With the sun rose now leaving the morning and upon the evening. Now shining down upon the lizardmen thanking the god Chotec to shine their rays and warmth down upon them. The city is now working to make the repairs along with the dragon pups being sent to school as the earthquake that happened last night is no excuse to skip school. Many of them groaned and complained being escorted to the city's massive library with knowledge that spanned the millennium. When the sunlight finally reached Kroq-gar's room, he groaned as he got up from his bed.

?: Did you sleep well, my dear?

Kroq-gar turned around to hear a voice beside him; it was Ember, still naked and still as beautiful as ever. Smiling that she likes him back. Feeling nostalgic Kroq-gar lowered himself and kissed her on the forehead.

Kroq-gar: Better when you were beside me

Both let out a chuckle. Kroq-gar then got off the bed and put his armored gold back on.

Kroq-gar: Will you join me for breakfast my dear?

Kroq-gar asks thinking they are effectively married now despite not dating but well things happen he supposed. In response Ember hugged him from behind and whispered into his ear.

Amber: Why would I say no?

Kroq-gar smiled and held Ember close. Kroq-gar walked to the door as Ember walked to his bathroom to shower up. He smiled and contemplated asking Olivia to help her change but thought against it as she would be coming to change later in her room. Leaving enough time for breakfast to be ready,

Kroq-gar took a seat at the private dining table. Far off from the troops and citizens as this was a special occasion. Waiting for his orders that Alfred and Olivia were making breakfast together. Which one specifically he doesn't know. They said it was a surprise. Finally the doors open and Alfred walks in with Olivia pushing a small cart. Kroq-gar smiled.

Kroq-gar: Ah, Alfred, what is breakfast today?

Alfred: Well today sir.

Oliva passes the plate to Alfred, to which he places it In Front of Kroq-gar.

Alfred: I give you, Soufflé pancakes

The pancake stood as a tall oval shaped size, the top layer covered in sugar, with a slice of butter on top, and maple syrup poured all over it on the side of the pancake with two slices of strawberries. Kroq-gar Rubbed his hands together.

Kroq-gar: MMM, looks as good as ever Alfred, give my compliments to the chef

Alfred and Olivia chuckled.

Alfred: I will sir

Just then the door opened again, and Ember walked in. Her outfit was questionable; the clothes were white and exposed a lot of skin, just covering up her nipples, and her skirt only went down half of her thigh. Ember walked along the dining room table and sat next to Kroq-Gar.

Ember: Ohh, that look's good, Alfred can I have one?

Alfred raises an eyebrow with Olivia furrowing that she was wearing her slave clothing rather than her...wait do they even have civilian clothing. Alfred asked while Olivia was deep in thought.

Alfred: Miss Ember, why are sitting next to lord Kroq-gar

Ember thought for a moment breathing in as this might be a risky maneuver but it's better to say it now rather than later.

Ember: Because he's not only my lord he's...

Ember is looking over and holding one of Kroq-gar's hands. Being the cold and mechanical one but was soon placed over by Kroq-gar organic one as he held the hand over.

Ember: He is my lover

Alfred and Olivia eyes widened at that statement and looked over to Kroq-gar whose eyes were like dots as he did not expect her to do this so soon. He thought they should date first as this might have been a fling like one of his flyers during his trip in the French colony. Had to face a raiding party of knights who charged into the jungle for vengeance who tripped, sunk in the mud and drowned. Leaving the flyer to own the colony of bretonnia as he occupied it with his forces and got the local administration to swear fealty to them. Plus sending the bodies back home with gold as he owns the lands now. Bretonia grumbled but still accepted it as they had little choice if they wanted the spices and food of lustria that isn't from the empire. Alfred was the first to recover and asked his question.

Alfred: Is this true my Lord?

Kroq-gar scratches his cheek thinking yeah why not.

Kroq-gar: It's true Alfred, she is my lover

Alfred's face softens to a smile with Olivia clapping her hands.

Alfred: Well, my hearing must be off because of my old age, because I swear I can hear church bells ringing

This made both Kroq-gar and Ember blush a light red, Alfred and Olivia chuckled with Olivia holding her mouth with her hand.

Alfred: Well, let's get you another Soufflé pancake, shall we?

With that, Alfred and Olivia left with the doors closing. Both low five each other as they walked to the private kitchen.

Alfred: Seems Mazdamundi ploy worked

Oliva chuckled.

Oliva: Yeah, hopefully with his new wife he can be more content with his life, along with continuing the dwelf bloodline.

Alfred laughed nervously as he was getting the ingredients to make another Soufflé pancake.

Alfred: Still on the bloodline business Olivia

Olivia shrugged, getting the pan to make the pancake.

Olivia: I have to be, us dragons consider bloodlines sacred, how else do we get out magic?

Alfred hmm thinking of the dragon bloodlines and half children having the special abilities from their parents and descendents. Alfred decided to poke fun at her as he poured the batter in the pan.

Alfred: Hmm, maybe, still hope you can handle a husband and his spouse rather than your harem

Olivia groaned at Alfred jab with her adding Kroq-gar to her harem.

Olivia: I'm telling you the line of the dragons would be stronger if Kroq-gar would loosen up a bit.

Olivia gumpled, cutting a strawberry. Alfred shook his head.

Alfred: You already have a son, and daughter you don't need more

Olivia chuckled.

Olivia: For now, I'll see if I can get an alliance with the dragon queen in the meantime

Alfred nodded, both finishing their second Soufflé pancake and putting it on the plate.

Alfred: In an alliance right

Olivia smiled and was walking away without saying anything. Alfred's smile fell for a bit and was a little worried.

Alfred: In a standard alliance right?

Olivia twirled her tail as she was walking to the door.

Olivia: Who knows~

Leaving Alfred to shake his head as they left a plate at Kroq-gar table who didn't notice her as he was talking to Ember about their relationship. Both agreed that well since there are no troubles she can be here. Kroq-gar let out a deep sigh before cutting a slice. He was about to eat it when, suddenly, it was snatched by Ember. He turned towards her to see that she was eating his slice of pancake.

Ember: I'm sorry dear I couldn't resist

Ember let out a small chuckle, and Kroq-gar let out another sigh, but this time he smiled. Finding another pancake was on the table moving to grab it and doors opened again. Both looked up seeing it wasn't Alfred instead, it was one of the maids, who gave a light bow before speaking.

Maid: Lord Kroq-gar, SkekTek urgently requested your appearance outside.

Kroq-gar groaned as he couldn't enjoy breakfast and had to eat it whole. But cannot deny a request.

Kroq-gar: Alright I will be there right as soon as I can

The maid took a light bow before leaving and left. Taking a breath Kroq-gar stabbed the pancake right into the center, then ate it whole. Getting up from the chair and kissing Ember on the forehead.

Kroq-gar: Love you.

Leaving Ember in the room who was blushing red and holding her face together. Kroq-gar chuckled and went off to find Grymloq and the teleporter pad to make way at all speeds. Leaving Olivia and Alfred to chat with Ember on getting her new clothing and enjoying breakfast together.

Outside the City, Kroq-gar jumped off of Grymloq and approached SkekTek who was looking at a crate. Looking around, the teams were still making sure the boxes were functional, leaving the three alone at the box. Both were standing next to one of the large crates from the crash ship. The crate looked green, or what he thinks is green. The color from the crate looks faded. Either from age or the damage from the crash have destroyed the paint.

Kroq-gar: SkekTek, why do you request me here?

SkekTek hmm as his mechanical eye scanned the box with Grymloq sniffing it around finding nothing.

SkekTek: Well as you can see these are one of the crates from the wreckage

Kroq-gar hmm but still this could be opened by SkekTek rather than him.

Kroq-gar: You didn't answer my question, why am I here?

SkekTek finished his mechanical eye scan and nodded.

SkekTek: I thought it would be a great honor if you opened the first crate

Kroq-gar blinked before realizing this must be a momentous occasion as an object had fallen from the sky. Which means they are recording it in the history books or plaques.

Kroq-gar: I see, well, then let's get right to it, shall we?

Slowly he approaches the crate's door, grabbing the lever at the side feeling it for a moment and pushing the lever unlocking it. He takes a deep breath hoping it isn't like a mimic or alien creature he should kill immediately either that or a disease and opens the crate. The crate makes a loud creaking noise as Kroq-gar opens the door wider. When the door was fully open, he was disappointed. He expected weapons, technology, food, creatures, or an stc fragment that would shoot up the lizardmen technology. but instead, inside the crate were a bunch of more boxes.

Kroq-gar: Well, that was disappointing

Kroq-gar sighed again before grabbing one of the first boxes. To his surprise, it was quite heavy. With a huff he laid it down on the ground and he opened the top layer to reveal a giant greatsword.

Kroq-gar: "Jackpot"

He thought and looked to SkekTek

Kroq-gar: SkekTek, help me open these other boxes

SkekTek nodded.

SkekTek: Of course my emperor

Both went to the crate and one by one they were setting the boxes in a square and began to open boxes. They found pieces of black armor: chest plates, boots, gauntlets, etc. When put together, it was one full set of armor. Kroq-gar hmm at this set of full armor. Finding that he can't use his left handed glove and boots since his feet looked to be a lot longer than the other metal boots. Along with the helmet as it was made for a warrior that looked to be smaller than his regular helmet. But ordinarily this armor looked to be a warrior armor that was fought to either slay dragons or the arena. If the greatsword is to go by this might be a race of warriors to fight off giant monsters.

(No boots, no helmet, and no his left arm plate as of test wearing)

SkekTek: My emperor, maybe you should try it on, see how it fits?

SkekTek said, which took Kroq-gar out of his thoughts and looked at him. He nodded.

Kroq-gar: Alright, but I can't wear the boots, left arm and helmet, I'll get the skinks to refit it to my size if this armor proved to be good

Exchanging his armor of gold and putting on the other armor except for his left arm since it's a metal gauntlet. When he put on the last piece of armor and stood up, it felt nice, maybe a little loose, but he could grow into it.

SkekTek: So my emperor, how does it feel?

Kroq-gar: Surprisingly pretty light

Kroq-gar started to test it taking one step forward. What he didn't expect was that he would launch right at the cargo wall. Giving a loud thunk metal as he made an indent of himself on the box and fell down grunting in pain.

Kroq-gar: 'Man, I should have worn a helmet'

He thought. Then his vision was obscured as the helmet was on his head. He quickly stood up trying to get this helmet off but felt like it was stuck on. SkekTek was trying to run over panting with every breath cursing he had to carry so much gear on him. Gryloq yawned as he walked over, outpacing SkekTek watching Kroq-gar panicking.

Kroq-gar: Get this thing off me!

On cue, the helmet disappears. Kroq-gar blinks, then hears SkekTek screaming towards him and the heavy thuds of Grymloq as he walks over. Turning over and seeing SkekTek was taking a breath and looking up.

SkekTek: My emperor, are you alright?

Doing a scan with his metal eye finding the armor was unlike he had ever seen. Kroq-gar shook his hands.

Kroq-gar: Yea I'm fine

Kroq-gar did some testing as he thought up his helmet and boots feeling both of them on his form. Clicking his boots with his hands and looking out of the viewing port of the helmet seeing it was somewhat limited but he could get used to it. Kroq-gar nodded and looked over to SkekTek.

Kroq-gar: Tell one of the maids to get me an armor stand and put it in my room

SkekTek: Right away my emperor

SkekTek was about to leave when Kroq-gar called out to him to give him the last order as the crates were just ordinarily metal.

Kroq-gar: One more thing, Skektek, get rid of the crate, if you don't need any more metal, Tell the Terradon riders to dump this with the rest of the garbage

SkekTek contemplated if they needed more metal before shaking his head as the garbage scrappers would disassemble the gear into their basic components and metal is not needed as of yet.

SkekTek: Will do my emperor

As SkekTek leaves, Kroq-gar turns to see the giant greatsword just a few feet away. Walking over and kneeling to grab the sword handle. He tried to lift it but the sword wouldn't budge, so he used both of his arms. The sword was heavy, making him fall forward a bit, but he was able to find balance with it. It was not like it was any spear or sword he would ordinarily use, but it was a cool blade. How can he say no? So he began to swing with it, and with each swing, Kroq-gar added a little more force.

Doing the ritual of all sordsmaster to swing their blades a thousand to a hundred times per day until at last they can wield it like any other sword. So he practiced swinging it from evening until night with Grymloq being bored and helping out with the teams hauling the boxes and opening it and finding some food in there. But mostly ration packs that could be used with the ingredients here which lead to the team disappointment as they too have ration packs but were a little less refined. Giving the packs to the skink priests to improve on the current design. Kroq-gar managed to wield the sword with one hand making combos and hitting on the ground in a finisher blow.

?: Beautiful night we're having

Kroq-gar turned towards the voice; it was Ember, now wearing a nightgown of pure white leaving some lightish gray to reveal some parts of her body. Some would think of her as a ghost with her arms free and her chest revealing much. Having a golden necklace around her neck.

Kroq-gar thought how is she not freezing tonight. But his thoughts were interrupted as Ember walked towards Kroq-gar putting the sword on the ground he walked over to and both instinctively gave each other a passionate kiss. Having the teams looking over giving out their cheers and nods, Kroq-gar finally managed to find a wife after his long rule. Grmloq rolled his eyes as he continued to eat more food. After the kiss both giggling after that. Ember looked at Kroq-gar smiling at him.

Ember: Do you want to know a secret?

Kroq-gar tilted his head.

Kroq-gar: What is it?

Ember leaned towards Kroq-gar ear and whispered.

Ember: I'm not wearing any underwear

Kroq-gar blush and stuttered.

Kroq-gar: Aren't you cold?

Ember chuckled as she held her arms together.

Ember: Very, but you know what will warm up?

Kroq-gar blinked and smiled.

Kroq-gar: You just want me to do it, don't you?

Amber: Yes~

Amber said seductively, and with a smile, they both embraced another kiss. With Kroq-gar thinking he needs to call a favor with Mazdamundi to teleport them into their rooms. A favor already being cashed as Alfred and Olivia watched the two lovebirds sharing a kiss. Alfred looked to Olivia holding the teleporting stone with her right hand spinning it on her finger tips. Both chuckled and watched the two finding them and waving their hands in the air. Olivia was the first to walk over holding the stone in her hands.

Olivia: Let's send off our newlyweds to enjoy their first night.
