Chapter 6 Monster Friends

A few days later, Dracula, the manor staff, and Emily were gathered together in front of the manor to welcome the arrival of Dracula's monster friends who were fixing to arrive. It was a nice evening as Frankenstein or Frank for short arrived with his wife Eunice and Frank's cousin from his right hand's side, Ginger.
Frank was tall and bulky, with light blue skin, green eyes, and black hair. He wore a blue suit with a white stripped shirt, red tie, and black boots.
Eunice had light blue skin, yellow eyes, and wore a 60's styled black and white wig. She also wore a furry purple turtleneck with a dark purple high-waisted skirt, a pink and black-striped headband, and gold hoop earrings. Eunice had blue eyeshadow, red lips, and painted dark pink claws. Her eyes were a bit mascaraed and she also wears a pair of dark pink high-heel shoes.
Ginger was an attractive woman with wide hips, red shoulder-length hair, square bangs, and the bottom of her hair stuck upwards. She had pale green skin with many stitches, with her right arm being pale blue and muscular like her cousin, Frankenstein. She also wore a sparkling red dress and red high heels, has green eyes and periwinkle eye-shadow.
"Drac!" Said Frank warmly as he approached the manor with his luggage.
"Frank!" Greeted Dracula as he approached Frank.
Frank set his bags down and the two monsters hugged and laughed.
"Thanks for coming. It's good to see you." Said Dracula.
"It's good to see you too. I'm always happy to see my best friend." Said Frank.
They stopped hugging and Dracula greeted Eunice and Ginger, before he introduced them to Emily.
"Everyone this is Emily. Emily, this is Frank, Eunice, and Ginger." Said Dracula.
"It's nice to meet you." Said Emily with a bow.
"Oh what a pleasure to meet you. Nice to meet a new monster." Said Eunice.
"Nice to meet you. Been a while since we've seen a new female monster around these parts." Said Ginger.
Griffin the Invisible Man and his girlfriend Crystal the Invisible Woman were the next to arrive. The only thing visible about them were their luggage, Griffin's glasses, and Crystal's glasses and pearl necklace.
"Hey guys! The fun has arrived!" Said Griffin.
"Looks like we're the second ones here." Said Crystal.
Some quick introductions were made as Wayne Werewolf and his wife Wanda Werewolf arrived.
Wayne had brown and gray fur and yellow eyes. He wore a light blue shirt with a striped tie and blue jeans.
Wanda had pale brown fur with brown hair, yellow eyes, a wedding ring and a yellow maternity dress with paw prints. She appeared to be pregnant.
Next to arrive was Murray the mummy and his girlfriend Cleopatra.
Murray was an obese mummy with green eyes and Cleopatra was a tall skinny mummy with green eyes wearing an Egyptian headdress and necklace.
The last to arrive was Bonejangles the skeleton. Bonejangles was a large-jawed skeleton with only one eye, who wore a bowler hat.
Introductions were made and then the monsters split up to hang out. The Male monsters headed to the west wing, while the female monsters headed to the east wing.
In the west wing Dracula caught up with his old friends and he filled them in on how he met and rescued Emily. Bonejangles became interested in Emily and the fact that she had been wearing a wedding dress apparently when she was killed.
"Man, I think your girl was a victim of the Bride Butcher." Said Bonejangles.
"Bride Butcher?" Asked Dracula.
"I've done a bit of traveling and I've listened in on tales from pubs and graveyards. The Bride Butcher is a murderer most foul. He roams the lands wooing rich girls with his charm telling them he loves them and wants to marry them. None of the girls' families like him, but he wins the girls over. The Bride Butcher then tells his victims to meet them outside town with a wedding dress and to bring jewels, gold, valuables. He then meets them and then he kills them, before stealing their treasure and runs off into the night!" Said Bonejangles.
"That's terrible!" Said Griffin.
"He kills the girls, steals their treasure, and runs off into the night to plan his next crime. Some of the victims are found, while others aren't. Emily sounds like she was a victim, whose body was never found." Said Bonejangles.
"The guy sounds like a freak." Said Frank.
"And people call us monsters." Said Wayne shacking his head.
The room was quiet for a few moments and then Dracula spoke.
"I zinged with Emily."
The other monsters stared at Dracula in shock. They had never heard of anyone zinging twice before. They all missed Martha and felt bad about her death and had seen the toll it had taken on their friend, but now they were all happy for him to find love again.
"That's great Drac!" Said Frank.
"You...don't think it would be disloyal to Martha, to have a relationship with Emily?" Asked Dracula.
"Man, Martha would want you to find someone else and be happy." Said Griffin.
"You wouldn't be disloyal to Martha if you started up a new relationship." Said Wayne.
"Emily is a nice lady. I like her." Said Frank.
"Man, I can feel you're already happier having Emily around." Said Murray.
"Well I do enjoy Emily's company, plus I saw her be good with Mavis and calm her down when she was throwing a fit." Said Dracula.
"A good looking girl, you like, whose good with kids. That sounds like a good deal in my book." Said Bonejangles.
"Alright, I'm going to tell Emily, how I feel about her!" Said Dracula as his friends cheered him on.
They were fixing to go find the girls, when their was a loud scream from the east wing! It sounded like Emily! The monsters exchanged looks and took off running to the east wing.
