Hey there, I know it's been over 2 years since I updated this one. I am sorry for this. Like I got stories that I felled more in love with and Black Clover hasn't been all that hot since they put in the three time a year schedule. Like I said last time, the Black Clover x My Hero x RWBY story really did a better job than what I could do, but there were a few things that I wasn't fan of it.
I know my writing sucks, but I still have fun with it. My story sometimes makes no sense but hey what can you do? Will this be over with? Unless I pulled over 80 chapters in a year for this one I don't think so. Hey, this is a hobby, and I am not getting a cent with this. Let's see a fight that will make it up for the 2 year time skip.
The whole crowd was uproar with the upcoming fight. The upcoming star from UA Katsuki Bakugo was going up against the hard-working member of the Black Bulls who was eager to fight new people.
''If this goes well I am up against Yuno pretty soon, just wait.'' Thought Asta as he walks towards the stadium arena.
The crowd went nuts as both participants were coming over to fight.
''So yes, we have another battle of a Hero Course student versus a Quirk Squad. Its going to be real explosion this one!'' Scream President Mic.
Soon the sound hero started to talked about the participants like usual.
''In the right corner we have the explosive type! A guy who is making his mark on the hero world no matter what! Katsuki Bakugooooooo!''
Bakugo just looked annoyed as he heard the crowd go nuts.
''And on the other side, coming all over from the notorious Black Bulls. Don't let his lack of flashy quirk be an indicated that he is not strong, this kid is sure going places. Give it up to Astaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!''
The crowd also went nuts as Asta had a smile on his face as he looked towards Bakugo.
''I hope to have a great fight.'' Said him.
''I will destroy you.'' Said Bakugo dark as always.
The declaration didn't scare Asta, he was sure he could fight Bakugo with no problem.
In 1-A side
The entire class was all nervous, because Bakugo looked pissed as ever and Asta was all cheerful and ready to fight.
''Do you think this is going to be a fair fight?'' Asked Kaminari.
''Asta has potential. Not to mention that sword of his is like the biggest weakness to a hard ass like Bakugo.'' Said Noelle.
''Woah Silva, I never expected you to give such compliments to your squad mate.'' Said Tooru.
''I am not! I am just giving some points. Besides I don't like Bakugo.'' Said Noelle.
Some of the girls of UA just laughed at that as Noelle turned her head annoyed at this.
At 1-B side
Yuno and Mimosa were looking at that match as if it was something to take fully seriously. Yuno wanted to see Asta be up against a real threat, while Mimosa was scared for his safety. Meanwhile the rest of the class looked at this fight not sure on what to think.
''Who do you think is going to win?'' Asked Sen.
''Asta sure is not.'' Said Bono.
''But I heard that his quirk sword is kind of a anti Quirk way. Isn't that a bit broken?'' Asked Sen.
''Asta has more physical traits than Bakugo, although I don't know he fights I can definitely say its not going to be a fair fight.'' Said Yuno.
''Why he had to go up against him of all people?'' Asked Mimosa worried about Asta.
The rest of the class also commented on how things might be a bit difficult for Asta, but he had a good amount of training with the Quirk Squad and a overall good power, but Bakugo was a bit of a prodigy so that wasn't going to be easy.
At the Quirk Squad Captain seat.
The captains saw the two participants and while they had some idea of Asta they had no personal thoughts on Bakugo before.
''That kid sounds like he would have been kicked out a squad in a day.'' Said Yamai.
''Yes, so rebellious. I bet he didn't receive a single instruction in his life.'' Said Leopold.
''Although he is strong, you cant deny that.'' Said Nozel.
''Asta might show some cool move we haven't seen yet! I can't wait!'' Said Rill.
''Yeah, that dumbskull sure is impressive.'' Said Yami.
The entire stadium was now silent it was like the calm before a storm as they all wait for Midnight to start a match.
Everyone was on the edge of their seat as they waited for the announcement.
Soon Midnight rose her flag and made the declaration.
''Begin!'' Scream her.
Asta summoned his sword as fast as he could as Bakugo launched at him with explosions.
''DIE!'' Scream Bakugo.
''Not yet!'' Scream Asta.
Asta using his swords was able to block off Bakugo explosions, the blonde thought that old thing would break but it was still up on the short teen hands.
''I will break this stupid thing!'' Scream Bakugo.
Asta just grim at that. He was up to a challenge.
''Alright! You can try it!'' Said Asta excited.
Then Asta went to give a full swing attack at Bakugo who casually dodged it, but was surprised as Asta came back with more attacks these ones more fluent and harder to dodge.
''He has been training with that shit for days nonstop! Dammit! I thought this was going to be a quick fight!'' Thought Bakugo pissed.
Bakugo then prepared his hands as he launched another big attack directed at Asta.
''Stun Grenade!'' Scream him.
Asta got hit a bit but thanks to his sword making Bakugo attack less powerful he got just a few scratches.
''I got to give to you Bakugo. Your attacks are no joke, but I aint here to be brought down so easily.'' Said Asta with a smirk.
The short teen raised his sword up as he prepared more attacks with that gigantic thing as it was with always aiming at Bakugo head or his shoulders.
''Argh!'' Scream Asta ready to charge.
''Die!'' Scream Bakugo.
Asta and Bakugo soon went to deliver blows to each other, Bakugo managed to get near enough Asta that he could deliver a big explosion right at his abdomen but he was also trapped in the position so he would get a big hit by the sword. In the end both were critically hurt.
''AAAH'' Scream Asta being hit by the explosion.
''Argh!'' Scream Bakugo now in pain.
The two fallen back as they tried to ease the pain. Now they were both in a tough situation.
At Class 1-A
The entire class was amazed that Asta managed to land a bit hit on Bakugo, the first time they all have seemed the hotheaded blonde hurt.
''Woah! Asta did it!'' Scream Kirishima impressed.
''His reflexes have grown significantly since the start of the year, not to mention his speed.'' Said Momo.
''Nice observation.' Said Satou.
''Thanks it's important to look out for some points.'' Said Momo.
''Oh do you think he is going to turn the tables and win?'' Asked Tooru.
''He is still a long way, besides Bakugo will be madder than ever.'' Said Kaminari.
''Nothing will be in one piece once he is taking out all his rage.'' Said Tokoyami.
''Well, we have to see what's next.'' Said Shoji.
''So, what do you think they will pull out?'' Asked Jirou.
''If Asta do the same thing as he did at the Diamond Region then he has a charge, but Bakugo is not a idiot unfortunately.'' Said Noelle.
The class just looked at that statement with a bit of doubt. Would Asta be able to pull some special move that makes him victorious, or Bakugo would be the one on top? They were waiting to see it.
Back to the fight.
Bakugo was trying to rub off the pain and start attacking, but he couldn't let it go as he was in immense pain.
''Fuck! I will rip that bastard limb for limb!'' Thoguht Bakugo in pain.
As he tried to brush it off he felt his vision weak and a bit wobbly.
''Why do i feel weak!? It's like when that shitty teacher pull off that stare of his! I knew his sword was anti quirk but this is ridiculous!''' Thoguht Bakugo all pissed.
He saw Asta getting up and still holding up that gigantic thing as he looked as was something in his way.
''I need to take that shit off his hand.'' Thoguht Bakugo.
Asta was getting back as he Bakugo went launching at him like a rocket, however the short grey haired teen was quick enough to not let the blonde grab his sword.
''Woah! That was some fast recovery!'' Said Asta smiling.
''Now I know what I need to do!'' Scream Bakugo.
The two soon started trade blow with each other again, Bakugo kept attacking more and more as Asta uses his sword to make sure not a single explosion hurt him.
''Asta is keeping up with one of the up stars of the first year! Despite having such a limited quirk this little guy sure knows what he is doing!'' Scream President Mic all excited.
The crowd was now on the edge of their seats, seeing this fight as both Asta and Bakugo were both in quarrel with each other on who was going to lose at the end.
''Man, he is not holding back. I knew Bakugo had a lot more of power inside of him. I just need to get quick on his next move.'' Thoguht Asta.
Bakugo was now sensing that his fingers were getting null. He knew very well that he need it to stay away from that sword but it was hard.
''Why the hell does I am getting hurt! Me! Getting hurt?!'' Asked Bakugo pissed mentally.
Bakugo tried to formulate a new plan, one that made that stupid sword fly out of Asta hand and out of the bounds of the fight. He had an idea and soon went full nuclear towards the short grey haired teen.
''Take this!'' Scream Bakugo kept attacking.
''Urgh!'' Said Asta while taking up a great amount of damage.
The teen kept using the sword as a shield as even when he tried to attack Bakugo seemed to be able to read his move fairly quickly.
''that's it! I see the opening!'' Thought Bakugo.
The blonde soon shoved his foot towards Asta right arm, making him hold the weapon in one hand.
''I got you know!'' Scream Bakugo.
''Uh!?'' Asked Asta confused.
''Stun Granade!'' Scream Bakugo making a huge explosion taking the sword out of Asta hand and going off the bounds.
Boom
The sword was now going towards outside of the arena, Asta would be done in a second once that thing was out of his reach. Everyone in the arena just froze in place as they thought the fight was over.
''My sword!'' Scream Asta.
''Now its over!'' Scream Bakugo ready to finish off Asta.
However, something unexpected happened, Asta big sword soon started to make a weird noise and then came out the sword that Asta got in the dungeon.
Vrroom
The small sword came out of the big one and clenched to the arena concert as if it was freakign Excalibur. Asta didn't had much opportunities to show off this new sword and everyone outside of Yuno, Noelle, Mimosa, Luck and Klaus didn't know much about that.
Clank
The whole stadium went quiet as the new sword appeared and Bakugo was also speechless and Asta grabbed it.
''Uh!'' Said Asta with his new sword.
''What the fuck! You had a hidden weapon all this time?!'' Asked Bakugo angrier than ever.
''Bakugo I am warning you! This trick isn't going to work twice!'' Said Asta.
'I am going to put that sword so far up your ass!'' Scream Bakugo not being suttle the least.
The blonde went with full rage mode towards Asta but since the short teen had a smaller weapon It became easier for him to attack.
''What that hell!'' Scream Bakugo as Asta was able to get into places quicker and completely bother the blonde.
''Uh?'' Asked Bakugo now confused on where Asta was.
Soon the short teen appeared and hit Bakugo right in the thorax with his new sword.
BAM
"Argh!'' Scream Bakugo in pain.
The hit was so strong that almost made Bakugo got to his knees. Now he was beyond pissed as he wanted to destroy Asta more than anything.
''I am going to turn you into ash!'' Said Bakugo.
''Well, you can try.'' Said Asta with a smile on his face.
The two soon started out in a great confrontation. Asta and Bakugo locked attacks with each other numerous times, with the blonde hitting a few times and the grey haired one managed to cutting Bakugo a fair amount. The two were getting tired but in truth Bakugo was getting very weak, all those cuts were making him lose conscious. It was a matter of time if he doesn't do anything the fight would be over for him.
Asta even with those bruises and burns was still going and was ready to keep fighting.
In 1-A side.
The Class was in beyond amazement, Asta could win this fight. They weren't expecting this at the end.
''Woah, do you all see that?'' Asked Mina in shock.
''Asta might win.'' Said Jirou in disbelief too.
''This is so manly that I'm already in tears.'' Said Kirishima crying.
''How the hell is Asta will be alive after today?'' Asked Mineta.
''I don't know I guess Aizawa sensei will have to be extra careful.'' Said Shoji.
''Oh man! Seeing this live sure is different from watching on TV.'' Said Kaminari anxious.
While everyone was in doubt of Asta, Yami was with a smirk watching on his seat as he saw Asta still up and ready to keep going.
''Keep pushing your limits kid. You got this.'' Thoguht Yamai.
Back at the fight.
Asta was with heavy difficulty of breathing but he was still ready to keep going. It helped that the sword was smaller, so he didn't had to put much strength into each swing, but he also saw that Bakugo wasn't not done yet.
''He is resistant and I can say that he is also not done. Well Bakugo show me what you got.'' Thought Asta with a smile.
Bakugo felt humiliated and was ready to correct this mistake. He soon cracked up explosions, the strongest and loudest of the entire match.
BOOOOOM
''You want a fight! I will give you a fight ASTA!'' Scream Bakugo.
The entirety of Class 1-A and Asta just looked at this in surprised. Bakugo not giving you a nickname is pretty much saying that you had his attention which Asta felt honored.
''Lets go!'' Scream Asta going full force on it.
The two soon started going all out. The difference of the small sword to the big one was that Asta could cut off the explosion easily and keep it up with any sneak attack that Bakugo might do behind him.
Asta was also bumping head and throwing kicks at Bakugo, the blonde took all of them like a champion and just kept going.
Bakugo had to admit that all of them were good kicks and attacks, he was getting hurt for good. Maybe that annoying guy was worth something, so he wasn't going to let him go off easily.
''THIS IS THE END!'' Scream Bakugo making a huge explosion with his hands as it was big enough to have destroyed an entire building.
BAM
The explosion covered most of the arena and first there was a big shake down and then a big puff of smoke that cleared everyone view. Bakugo thought Asta would be down for the count over that attack.
''Alright, he is dead after this.'' Thought Bakugo.
However once the smoke cleared off he saw that Asta was still standing. All proud with this small sword being used as shield. The short teen just had a winning smile and a few burn and bruises all around his body.
Asta felt like Bakugo was really going all in for this fight so he had to use all he had too.
''I guess this is his true strength. My turn now and…'' Thought Asta but then Midnight announced something.
''Stop! The fight is over!'' Scream her.
The entire crowd as well the fighters looked at the woman in confusion.
''What?!'' Asked Asta.
''What?!'' Asked Bakugo.
Midnight pointed at Asta side for clear answer.
They saw that Asta was stepping out of the bounding lines, even if it was a little bit rules were rules and Asta was eliminated.
''Oh crap.'' Thought Him in shock.
The whole crowd and everyone watching was beyond shock, Bakugo was the one who wasn't fan of this at all. He wasn't trying to push Asta out he was trying to actually knock him out.
So yes, we had a big chapter and Asta lost his battle due to stepping out of the line. Yeah, I know lame but this is something I had in mind since the start of the fic. I hope you all like it as I had fun writing this. Bakugo really appreciated Asta as a fighter and Asta knew that Bakugo had strength to match up to his personality. I hope to update this one more often as I always pushed back or felt to do it later, I know it sucks because I have lots of stories but once again this is a hobby and not something that I am doing to get money or a career. Real writers hate fanfic with a passion. I hope I made my point clear. Thanks.
