Anything More than Human

Date: October 10th Sugimoto Shoko's apartment

Sitting within her office as she looked over various documents sent for her second opinion, Sugimoto Shoko typed the keypad without stopping as she looked over many research notes provided to her.

Shoko sighed as the last document was sent back before she rubbed her neck, looking up to the ceiling, Shoko went to get up before she perked up to the coffee mug held up for her to take.

Taking a sip, her mind became bliss at the sweet taste with honey mixed in with caramel and coffee.

Turning to the maker, Shoko watched as Sayuri Watanabe sipped from her own coffee, sporting nothing but one of Adam's custom made shirts, the girl stood shamelessly as her womanhood was barely hidden.

Sparing a glance, Sayuri gave her a smirk that Shoko returned before they heard a yell from Adam's room.

"WHERE ARE MY CLOTHES!?"

"Seems Rumi-chan is awake" getting an amused hum from Shoko as she took another sip of her coffee, the rabbit heroine barged down a set of stairs, bare to the world with an alarmed look in her red eyes as she tried to find her clothes.

"She does know I washed them in the laundry, right?" watching as Rumi lifted a whole couch in search of her hero uniform, Missy Biron chose that moment to walk out of her room with bed hair, rubbing her eyes she blushed deeply at the sight of a naked woman running around the house urgently.

"Rumi, you're clothes and uniform are in the dryer!" watching the woman turn to Sayuri, she left the room with a thanks, leaving the two older woman with Missy who had covered her eyes.

"Is she out of the room?"

"Yes" getting a sigh from Missy as she moved to the kitchen, she frowned suddenly at the lack of one person.

"Where's Adam?" turning to Shoko as she frowned, Sayuri spoke with her arms crossed as Eve stepped out of Missy's room in the form of an Anthro Tiger, stretching her long arms with a small purr, the experimental woman licked her maw before she also moved to the kitchen.

"I believe he said something about, Aura Farming?" getting confused looks from those present, Shoko shrugged as she continued to enjoy her coffee before Sayuri decided to turn on the TV for todays news.

Before her eyes widened at seeing a news report of the ABB facing off against… oh.

Ducking down as a vehicle exploded from a stray Grenade, the police near by hunkered down as whatever the ABB were shooting at had all they're attention.

One brave officer peeked out to see a dust cloud rising from the exploded vehicle before his eyes widened at seeing a figure slowly stepping out of the smoke, unharmed. And smirking with his eyes glowing crimson as he escaped form the smoke.

Giving a chuckle as he simply walked to the fearful ABB gang members, Adam ignored the bullets peppering him as he stalked towards the Ass holes he found after hearing them talk about "Special Cargo", which happened to be women.

Catching a grenade launched at him in mid air, his enclosed fist refused to let the explosion spread out.

Staring down one goon as he finally reached the now panicking gang members, Adam simply stared down at them before they lost they're nerve and dropped they're weapons while raising their hands, leaving Adam smirking as the officers nearby moved quickly to arrest those who were quivering.

One officer giving Adam a nod of appreciation that Adam returned before his hearing picked up foot falls.

Turning his head to his left where the sound was coming from, Adam moved to be between the source and the officers.

Looking over the rooftops for any sign of an attack, Adam spotted him on a rooftop staring down at him.

"Oni Lee!" calling out the name to alert the officers, they looked up in alarm as the suicide bomber appeared behind Adam with a grenade about to be unhooked.

Turning around as the world slowed down, Adam gave Oni Lee a smug look before grabbing both the grenade and the teleporters hands.

Headbutting the man to disorient him, Adam's head left Oni Lee reeling before his mind panicked at feeling a pin freed in his trapped hands.

Pulling the man close, Adam spoke with a grin.

"I'll let Panacea choose whether to heal you or not" getting a shocked whimper from the man as he looked to the hands holding him in place, he struggled with Adam smirking at his struggled before he watched the grenade explode in slow motion.

Letting the man's hands go as they slowly got turned to shreds from the shrapnel, Adam moved his hands through the detonation downward to lessen the force outward, Adam grabbed Oni Lee away from the shockwave, moving him between him and the explosion.

The deafening sound behind him left Adam watching Oni Lee fall to his knees while staring at his ruined hands.

Looking up for mercy, Adam knocked him out with e "Gentle" Backhand that sent his head rocking back with a whiplash.

Dusting his hands off of the situation, more officers arrived to give assistance.

"Thanks for the assist Annihilation, would have lost a lot of men if you hadn't taken the first bullets for us" giving a nod to the veteran officer, Adam lifted off to get to Winslow.

Landing in the Parking lot with a rumble, Adam simply walked forward without a care, his shirt ruined was ignored as he basked in the hungry looks from the girls nearby.

Looking for his current target of befriending, Adam found her at her locker getting books, waiting for her to close it, Taylor Hebert yelled in alarm as she was set onto Adma's left shoulder, making her laugh as she was bounced up and down from him flexing.

"ADAM!?"

"Hey Taylor!"

Walking to the first class, Adam failed to see the fond smile Taylor was giving him as his body shrunk down to human standards.

Looking up to her, he gave her a wink before Madison joined them.

"Hey guys"

"Hey Maddie, have they been giving you trouble?" Getting a sigh from Madison Clement, the girl after abandoning the remaining two of the trio, Sophia had attempted to make an example of her to the school about betraying both her and Emma, safe to say Adam was having none of it as he simply stared down Sophia who was about to beat the poor girl to a pulp, Taylor had been the one to help Madison flee while Adam glared angrily at Hess who when she tried to convince him to side with her, had gained a black eye in response before Adam had left to join Taylor and Madison.

After that the two had become friends with Madison doing her best to make up to Taylor for the shit she was put through, Annoyed at the fact not even two days after her beat down did she realise she was replaced by another girl.

Stepping into the classroom, Adam was greeted by an excited Greg who had watched the News on his phone.
