10/22/2656- Prolar Federation Envoy Sent To Calderas Concordance

"Today, a previously unknown envoy expedition arrived from the Prolar Federation in the Calderas Concordance, an intermediate power on the rimward border of the Union, bordering the Sigalis Commonality, which holds a significant number of formerly Concordance worlds. After the envoy landed and announced themselves, no further information has been given, with both the Prolar and Calderas governments refusing to comment. In recent years the Concordance has fallen on hard times, the loss of much of its territory to the Union alongside losing connections with several trading partners causing significant economic decline. This situation has also led to dissatisfaction with the current leadership among the nation's population, leading some to speculate that the Concordance will join in war against the Union."
