"We keep losing good people…"

"I know. We weren't even made by the guy, and I'm still depressed."

"A lot of people's favorite celebrities or childhood heroes have been dropping like flies in the last few years. Carrie Fisher, David Bowie, Adam West, Stan…"

Spider-Man choked up a bit. Sure, Stan was the reason his life was so hard, but he was also the reason he felt like a real hero. He still considered Stan to be the next thing to his Uncle Ben.

"It's just… Kinda hard to believe, y'know?" Flash said, "Like, why can't the universe take the bad people?- Why is it always the good ones?"

"I'm not sure if God exists or not…" Batman continued, "But if he, she, or whatever God wants to call themself does exist, The guy's got some serious explaining to do."

"You got that right."

"Indeed."

Still… Not a bad legacy to leave behind." Flash said, "I remember catching a few episodes when I took care of some kids at an orphanage a while back. Good stuff."

"That's the truth."
