On a more serious note, this is definitely one of the most dangerous discoveries Motoko has uncovered so far in her career. Personally, I don't think this alone would ignite a Fifth Corporate War even if it got out, but it would put Section 9 in the crosshairs of NUSA Intelligence which would be super annoying.
Although, and this probably will not happen, it would be funny if Motoko gets covertly arrested by Militech operatives and gets interrogated by Meredith but our gremlin just can't take her seriously because of a certain 'cutscene' from CP2077 lol.
