As Hen handed the wet plate over to her wife so Karen could dry it, she couldn't help complaining. "The new probie's driving us all up the fucking wall," she explained.
Karen choked out a laugh as she dried the dish and put it back in the cupboard. "Including Buck?" They all knew how he could get with the probies.
"Including Buck," she confirmed. She sighed, handing over yet another dish. Thank God they were almost finished and could start relaxing soon.
They wrapped up the dishes within ten minutes, checked on the kids, and then sat down on the couch to watch TV.
The team was obviously helping the probie but fuck, they made the job harder.
