"We need water… Edward, if you would be so kind?"
Edward, Mob, Tatsumaki, and Kenshiro were all traveling what seemed to be a wasteland. With limited supplies, and a lot of ground to cover, the four were in a rough spot. To make up for this, the two psychics would often use their telekinesis to lift a stone and have Edward use his alchemy abilities to turn it into drinking water.
"Sure. Just give me something to change."
"I have one." Mob lifted a decently large rock as well as their various containers that were made earlier, "Have at it."
…
"This is refreshing…" Tatsumaki committed after the work was done, "Kenshiro! Do you want any?"
"Later. There is something coming."
"Is it monster or man?"
"Does it really matter, Edward? We can easily defeat them if they are a threat!"
"We need to be careful. We don't know the laws of this planet." Mob pointed out, "If anything, we may end up making thighs worse for the innocent people here."
"The energy… It is a monster! Prepare yourselves!" Kenshiro declared before taking his fighting stance.
"Maybe we can use the carcass to make something this time?"
"Must you be so morbid?"
"Try losing an arm." Edward shot back.
"I cannot believe that the Prince of the Shokans is now regulated to… Babysitting." Goro growled.
He was busy chasing after Riptor while Machamp and Pikachu were playing some sort of game between each other. Tag, maybe.
The worst part was that outside of Machamp, there were no worthy opponents to spar against. And he was more interested in playing with the electric mouse.
"No beasts around to do battle with either! This world is truly a hellscape for me."
"Cover your ears!" Black Canary warned before unleashing her Canary Cry on her foes.
"Ugh! I always hated these guys in the show. How the hell did the Borg get here?" TJ asked as he tore apart more of the biomechanical monsters.
"No clue! I just wanna smash!"
"Calm down. You're not the Hulk, Balrog." Canary replied, "Has anyone seen Yoshi?"
"Last I saw him, he was-" TJ was cut off by an egg flying past him and slamming more of their opponents in the face at an incredible speed.
"I guess he finished evacuating that city." TJ shrugged.
"Well, let's hold the line until the dropship gets here!" Canary called out, "Here's another song!"
"Morales, are you in position?"
"I'm here. You sure these charges are enough to bring down the building?"
"If not, then we fight our way out. Bomberman, are you positive that these charges will work?"
"I made them. So they ought to. This weapons factory is going down."
"Then after this, it's back to the underground. The sooner we end this war, the sooner we can try to find a way home. So you two better hurry up. Fett! I see two unregistered heat signatures heading your way! Stay on guard."
"I read you. Over and out."
*FWOOM!*
"And that makes how many again?" Jake asked as he stopped to catch his breath.
"Eighteen." Static replied as he used his own powers to vaporize some ice monsters, "Man, Adventure Time really made ice kings look incompitent."
"Take it from someone who lives in the same universe as Iceman, ice can be really deadly in smart hands."
"[Ice can be very deadly even in the hands of someone not as smart as well.]"
"Hey, Static? My universal translator's low on power. Can you give it a quick charge?"
"Yeah, hang on." Static quickly recharged the universal translators.
"So, what was that again?"
"[I said that ice can also be deadly in intelligent hands as well.]"
"You know, you could have just asked me instead of bothering Akane." Natasha pointed out, "Besides, once we capture this stronghold, we have a base where we can relax, and where we can eat so that Virgil can recharge Kiryu."
"[Then let us hurry. We do not have much time. My own vehicle is also in need of repairs.]"
"Right. Let's get that stronghold, and then we can keep going."
"This reminds me of home…" Captain Falcon said as he was racing down a very long highway.
"Indeed, Captain. I too am reminded of Velocitron." Optimus said, "Perhaps once we are able to return, we can once again visit this planet."
"Right. But until then, we should locate Needles Kane. We can't allow him to run rampant on this planet." Captain Falcon pointed out, "If at all possible, locate some locals. Perhaps they can assist us in locating our missing… well, 'companion' seems to be the most appropriate word at the moment."
"Right. There is a fork in the road up ahead. Let us meet back here in about four hours. We can continue the search together."
"I'll go south, you go north." Captain Falcon nodded.
"Well, I can't say that this doesn't feel like our home universe." Frank said as he used his signature bat to knock the head off of a zombie.
"Right." Leon muttered, "But considering how many of these things we're still dealing with, I almost want to take a vacation."
"Less talking, more fighting!" Jin grunted as he unleashed a flurry of punches and kicks against the horde.
"Good grief. Hey, Aku Aku, how's Crash doing on that lock?"
"We are getting there. This strange lock seems to be more complex than it initially appears."
"Well, I'm running out of bullets." Leonn grunted, "So we should probably hurry up."
"Almost… There! Everyone! Into the next room!"
"This is why I hate all life…" Ultron grumbled.
"Keep quiet." Sephiroth said as he cut Ultron free from the vines holding him down, "Or else we won't be removing those parasitic plants that are further disabling your flight systems."
"You wouldn't do that anyways." Ultron pointed out.
"True. Not that it would matter. It appears that the plant life here is far faster than you could ever hope to be. And the acid that many of their carnivorous variants can indeed damage your body."
"Ugh… Of all the people we could have run into, it had to be you two. Are you planning something?" Ichigo jumped down with an unconscious Bruce Banner in tow.
"Your companion does not look that well, Ichigo."
"As much as I don't care, our ability to get off the planet would very much hinge on all of us being able to fight." Ultron pointed out, "Move, I will scan him and see what is wrong with Banner."
"Urgh…"
"Hang tight, big guy…" Ichigo comforted, "The moment they try anything, I'll slice Ultron's systems from the inside."
"I prefer organic beings over machinery anyways." Sephiroth added, "I would assist you in that endeavor."
