. She was as beautiful as a goddess, yet didn't let her looks become a vanity. She was kind and sweet, listening to what he said and letting him listen when she had something to say as well. Her smile was like a ray of bright light that shined down on all his dark tendencies and made him feel safe. Her clothes were simple but suited her sweet exterior she showed on their date, a little scrunchie on her wrist that Issei gave to her as a gift. The image of perfection.
The two teenagers were now at the fountain in the local park, the final stop for their first date. Yuuma turned on her feet and looked at her new boyfriend with a bright red blush across her face, "Um, Issei-kun..."
The spiky, brown-haired boy perked up when she said his name, "Yes, Yuuma-chan?"
She poked her fingers together and looked away in embarrassment. "Listen...we've finally been on a date and I really enjoyed it...so, I was wondering if you could do a little favor for me?"
Issei did his best to contain his excitement but couldn't help but smile, "What is it? I'll do whatever I have to to help you!"
Yuuma put her hands together, tilted her head and smiled as happily as she could...
"Will you die for me?"
Crunch, "What? Come again?" The moment was interrupted with the voice of William coming from the sidewalk away from the fountain. He had been walking along finishing off his bag of chips when the words registered to his ears. And for the second time in a day, he had come across this couple. But he now heard something he wasn't sure what to make of.
Even Issei was somewhat dumbfounded though he seemed to ignore his fellow male's interruption. Cleaning out his ear with a pink, he knew he must have misheard. "Sorry one more time, must have heard-"
"I said…" The impossible happened, two massive black crow-like wings, as dark as the night sky, unfolded from her back. "Will you die for me?" With a flap of her wings she was raised off the ground, the smile she once had disappeared as a cold expression to its place. Her face changed from the soft features to a more lean and slightly older form.
"Yu-Yuuma-chan?" Stepping back Issei tried his best to comprehend the situation in his mind but was utterly failing. Even as light formed in her hand and formed a spear shape, Issei remained frozen.
Smiling, she held the weapon in a ready position. "I had fun but blame the one that gave you a dangerous piece of equipment."
He wasn't a hero, William had no issue admitting it. If it didn't concern him or anyone close to him, he had no issue leaving people to their fate or to deal with a shitty situation. The less stress for him, the better. Him opening his mouth earlier combined with what he was seeing, left him going against his instincts. As fast as he could, he rushed to Issei and grabbed his arm. With a pull he forced him to run as they tried to get away from Yuuma. "FUCKING RUN!"
Missing her first throw, Yuuma sucked her teeth, summoning another Spear of Light before giving chase. The stranger that had intervened was making sure to take them through populated areas likely to use the surroundings as cover or to mess up her aim, which to his credit it was working.
Issei on the other hand was attempting to stop her while running still. "Y-Y-Yuuma-chan why are you doing this? Don't you like me?Grggh!"
Yuuma laughed as a Spear of Light hit the side of Issei's leg. "Oh poor poor Issei-kun, the Yuuma-chan you love is a lie. Why would any girl date a dirty little weasel like you? Silly boy~." She threw another spear, this time impaling him in the shoulder causing him to fall on his front.
"Shit." William dove into an alleyway as Yuuma floated above Issei, impaling him with another spear in his legs this time. Whatever conversation they were having seemed to cause the boy more pain before she speared him through the chest with another of those light spears. Booking it as fast as he could he made several turns in an attempt to lose her. "Okay okay gotta get outta here. What in the fuck is-."
"Going somewhere?" A burning sensation formed in his side and spread throughout his body as his hands came to feel the spear in his gut. Yuuma floated high above him, a cocky smile plastered on his face. "You should have just kept walking, stupid boy."
Falling to his knees William didn't know how he should react, a lot of blood was spilling out and he was confident that his death was next. Smirking, he flipped Yuuma the bird. "Fuck you, you damn crow bitch…."
Another Spear of Light formed and was thrown by Yuuma, dead center in his chest. William toppled over, his vision already failing. The fallen angel landed next to him and kicked his body. "A pity you look handsome, you could have been a good toy or tool." Yuuma took off.
He knew he was dying even as he saw the bright red light shine from the sidewalk, for once William wished he hadn't tried to be so elaborate in a plan. There was no way whatever that was would find him. He was going to die in an alley, alone, foolish and…
"Grab that vermin now!"
His arm snapped at an impossible speed, something was fuzzy and wiggling in his hand. Pain hardly registered in him as the creature began biting his fingers. Bringing it up William could barely make out the rat in his grip.
"Barely enough for anything but it will do. If you want to live then use that pathetic thing's life force to make noise. Get that damn maggot with wings' attention. A small bolt should do."
Perhaps dying was making him crazy but William seemed to understand what was being demanded of him, gripping the rat tighter he focused on his arm. At first nothing happened but then an orange energy began to flow from the rat and into his arm. For a brief moment he could feel more life in himself, but as quickly as it came it was gone for the rat died almost instantly. Dropping the vermin, he reached forward with his arm out to the sky and focused again. A tingle shot up his arm, almost like when a person gets shocked by touching something after rubbing their sock covered feet on carpet. The tingle changed into a full blown searing pain as a yellow lightning shot out of his hand into the sky. The lightning arced across the sky and expanded for a brief moment before disappearing and the thunder that followed.
"Your welcome maggot."
The last of the energy from the rat was leaving him, the cold embrace of death and darkness that accompanied it returning. The last thing William saw as his eyes closed was the same shade of red that he had seen on his first visit to Kuoh.

An old woman with Asian features exited her tent in a hurry, clutching to her chest she held an amulet. Looking to the sky she heard the thunder in the distance and worry befell her. There wasn't a cloud in the sky and yet that sound foretold a storm. A storm that meant that war was likely on the horizon.
"He can't be back can he? He hasn't appeared in centuries." The woman pressed her palm to the amulet. A light of brilliant colors washed over it. "I must finish up here first, no confronting until I find and talk to him."

Author Note: I originally started this with the intent of making Godzilla be the one inside of William but I ultimately decided against it because I found myself more and more liking the idea of Ghidorah being stuck inside of a human. And then it just kind of took on a life of its own. The DxD fan thought it was hilarious to have the main character be non-Japanese to tie in with Ghidorah's foreign nature to Earth. She also is playing a lot of P5 lately so the idea of getting in trouble and moving was her's. Overall this is just a collab between a DXD fan and a Godzilla fan who felt like collabing their free time together.
Thanks for reading, buh-bye!
