These protestors, apparently all Scavengers and led by the NC Scavengers Association, are voicing their grievances and protesting to Mayor Rhyne for his and the NCPD's alleged utter ineptitude and failure of stopping the on-going campaign of extermination against them by the Tyger Claws gang and their employed mercenary. We have Mr. Pavel Andreyev, spokesperson for NC Scavengers Association, with us this evening. Tell us Mr. Andreyev, how many Scavengers are coming and how long will this protest last?"
