I had a bug about Toko meeting Trekkies...so I slapped this together in like 5 minutes...enjoy! The entire idea is that their knowledge of Trek comes from summaries and fragmented pieces of episodes they managed to scrounge up. Assuming Toko has seen the show, she would basically be a trove of knowledge for them.

-Captain´s Log-

"Captain´s Log, Stardate 2075, the Starship USS Exeter has entered its standard patrol zone within Westbrook, on route to the zone our vessel suffered minor damage to its propulsion system. Chief Engineer Data 687 is currently dealling with the problem."

As the captain, I lean out of the heavily kitted Archer Hella with nacelles stuck to its rear I observe the viewscreen and see a pale borg Android replacing the flat fixing the Impulse manifold malfunction we incurred due to a piece of debris on the road an asteroid strike.

"The Starship USS Exeter should arrive in the desiganed patrol area with minimal delay."

Suddenly a voice breaks captain Jamean Tiber Kirkland from his routine log-taking.

"Woah! Are those Phasers?"

Looking up from my Tablet Padd, I spot an unknown form of life. Sporting Purple Hair, Pinkish-Red Eyes and being completely undetecteable by my tricoder, this creature does not seem to be human or known species to the Federation...first contact protocols are in effect.

"Why yes, this is the Standard Federation Type II Phaser," I say as I brandish my tech pistol my service weapon to the Alien.

"That´s so Cool! Just like the one Captain Picard used!"

This is unprecedented...this creature knows of the Great Picard! Only scant mentions within the depths of Memory Alpha speak of this illustrious Captain! I must investigate what this creature knows! Before I can ask Data 687 speaks up.

"Repairs complete captain, it is only logical."

The alien seems taken aback by the officer...something he said? This is perfect! Time to push for information!

"You seem well informed about the heroes of the Federation, how have you come by that information."

"Oh, just a few episodes I saw a long time ago..."

It...it has SEEN ENTIRE EPISODES! By the Q! I need to report this to the Admiralty.

"Why are you doing a Spock when you are a Data?"

What does it mean by that? Logic is the foundation of the Vulcan Android Data!

"Oh well, need to go. The Scavs won´t kill themselves or maybe they will, you never know with those guys!" The creature states as it rushes off into the dark corridors of the Westbrook starzone. The area filling with the staccato of primitive slug thrower fire.

"Should we pursue, Captain?" comes from my ever eager security chief Dorf...Klingons, so eager for battle!

"No, we can´t risk damage to my log. We have crutial intelligence to bring back. Helm, set a course back to Starfleet HQ!"
