"I will not be driven out of my city. I am the king and I will die serving my kingdom and its people to the very end!"

"Drayce you will be going to Beacon Academy and there you will learn to become a Huntsman as I did before you."

"What about all of the treaty talks. You usually have me present for that."

"It will be fine, and I will brief you through scroll. I do still find it necessary for my heir to know of the business and how to run the kingdom. Now go on and pack up. I'm sure you can't wait to see her."

"Father."

"The chosen ones. The King and Queen shall restore the balance."

"Ruby, what you must understand is that I make sure that I know every single person under me personally. It's better to have more allies and friends than acquaintances."

"Well that's a good mindset to have."

"Prince! Prince! We have arrived in the capital."

Maybe it takes a smaller more honest soul.

Of course not only in tangent with someone akin to a king will they truly achieve what must be desired.

This is a story I have had in my head for a while but recently it was pulled to the forefront of my mind. From all the way back to where I posted the first Fanfic I did, 'Path to the Future'. I was planning this but I thought against it but now its nagging to come out. So as of now I'm writing this along with RWBY: Strange Fate. I will be postponing Path to the Future for a while. I have been making chapters for it but I still need to edit and finalize what I wrote for the vision I have for it but it will return. I will also postpone 'RWBY: Absolutions' indefinitely. I will post the chapters that I do have for it that's ready but other than that it's going to be put on hold.

It will have a lot of resemblance to FFXV but more closely to what we knew as FF versus XIII. With the newest KH3 secret endings for ReMind these thoughts swirled up again. So I wanted to do a take on that story however integrate the RWBY story with it to make something new.
