Chapter 1: Prologue: Departure to the Pirate World

Three months have passed since the journey to the fourth gateway where Gods and Diaries can predict the future. There was also a Survival Game that would determine the winner and the successor to the world. In the end, a teenage boy named Yukiteru emerged as the victor even though it wasn't planned how he wanted. The boy Yukiteru lost the girl he loved who committed suicide to make sure her beloved would be the winner. Unexpected Annabella Heartfilla reappears out of the blue and helps with a plan to reunite Yukiteru with Yuno Gasai which the plan succeeds. After a heartwarming reunion and farewell, plans to help the other world were fulfilled and the wizards of Earthland returned home with three new friends.

Early the morning at Fairy Tail's Guild Hall.

Ace was at the bar eating bacon, scrambled eggs, and sausages with a side of orange juice and milk. "Munch...munch...good food as usual." He chowed taking food in his mouth. Images of Yukiteru, Akise, Yuno, Tarou, and everything else in the world he befriended were coming to his mind. "Those guys...I wonder what they're up to these days." He then noticed Natsu approaching the table he was sitting at. "Natsu...what's up?"

"Do you still plan to Wano soon?" He asked as he sat across from Ace.

Ace chuckled at the question. "You bet, we'll be leaving in a few days. After these months of training, I think it'll be great to set sail once more and see Luffy. Although, are you sure you still want to go, after all, I was told that you guys had a different plan after the war against Alvarez."

Natsu sat down with his arms crossed. "Don't worry after we help you with Wano and take down one of the four Emperors, my friends and I will start this job request one that Gildarts didn't complete."

Ace lifts his mug cup. "I see, but, just be sure that you'll be strong enough to keep up otherwise the new world pirates will turn you guys into a paste." He took a sip just as Natsu leaned over and gave the pirate a light karate chop. Roger's son was taken off guard by the sudden action. "What was that for?"

"C'mon, the last time you tried to do something on your own you got captured and killed later now..." Natsu sat down looking directly at Ace and a grin took shape on the pinkette boy's face. "But, this time, you won't be alone because you'll be sailing with friends."

A light chuckle was heard from Ace who returned his grin only to karate chop Salamander on the head too taking the other teenage boy by surprise. "Ah!

After recovering, Natsu pressed his head against Ace's head. "What the heck was that for?" Natsu growled comically.

"It's called payback you pink-haired moron!" Ace retorted.

"You want to go, fire fist head!"

"Bring it, lizard man!"

The other guild mates began to panic at the rowdy fight as smoke and shaking began to rumble through the guildhall.

"Hey, you two knock it off!"

"Don't trash the guildhall!"

"Morons!"

Lucy was talking with Levy and the two girls overheard the noise.

"Geez, like a firecracker they are." Lucy groaned almost facepalming.

"No kidding, but they're like that as always," Levy added with a fake chuckle.

Hinata, Kosaka, and Mao arrived at the guild hall.

"Looks like those guys are at it again." Kosaka sighed.

Mao was giggling. "As long as they don't rough house anyone by Hinata."

Hinata sighed. "You still haven't given that a rest."

Erza went over to greet the three former Diary users. "Hinata, Mao, Kosaka, glad that you were able to make it today so-" She abruptly stopped in mid-sentence when she felt two pairs of hands placed on her breasts belonging to Mao with a dreamy expression. "Ahhhhh!~" She cooed.

Bonk

Mao was lying on the floor unconscious with steam emitting from her head with a red lump. "Geez, you haven't changed a bit in the last months." Hinata groaned in annoyance.

"Speaking of, how is your magic coming along?" Erza questioned kindly after the awkward greeting from Mao.

Hinata chuckled a little. "It's going awesome..." She took out a whistle which puzzled Erza. "I call upon the Hound of Beasts...Bronx the Black Wolf of the Night!"

A golden circle appeared from the floor in front of Hinata and a white wolf appeared howling. "I'm at your service, my lady."

Natsu and Happy were in awe the moment they heard the wolf speak. "Whoa, it talks!"

"The name Bronx...and don't you forget it!" The wolf comically barked.

"Aye!" Natsu and Happy hugged each other comically.

Ace approached the black wolf. "Impressive, you use Holder Type Magic."

Hinata smiled at the praise. "Yes, that's not all I use." She took two more items from her pocket. The first was a ball of yarn, and the second was a Hol-ee roller with a bell inside it. "I can call upon two more animals."

Erza chuckled with an impressed look. "So, you can use magic that is similar to Lucy's Celestial Magic. I have to admit, I can hardly wait to see what you can do."

Hinata smiled at the older woman. "I'm honored I was learning some combat skills from Sabertooth's guildmates and Ace was training with me a little."

"What about you, Mao?" The red-haired woman asked the lesbian teenager.

Mao smiled cutely. "I'm glad you asked." She put her hand out and a pink heart shape appeared while her body glowed pink.

"Heart Magic..." She proclaimed as she grabbed the heart and pulled it out like it was made of rubber. "Pink Arrow!"

Pink-like arrows were fired directly at Erza.

The S-Class wizard didn't flinch as she evaded each of the arrows with ease. "Aw, you didn't have to move away," Mao giggled despite doing it in a pouty way. "That's not all I can do..." She put her hands on the pink heart and absorbed it into her body as her body glowed pink but much brighter. "Heart Magic: Speed Enchance!" In a flash, she vanished then reappeared at the bar, and then vanished again.

Grope Grope

Erza felt a pair of hands grope her breasts from behind. "Ah!" She exclaimed.

"She loves you!~" Happy teased holding his laughter.

Bonk

In a second Happy was on the floor unconscious with heat emitting from the top of his head with dizzy eyes. "Ow..." The blue exceed groaned.

Lucy was seemingly creeped out. "Geez, she has been more creepy than ever."

"Still, what magic did you just use?" Erza asked curiously.

Mao stood up like nothing happened. "That was my Molder Type magic: Heart-Make Magic."

"Maker Magic..." Gray arrived at the guild's entrance. "That's quite handy."

Juvia then appeared and hugged her crush's arm. "Juvia will not be taken by her!" Causing the ice mage to shiver comically.

Mao giggled playfully. "I'm honored to learn such magic power. I can't hardly show more of what my Maker Magic can do!"

"Just hope she doesn't plan to use it on females like us," Lucy muttered with a sweat drop.

"I see the newest member of Oarburgh Clan Squad has improved her skills." A feminine voice was heard from the guild's entrance.

"Then again, I'm sure someone wouldn't mind that," Lucy shivered comically.

There was Merraid in her usual outfit smiling seductively. "I hope we can spend time with Mao one of these days including Hinata."

Hinata gave the former Oarbugh Clan assassin a stern look. "Don't start it's creepy."

Kosaka cleared his throat. "Excuse me, you're forgetting about my magic..." He then put his hand out gathering some wind in his palm which took the shape of a ball. "Wind Magic: Ball Sphere!" He then tossed it like a softball at Natsu.

Natsu deflected the wind sphere which crashed through the ceiling and outside into the sky. "Hey, what was that?!"

"I was just seeing if you deflect it, Salamander!" Kosaka laughed. "It's good that you did otherwise you would get slammed."

Natsu smirked taking the comment as a challenge. "Then how about we duke it out?" Kosaka returned the fire dragon slayer's challenge. "Bring it on lizardboy!"

"Boys!" Erza roared in a demonic tone startling the two men.

"Amazing, Kosaka!" Wendy arrived with Carla in her cat form. "I see that your Wind Magic is quite impressive."

Hearing that praise went to Kosaka causing him to smirk. "Yeah, if you need help to recharge your magic you can count on me. Believe me, my wind magic can make me almost invisible."

Juvia had a pretty good idea what former middle school boy was talking about.

"Hey Merraid, where is the rest of your team?" Erza asked.

Merraid giggled playfully. "Taeko left a little earlier for a job went Loris, Meela, and Cassandra."

Gilberda appeared out of nowhere and wrapped her arm around her leader's arm. "Don't worry, I'll be here my darling!"

Wendy approached the two former assassins. "Merraid, Gilberda, how is your magic coming along?"

Gilberda chuckled softly with her eyes closed. "Little cutie, I'm glad you asked." She pumped her arms as her body began to glow red. "My magic power is similar to the superhuman strength that I possessed when I was a child in my world. Although, I still have that superhuman strength even when I was revived by Master Mavis." She raised her arm as it gathered magic energy. "Smash Magic: Earth Fist!"

"WAAAAIIIITTT!~" Lucy, Wendy, and Carla(in her human form) lunged at the girl before she threw her arm causing them all to fall on the floor.

THUD

"Don't unleash all that strength magic!"

"Yeah, you might crash the guildhall!"

"Honestly, are you this reckless as Natsu?!"

Instead of feeling pain from the pounce, the maid assassin had a dreamy expression. "Three cuties threw themselves at me! I'm so happy!"

"In your dream!" Lucy retorted with shark teeth.

Wendy quickly removed herself from the maid and sulked in the corner. "Her boobs...so big...squishy...not fair."

"Honestly, does this girl have any common sense?" Carla thought with a sweat drop reverting to her cat form.

Merraid giggled playfully. "Anyway, as for my magic, it's known as Insect Magic." She closed her eyes and a swarm of bees began to hover around the former Oarburgh co-leader.

"Wow, is that all the bugs you can control?" Natsu asked.

"Of course not, but, I'll show you that another time. I can't spoil the fun after all." Merraid giggled confidently.

Ace approached the former psychopathic sexist lady. "I presume you'll be joining us on the sea?"

Merraid's teasing expression confirmed the pirate's question. "You bet, I hadn't spent time on the seas. That said, I have to keep an eye on the lovely ladies too." She winked in Lucy, Wendy, and Hinata's direction, and all three comically shook with awkward looks.

"Of course, I'll be joining on this voyage too," Usagi appeared wearing a different samurai outfit. "I owe Fairy Tail a lot for saving my friends and me. Plus, it'll give me the chance to see my friends on Zou again."

"Don't forget about us!"

Pango bounced out of nowhere like a bouncy ball and landed on the ground creating a loud crash and destroying a few tables.

Tigress appeared out of nowhere and was just casually sitting on an undamaged table eating steak and orange juice. "I couldn't miss this chance to see my home again and the chance to go to Wano."

Temukai appeared with his arms crossed grinning proudly. "Temuaki would like to see friends again and fight to save Wano like what Oden wanted to."

Sapphire flew through the guild hall and stopped to look down at the others. "I'll be joining on this voyage too, I would dream of going out to sea plus I won't get motion sickness."

Natsu started to get all pouty. "That's not fair, why do I have to puke while she's able to enjoy the sea ride!?"

Fujika arrived at the guild entrance. "Hello." She was waving cheerfully at her guildmates wearing a doctor's uniform. "Fujika the former Amazon pirate at your service."

"You look amazing, but what's with the doctor's outfit?" Wendy asked.

Fujika giggled in response. "I've been studying to be a doctor so during this voyage I'll be the ship's doctor. Plus, I'll be making those sea-sick pills for the dragon slayers."

Natsu and Wendy were delighted to hear that. "Yay, no more puking!"

"We won't be throwing up again!"

"Do they have to say that so casually?" Hinata questioned with a sweat drop.

Gajeel did his trademark laugh. "Heh...sounds sweet to me, as long as I can enjoy the sailing."

Levy was ready to go too. "Yes, plus, I might get the chance to study those Poneglyphs that Robin was looking for too."

Lily had his arms crossed with a smile. "I look forward to this adventure on the sea again."

Ace was writing down a list of the people who were joining the adventure to the world of pirates. "So far...Team Natsu, the Minks, the former Diary users, the dragon girl Sapphire, two former Oarbugh assassins..."

Aquapad and Lisanna showed up.

"Yeah, we're here too!"

"This will give me the chance to show off my new skills and to show Jimbei how strong I've become."

Elfman pumped up. "Mirajane, shall we join on this adventure?"

Mirajane giggled. "I accept, it'll be a grand adventure all right."

Jula, Thorn, Rena, and Angela arrived on the scene.

"I will enjoy fighting more enemies with my eight-sword style." Jula held up her eight swords.

Thorn was in his human form. "I would enjoy to try out my new skills."

Angela was wearing a pop singer outfit that showed her cleavage and lower leg with saddles. "I will enjoy this voyage on the sea to experience the excitement and adventure."

"My father was a human and my mother was a mermaid. They enjoyed their time together on the seas, so, I will do what they did." Rena stated proudly.

Miyaka held up her pistol. "You guys need a sniper on the ship. I'll be glad to shoot down the enemies that harm us and innocent people too."

Mao was astonished. "I'm so happy to join on this adventure with a lot of hot girls!" She cooed with blushing red cheeks.

All the females present minus Merraid and Gilberda comically flinced at the lesbian girl's forwardness.

Leone was walking toward the middle of the guild hall. "Well, I get to crack some skulls so I'm game..." A huge seductive grin was soon on her face. "Plus, I get to see Luffy's charming grin again."

"She's not too shy isn't she," Hinata muttered with a sweat drop.

"That's for sure," Lucy nodded her head in agreement.

Cana was drinking a barrel of booze. "I think I'll tag along plus I get to drink more boozes and wine when we manage to take down Kaido."

"Ahem..." Ace cleared his throat changing the subject. "Anyway, if that's all, then we should be rearing to go in a few days."

Erza raised her hand. "Ace, Mest and Joan will be surely joining us too."

Most of the guild was surprised to hear this.

"Mest's ability to reveal memories will surely come in handy. Plus, having more eyes in the sky will give us an edge too." Erza assurred.

Ace saw no problem with that plus the other woman made a good point. "Very well, starting today, pack what you need, and then in three days, we set sail."

"How are we going to find the portal?" Kosaka asked.

Lucy had that answer already. "The group archaeological Society and their leader Jean-Luc Neville are working on that with his daughter and granddaughter at the moment," She answered. "With their magic and the key, they can locate the portal's location using Dimensional Lacarima they have in their possession."

Ace grinned. "Sounds like a plan, so, let's start this." He stood proudly before his guildmates. "Everyone, I'm looking forward to this voyage. We set sail in three days so be ready and hold your skills. We will show the Beast Pirates and their captain Kaido King of the Beasts that their newest enemy Fairy Tail will overcome their reign of terror!" All the wizards present smiled confidently while others had determination in their eyes. "THE PROMISE I KEPT TO TWO PEOPLE IN THE WANO WILL BECOME A PLACE WHERE PEOPLE CAN EAT AS MUCH AS THEY WANT AND I WILL ENSURE THAT HAPPENS NO MATTER WHAT!"

Natsu grinned as he stood on the table. "HE'S RIGHT! THIS KAIDO BASTARD WILL REGRET MEETING FAIRY TAIL! WE WILL SHOW HIM THE POWER OF FAIRY TAIL!"

Later that day.

Tom was at the dock finishing Fairy Tail's pirate flagship. "To think it that the vessel would be created using the same bark that was used to make Roger's ship. It brings me back to my days on Water 7." He gazed at the ship for a minute and smiled proudly. "Franky...Iceburg...you worked so hard to make the ships you'd be proud of." His brother's and niece's image flashed in his mind. "Den, Arista, I hope you two are doing fine. Who am I kidding, you both are doing great with Gusto!"

"Boss..." Two human shipwrights approached the Fishman. "These new two lacrimas just arrived."

"I believe the ones you ordered for Fairy Tail's ship."

Tom laughed happily and loudly taking hold of the two lacrimas. "Excellent! I will install them right away. It'll give Fairy Tail the edge on the sea. Whatever enemy will dish out, the ship will be protected."

"What do you mean by that, boss?" The human shipwright asked curiously.

Tom just chuckled. "Oh, you'll find out someday."

Natsu was fishing with Happy.

Lucy was writing in a notebook while sitting on a large log.

Natsu's fishing rod began to wiggle roughly. "Hey...I got a bite!"

"Wow, Natsu, get the fishy!" Happy beamed with a drooling mouth.

Natsu pulled it as hard as he could with all his strength. "Damn...this one must be big." He grinned. "Then, bring it on you oversized tuna!" With one full pull, he reeled the large fish over his head and landed on the ground right in front of Lucy causing her to fall over on her back. "Eep!"

"That's a big haul!" Natsu exclaimed with a drooling mouth.

Happy's rod began to wiggle this time. "Hey Natsu, I got a bite too!" The blue exceed was being pulled close to the edge of the pond. "Help me!"

"Hang in there buddy!" Natsu grabbed hold of Happy's fishing rod. "Pull!"

"Pull!"

With one full pull, they reeled in the next large fish and landed on the other fish that was caught just as Lucy began to sit up startling as the other fish was falling in her direction. "Ahh!" She comically crawled out of the way with her notebook in her mouth.

"Two large fish!" Natsu cheered.

"Fishy fishy yummy in the tummy... yummy!~" Happy sang jumped in the air.

Lucy appeared from behind the two. "You idiots..." She roared startling her two guildmates. "I have a bit of writer's block because you interrupted my writing with your racket!"

Bonk Bonk

A short time later

Natsu and Happy were eating the fish with red lumps on their heads. "Lucy doesn't like it when we interrupt her writing."

"No joke, but, I guess we had it coming." Natsu chuckled with a smile.

Lucy went back to writing only this time, she sat somewhere in the forest on a rock. "It's hard to believe that some of us were in other worlds. Wendy, Carla, and the others returned after going to another world where a Survival Game was being held. Man, I have a feeling it was probably just as crazy as ours and the three worlds we went to." She looked at the sky for a minute smiling. "Regardless, they still have some fun making new friends and helping those in need. To think our time was going to be messed up if the demons managed to destroy the other timelines, kind of like what Zeref wanted to do according to Natsu and Gray's report when they met him only it would mess up our time not Zeref's."

"Lucy..." To Celestial wizard turned her head to see another Celestial wizards Yukino. "Yukino, well, hello, what are you doing here?"

Yukino giggled sweetly. "I have the day off so I decided to take a walk in the town and pay a visit to Fairy Tail. When I arrived there, some of you guys were gone, so, Usagi told me some of you guys were planning to go the world of pirates again."

Lucy nodded her head at the other girl. "You bet, we're going to help Ace save Wano from this Emperor Kaido. I might not know about these emperors but they must be strong." Her hands trembled a little. "Honestly, this battle might be just as tough as when we fought against Alvarez Empire, Maria, Kouta, and their android army."

Yukino had to agree. "Yeah, that ancient time dragon that the demon Brron was controlling was no pushover for sure. It shows we must continue getting stronger and stronger. Even without magic power, those pirates in the New World will be tough and include the Navy too." She clenched her fist. "That's why I decided to come along with you guys." Lucy jumped in surprise. "WHATTTTTT!"

Leone and Cana were at the bar in the guild hall having a drink "This new adventure on the sea is going to be fun!" She took a deep breath after taking a sip of booze. "Ah...good stuff."

Cana was drinking as much as she could like she does. "Dream on, I can drink more than you!"

Kinana approached the two girls. "Leone, your fried chicken is ready and Cana your red wine is here" The former assassin and drunk mage gave a gleeful expression. "Sweet!" She started to gobble like a hungry feline. "I was hoping to get this."

"You both might want to slow down," Kianna said with a sweat drop. "And here I thought Akame, Natsu, and Luffy's appetite was nuts." She then had a question. "So, Leone, do you plan to get Luffy to fall into your arms?"

Leone put down her mug. "Perhaps...I admit the Strawhat is cute and oblivious when it comes to romance. However, I ain't going to give up."

Cana had a question of her own now looking at Kinana. "Speaking of, what about you, I heard you have a boyfriend."

Kinana blushed slightly red and turned her head away. "Oh, well, he's doing fine. I intentionally asked him to join Fairy Tail but he refused." She had a sad smile on her face. "I'm glad that he was able to be forgiven for his crimes but I do hope that he'll consider joining Fairy Tail someday so we can be together."

Leone grinned widely. "I'm sure he'll come around just be patient and wait for your man!"

Kinana giggled to hear those words. "Thank you, Leone. Where are Akame and Chelsea, I figured they would be joining you guys on the adventure."

Leone had her arms crossed as she closed her eyes. "Akame and Green decided to take a trip together somewhere so they won't be joining us then once they return they'll be hanging out with their other teammates. As for Chelsea, she might come, but she's still away with Taeko and the others, who knows if she'll make it back in time." She smiled widely this time. "Honestly, it's been so long since Akame and Chelsea spent time with their old friends. Either way, who knows if Chelsea will come."

Kinana nodded her head in agreement. "Yeah, I heard Taeko has learned Requip magic including Corenlia and both of them are making progress with their magic." Leone chuckled softly as she looked up. "That's for sure, I'm glad things worked out for Akame and Chelsea." She remembered when Chelsea found out the destruction of her falling former team and who was responsible for it. "Chelsea didn't take the news too well and lashed out at her newest comrade Akame, but was able to stop by me." She looked down as she held up her mug. "In the end, Chelsea found herself to forgive Akame and be friends."

Cana poured the red wine into an extra mug. "Either way, this adventure on the sea will be a thrill and dangerous...so let's make sure to kick some pirate and navy butt!"

"Yay!" Leone beamed excitedly as she and Cana clashed their mugs.

Gray and Juvia were on the bridge overlooking part of the town. "My love..."

"Brings me back..." Gray spoke looking at the town. "We talked here before the war against the Alvarez Empire, remember?"

Juvia smiled sweetly at the ice mage. "Sure do, it was also the night you gave me your chocolate bar." A slight blush was on her face. "I ain't it...it felt like an indirect kiss!"

Gray chuckled awkwardly. "I guess so..." He then had other thoughts. "Crazy as ever, but, not as crazy as Yuno Gasai and...Esdeath." He then looked at his hand and clenched it. "Fighting against one of these Emperors isn't going to be a walk in the park. Honestly, this battle against pirates like that will be more dangerous than ever."

Juvia had to agree. "Yeah, but Juvia is happy that her love is with her and the rest of our friends. As long as we're together, we won't lose." Gray chuckled in response. "And we don't lose to monsters like them." Juvia nodded smiling lovingly at her man.

Ace was at the dock looking at the sea. "Luffy...I will be coming soon with my crew." He smiled happily as he gazed at the sea. "It's been about a year since I was revived by Mavis and Zeref." His former crewmates and Whitebeard came to his mind. "Pops...Marco...everyone...I hope I get the chance to see you guys again." Tears began to form in his eyes and then a boy with blonde hair came to his mind, a boy that died during his childhood when he grew up with Luffy including the day he, Luffy, and the other boy became sworn brothers. "Let me tell you guys a secret...all it takes to become brothers to share some sake. We sail in different seas and with different crews on different ships...but wherever we go and what adventures we have, we'll always be brothers and nobody can break that...from now on, we're honest and good brothers...cheers to that!"

The tragic news of Sabo's death reaching his Dadan and the others was hard, especially Luffy. "Sabo..." He recalled the letter he got from Sabo and what he read in it. "Ace, Luffy, I hope you guys weren't hurt in the fire. I'm worrying about you both but I believe that you're okay. I'm sorry to say it, guys, but when you get this letter. I'll already be...out to sea. Things led to things and I decided to set out before you. My destination will be anywhere but here. I'm gonna become stronger and become a pirate. The three of us have to become the freest pirates ever then let's meet up again somewhere on the Grand Line I'm sure we will. By the way, Ace, one of us is the older brother. I know it's cheesy but I treasure our brotherhood the most. I know Luffy is weak and a crybaby...but he's still our little brother so take good care of him"

Tears fall down his cheeks. "Sabo...I wish that you were here to see how much Luffy has grown." He wiped his eyes with his arm. "Sniff...but, we have to be strong for you and I'm sure Luffy thought the same way when I died."

"Hey..." Ace turned his head to see Hinata standing behind him only a few inches away. "I was walking in the town and saw you looking at the sea, do you mind if I join you?"

Ace didn't find it a problem at least much. "Sure thing."

Hinata stood by the pirate's side. "The sea is sure calm and beautiful to see." She commented gazing at the sea and seeing the sun's rays shine brightly at the surface of the water. "Anyway, how do you feel about going to your world and setting sail again?"

Ace smiled but kept his gaze on the sea. "Honestly, I feel happy I mean it's been so long since I was at sea with my crew."

Hinata chuckled a bit. "Well, I'll be a crew member too so might want to show some respect to the girls." Ace was taken aback by that comment. "What does that mean?" Hinata gave a playful smile. "Just messing with you." She had a question for the revived pirate. "By the way, what is your brother Luffy like, I heard stories from the others, but, I would like to know more from his older brother."

Ace gave a small chuckle before he looked back at the sea. "Well, during my childhood, the punk was a crybaby. He would always cry whenever he was sad or happy. He was also an idiot, he would follow me around all the time." He then had a frown on his face. "When we lost a friend of ours, both of us had it rough..." Hinata felt bad for Roger's son. "The next day we lost our friend, I told him that we're going to live our days without any regrets." He recalled the day he reunited with Luffy in the Alabasta Kingdom. "When I reunited with Luffy in the kingdom Alabasta, I saw him happy for the first time in my life. Back then, I worried about the brat hoping he would be able to find his way, and when I saw his smile and the crew he gathered. I was so happy but what made me more happier is that he continues to follow his dream even when I died just as I knew he would." A proud smile was shown on his face.

"I see..." Hinata said smiling at the pirate. "Well, I have a question for you..." The pirate looked at the former Diary user. "I know this question is unexpected but, how did you feel when you met Whitebeard and Roger?"

Ace became silent. Although he had no trouble hearing Whitebeard's name his biological father was another story.

Hinata knew she asked a sensitive question. "I'm sorry, I know that you don't like hearing Roger's...name, but I was just curious."

Ace sighed deeply. "Well, Whitebeard is the only man I could call a father. He helped me on the day he and I fought and took me in regardless that his rival's son was on his ship. But, as for Roger, I still don't consider him a father but he had a lot of courage to talk to me knowing what he would expect me to say to him it takes a lot of guts to do that."

Hinata smiled sadly. "Honestly, I wished I could've spent time with my father I mean I only wanted to get praise and be noticed by him. Even though that plan backfired, he felt slightly remorseful for what he did and called me his daughter." Tears formed in her eyes. "Yukiteru and Fairy Tail helped me patch things up with my dad, I owe him and every one my life." She looked at the sea. "I'm not sure what my Third World self is doing but I'm happy to know my father is living a peaceful life now and that's good enough for me." Ace just smiled at the girl respectively without saying a word. Just then the wood underneath Hinata's left foot began to give away causing her to lose her balance and fall over. Ace immediately reached over to her managing to grab hold of her hand but accidentally pulled her too hard causing him to fall over this time only the girl landed on top of the pirate.

Hinata lifted herself and realized what position she and the pirate were in as they looked at each other.

"Uhh...are we interrupting something?" There was Lyon and Chelia looking at the two other teenagers with bewildered expressions on their faces.

In the East Forest.

Usagi was doing some sword training swinging his two swords with fast speed. Then he lunged at two wooden dummies that were in front of him and cut them into several parts. "Training to become a strong warrior and member of the Fairy Pirates." He stood up holding his swords. "The battle awaiting for us in Wano will come soon. Whether battle we face before we'll see it through no matter what."

"I see that you're training as hard as ever," Jula was walking toward the rabbit mink.

"Jula, I wasn't expecting you here." Usagi turned to face the Squid Fishman swordsman.

"Sorry about interrupting you, but, I was hoping to train with you considering that I'm coming along," Jula said holding her swords in her eight hands. "I figured we should practice before we leave since we have three days to do so."

Usagi smiled with a nod. "I would be honored to have a sparring partner."

They spent almost half an hour swinging their swords at each other hearing the metallic sounds of their blades colliding with fierceness in their eyes. "You've gotten a lot better, Jula."

"Thanks, you have improved as much as I have. My requip Magic has gotten better, some people think that I might surpass Erza and Kagura someday." Jula admitted as she looked a bit embarrassed. "I think I'm given too much credit. Erza is far stronger than I am, she's probably on the same level as Roronoa Zoro."

Usagi chuckled a little. "Perhaps, don't forget, we're getting stronger by the minute. We just keep practicing." He sheathed his swords.

Jula had a question. "Tell me Usagi, what is your dream or goal, I mean do you have one of those?"

Usagi was silent for a minute until he found his voice. "My dream...is to help my leaders Dog Storm and Cat Viper. Ever since Oden's death, the two have been at each other's throat."

Jula had a pitiful look on her face. "Yes, I heard Oden's death was the cause of your leader's friendship to go sour. I'm sorry about that."

Usagi bowed his head. "I appreciate your words, though the only ones that should be sorry are Kaido and Orochi. Their trickery and actions are the true cause of Dog Storm and Cat Viper's pain, honestly. I lost count of the days when those two would usually fight whenever they had the chance. Most of the Minks that were good friends with those two know of their history and the pain they had to endure for so long." He then turned around looking at the sky. "However, thanks to Fairy Tail, I will be given this chance to make things right especially for the two kings."

"Ace told me that Oden was a member of Whitebeard's crew back then and was a commander too," Jula mentioned sheating her swords away too. "Plus, Ace begged Whitebeard and the others to fight Kaido, but, they refused."

Usagi looked down at the dirt seeing the wind blow some across the ground. "Whitebeard knew the risks of what could happen if a fight against Kaido would lead to...an all-out war and people would get dragged into it. It wasn't time to fight Kaido and Orochi." He then raised his hand and clenched it tightly. "But, now is the time soon, we'll set sail to the New World and accomplish Oden's dream. This war will be rough and who knows what other enemies we'll face before facing Kaido. So, we must be ready and not let our guard down against whatever pirates we run into."

Jula was silent for a second until a soft chuckle was heard from her. "You won't have to worry, Fairy Tail will give it their all and show those pirates our strength!" Usagi glanced at the Squid Fishman and smiled a little.

At the Fairy Hills, it was the evening.

Erza, Wendy, Angela, Carla, Hinata, Mao, Jula, Lisanna, Miyaka, Rena, Sapphire, Mirajane, Fujika, Merraid, and Gilberda were taking a hot bath.

"Ah...the hot bath is so comfortable..." Hinata sighed in relaxation.

"Yeah, reminds me of the spa back when the other world..." Wendy commented remembering the hot spring from Hinata's world. "It was so relaxing...in fact..." The images of Yuno breaking down in tears and revealing her past came to her mind. "It was when Yuno started to open to us, it was a miracle."

Erza chuckled a bit. "I saw that, despite I wasn't happy with her killing her parents. She was all alone and was willing to survive and I was supposed I couldn't blame her for what she did."

"Survival of the fittest..." Merraid spoke getting the other girls to look at her. "Yuno was trying to make sure that she would live and probably hoping that she would have a future..."

"That future was Yukiteru Amano..." Hinata summarized. "He was the guy she decided to break the ice with and it was a success."

Carla giggled with a smile. "Indeed, the child saw her future with Yuki though she was misguided by her obsession and caused some unfortunate toward Yuki. But, she still kept trying to get him to see her love even if she was a little naïve about love."

"Either way, I'm just glad that things worked out between Yuki and Yuno," Fujika spoke putting her arms behind her head as her breasts bounced. "It was romantic that they finally reunited and proclaimed their love for each other."

Lisanna giggled. "Yeah, it was so romantic I was almost brought to tears."

Mao was happy indeed but for something else. "Yeah, I hope that I will be able to confess my love to someone someday..." She scoots to Hinata's side, only to be pushed away by her face. "Nice try..." Ace's image came to Hinata's mind causing her to squeak and hide her blushing face by diving in the water.

"By the way, where is Chelsea?" Erza asked.

"Chelsea is still on the job with Taeko and the other Oarburgh members, she might be back in time but who knows," Merraid answered. "Even so, she would probably like to stay here to spend more time with them."

Gilberda smiled at her leader. "Yes, it was quite a long time since Chelsea spent time with her team just like when we were alive in our world." She giggled in a creepy yet playful way.

"Where is Nikka, by the way?" Wendy asked.

"She's with Laxus and the Thunder Legion and doing some training," Lisanna answered as her lower body was a mermaid.

Rena was doing the same thing though she was already a mermaid. "Yes, Nikka is doing quite well as a member of Fairy Tail. She's redeeming herself than I thought."

"I heard her magic is quite astounding." Gilberda cooed seductively. "Perhaps, she'll become part of Merraid's harem."

"Don't say that so casually!" Carla and Hinata retorted comically.

Mirajane just giggled. "She's not shy as ever."

"Don't encourage her!" Carla and Hinata retorted again.

"I heard the male Fishman have a house at the dock, am I right?" Wendy asked.

"That's right, Tom was able to help build it with his employees," Angela answered with a smile. "Thorn and Aquapad are doing quite well, I heard they have their own rooms. Plus, whenever Tom asks them for assistance, then they can just walk there without any problems."

"I heard Ace is living there too." Wendy added. "Makes sense that way he can see the sea in the morning."

Carla giggled. "That's understandable."

Erza chuckled a little. "I heard Tom is designing a new kind of train that'll bring Alvarez Empire and Ishgar together. One that can bring true peace between our nations, which will start the beginning of a bright future." Hearing that statement sounded promising especially for the wizards.

"Where is Juvia, shouldn't she be back by now?" Mao asked.

"She might be late, she was spending time with Gray a little bit." Lucy put her hands behind her head. "Honestly, they seem closer than after the war against the Alveraz Empire."

"Despite the damage the war had caused, there were some good things that came out of it," Rena said getting everyone's attention. "Don't get me wrong, war isn't something to be glad of, but, it brought people to understand each other. Plus, the wizard Neinhart, I know he was our enemy, but his power gave some of our friends to meet again." She was referring to those who had died.

Erza chuckled once more. "Yes, fighting old enemies was tough, but, we remembered how those old enemies fell by our hands. That said, we got to see those that were our friends, ones that we lost in a battle or during our peaceful lives." She raised her hand clenching in a fist. "However, losing someone isn't fun, it's horrible but those that gave their lives to protect those they care about."

"Either way, we'll be ready for this new war in Wano. As long as we have faith in each other, there isn't anything we can't do," Wendy declared.

"You got it!" Sapphire raised her arm causing some water to splash in the air which accidently drenched Erza's face.

Everyone minus Merraid and Gilberda froze the moment they saw Erza turn her head. "Splashing my...face...in that case..."

She started to splash water at the others playfully. "Got you guys!" She laughed.

"No fair, we weren't ready!" Angela complained.

"Water fight!" Miyaka stated.

At Lucy's rental apartment.

The Celestial wizard decided to take a hot bath taking in what Yukino told her.

"Wait, you want to come and set sail with us!" Lucy was still stunned at the other Celestial wizard's request.

Yukino nodded her head. "I owe the Strawhat pirates for saving Sting and Rogue. That said, we're both wanted criminals in the pirate world, so I figured it wouldn't be the same. After all, we're both the Celestial Sisters, that's what the Navy named us." She chuckled awkwardly, knowing that her reason was a bit strange but understandable.

Lucy extended her hand. "I say...welcome aboard...though, Ace is the captain but I'm sure he'd accept you." Yukino was happy as she took hold of the other Celestial Wizard's hand with a smile.

Lucy smiled a little. "This adventure on the sea is going to be scary...but, still I'm going to give it my all and I'm sure the others are thinking the same thing."

At the port of Hargeon

Ace was in the house he was sharing with Thorn and Aquapad.

It was built close to the dock. He was packing his stuff and clothes too to keep himself distracted especially what just happened.

Ace and Hinata were looking at each other speechless until two wizards Lyon and Cheila were staring at them in awe.

"What the hell is going on here?" Lyon asked with a gaping mouth.

"Hinata, I didn't know you were so bold," Chelia added blushing faintly red covering her mouth with her hands.

Hinata quickly pulled herself off Ace completely flustered as her head was red as a tomato. "No, it's not what you two think!"

Ace had his head lowered. "Lyon...Chelia...pretend you two didn't see anything, I beg of you..."

"Sure thing, but, we saw you two and wanted to wish you luck," Chelia said with a bright smile. "Though, you guys will surely kick some butt in the New World!"

Lyon smirked. "Yeah, I wouldn't expect anything less from Fairy Tail."

"Actually, I have one favor to ask..." Chelia began to say as she approached Ace. "Will you...take me with you guys!"

F

Ace had a grin on his face. "Yes, the time to avenge Oden's death and to make sure that Wano can be a place where people can eat as much as they want." An image of Hinata came to his mind. "Damn it, I can't let this get to my head."

At Natsu and Happy's House

Natsu was lying down on his bed still awake. Happy was sleeping at the end of his bed. "Fishy...fishy...fishy...don't take my fish, Natsu..." He murmured in his sleep.

The fire dragon slayer chuckled at his best friend. "It's been so long since we had a decent fight." He thought looking at the ceiling this time. "Once this mission is done, my true plan will begin...the one that Gildarts couldn't do himself."

Three days later

The entire gang was soon prepared to set sail.

It was earlier in the morning.

At the Archeological Society headquarters.

Jean and his men along with his family were at the main room.

In the center was a projection of Magnolia and the ocean that led to across the world.

"It is time." Jean and his group put their hands up emitting their magic power to the Dimensional Lacrima and the key which began to give off a rainbow-like color of light and then a small stream of magic energy went straight at the projection map pointing at the location of the underwater gateway.

Rukia and Olive observed the location on the projection map. "Father..."

"Grandfather...the location is...right there...at the west-east of Hargeon Town. According to our prediction, the gateway, or rather the island that has the gateway will remain there for three days."

"Not surprising, the island is on the back of the giant ancient sea turtle," Jean said. "Anyway, contact Makarov right away and give him the coordinates!"

"Right!"

Makarov arrived at the guildhall. At the entrance were Mest and Joan waiting for him.

"Mest, Joan, what can I do for you?" He asked politely.

Sometime in the afternoon.

At the port of Hargeon, the Water Fairy was ready to set sail.

Team Natsu and their friends were there.

Tom and his workers were there to see their friends off. "Hahahahaha...my friends, the Water Fairy is ready to set sail. I installed a few things so take this." Erza took the paper and looked at it a little puzzled. "Hmm...it seems complicated."

Levy offered to help. "Here let me read it for now." Erza did so and handed over the papers.

Lucy was gazing at the pirate ship. "Wow, it's more amazing than it was before." She saw a new statue in the front which resembled Mavis Vermillion. "The statue is awesome."

Tom laughed once more but proudly. "You've noticed, it was designed by one of my coworkers to honor the young girl Mavis Vermillion for what she had done for me and my people. This is me, repaying her for my gratitude!"

Fairy Tail was touched and honored to be presented with such a gift to their flagship.

Wendy was so happy that she was practically brought to tears. "I'm so happy! Thank you so much!"

"Hey don't cry!" Lily barked comically.

Carla just smiled.

"Wendy, Carla!" Chelia was running toward the sky dragon slayer and her partner. "Chelia!" Wendy cried.

"Guess what, I was given permission to come to set sail with you guys!" Chelia stated.

Wendy was more excited and happy. "That's wonderful!" She sobbed tears kept pouring down her cheeks.

Carla giggled happily.

Kosaka was psyched to get sailing. "Oh man, this adventure is making me so excited! I can't contain my excitement!"

Natsu was eager to get started. "Me too, as long as we have those seasick pills I'll be fired up!"

Fujika held up her doctor's kit bag and her snake Kaa was hearing a few more medical supply bags on its tail. "Luckily, I brought a lot of those pills. Plus, I brought more medical supplies just in case someone gets injured and I brought potions that'll help us recharge our magic power."

Juvia was excited but for other reasons. "Juvia is hoping to spend time on the sea alone with my darling Gray!" She hugged her crush's arm affectionally. "Heheheheh...not here..." Gray mumbled a little embarrassed.

Miyaka held up her pistol. "I will make sure to shoot down whatever enemy poses a threat to my friends."

"Only problem is, we don't have a shipwright, who can help us with fixing the ship if it gets damaged?" Lucy asked.

That was a good question, nobody knew our repair ships other than Tom and Franky.

Tom had an idea. "I think I might have an idea. I heard that you guys saved Lily and her crew and they're home, right?"

Erza decided to answer that. "Correct, I would also imagine that they're still on Fishman Island too."

"Well, Arista might be willing to join your crew."

Despite the generous offer, Lucy had the irony in that. "Thanks, but, isn't she still a member of Lily's crew, won't she still be there for her other crew?"

Tom just smiled. "I understand your concern, but, after what you guys done for my family and friends, I don't think she would have any reason to turn you guys done. If it helps, tell her that her granduncle told her to do it with gusto and tell my brother Den that I said hello."

Erza couldn't turn down this offer. "Well, if Tom says that Arista might give us a hand, then there's no reason for us not to ask permission."

Aquapad had another idea. "I think it's a good idea too, plus, Jula and my friends will get the chance to see Lily and her crew. The least we can do is pay a visit to them too."

Ren, Thorn, Jula, and Angela thought that was a good idea.

"Yeah!"

"I would love to see our friends again!"

"Plus let's see how Neptune and his family are doing too!"

"I would love to sing them a song too!"

"Where is Chelsea?" Wendy asked looking around the deck.

"Guess she didn't make it after all." Chelia said a little sad.

A small bird was flying by which Wendy sensed quickly and turned around. "Got you!" She put her hand out stopping the bird.

The bird flew back and landed on the deck and smoke appeared. "You got me, you must've sensed my magic and scent right away." Chelsea giggled putting her hands behind her back.

Leone laughed. "Well, glad that you could join us, Chelsea!"

"Actually, I was already here, I brought my luggage in one of the rooms." Chelsea informed.

"You never cease to amaze me with your magic and Imperial Arms." Merraid giggled proudly.

Ace walked in front of his crew and looked at them with determination. "Listen up everyone!" They look at Whitebeard and Roger's son. "I'm honored to have returned and that is all of you are lending me your strength to fight Kaido!" He felt utterly embarrassed that he was asking for help but knew that's what got him the position when he chased down Blackbeard. "I admit back before I joined Whitebeard's crew and when I was still training as a child. I hated to show weakness and that men shouldn't cry." He looked at his hand. "That said, I never asked for help from anyone even when I was chasing Blackbeard but that backfired and caused me to get captured and then taken to the Navy."

"Ace..." Hinata muttered feeling sorry for the pirate.

"My pride got me into the situation and Luffy along with my crew from Whitebeard's crew and allies got involved getting their blood spilled in the tense war against the navy." Ace continued clenching his fist tightly as he recalled the war at Marineford images of his crew members falling and Luffy's struggle against the three Admirals including Garp. "However, I think I understand there are certain things that can't be done by working alone and times when you have to swallow your pride. Without asking for help, we wouldn't be where we are today...so, I'm very honored and thankful that you guys are willing to help me fight against Kaido...SO LET'S SET SAIL AND SAVE WANO!"

Usagi, Pango, Temukai, and Tigress smiled without saying a word.

Erza had one thing to say. "Ace, I admit you are right..." Ace looked at the scarlet mage. "Fairy Tail was always the number one guild and we thought we could defeat our enemy alone but that backfired as well. Our pride as the number one guild got to our heads and because of that we nearly lost our lives."

Natsu and the others couldn't agree more.

"That's right, we work together and kick Pako's butt!" Natsu declared pumping his arm. "We'll show these new world pirate jerks the power of Fairy Tail!"

Everyone smiled feeling confident and high-spirited.

"Reminds me of his and Luffy's speech before we fought against the Alvarez Empire," Gray smirked.

"That's for sure..." Juvia agreed with a smile.

Lucy saw that Natsu's name pronunciation was way off, but didn't decide to correct him this time anyway.

Yukino was nervous that her own Sabertooth guildmates weren't coming but she felt more ready since she was with friends, before she had a word to say, she felt two pairs of hands groping her breasts.

"Ahhhhhhh!~" The hands belonged to Mao who had a dreamy expression on her face blushing red.

Chop!~

Hinata chopped her head on her friend's head. "Knock it off, idiot!"

Some of the others that saw that sweat dropped.

A short time later.

Ace and his crew got the sails set and rearing to go.

Erza was taking the steering wheel. "Vice-captain Scarlet, preparing the sail!"

"Yes, Captain Ace!" Erza saluted.

Everyone was presented on the deck as Ace approached them. "Everyone, the time has come to journey to the New World. Where our next battle will start as soon as we enter that part of the sea, but, before we go, we'll recruit Arista, Tom's grand-niece. We'll need a shipwright to repair our ship if things get dicey and no doubt there will be. So, once we arrive in my world, we'll stop by Fishman Island, which is where we'll end up, and we'll go see Lily and her crew to recruit Arista!"

Usagi had to agree. "Agreed, we can use a shipwright."

Aquapad had a suggestion. "I know where they usually hang out, besides the Fishman District which we know is off limits. I'm sure, they'll be hanging out in the Sea Forest, they would usually like to go there to relax during our childhood."

Ace nodded with a grin. "Alright, we know what we need to do first, once we recruit Arista, we will sail to the New World and search for a way to get to Kaido. I will tell you we might run into other pirates and the navy, so we must be careful."

"Don't forget, we'll probably run into Luffy and his crew too!" Wendy reminded cheerfully.

Ace chuckled softly. "I know..."

"Do you think Luffy will be willing to join us in a fight against Kaido?" Lucy asked curiously.

Ace shrugged his arms. "Who knows, pirates usually fight our own battles, but, that's up to Luffy to decide." That was understandable, from Ace's point of view.

"Either way, it doesn't matter, if Luffy and his friends decide to join us, we'll just kick Kaido's butt even more!" Natsu declared with a confident look on his face.

Gajeel did his trademark laugh. "I hate to say it, but, Salamander is right for once."

Lily chuckled with his arms crossed.

Lucy was looking through the telescope and saw a light far in the west-east. "A light just about a mile or two in the west-east, captain!"

Ace was flattered by the comment. "You can just call me "Ace"."

Erza turned the steering wheel until the ship was in the direction.

"This should also come in handy," Lucy held up a log pose, the one that the Minster of the Right gave to the wizards. "According to the Minster of the Right, he mentioned using this one will be helpful in the New World."

"The old eel geezer was helpful despite his cautiousness," Cana commented with a big smile.

"I'm just glad he has faith in humans again," Leone added.

"We couldn't blame him for being so cautious, the Fishman went through a horrible time because of our people," Usagi said with a sympathetic look. "My people went through the same thing, but, we learned to trust humans more."

Mirajane was happy to set sail. "Good thing I know how to cook, plus, I took some more lessons from Akame."

"Mirajane cooking, that's so manly!" Elfman declared with tears in his eyes.

"Does he have to shout like that?" Tigress questioned with a sweat drop but smiled.

Lisanna couldn't help but giggle.

Rena, Thorn, Jula, and Angela were happy to pay a visit to their home.

"Our home will be the first to visit again," Rena said.

Thorn chuckled with a smile. "Yes, I wonder how the royal family is doing..."

"And Gin, I wonder what the pervert is up to these days," Angela concluded.

"Knowing him he's probably taking pictures of mermaids naked or bikini tops," Jula grumbled knowing she was probably right.

Lucy felt a chill upon hearing Gin's name. "Great, we might see the pervy wolf mink shark Fishman."

Miyaka remembered the perverted wolf-mink whale-shark fishman hybrid. "Let's just hope he doesn't try to look at the girl's panties again..."

"I think the chances of that not happening are slim..." Fujika muttered feeling a shiver go down her spine.

"I can hardly wait to set sail in the New World!" Sapphire cheered excitedly.

Joan had to admit, setting sail on the sea sounded fun. "This journey shall be one to remember by." She looked at the port of Hargeon, she caught a faint glimpse of Kovu, Primo, and Lahara on one of the buildings' rooftop. "Primo...Kovu...Lahara...I'll come home safe, I promise."

Mest looked at the archangel woman and then the sun's rays shined on her making her beauty more fabulous. "Wow...she's..."

Soon the portal was coming into view.

"That's the portal!" Kosaka exclaimed with his eyes popping out.

Merraid was impressed. "So, that's the portal door I've heard about."

Gilberda wrapped her arms around her lover's waist. "Yes, it's a sight to see with someone you love."

"You two get a room!" Lucy retorted comically her face flustered.

"This is it..." Ace began to say. "Once we leave this world, we'll be in my world, and once our mission is complete we shall return!"

"Yes, and with this!" Usagi helps up an extra-dimensional lacrima. "This one was created by the Archeologist Society so we return home from the pirate world!"

"In the meantime, the New World is next after we recruited Arista from Lily's crew!" Ace reminded. "So be patient and we'll set sail for Wano to fight Kaido King of the Beasts!"

"Yay!" The crew roared loudly.

Hinata nodded as she looked at Ace for a minute with astonishment. "He's...so...cool..." She quickly shook her head blushing beet red. "Get your head out of the gutter!"

"Hinata...?" Mao looked at her crush confused while tilting her head to the side.

Chelsea was looking at the port of Hargeon once more and felt a few familiar auras. There on the lighthouse was Taeko and the rest of the Oarburgh Clan members seeing her off. "Taeko, Cassandra, Loris, and Meela, take care."

The Water Fairy soon entered the portal and disappeared as the portal closed.

From the port were Makarov, Gildarts, and Porlyusica.

"My children...take care...and spread your wings!" Makarov stated pointing his finger at the sky.

"Cana...take care...my daughter." Gildarts sobbed faintly but with a big smile.

"Those brats never stay in one place for too long, but, I'm not surprised. I wish them the best of luck." Porlyusica whispered with a small smile

Ace's POV, I along with my friends from Fairy Tail and one allied wizard Yukino set sail to the world of pirates. Our first stop will be at Fishman Island to recruit Arista, a member of Fisher Lily's crew. I wonder if Lily will accept our request to borrow Arista, only time will tell once we arrive at Fishman Island.
